101  Other / Meta / Re: Gain trust? on: February 03, 2014, 04:51:33 PM
I was a victim in eBay once when someone built a good feedback score only to sell something they didn't have - luckily PayPal stepped in and refunded - just because someone has a lot of trust on this forum doesn't mean you can trust them  Smiley
102  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: (WTS) 0.54 BTC - Cash only in BKK on: February 02, 2014, 08:34:42 AM
OK - I will now accept international bank transfer to my account in Thailand for anyone interested in buying?

103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You guys are really fucking up here. on: January 30, 2014, 11:09:53 PM
Alt coins are not needed - they deflate Bitcoin.

The main problem with decentralisation is the amount of knob rots creating idiotic coins and there is no one to stop/punish them for they're disregard of Bitcoin.  Angry

 Huh

106  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: GROUP ACTION: CRYPTSY EXHANGE NEGLIGENCE - TAKE ACTION on: January 30, 2014, 06:36:05 PM
I can understand peoples frustration with Cryptsy but I don't think the negligence is intentional.

I use Cryptsy and stick with 'proper' coins, BTC, LTC, PPC etc and have never had any real issues over the past 3 months.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats the Best Alt Coin Going?? on: January 30, 2014, 06:25:37 PM
I'd say stay clear of ALL alt coins  Shocked
108  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do not trust coins-e.com on: January 30, 2014, 06:20:39 PM
another newbie account with no history pushing cryptsy.

very your an asshole. spend more money on support rather than these shill accounts in this forum

CRYPTSY SUCKS, PERIOD. WAY WORSE THAN COINS-E

I've never had an issue with Cryptsy..........
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptsy stole my bitcoins on: January 30, 2014, 06:18:13 PM
I don't think they 'stole' your coins - I'm sure things will work out, just keep contacting support......
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALL exchanges site? on: January 30, 2014, 06:15:39 PM
Most of the exchanges are quite poor - it depends what you are hoping to achieve.

Cryptsy for crypto only and Bitstamp for BTC/USD.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would bullion backed crypto work? on: January 30, 2014, 06:14:14 PM
It's a nice idea but how would it be implemented?
112  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Earning Bitcoins on: January 30, 2014, 06:06:59 PM
Once you pass a certain activity level on this site you can put someone's ad in your signature and get paid per post.
113  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Justice? on: January 29, 2014, 10:01:40 PM
Double standards at its worse - unfortunately there is nothing that can be done  Angry

Stop using the banks and their money and stop paying the corrupt governments and so called justice system which doesn't even uphold justice.

If only it were so simple  Wink

Seems pretty simple to me. Unfortunately most people are also pretty simple  Grin.

Perhaps, but I don't think we are quite at the stage when we can stop using fiat money quite yet. And tax, unfortunately is not optional  Sad

Tax is always optional. They can't throw us all in jail, nor would there be anybody to throw us in jail if we stopped paying their wages.

You take the plunge first, I'll follow on behind  Smiley
114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Detect the end of a bubble? on: January 29, 2014, 09:59:23 PM
There is no way to 'detect the end of a bubble'. One can make predictions and use informed guesswork to improve their chances, but that's about it  Wink

It would be nice to have a mobile specific app  Grin

Stay away from Gox - do some research before choosing an exchange   Wink
119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Arbitrage between Exchanges in USD on: January 29, 2014, 08:42:31 PM

Maybe MTGox do their own arbitrage, as they are probably the only people able to withdraw quickly from their own exchange? Buy coins from other exchanges and sell them on MtGox. Rinse and repeat.

perhaps is Gox is not doing this leads me to the only conclusion possible - that they really don't actually have the USD they claim, that perhaps back when they were the only exchange they inflated the number of bitcoins shown on the site, and now they can't pay those coins back...

just my .000002btc

If Mtgox was doing the arbitrage the price on Mtgox would go down on Mtgox

Aren't some withdrawals fast? I read that withdraws to Japanese banks used to be proceed fast so they should arbitrate crazily

It is taking longer to withdraw to Japanese banks - more and more delays - it has already been posted above.
120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: PayPal Scam me fighting back on: January 29, 2014, 08:38:46 PM
PayPal are very unlikely to find in your favour unfortunately (hence why a lot of people don't like to use PayPal).

Good luck though  Smiley
