Why Not using yobit anymore? Yobit won't fix their wallet. Can't deposit or withdraw.

Response to my own request to have our Zeit_BTC pairing re-instated at Cryptopia: Hi,
This is something Cryptopia could look into in the near future if the ZEIT volume can constantly trade over 1 sat on the LTC market for at least 10 - 15 days. Thanks
fairlady
The Cryptopia Team So that sounds promising. Not sure if it's 10-15 days from now or 10-15 days from when we were last really cheap, but either way it sounds like it'll be happening. 1 sat currently = 0.00000094 litecoin. We're at 0.00000494 at present, so good news.

website is down? Hack dem Russians agin!

Ummm, what's with the bold font?
...also, Zeit is already on yobit. Just don't use yobit because their wallet doesn't work.

That wasn't offensive at all...no sir. Ray has done a spectacular job with this coin imo. People still have to make a living though and there's only so many hours in a day.

Exchanges care about volume. We just need this current trend to continue and we'll be added to more exchanges in due course.
|
|
|
Sounds like we have a good shot at getting our Zeit/BTC pairing back at Cryptopia if things continue as they have been, so that could further boost volume.

Lol Yeah, I haven't updated that thing in awhile.
Thing is, I see Zeitcoin differently than the other PoS coins mentioned in my sig. I mean Tek and Hyperstake are cool concepts, but the inflation rates are too high to make sense as a long term store of value.
I too like collecting interest by holding a low inflation currency because as someone smarter than me once said "compound interest is the most powerful force in the universe!".
Unfortunately we two, and a few others, are more like oddities than the norm in the crypto space. One look at all the PoS coins stacked on exchanges proves that many many people don't care and/or don't have the patience to worry about compound interest.
Someone else said 600% of zero is nothing. I mean the value of Zeitcoin goes from 350k to over 3m in a few weeks and it's still apparently nothing. It's kind of mind boggling, but that's how a lot of people think in this space.

Keep in mind that 1-8 satoshis isn't what it used to be...in terms of fiat, it's a whole lot more. That's the nature of fiat currency though, it loses value continuously through inflation. ...and people aren't just saying that Zeitcoin has increased by 600%+ vs fiat you can see this for yourself quite easily by visiting here: http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zeitcoin/#chartsIt's actually more than 600% now after the past couple awesome days, but I digress. The 5% thing was intended as a long term goal, as in the coin inflates at roughly the rate of adoption and therefore remains stable. I tend to think that 5% is too high and the ULI spec as it stands is likely too low, but we have voted and it is the plan at this time. Certainly there's nothing wrong with further discussion though and if it leads to a new vote then great.

Straightforward and quick response...I rather like the Cryptopia guys.
Thanks for checking with them and keeping us apprised.

Are we growing up in volume because of the successful vote to go to ULI though? I think the case could be made, then too bitcoin's recent surge vs fiat rubbish has dragged lots of alts with it, though not all have outpaced bitcoin as significantly as we have over the past several weeks.
I still favor the rate being lowered, but would be open to discussion. 1% would be the highest I'd personally favor at this point, but would also like to hear others' thoughts on the topic.

Hello killkingsoldier. We have short, medium, and long term goals for the future. These are spelled out in the OP.
|
|
|
You can still go promote Zeitcoin if you like. It'd sure be more useful than hurling insults.
|
|

lolwut?!?
Zeitcoin is up 680% just since late April in terms of market cap. Bizarre comment is bizarre.
Growth of market cap and volume have both been steady and sustainable instead of the pump and dump here today gone tomorrow that many coins endure.

Whether Zeitcoin rises to reach 0.01-.10-dollar parity, or the dollar loses value(as it inevitably does) to reach those levels I cannot say. Probably some combination of the two as the dollar continuously loses ground in terms of real world value and does this 24/7/365. Whether that will accelerate or not in the near future, I cannot say though the dollar index(a measure of one fiat vs other fiat currencies) is cratering fast this past week. Other than what PIVX stands for, I know next to nothing about it, so someone else will have to field that one. As to our short, medium, and long term goals those are clearly spelled out in the OP. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=487814.0

We all must make our own choices and then live with the consequences. Good luck to you in whatever projects you choose to embrace.

You can go promote Zeitcoin on alphabet if you like, I like where the coin is at.
Still plenty low enough exchange rate wise, that one can amass a sizable stack at relatively low cost.

You're simply describing the effects of supply and demand in a free market. More people wanted bitcoin, while the supply continued to be reduced(halving) so the price/bitcoin had to go up. The exact same process is occurring with Zeitcoin. The inflation rate continues to drop while demand continues to increase...as a result our price/Zeitcoin is increasing. http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zeitcoin/#charts
