1001  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Waves.Exchange Wallet Help on: May 05, 2021, 05:47:07 PM
I haven't logged into my waves.exchange wallet account since last year or so.  When I did, all i had to do was type in my password to access my waves wallet in waves.exchange

Now it says to access my account

You can do it by

Email
Ledger
Software

I do have nano ledger but did not download waves wallet on it.  Does anyone here do this and recommend it?  I do have nano ledger for my btc and bch.

So if i choose email, i need to put my email and a new password.  Then i confirm it with a link sent to that email?  So when I then log into waves.exchange wallet each time, i type in my email and password to log in each time right?  But I never have to type in my waves seed ever?  Wouldn't I have to enter my waves seed the first time when i do this or you don't need to?

Other option is software where it says log in via seed, private key or keystore file.  I have my waves seed now.

So if i click on software it then shows

Welcome Back

Password
Enter password(not seed phrase)
Continue

So it seems i could type password and then click continue.

So I'm confused with the software option.  If I choose this option, do i still need to Sign Up or not?  Because i thought software means i could type my seed on this line.  But it says enter password and not seed phrase?

Or is the enter password on that page the current password I already had for the waves.exchange wallet?

Thanks.

What would giving you my waves password even do?  You still need my computer to access my waves.exchange account unless im mistaken?

Obviously the seed is different since then you could access it anywhere.

Waves.support... can you answer the questions i posted in the last few posts by me?  I haven't logged into my waves.exchange account in months already since there was a change in the login process.  Back then with waves.exchange, i just open client, type my waves_exchange password and im logged in.

So right now how do i do that?  Do i log in with the third option of software.  Then i type in my waves_exchange password to log in?

Or do i need to create a new account?  Someone said i need to create a new password on that page... which make zero sense.  Its asking me for the password.  If you were to make a new password, wouldn't you need to click on sign up for new account?  But again... i already have a waves_exchange account a while back.

Can you confirm this before i log in?  I don't want to make a mistake here.
1003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Does Coinbase support Bitcoin SV? on: May 05, 2021, 05:28:38 PM
Okay you cant buy sell it on coinbase.  But could you store it there in the mean time though?  I do see i have a very tiny bitcoin sv balance in my coinbase account.  So it has to have a wallet right?

So could i send bitcoin sv to coinbase or not?

I'm quite puzzled. What's your main intention in the first place?

If you actually do have BSV on Coinbase, you either sell it on other exchanges, or leave it to rot on your Coinbase wallet. That's pretty much it. There's no point sending BSV to an exchange that doesn't allow buying/selling of it.

My intention is I still haven't claimed by bitcoin SV from the fork a while back.  I only claimed bitcoin cash and that was it.  I know the program to claim bitcoin SV is electrumsv.  So if i claim the bitcoin sv there... i want to send the bitcoinsv to an exchange/wallet to keep there.  I was told its probably not good idea to keep bitcoin SV in the electrumsv... similar to like how i used electroncash to claim my bch... and i then sent the bch to another wallet.

So i wanted to know if one could sell bitcoin sv on coinbase... which seem to be no.  But could i at least store my bitcoin sv in coinbase etc.

You say no point in sending bitcoin sv to exchange that doesn't allow buying/selling of it.  That make sense.  But where would i store my bitcoin sv then after i claim it?

1005  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Test Sending from Nano Ledger without Actually Sending? on: May 05, 2021, 05:04:15 PM
So months ago, I did my first transaction with my replacement nano ledger where i received tiny bit of btc.  So when i did this, i connect replacement nano ledger to laptop, click on receive and it showed receiving address on laptop screen and also on nano ledger screen itself.  Then a bit later, i received that tiny bit of btc.  Let say it was 0.0005 btc.  So now my portfolio shows combined balance of 3.0005 btc.  It also shows that amount on the bitcoin 1 segwit balance.  Such as it went from 3btc to 3.0005 btc so that is correct.

Now if I want to send say 0.002 btc to coinbase with my replacement nano ledger s wallet, i know l00% i can do this since i received 0.005 btc not long ago.  But i want to make sure i still have my entire balance that is showing on ledger live.  So say i want to send 0.05 btc to coinbase.

