1101  Local / Ekonomi, Politik, dan Budaya / Re: Jakarta Darurat Polusi on: August 28, 2023, 06:13:53 PM
...
...

1102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Here is a tight slap to bitcoin haters on: August 27, 2023, 11:06:47 PM
I recently found this cool website

https://buybitcoinworldwide.com/bitcoin-is-dead/

It has listed 20 occasions when bitcoin was declared dead by leading publications in the past and every time bitcoin came back stronger. So , next time if some popular news website tells you that bitcoin is dead, do not trust it blindly. Bitcoin still has lot of scope for growth and adoption.

people who think and say bitcoin will die are actually deceived by their own thoughts, bitcoin will never die and there is no reason that can make bitcoin die because bitcoin is a decentralized asset, the amount cannot be manipulated and has high security.

I'm quite a fan of Warren Buffet, there are many wise sentences that I heard and memorized from him but when he expressed his hatred for bitcoin, I immediately took steps not to idolize him anymore, well that's because he can't see the benefits that bitcoin provides.

since the beginning of circulating.. bitcoin still has a price, bitcoin will never be zero and also die
1103  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can personal message (PM) apare on ninjastic space? on: August 27, 2023, 08:17:52 PM
With my whole time been in Bitcointalk I haven't gotten one thing clear, it might be because I haven't read the whole forum but I am still skeptical about my thoughts.
I want to know if I sent a user a personal message (PM) and I delete the massage, will the message sti spear in ninjastic space?
My reason for asking is because PM is a personal messager and if you delete a post in spare on ninjastic space so can personal message still spares in ninjastic space if I delete it?

you can see the screen shot that I put below, is there an option to view personal messages?

I've been using ninjastic.space for a long time, I often look there to monitor the posting habits that I make so I can make posts in many sections and threads but I have never seen an option to monitor personal messages that other members have (for wallet address of course there is)
so I hope you throw away your worries about this, from what I know, your message is very safe and the admin will never leak it to anyone lol
1104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why We Are Still So Damn Early With Bitcoin .. on: August 26, 2023, 11:04:21 PM
...

What thing I've leant from this comment is to be long sighted when it comes to Bitcoin , many of us investing in Bitcoin are short sighted about it, Bitcoin has the power to live and become as old as gold is, think of what the value of Bitcoin would by the time it becomes 50 years old , 100 years old, 200 years old and even more with a limited supply of 21 million coins? Many of us are investing in Bitcoin with a mindset like "let's have our own slice of the cake as quick as possible before Bitcoin disappears in a few years to come", what an error 🙃..

Freely chip in your thoughts/contributions .

when you decide to become an investor, your goal in investing is to make a profit, but do you have the intention to feel the benefits of the bitcoins you invest in the next 100 or 200 years? of course not, so whatever investors do with the bitcoin they have, that is their right, from what I have noticed, everyone has different problems in their life, as well as bitcoin investors, maybe someone sells bitcoin because of FUD but there are also those who sell their bitcoins because they really need money for something important or they are indeed a trader, so I think your sentence at the end is not very on target.
1105  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there still hope for the price of BTC to hit back $69k this year? on: August 26, 2023, 09:44:08 PM
I was waiting for the price of BTC to reach $40k in this month of August, before I will believe that $69k is possible before the end of this year 2023 which is the wish of many investors in the community. But the price started decreasing from $30k to $26k to create a great fear into the mind of those that is hoping for the price to increase above $30k before they can start thinking of how to visit the market to supply to make a good profits. With this slow move of the price of BTC in this season, I don't think the price will hit back to $69k before the end of this year because the green light is not stable like the way it was stable last two years to reach $69k for both long term investors and short term investors to experience huge amount of money from their investment. Do you believe that there is still hope for investors to experience $69k this year? Because we just have 3 months and some weeks before the end of this year. What is you hope for this current price?

you have to read the writing that I quoted from an article.

