What do you mine lately? I am still on ravencoin and enemy miner 1.08 (i earn about 24 € / day) but i am not so sure to continue with it... if you have some good advice, you are welcome
thanks!

And still no information...
- Do you have a legit (as in "registered") company? - Where are you located? - Who are you? - If based in Europe, are you GDPR-compliant?
So many question marks.

Yeeeeeeeeah, yet another closed source binary that mines to an unknown pool on my behalf. I'll pass, thanks.
Was thinking thesame thing!

Depends on if you pay monthly VPS, or host VPS yourself. To configure node though you need single address with 25,000 BSD in 1 transaction.
So you only need it once for that transaction? It's not like you'll lose it? You rent a server for 5$/MO and lock 25k as collateral. While collateral is on place - masternode is working. You can quit anytime - coins are still on your wallet. Configuration is pretty easy - look for the guide and server-installation script on github. If there's any problems - contact me. I wish I had 25k, but I don't. Thanks for explaining it to me.

You mean mining rig? That costs electricity and the equipment fails at some point and needs to be replaced. Also difficulty for mining varies (downwardly) a lot more than masternode rewards.
The masternode has some maintenance requirement, as you need to check up on it once in a while, upgrade executables and things like that, but it's probably less time consuming than doing similar tasks for a mining rig. Also, it costs no electricity and you can use cloud mining with a small monthly cost, and even pay it with crypto directly.
All this needs to be considered when making a comparison.
And how much does it cost exactly?

Back to 0.00014 today This is a good time to buy more, my goal is a masternode by the end of the year, then 20 bsd per day from then on, which could be a substantial amount in a few years time. Passive income is the key to financial freedom, just want to know how long masternode rewards get paid for, do they ever stop? My 2k rig is giving 9 BSD per day. How much is a masternode? More than 4k?

24 hours mining at Zerg got me 4 euro. 9 hours at HashRefinery got me 3,3 euro. Never coming back to Zerg.
|
|
|
Is it just me or are earnings today extremely bad ?
I have two identical setups on ZPOOL / ZERG for the last ~11 hours -- ZPOOL is making a full 2x as much.
I've never seen such a huge disparity.
Yeah.. It's not good. Might switch to another pool.

Plus logic does seem to be better than standard estimates and *just* 24hr averages, yes.
Not convincing enough for me. I'd rather have a little less $$$ than to keep worrying all day and night about an unstable program. Version 2.5.2 also has the PLUS logic -- and no GUI -- as I mentioned I still have 2.5.2 on most of my rigs. I had probs with 2.5.x too.

Sniffdog lacks the "plus" logic if I understand correctly ? I am testing it out on my home office PC (have also tested NEMO 3.1). I am still on NEMO 2.5.2 on the majority of my systems (around 80 other systems) as I don't care for the GUI... but I would like to have Excavator for NEO and LYRA2.
Like I said, I have been out for a while. Is the "plus" logic bringing in more money? I used Nemos 2.3 and was happy about it.. But there was no Zergpool, and it the last coup of days it started to give me Powershell errors. Worked like a charm before...

As much as i liked Nemos , GUI version likes to become nonresponsive , sometimes PS glich out and yeah , its laggy.
Same here. Liked Nemos too... but now I switched to Sniffs.

After months of doing nothing I booted the old mining rig.
What happend to the good 'ol Nemos? The GUI version is so laggy. Laggy, not buggy.
Is there a way to turn off the gui?