Is there a way for me to confirm on my replacement nano ledger that i could actually send 0.05 btc to coinbase or any other site without sending it?  I know i would connect my replacement nano ledger to my laptop, then click send... then it shows a place to put say the coinbase address.  Now say i copy/paste my coinbase address there.  Then when i type in how much btc i wantt to send... it would then show like max 3.0005 btc or so after fees on the app right?  Like i don't mind trying to send 0.05 btc now to coinbase as i don't mind making sure it works... but cashing some out.  But i want to make sure i have up to that amount.  Because when i used electrum back then, when i went to send btc, it would show the max i could send such as well... my electrum balance.  But with nano ledger s... is the method the same?  Like for example, you can't type in an amount of btc which you don't have on your nano ledger before it confirms right?  Like you can't put down... send 5 btc when your balance is only 3.0005 btc balance right?

I want to make it to that step where right before i send... it ask you to confirm to send... then i reject it.  Like if i am able to put 0.05 btc to send... then it goes to okay sending 0.05 btc to this address... confirm or reject... if i make it to that part of the sending process... then it would confirm i have the entire btc balance showing on ledger live right?

Basically I want to confirm i have my entire btc balance on ledger live... without actually sending btc.  Can i do this or not?  And doing this would confirm this?  Like if it does say... i can't send 0.05 btc because i only have a 0.005 balance etc.
1006  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Test Sending from Nano Ledger without Actually Sending? on: May 05, 2021, 05:03:10 PM
I don't want to post this in an older thread as it would be cluttered since I made lot of posts on it.  So I will make it very simple.

I want to make sure the btc balance I have showing on my ledger live is indeed the btc balance i have connected to my nano ledger.  Reason being old nano ledger broke a while back, got replacement nano ledger and put in the seed to restore it and it confirmed to work... but i want to make sure that is the seed that is connected to my old nano ledger since that one has my balance there.  I have a few other nano ledger seeds i wrote down which im positive are seeds that have no balances... so i want to make sure.

So example... say before my old nano ledger s broke, everytime i checked my ledger live it showed i had 3 btc to make it simple.  So even when i logged in ledger live it always showed that balance.  I then got replacement nano ledger and restored seed into it.  I then deleted the accounts on ledger live... then readded them... im pretty sure when i readded them... i needed to make sure the replacement nano ledger had to be connected to my laptop right?  Otherwise, you can't just add or readd accounts without having the device connected to it.  Can anyone confirm this?

1007  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: High transaction fees on: May 05, 2021, 04:46:10 PM
4 sats per byte fees are now confirming. The mempool is much clearer than it’s been for some time, might be a good idea to consolidate smaller amounts now if you want to.

Yeah.. a few hours back, some of my transactions got confirmed immediately, after paying as little as 11 Sat/Byte in fee. The Mempool is still quite bit, with 100 MB of transactions pending to be confirmed. But this is a big improvement when compared to the situation we had two weeks ago, when the size had swelled to around 250 MB. I hope everyone makes use of this opportunity to combine their smaller outputs, so that the fee can be reduced in the future.

When you say 11 Sat/Byte in fee, how much satoshi is that and how much USD is that approximately?

So you could send a transaction right now with 2 sat/byte and it would work but take very long?
1008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Does Coinbase support Bitcoin SV? on: May 05, 2021, 04:42:09 PM
So I logged into coinbase a while back and noticed i got a tiny bit of bitcoin SV because i had a tiny amount of bitcoin there when there was a fork.  I also never bought/sold on coinbase ever.  I also did not claim my bitcoin SV yet from the fork a while back.

I want to know, can you buy/sell bitcoin SV on coinbase?  If not, where to sell it?  Because I want to claim my bitcoin sv soon and obviously send it to a wallet or exchange to either store it there or sell it since i know the bitcoin sv wallet probably isn't good place to keep it.  I believe the wallet to claim it is electrumsv.

I think coinbase does have bitcoin sv wallet since i see tiny balance there of mine... but you can't sell or buy it right?  So you could use coinbase as a place to store bitcoin SV in the time being?

1009  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: 25th Word in Nano Ledger S on: May 05, 2021, 04:25:33 PM
But it doesn't show the hidden wallet right?
It will show your hidden account if you have added it to Ledger Live. You can open Ledger Live without your Ledger device attached and see all the accounts added to it. If you don't want it to show your hidden account when you open Ledger Live, then you need to delete that account from Ledger Live and only re-add at when you want to use it. You will need to attach your Ledger device with the passphrase enabled (either through manually entering it or through unlocking with your secondary PIN) to re-add your hidden account.

So if you log in your nano ledger with your second pin... then access ledger live... what accounts do you see?
You will see all the accounts you have added to Ledger Live at all times, regardless of what device is attached at the time. Once again, if you want to hide an account, you must delete it from Ledger Live.

