Hm, ok, this sounds interesting, but how would that be done? Can't you just write whatever you want in your CV without any way for someone to check it? Usually, people put references in their CVs or have state-issued verification of their previous work.

I don't think you can really verify someone's talents. As with regular employment, you will have to have a testing period for the worker to see if he/she can do the job.

This CAER project has a very good and interesting concept. I am very interested in this project. I see all his team are also people who are very experienced in their respective fields. We plan to partner with various companies that are looking for candidates and offer them enterprise packages to scale the use of the site.  These companies are very frustrated with the recruitment process because of the lack of clarity that individuals bring to the interview process.  Either their resumes are flawed or missing key pieces of information.  Furthermore, a job history is not enough information to accurately gauge whether a person is going to be a good fit in their job or not.

Alternatively, individuals can also use the platform itself, at a reasonable, monthly rate.

Although this can appear to look like monster, this is less of a job board and more of a community where interested individuals can market themselves as available for new opportunities in a more passive, confidential way than ever before.

Furthermore, with the inclusion of a workplace motivators assessment, the individual can say exactly how they like to work.  So, for example, if a job requires a desire for structure, the workplace motivators assessment will help pinpoint if a candidate truly enjoys these activities.

While verifying someone's talents is a difficult process, we are including a Personal Driver Compass on the application.  This is a 50 question survey that is based on psychometrics that analyzes how a person prefers to approach a job.  These factors are all preference-based (e.g. Desire for Structure, Enjoys Problem Solving, Willingness to Change, etc.), so there is no right or wrong answer.  By knowing a person's motivators, you can ensure that you are matching their preferences with the aspect of the job.

There is a messaging protocol.  Caerus Connections will allow for recruiters to message individual candidates directly when they find a good match and want to pursue them directly.  The specific identity of each candidate, however, will not be revealed until the candidate believes that he or she is ready to reveal him/herself.

Yes, 40% of the Founders Tokens will be available at 6 months after the TGE, and the remaining 60% will become available at 12 months after the TGE.

A total of 13 million tokens are being sold at presale, with another 4 million to become available on April 1st.  The entire sale runs through April 15th, with a total of 17 million tokens available.  This represents about 23% of the overall supply. 

Furthermore, 30 million tokens are available for retail purchase after the TGE, directly from the Caerus Connections site.  These tokens will not be discounted and offered at a rate that is in line with other premium job boards in the market.

bonus will definitely be given but the bonus composition I think is only a few percent of the sales, it's a common strategy undertaken by developers and will not give big bonuses because the bonus range is set up.

But often projects give bonuses like 50%,sometimes even 100% ,just to reach hard cap,and in the longer run it can ruin the project.

I get the feeling people only want to invest a small amount into a project and get a big return out of it, and it does not work like that. It never did.

I think that this is very beneficial for the Job search, as well the recruiting process because you can try to get the right people that you want for your job. It can really help you get a better idea of the type of employment opportunity that would most benefit you for your workplace style.

Just took the Career Driver Compass assessment. I think this is a great way for employers to get a more in-depth insight into potential employee's personality which is important if they want to gather a team of people that are compatible and can work together. Me too took the Career Driver Compass assessment. You need to answer a lot of short questions about what you do and what you feel about different workplace situations, to gauge what type of occupations you can do best.
The results of the assessment were in fact very accurate, a good approximation of my personality and the type of workplace environment I prefer.
Of course this tests can be a great help for an employer to find the best candidates for a job, and offer them a better environment to maximize productivity.

Yes, these types of tools are very common in the HR world and typically very $$$.  This is the first time that a job board has combined this level of depth so that the job seekers and recruiters a like can have a deep understanding of how each other is going to look at the requirements of the job.  This is a huge draw, along with the verified nature of the data, for company recruiters who are tired of misinformation from LinkedIn or Resumes.

Well I think this is a good project. I filled out the questionnaire which brought some insight into the kind of person and my preferences regarding to work.

This is quite beneficial to the job search process because the sort of questions asked in the survey can be used as concrete criteria during a job search. Roadmaps are not set in stone. It's more of a general guideline and shifts are a normal thing. Usually delays but still not a big problem.

I got my candidate report today and I was really impressed with the results.
Simply the report made me realize how largely self-explanatory it is.
The key here is to look at mytop 3 motivators and my bottom 3 motivators. 
Generally, what this tells me, is that I love jobs that allow for me to be in the spotlight, specifically ones that allow me to pull them off from a detailed and logistics point of view,  while coming up with new and innovative solutions.  It's important for me to be precise in my work, and I get frustrated if something comes off with errors.  Jobs that appeal to my meticulous nature, and honor my desire to be on display are important to me.  Jobs that force me into overly process-oriented situations or change directions frequently are more frustrating for me.  The more that I can create a plan and stick with it, the more I get excited....particularly when it comes out the way I planned it!

Parts of Caerus are devoted towards free usage, and then there are parts that are devoted to Platinum services.  The free services (including anonymously uploading job search criteria, completing the Career Driver Compass, and searching for ideal candidates/employers) require no tokens.  In order to connect with each other, it will require an upgrade to a Platinum Membership, which will require a monthly fee of Caerus Tokens (1 Token per individual, per month and 3 Tokens per corporate recruiter, per month).

This model is designed to benefit the individuals looking for new employment, as it does not cost anything for them to put their information on the platform and be found by corporate recruiters looking to hire them.  Furthermore, with the inclusion of the Career Driver Compass, they will also got an added benefit of its insights to use in their daily working life.

Caerus Connections will sell the tokens to individuals who are looking to connect with each other through the Caerus platform (i.e. - Individual Job Seekers and Employment Recruiters).  It is a subscription model, where the token will give unlimited access, for one month, to message people that they find on the site and express interest in future employment and available positions.  Confidentiality will still be maintained during this process, as the message will go through a hidden email process.
