1021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any Live Casino In world that Accept Cryptocurrency and pay in crypto? on: December 12, 2022, 11:59:43 PM
I was wondering today that if there are casino that started accepting crypto as payment and if someone wants to payback in crypto, are there any casinos available.
According to me I have not heard anything yet but in future this might happen cause when crypto adoption will come than we might see these Casino bosses to accept crypto and other alts.
What are your thoughts on this?

I can't remember a physical casino that already accepts and support crypto-payment on their respective casino but out of thousands of physical casinos out there globally, maybe there is even 1 in some popular gambling places like Vegas, Macau, or those gambling place that are on their level.

Maybe a quick search on your favorite search engine will help you.

What's this for by the way? Why do you want to know if there's a physical casino accepting crypto payments?

Want to see if global adoption in crypto now taking place at a much higher level?
1022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: December 12, 2022, 11:58:56 PM
Inoue is expected to win all the titles in the Bantamweight and move up he is having issues with his weight, but Inoue will conquer a lot of weight divisions, like Manny Pacquiao, he will be multi-titled I don't think he will face big challenges in the featherweight division, Inoue career is just going to the most exciting part because there are great names in the upper weight division and this is where the big challenges are.

If Inoue becomes undisputed in 118 lbs, he will be the first Japanese boxer to be able to unify a certain division.  I agree Inoue is a great boxer and a monster of 118 lbs but we never know what awaits him if he goes up in the weight division.

New challenges will bring him more excitement. Next in line will be to try conquering the Super Bantamweight.

A jump from 118 lbs to 122 lbs isn't really that tough to adopt for a boxer like Inoue.

In fact, his body is already capable to fight at 122 lbs with just a bit of extra training. I hope he will get a chance to face those current champions there.
1023  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 12, 2022, 11:57:12 PM
@harizen have posted above which i think more applicable way if we want to bet on the semi's series.

There is another option to make this series betting more enticing to those who love to bet on the underdogs.
How about if we put a cap on each series, let say 5k for each and winner take all or divide the winnings if there are multiple winners, just like what we did last time.

I really prefer that but since we start doing fun bets, only a few still joining us.

That's why I ended up betting against several users haha.

I'm with you there and please include my mentioned bet, Php 1,000 for Bay Area Dragons and Brgy. Ginebra

Before I make a bet on SMB vs Dragons, does anyone here knows if Powell is getting back or Nicholson is going to be the import in the semis? I will bet to the Dragons if Powell is getting back because I believe the Dragons has enough big men to counter June Mar and the big men of San Miguel but without Powell, they do not have the scoring power against SMB. Otherwise, I'll bet on SMB.

Powell might be surely out on Game 1 according to some recent reports.

For the next games, his availability is still in question.
1024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 11, 2022, 11:36:54 PM
By the way guys, are you still interested on betting here? I mean local betting, that would be fun if we have some bets here.

Sure, let's have some fun. Just a quick low bet.

No handicaps or everything, just 1:1.

Series Winner: (Best-of-5)

a) Bay Area Dragons vs San Miguel Beermen = Bay Area Dragons

b) Magnolia Hotshots vs Brgy. Ginebra = Brgy. Ginebra

I will place a Php 1,000 bet for each series. If someone is interested, you can bet against me on both or just pick 1 match.

Cut-off: 5 minutes before the Semis starts. First confirmed, first come, first serve.
1025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: December 11, 2022, 11:22:20 PM
For Butler, it's a safe side to avoid a KO, not doing any engagement or avoid getting a toe-to-toe confrontation with Inoue is the best
option to avoid suffering a KO loss.

If the goal is just to survive being Knock Out by Inoue, for let's say losing is already accepted, Butler can consider that option and no other options are available.

But that's not making sense to think that he will have a purpose like that as this fight is probably the best highlight of Butler's entire career. He should do everything and risks everything. Show Inoue what he really got.

Therefore, I'm sure Paul Butler will go toe-to-toe even if it's within Inoue's comfort zone since not doing any engagement throughout the entire match won't give him more points to at least take a shot at winning on Decision.

Aside from that, I don't know if running or trying to avoid the close confrontation with Inoue will be properly executed as a strategy since in terms of speed and quickness, Inoue has the upper hand on those and how can even Butler be able to make distance from the monster. There would be no choice for him but to clash head-to-head and trust his own strength.
1026  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you experienced this kind of gambling on: December 11, 2022, 11:14:07 PM

Just don't take it too personally, I guess. There's no technical description about those that we can refer to since everything is unpredictable.

Coincidence or not, no Scientific or Mathematical explanation can explain why gamblers are having a good run using those kinds of "strategies".

Simply, if that is effective for them in the long run and consistently nailing some wins thru it, they will just keep on using it.
1027  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 11, 2022, 11:09:05 PM
They're already losing on that very last seconds of the quarter, why it feels like it's a disrespect on them? is there an unwritten rule if it's like that?

Yes, in almost the entire league in the world, there's an unwritten rule about that in basketball once the team is already a sure win, please don't make any attempt to bring down much the losing team by doing "unnecessary shots" where the game is already called.