Also if someone were to scan your ledger live... let say they do this when you already entered your regular pin into the wallet... could they find the hidden wallets when your nano ledger is connected to the laptop?
Not unless there is some massive flaw in your Ledger hardware device.

Also when you add accounts on ledger live... the only way to add it is if a nano ledger s is connected to it right and it scans that nano ledger s for it?  Thus its not possible for you or someone to add accounts or scan for old accounts unless the nano ledger s is connected to it right?
As far as I am aware, this is correct.

Okay in other words... you are saying... once you delete all your accounts in ledger live.  It is impossible to re-add those accounts or any accounts unless you have a nano ledger s connected to it during the process right?   You mention this if you have a passphrase.  But in my earlier example in my other thread... where i had to restore an old seed into a replacement nano ledger s.... remember i didn't have that extra passphrase... after i entered in my seed and it showed processing and correct... I recall before that... I didn't delete any accounts in the accounts tab.  But once I deleted them.  I then re-added them and the same ones and balances showed up.  So whether passphrase or not... if you ever delete the accounts in ledger live... the only way to ever re-add any accounts in ledger live is connect a nano ledger to it right?  Thus right now, you can obviously delete the accounts in ledger live without connecting your nano ledger right?  But when you click add accounts... you need to have a nano ledger connected to it?  You say as far as i am aware, this is correct.
Can anyone here CONFIRM this part?

So for the second part.  I want to make sure i have this correct.  You have no hidden wallet... just your regular pin.  It shows all your accounts there.  You could delete it anytime.  But when you log in ledger live... it still won't be there... but if you rescan... all those accounts will show up right?

Now say you have hidden wallet with that second pin and passphrase.  You log in ledger live with that.  It shows only your hidden account/balances.  You can obviously delete it the same way as like a regular pin/wallet.  But if you click on add accounts.. then those hidden wallets will show up right? Also is the term add accounts or rescan or re-add or its the same word?  There isn't like two ways of doing it right... like add accounts and
re-add accounts?

So having the passphrase/second pin makes you have a hidden wallet so unless you reveal to someone you have that hidden wallet... they won't know unless the are aware of hidden wallets right?  Because if you had to connect your nano ledger to your laptop and enter pin... then it show say 0.3 btc in the wallet.  But if they see oh wait a minute, this person transferred 2.7 btc to another wallet weeks ago or months ago... do most know its linked and you probably have access to those btc as well?  What would they do?  Check on that transaction ticket to see if any of that btc got moved or not?  Like if it did and many transactions, then okay it got sent to exchange since those exchanges always move the btc?  But if no transactions took place, then they know you have to have a hidden wallet.  Is that correct?

So basically if you have a hidden wallet, its nice because to the regular thief who isn't tech savy, they see 0.3 btc and thats it right?  But if they tech savy, they would look at all your entire transactions on ledger live... but not only that... check the transactions of each one to see if any of those btc got moved right?  Is the term moved?  So if they see they got moved... then okay this person doesn't have the btc anymore so he has no hidden wallet?

So basically even using electrum as watching only wallet doesn't really protect you if you use that as oppose to ledger live?  Thus you need to use a mixer l00% to move those coins?  Also, how would someone move them smartly?  Example they got 3 btc total.  They want to move say 90% or 2.7 btc to a hidden wallet.  This person should do how many transactions to the hidden wallet?  Like l0 of them etc ranging from like
0.l btc to 0.5btc to not make it look suspicious?  But if you use mixer, you can't just send the entire 2.7 btc at once?  Thus to save on sending fees?  Now obviously sending fees shouldn't mean much if you sending that much type of money.  But say you were to cashout that 2.7 btc to coinbase, well you could literally send it at once and cash out.  And if they check transaction history, they see it then got moved by coinbase right?  So whats difference between that and the mixer?

1010  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Ledger Live Not Showing All Transaction History? on: May 05, 2021, 04:05:05 PM
So my concern is... could my btc balance be not connected to my correct replacement nano ledger s where 6 months ago, i put in the old seed to restore it... and say its another seed?  I did wrote down a few seeds but again i was pretty positive the seed i used to restore it 6 months ago was the correct seed.
It can't be another seed. You said a few days ago that you generated two seed phrases and you restored your Nano S to factory settings after both of them. After that, you generated a 3rd seed and you moved funds from Electrum to an address derived from the 3rd seed. So forget about the first two seeds since you never made any transactions to those.