Quote
The history of Bitcoin halvings has shown a pattern where before and after the halving, the price of Bitcoin tends to experience increased volatility. In the months before the halving, there may be increased interest from investors and traders seeking to capitalize on the potential price increases following the halving. This could result in a price increase leading up to the event.

in conclusion, usually FOMO will occur before the bitcoin halving, that's what investors do to seek profits in the hope that the bitcoin price will rise then they sell it slowly until the price drops again after the halving occurs. understanding the history of the bitcoin price is important so that you can draw a conclusion, but you need to be reminded that anything can happen to the bitcoin price, you must be prepared to buy or sell, set your target price.
1106  Local / Trading dan Spekulasi / Re: TRADER bukanlah PENGANGGURAN on: August 26, 2023, 09:13:41 PM

1108  Economy / Economics / Re: Having a problem a Personal Finance? on: August 25, 2023, 09:50:53 PM
...

[a.] Read books related to personal finance.

[b.] Always hang out here on the Bitcointalk forum; you can see and learn a lot from this platform.

[c.] Watch videos that can give you inspiration to become better. And mingle with people who have a positive outlook on life.

financial skills will not be effective if you only learn from books without doing it right away, try slowly to set aside what is important and what is not important in your daily life, for example if you really don't need a new smartphone then don't buy it, don't be hungry and always buy what you don't really need.

Besides that, skills in money management can also be compared to learning to play the guitar or doing other things you like, the more often you hone and practice, the more proficient you will be at managing the flow of your money in and out.
1109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth it to teach older people about bitcoin technology? on: August 25, 2023, 07:20:51 PM
Bitcoin has captured the center of attention, especially with the younger generations showing keen interest in it. Yet, there are those who believe that teaching older individuals about it might not be a wise investment of time. However, we must ponder: does it carry value? This conversation revolves around the question of whether it's worthwhile to educate older generations about bitcoin.

if asked is it useful? of course teaching the older generation about bitcoin is very useful, especially now that there are many scam crypto projects out there in the name of bitcoin investment that can attract and trap the older generation. but the rejection of bitcoin will certainly always exist because not all older generations have an interest in being taught, especially when they believe more in the FUD that is spread about bitcoin out there, that is a wall that limits them from being able to be taught about what bitcoin is, its function and also the benefits for the future.
1110  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Suggest for newbies investors! on: August 25, 2023, 06:57:17 PM
Don't invest early
Do not trade to soon

This is because you are new to the crypto market so you may have an idea of getting rich quick but that is absolutely zero quota.
I would like to encourage people to come here and then research crypto. Then you can get an idea of when and how you should proceed.

don't invest too fast, it seems that the words are not the right words, early investors in crypto mostly get huge results than those who are late, but keep in mind that not all crypto asset projects are able to provide big profits for all their early investors, many are detrimental to investors their early, so a good understanding of crypto currency is really needed, especially for those who are beginners, don't listen to invitations from other people or be persuaded by other people's persuasion, and make you invest in the wrong crypto assets. knowledge is the main foundation after that good experience will teach you slowly about how you are most comfortable investing in crypto.

I'm trying to make a deposit on my bitsar account

currently still pending,

I will edit back and revise my experience of depositing and withdrawing at Bitsar Wink

continued above, my deposit confirmation took less than 2 hours, that's because I used the fee with the lowest fee lol

after confirmation, I immediately traded with the TRX/BTC pair and the fee that was charged was not up to 1 trx

I proceeded to withdraw TRX directly to my another TRX wallet and everything was confirmed without me needing to do KYC.

1115  Economy / Economics / Re: Bad economic situation makes bitcoins more difficult to keep. on: August 23, 2023, 10:27:39 PM
I was having a conversation with a friend, and we talked about how difficult the economy is and how it can disrupt someone's plan to hold their bitcoins without tampering with it. I think this is true because if you think of how difficult things are getting, Salaries from jobs no longer sufficient to sort all needs, and profit from business seriously affected and made intangible because of the increasing cost of running a business and the rising cost of things.

Holding your bitcoins has a lot to do with discipline truly, but discipline is harder to practice when you are being suffocated and suffering financially with plenty bills and responsibility to respond to. People in countries with better economy, where there are good jobs and businesses are working, Bitcoins will easier hold than for people who are in places with terrible economic situation. What do you think?