If it happened in the Suns' home, the Pelicans will surely react the same.

It now depends on who's team will ignore that sh*t and just walk off the court without showing any reaction.
We're in the modern days now, and they should just give it as a showtime for Zion or anyone who can have that slam dunk fest.

Well, I might feel bad for them too but just give it to him. The crowd cheered for Zion when he took the flight and went in. It may be feeling bad to them but just had to accept the fact that it's already a lost.

And if ever they get along again with Pelicans, they can do the same and return it to Zion and the team.

Nothing we can do about it as that unwritten rule during garbage time was already taking place for a long time.

We can't just say that teams should do this, do that, do, etc. Lots of concerns were already being raised regarding that unwritten rule.

Phoenix Suns clearly just overreact during that game and in fact, they didn't realized that they also did those kinds of unnecessary plays too before where the game is already settled but still they are still trying to do extra damage to the losing team that was already called it good.

Simply, they don't know how to react to tasting their own medicine. Cheesy
1028  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever tried Anti Martingale Strategy? on: December 11, 2022, 10:59:34 PM
On the other hand, the Anti martingale strategy is- to double the bet size when you are winning & halving the bet size when you are losing. In such a condition, when you are winning; you are doubling the size & you will lose from your winning. WEell, this strategy is more risky I guess though some have told it as less risky than martingale.

Obviously, some say it's effective if such conditions are met. But what if the other way round happened?

Still, it requires a big bankroll to support those losing rounds.

The same as the usual martingale, should work on short-term betting but still, it's not a strategy to consider but rather a form of betting.

Either of those betting methods, be it martingale or anti-martingale or as you called it, just know when to exit when a good profit has already been achieved. In that way, users are just taking advantage of the luck scenarios using these methods as not all the time, luck will come to us.
1029  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What happened with crypto? on: December 11, 2022, 10:52:46 PM

Since OP is being outdated with those what happened in crypto for 2 years, he intends to create a Telegram group as a form of communication with anything related to crypto: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5425153.msg61382036

Seems it didn't create an interest in the community because of obvious reasons and in fact, it's not really a necessary thing to do. I hope his spirit didn't go down and don't think that the community is not that friendly. In fact, they are giving instead good pointers on OP.

Almost a month after creating this thread, I hope OP is at least now finally catching up on why crypto is currently on this kind of trend.
1030  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and investing, and still very broke.why? Is it spiritual? on: December 11, 2022, 10:46:09 PM
I sit-down to wonder why traders who are consistent in trading and also investing still remain very broke despite the effort they put to erradicating poverty,

Maybe they are facing financial problems and slowly solving those problems. Good thing that they are consistent in trading and investment as slowly but surely, they will soon be able to settle their respective financial problems and struggles and can now focus on making profits.

- inability to properly organized the financial management,
- too much spending on unnecessary things thinking money can be earned easily because these people are good at trading or investing,
- lots of things that needed to spend and covered on a daily basis

Aside from that, there are other possible reasons that only they know why they end up still broke on the process.
1031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: December 11, 2022, 10:38:38 PM
now that he tasted again to be inside the ring, we don't know what his next plans will be. clearly, he has still some juice to offer inside the boxing ring. but yes, in my opinion, don't return to professional boxing matches. better enjoy these exhibition fights and earn something for his charitable causes. at least, his health is not at high risk in exhibition matches. give the ring to younger gen.

I'm sure that Manny Pacquaio will just do exhibition matches from now on "not unless" a famous or popular active boxer will call him to come out from retirement lol. With Pacman's more relaxed time (as also mentioned above by other users) to be involved in anything, for sure he might accept the challenge of that said boxer especially if it's a big fight.

Well then, just my speculation though as even Pacquiao is now officially retired, I saw with the way he fights that he wants to return to action as a professional boxer in a professional match. He's not like those new retirees that feel unable to compete anymore that's why they retire. Pacquiao just maybe decided to fully quit because he is aggressively campaigning for his Presidential election. If he didn't run on that, I think he's still not retired yet at this point.

Anyways, both boxers are now enjoying their respective take-home money within just a limited time of exposure. Smiley
1032  Economy / Services / Re: Getting no investments on your Casino project ? Try our marketing service on: December 11, 2022, 10:27:42 PM

Since your brand name is quite new here, you should tell more about the community, anything about your company's profile, and more details about your offered marketing service. You don't need to publicize everything but much better if important details are already posted.

You can't attract potential clients with that kind of announcement and introduction. You should give them reasons why should they contact you.

But honestly and to tell you frankly, such offers coming from a brand new account are not really being entertained or supported here not unless you found a way to answer all questions and prove to all that your offered service is worth spending on. Since marketing requires a decent budget, companies will prefer to choose a popular and famous marketing service that will be worth their money, and your company seems not to be on that tier or level yet.
1033  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where do slot game developers get the soundtracks they use? on: December 11, 2022, 10:20:19 PM
Where do slot game developers get the soundtracks they use in their game development? Are soundtracks made specifically for every game (that will be an extra budget) or do they use selected already existing soundtracks and just pay the creators some royalty for using it?