Okay so the concern I had was this which I also didn't mention about.  I mentioned a while back when i restored my replacement nano ledger with the seed from the old nano ledger s, it confirmed the seed was correct. Now if i was wrong one word or few words, it would have to show incorrect right?
Who or what confirmed that your seed is correct? Did you try Ledger's recovery check app?
If after the recovery you have access to the same accounts and you see the same funded addresses as previously, you are fine. Just use the recovery app dude. And connect your Ledger to Electrum to use Electrum's interface. Check on Electrum if your balance is correct. Because you will ask if that is safe, yes it is. When you create a new wallet with Electrum click on Standard Wallet > Use a hardware device and follow the instructions.

The thing that confuses me here is.... couldn't someone who has a seed... could literally have the same seed as me but say their 6th and 8th word was different from mine?  Or is that almost impossible?
Than it's not the same seed, is it? A collision like that where two users generate the same seed is only theoretically possible. It's more likely that all the people of our planet move to Mars and make a colony there. After they realize it sucks, everyone moves to the Moon only to discover that our old planet was the best after all. All people from the moon then move back to Earth. That scenario is more likely.

Hi.  Yes i get what you mean.  When i first got my old nano ledger, i got a seed... then wrong pin to reset it.  Then did it a second time.  I did wrote those two seeds down though... even though they weren't necessary.  Then when i setup the old nano ledger the third time, i wrote down the seed.  Then i sent some btc from electrum to it as a test.  Once it did show up.  I ended up sending the rest of my btc from electrum to the old nano ledger in few transactions.  At the time... i never tested resetting my device with the seed to make sure it worked.  But i did make very sure of my seed when i was writing it down.    Yea forgot about the two seeds since i never made any transaction with it.  But i wrote it down back then in case.  But if i were to enter those seeds in another device... whether electrum or another nano ledger for example... it would show the seed is correct right?  But it would show 0 balance?

When my old nano ledger broke, i didn't had access to my seed.  I then got replacement nano ledger a bit later on.  Then once i had access to my seed and replacement nano ledger, i first setup that new ledger with a seed.  Then reset it.  Did it again.  So basically i did it twice just like i did when i got my first nano ledger s.  I know that isn't necessary since im restoring an old seed... but i just did that anyway.  I am not sure if i still have those seeds though.  Now when i clicked on restore seed on the replacement nano ledger, i typed in seed... it then showed processing... then said it was correct.  I forgot what the word showed in the replacement nano ledger showed when it confirmed my seed was correct... but it did.  HCP then tells me okay you did write the seed for your old nano ledger correct.  So i know that seed is correct seed... but i wanted to make sure... that seed is the seed linked to the coins in my original nano ledger s... and not like a seed with 0 coins in it.   Does that make sense?  I didn't use ledger recovery app.  I know the seed i entered is correct... but i want to make sure its the one linked to the seed where i sent my btc from electrum to it... and not one of those other seeds where i create and reset it.  Does that make sense?

Also i mentioned by clicking cache, it now showed all my transactions.  But besides using electrum as watching only wallet.. is there a way to do this without it?  I still haven't updated electrum and i really don't want to touch it anymore.  But if you download malware electrum, that still won't do anything since its watching only right?

To make it simple.  Say you have 3 btc in your ledger live account and its like that for a while.  Then months ago, with your replacement nano ledger... you done your first ever transaction with it after of course restoring the old nano ledger seed.  You received like 0.0005 btc to make it simple.  So when you did this, you connect ledger to laptop... click receive tab... it generate a btc receiving address... you copy/paste that to the site who will send you btc.  Then bit later, you receive the btc to your ledger wallet as it shows in the latest transactions... but not only that... your btc balance now shows 3.0005 btc as it should be on portfolio... and it shows 3.0005 btc on the accounts tab of btc 1 segwit. So that confirms you have full access to all that 3.0005 btc right?

For example let say you had multiple accounts and seeds in your ledger live.  Imagine you use two different nano ledgers with.  Let say one nano ledger you use has 3 btc and another one has 2 btc.  On the portfolio page, would it combine the balances of both your nano ledger/seeds?  But what about in accounts?  Would you see the total combined of 5 btc in the account named btc 1 segwit?  Or would it show 2 different bitcoin segwit accounts such as one has 3 btc and another one has 2 btc balance?