I remember the time when the Covid 19 pandemic hit the world, The finances of my little family were devastated and we had to move to our parents-in-law's house, even though we only depended on the payment I got from the paid bitcoin signature campaign and it lasted for several months.

slowly our economy is improving and my partner can also make enough money for the family so for now I can invest in bitcoin safely and don't need to sell the bitcoin that I hold when I need money, the point is I have felt how difficult it is to maintain the bitcoin that you have when you really don't have any other income that can financially support your family.
1116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I can’t cope on my own. What do you think I should do? on: August 23, 2023, 09:50:54 PM
...

According to the channel free games are limited and we can only enjoy for a month and now the month is almost over and only VIPs will be entitled to games when the month elapses. I have been having doubts whether to join the VIP zone because I don’t want to be scammed that’s why i want to know your opinions.

What do you all think i should do?

I'm confused about what advice to give you, but if you really feel that the channel has benefited you so far and doesn't show you want to go in the direction of scam, then there's nothing wrong with joining in, especially if the fees charged are still affordable for you to pay. sometimes you have to spend a certain amount of money to get maximum results on your bets, they have also helped you with betting predictions that have almost reached 80% effectiveness.

I'm a little curious about the link from that group, can you usually tell it in this topic?
1117  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much ,as you think ,is 1 bitcoin in 2025? on: August 23, 2023, 09:07:14 PM
2025 is the period after the halving occurred and it is possible that the bitcoin price will touch $ 50k (I'm just trying to rely on the history of bitcoin prices when passing the 4 year halving period)

Regulation, countries' policies, legality issues, crime related stuff, etc. will lead Bitcoin to worth something close to $0
$0. In 2025, the underlying ciphers will be broken by then.
Same opinion here. It will be superseded by another, safer and user-friendlier crypto-currency.

Actually there are a lot of comments on this topic that really caught my attention but I highlight these three comments because they are from the first page LOL, basically I'm curious what makes them think like this, the $ 0 bitcoin is something that won't happen at all let alone bitcoin replaced by other cryptocurrencies, it will also not be possible again.
1118  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you think privacy is important for a beginner? on: August 23, 2023, 08:26:05 PM
...

People are divided on this. Some think privacy is really important and should be guarded by rules and society. But there are others who don't really mind and think privacy isn't a big deal. So, I created thread to see what everyone thinks about privacy.

every human being has human rights that protect them from birth and no one can take them away, therefore there is nothing wrong with people who do not care about privacy and there is also nothing wrong with people who attach great importance to privacy. I myself think privacy is important but for some things, I remove that notion and provide my privacy data through KYC, but I will be very detailed about the site I use. If it's a new site and doesn't have a reputation yet, I won't be willing to give my privacy data (you are the one who has to choose).
1119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin Instead of Gold? on: August 23, 2023, 08:00:20 PM
The answer to a debate that is constantly discussed on social media accounts and news outlets may open doors to different answers for everyone. So, Why Bitcoin Instead of Gold for you?

If this topic has been discussed before, I would appreciate it if you could enlighten me.

I like both and I have investments in both, but what I think makes bitcoin much better than gold is its price fluctuations which tend to be faster than gold while gold seems stagnant and doesn't have a drastic increase in price, besides that trading with bitcoin is far easier and more efficient than gold only through a smartphone, you can already sell or buy bitcoin while gold is quite difficult, and the last is cross-border shipping for bitcoin transactions which is very easy, compared to gold which requires complicated physical delivery, maybe this is all I can explain about why bitcoin is much better imo.
1120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can everyone in the world have bitcoin. on: August 22, 2023, 11:52:25 PM
...

My question is that is it possible for everyone to have bitcoin with the number of limited supply of bitcoin ?

even in the next 100 - 200 years, I don't think everyone in this world will have bitcoin, of course the reason is simple, not everyone is connected to the internet - not everyone likes bitcoin - not everyone understands bitcoin - not everyone can sell/buy bitcoins and many other reasons.

bitcoin is still very confusing for many people, especially with those who really love fiat money, they will definitely continue to say bitcoin is a scam blah blah blah. but there's no need to worry, even if bitcoin has groups that reject it, there will always be people who support and support bitcoin and that's what makes bitcoin stay strong.