I believed you will get the most accurate answers from the game developers/game providers instead of us here in the community.

Not unless a part of the developing team will lurk here and they will be able to read this thread or spend time responding here.

In that case, if I have the same concern, maybe I will contact the game provider of that game and will wait for their response. Let's see if they will give some details about the said concern since, after all, the music-related thing shouldn't be something that isn't harmful to discuss.
1034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 10, 2022, 11:55:34 PM
But likewise, seems boring to see both SMC to compete in the finals. Gin kings against the heavy favorite visiting team will attract more audiences, that might be the scenery in the finals...

Might be boring but we don't have entertaining teams in the league to compete in the Finals aside from SMC teams and foreign teams.

But yes, it would be more entertaining if the Dragons will be in the Finals.

I'm looking forward on BGSM making it to the Finals. Although most SMC teams can match with the Dragons, I prefer BGSM to do the job facing that team.

1036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Using Bonus Buy or Not Using Bonus Buy? on: December 10, 2022, 11:46:40 PM
Note: Buying Bonus Buy allows us to win more money, while playing normally does not guarantee we can win some money.

The chances might be better but still, losing can happen. I experienced many times buying a bonus game that turned out a disaster although winning is more likely to happen. If the bankroll is not that much, a gambler might end up being aggressive while waiting for that bonus game to give a nice profit.

I prefer buying a bonus game compare to waiting for that free game to appear in the slot since the Math is just the same. Sometimes, without realization, our manual $0.1-$0.2 bet is now turning into big that the value can be purchased instead with a bonus game.
1037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 09, 2022, 11:08:12 PM
It's a must-win by the ROS, so might as well try to back them because the spread is too high. Coach Yeng will have his pride at stake here, he cannot just say that the Bay Area Dragons are so good and they cannot do anything to be competitive as that will only be a lame excuse.

Even Phil Jackson will coach the Rain Or Shine, a clear mismatch against the Bay Area Dragons.

The Dragons are also being favored by the league. They have a replacement import right away and they are the only team who has that.
SMB also replaced their import so there should be no issue about this one and just focus on the fact that Bay area is doing great this conference and they are really ahead compared to ROS. It was huge win for Bay Area, I can’t remember ROS to have a good lead agains Bay Area, that’s a good statement for Bay Area. ROS is up and down this conference, they are not that good and maybe still on the adjustment period.

I think what the user meant is the availability right away of the replacement import. It means Bay Area Dragons has 2 established imports from the beginning. It is different from the usual replacement of imports where teams should only have 1 import. Bay Area Dragons got an advantage to that by having 2 imports.

Although comparing the overall player ratings between the Dragons and ROS, the distance is really that gap in favor of the Dragons. ROS doesn't really stand a chance against them but it's a good experience for them to face such a monster team in the quarterfinals.
1038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: December 09, 2022, 10:59:05 PM
ChatGPT is all the rage at the moment. I’ve seen that people are asking it to predict sporting events. Would you leave gambling decisions up to artificial intelligence? Do you see any potential drawbacks for outsourcing your bets to a software program? Has anyone here tried this yet? Do we need someone to put together a thread of ChatGPT predictions to see how accurate they are?  Any other thoughts?

No way. I trust my own way of doing analysis in sports betting especially on the league that I have really knowledge with. It's not my habit to trust anyone or any sources when it comes to my bet. However, I'm open to reading those other analysis but still, the final bet will depend on my own factors.

Out of curiosity, I like to try that ChatGPT and maybe ask that chatbot a few questions regarding my future bets.

I like to see what would be its prediction on my future bets and want to check if we will have the same analysis. Smiley
1039  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Demo Account, Should Not Be Related To A Real Account on: December 09, 2022, 10:50:53 PM
~why can't we relate demo accounts to real accounts

Relate in terms of what? Thinking if we are able to make profits in the demo accounts, is supposed to happen the same in real accounts?

Demo accounts just give the users what to expect when trading now goes live.

~why do you think people still start making losses on real accounts after long time trading demo successfully

Because in a demo account, no real money is at risk. Therefore, no pressure for users to save their balance from being busted.

Since no pressure, no seriousness at all, and every strategy will do since even on a loss, no bearing for users.

The time these people will now face the actual risks in real trades, they think that things are just that easy to achieve.
1040  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT ?? What do you think about it ? ? ? on: December 09, 2022, 10:39:58 PM
What do you think about NFT products?? I am interested to know any of your opinions!! I will be glad if you share something interesting! Do you think that NFT is very popular in the market?? Is it possible to call it absurd or call it something outstanding?? Please join the discussion. Tell me what you think about it! I'm really interested.

Online collections in general but not to the point that I will buy an expensive one for collection purposes. Nothing beats the physical form of stuff, memorabilia, and collections. There is only one NFT that catches my attention and that's the special edition of NFT of the Golden State Warriors in the basketball league, NBA. But I didn't purchase any of it as I don't find it worth spending decent money on.

Honestly, with those big NFT buys you have mentioned, I don't understand why some people are spending that much on something that we can't even consider as valuable or worth holding as a collection "online". I can't even think if those NFTs can make profits by doing buy and selling.