I ask this because since the 0.0005 btc i received months ago on the replacement nano ledger did show up in my portfolio and it was added to the btc 1 segwit account balance... again let say that balance was 3 btc to make it simple... then now it shows 3.0005 btc... then it has to be connected right?  Again my concern is i want to be l00% sure... the seed i used to restore my old nano ledger in the replacement nano ledger was indeed the SEED with my btc/bch balance.  Does that make sense?  Because had i put in a correct seed but that one was no balance... wouldn't my ledger live portfolio and accounts history still looked the same though had i not deleted those accounts?

1011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔷 Waves Tech - a powerful blockchain-agnostic ecosystem on: May 05, 2021, 03:36:37 PM
Okay thanks... can anyone else confirm this is fine?  Waves.support... is that fine?

You have been asking this question many times in the last months and has gotten many right answers and you are still worried to log in?
What are you waiting for?

I think 1000$ is just around the corner. It's much better than Ethereum.

I wouldn't go that far, after all last ATH people said it will be 200$, but only was ~18$, pretty noce profit if you sell now.

Looking at other projects, I can also imagine 350$.

What is the right answer?  Some people told me to create an email linked to it which is something i wouldn't want to do.  I want to log in via a password.  I don't even mind logging in with my waves seed though i know that isn't secure if you write it down each time.

What i want to know is when i click on software to log in... then it ask for my password... is it always the old waves.exchange password i always used to log in this waves.exchange client or not?  Again last year before the waves_exchange log in process changed... all i had to do each time was type in my password to log in.  So is that the same password i just type in ... after i click on software and then it shows welcome back and password?  It does show option of forgot password and sign up
1012  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔷 Waves Tech - a powerful blockchain-agnostic ecosystem on: May 05, 2021, 03:33:28 PM

Or is the enter password on that page the current password I already had for the waves.exchange wallet?

yes, try this password, i think it's ok.

Okay thanks... can anyone else confirm this is fine?  Waves.support... is that fine?

Again im confused why it shows the third option as seed... but when you click on it... it ask you for your password and not seed.  Again, im using the same computer has i did the last time i logged into my waves.exchange account so shouldn't it be same password?

But what confuses me is so everytime i want to log into my waves.exchange account, i put in the same password right like i did previously last year when the client didn't look like this?

Hi jerry0

I had the same problem and first had to assign a new password then enter my seed. If this is correct, your Waves account address will be displayed correctly. After that you just need to log in again with the new password.

I am using the desktop version and do not log in via the browser. Try it! it will be work.

Ps. It's just unsafe to enter your seed, so you have to be sure that your system is clean!

To confirm, open waves.exchange client.  Click on login.

Click on the third option of software to log in

Then option is is enter password.  So this password need to be a new password?  This doesn't make sense unless i have to click sign up first?  Why would it not be the old waves.exchange password that i used last year before this change in the client?  Do you mean i need to sign up first and then create a new password?  Because that page says welcome back and to enter password... only password that make sense would be the old waves.exchange password that i always used before to log in.  Can you or anyone else confirm this?  I don't want to make a mistake here.

If i do that minimum 3 sat/byte... that transaction will take at least a day to go through right?

But is there a way to know the transaction did go through but its still waiting to confirm?  You go on that blockchain site to check the tx history right?

But are people even doing that now or are they sending at least so and so sat/byte?  Like what would you suggest if i want to send btc from nano ledger s to say coinbase.  Like minimum how much sat/byte?  I mean i definitely want it to get to coinbase in few hours.  I don't need it to get there in say minutes or an hour etc.  But why do i keep hearing people say the avg bitcoin fee now to send is like 18 dollars now?  Is it if you pay that much, then your transaction will complete in like 10 minutes or so?

What is the lowest fee that i can set my nano ledger s to send btc now?  I know its in bytes etc... but for example... if you convert that 0.00xx kb to usd... what is the lowest amount to do this?

I don't mind it taking a few hours to go through for example.  It would still cost a few dollars at least right?  No more okay l dollar fee to send btc but it takes a day?
1016  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: 25th Word in Nano Ledger S on: May 05, 2021, 04:59:02 AM
I thought even if the passphrase... you aren't protected if you had to open your ledger live on your laptop though?  Obviously you dont write on paper on desk that said okay 0.l btc on main wallet and the rest in hidden wallet as that would be obvious.
That paper example is an analogy. If you leave a wallet file on your computer called "Super secret passphrase wallet", then it is obvious. If you leave an additional account in your Ledger Live profile with 10x more coins in it than your other account, then it is obvious. If you want a wallet to be hidden, then you have to actually hide it. You can't just set a passphrase and think "Well, my coins are completely safe, now I can be totally careless with my security".

But i thought someone said if you connect your ledger to laptop and ledger live... it cold automatically rescan all accounts... is that correct?  If so, couldn't someone rescan your ledger live themselves?
If you unlock your Ledger to your basic seed phrase wallet with no additional passphrase, and someone scans for accounts, they will find any accounts (legacy, nested segwit, or native segwit) which have been created at standard derivation paths using only your seed phrase. They will not find any wallets hidden behind passphrases.

If that is the case, then what someone else said was wrong then right about needing to hide your hidden account on ledger live?  Thus say you enter your pin to the regular wallet.  You go on ledger live... you see all wallets associated with that wallet and pin.  But it doesn't show the hidden wallet right?  Example say your main wallet had 0.3 btc but your hidden wallet had 2.7 btc since you sent 90 percent of it from your main wallet to hidden wallet.

So if you log in your nano ledger with your second pin... then access ledger live... what accounts do you see?  I assume you see all wallets even the main one right?  But if you log in with the regular wallet pin... you don't see the hidden wallet?  Or is that still visible?  Because you mention this... but someone else says they think it works another way.

Also if someone were to scan your ledger live... let say they do this when you already entered your regular pin into the wallet... could they find the hidden wallets when your nano ledger is connected to the laptop?  Also when you add accounts on ledger live... the only way to add it is if a nano ledger s is connected to it right and it scans that nano ledger s for it?  Thus its not possible for you or someone to add accounts or scan for old accounts unless the nano ledger s is connected to it right?

1018  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Ledger Live Not Showing All Transaction History? on: May 05, 2021, 04:23:35 AM
Okay want to update on this.  I clicked on help and clear cache.  Then once I did that it seem to update.  Ledger live then closed.  I then put my ledger live password to log in... then I see all the transactions with btc all the way back to the first few transactions.

Okay so the concern I had was this which I also didn't mention about.  I mentioned a while back when i restored my replacement nano ledger with the seed from the old nano ledger s, it confirmed the seed was correct.  Now if i was wrong one word or few words, it would have to show incorrect right?  The thing that confuses me here is.... couldn't someone who has a seed... could literally have the same seed as me but say their 6th and 8th word was different from mine?  Or is that almost impossible?

One concern I thought about was this which I didn't think about.  Now I did wrote down my own nano ledger s seed... the one i used to restore with my replacement nano ledger months ago.  But... I don't have that btc receiving address though for it.  I remember when you first set up a nano ledger s wallet... it gives you the seed to write down... and also a btc address?  But is not having that btc address signficant?  I assume its  important if you want to make sure the seed you are using is connected with that specific address right?  Like my concern was... hey it does show my correct btc and bch balance on ledger live... but how do i make sure l00 percent the seed put in the nano ledger replacement... was indeed connected to the old nano ledger s btc address... and say not one of the two btc wallets i first created with the old nano ledger s wallet when i first got it... and i basically put wrong pin three times in each of them... before creating the third btc wallet with my old nano ledger s... which is where i sent my btc from electrum to it.  I guess the way i phrased this now is less confusing?  So again, i want to make sure the btc and bch in my ledger live accounts showing now... is indeed connected to that third seed i created which i have my coins there.

No i never used that.  Again i only used youtube downloader program a while back but then stopped using it because it ask me to do update which i never did.

I want to use a program that for sure has no malware/keylogger on it.  Whether its free or it cost money... i dont mind.  But obviously not one that charges you a monthly fee etc.

Again i want to download songs/videos on youtube and put it on my laptop so i could play that music or watch videos while on my computer and on my iphone without relying on youtube etc.  Like back then i downloaded lot of songs on youtube downloader and then converted it to right format and sent it to itunes on my windows computer to my iphone etc.

So if I want to install usdt and usdc apps on my nano ledger live... both are going to be on the ETH network?  So it can't be on the Tron network?  I heard Tron network is cheaper but nano ledger s doesn't support tron network for usdt or usdc?

What about coinbase?  What is the usdt and usdc on coinbase?  Is it ETH or Tron or what is it?  Do we have option to choose which one?

Because if im going to withdraw usdt from a gambling site to my nano ledger s, how do i make sure its on the right chain?  Do i need to ask that gambling site... hey you are sending usdt on which chain... ETH or binanc or tron?  Is that correct?  Because if their chain is not the same as nano ledger s, the transfer won't go through?
