1101  Other / Archival / Re: [BIG LIST] Crypto Debit Cards on: May 27, 2023, 09:45:53 AM
I'm not sure if this card was already suggested here but I just notice that Ledger offers CL crypto cards for Ledger Wallet owners when I browse the Ledger Live. This card is available worldwide with 2% cashback every month. This is cool because the funds will be directly deducted directly from the ledger balance.

https://www.ledger.com/cl-card

Also, If this will not trouble you, Adding the benefits of the cards on the list such as rebates percentage will be very helpful to choose a better crypto card.
1102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which YouTube influencers to counter trade? on: May 27, 2023, 09:30:07 AM
Hi, I was wondering which YouTube bitcoin influencers/traders/presenters are good examples for terrible bitcoin analysis that can give me an opposing view to some of the other adept influencers? That I could perhaps try to counter trade their advice?

At the moment I kind of think IvanonTech the Russian dude is pretty convincing to counter trade, what do you folks reckon?

I don't understand the logic of counter-trade as a reference to your own trade. Why do you need to trouble yourself on finding someone spouting useless analysis when you can just create your analysis for your own trade? I will understand if this is about random shitcoin since most of the influencers is always bullish about it while the price keeps dumping but it's very risky when it comes to Bitcoin because you might feed the right analysis but you place an opposite trade just because you are countering his analysis for your trade. It's better to have your own rather that rely on someone just to counter it.
1103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll) on: May 26, 2023, 05:12:22 PM
Yes, thanks for the advice, maybe I'll try it at some point when I'm bad at gambling and when I experience a big loss.
But it seems that slot games at high volatility providers can be relied on more by some gamblers because I still often hear about gamblers getting big wins from high volatility slots.

Due to the nature of high volatility slot games. It’s normal to see some players still winning big time on it since we have different winning chance rate while this type of slot are usually paying big time when you trigger the lucky spin for that profit.

It's just that I think this type of slot game requires quite a large amount of capital so that it will be difficult for us who are small gamblers to play and get big wins in high volatility slots.

This not true. You can still pay it if you have low bankroll if you will just use the minimum bet and currency that will make the minimum bet lower than normal. The difference of high volatility slot games is there’s only few win per spin unlike mid range volatility that returns some of your bet through small profit but your luck is still the same when we are talking about chance of hitting huge multiplier.

So you can still use this high volatility slot if you have low bankroll by just setting a low bet.
1104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale strategy in casinos on: May 26, 2023, 04:29:20 PM
Martingale strategy is something that is being known to most of the gamblers. The success of the strategy is simply low and it is high risky when we don't have big fund to spend. Just think of the situation, you spend $1, and the bet is lost, in the second bet to get back the loss you increase the bet to $2. Here if won you'll get the lost $1 along with $1 as profit. If the bet is lost you'll go for $4 bet where you'll get $3 along with $1 as profit. For mere profit what we risk will be very high. Rather than risking it is always good to go with a bet, if won just try to spend the profit on next bet and not the capital.
The martingale strategy is not recommended for trial purposes because of the large risks and with this strategy it is usually used by gamblers who have large amounts of money so that martingale can be used correctly.
Regarding risk, everything involved in gambling has a risk, the only difference is the size of the risk of losing some money.
When I have more money I sometimes use this strategy but if my funds are a little better to gamble normally with less risk.

You can always start on the minimum bet so that your bankroll can withstand a long lose streak. This is really risky if hit lose streak in the early stage of your gambling session but you can also have a huge early profit if you manage to consistently win before the long lose streak occurs. The idea of this strategy is to play as quickly as possible to earn early profit and cash out before the house tanks your bankroll. The longer you play in the casino makes you more exposed to lose due to the house edge and human error.

The risk of using martingale strategy is much more bearable than the risk of being impatient for a very long game that always end up on poor decision making in terms of betting strategy.
1105  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: May 26, 2023, 04:12:13 PM
Sharing here my recent live game experience on Sportsbet.io.

I was very unlucky on Blackjack which drains my 300USD very quickly. My only win against the dealer is just a draw and the rest of my bet is just a loss for whatever bad luck hits me hard. Only 99$ left on my 400$ bankroll for tonight and I'm already depressed about my game tonight. Then I decided to change the game and try roulette which is new to me. I keep betting on the 1/3 bet option that gives x3 payout. Luckily, The GOD of Luck is with me this time which makes all my bets win 3 consecutive times. I recover quickly my initial 300$ loss and take a profit 98$ which I withdraw quickly. I still shaking right now. My best gambling experience so far.  Grin

1106  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BetterCallRaul.it Domain Scam confirmed on: May 26, 2023, 08:50:13 AM
Flag supported. It’s just that they already spend a lot on their marketing but still commit a rug pull instead of maintaining the brand.

I think Royse or other signature manager should do this API on every signature thread so the user can be aware too if advertiser has topped up the balance

The way I understand Royse objective now on running the campaign. He wants to limit the information about the bounty to the participants only that’s why escrow address and spreadsheet are hidden on some of his campaign. Using this API will make it visible to all participants. Besides escrow address can be view on block explorer.

This API is very good tool for all the campaigns that disclosed the escrow address of the campaign to the public.
1107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much impact will China allowing crypto again have on Bitcoin? on: May 25, 2023, 04:23:14 PM
This is good news right? Are we expecting big moves for Bitcoin or will it take a while?

We aren't dependent on china for bitcoin massive adoption allover the world, China is only high in population but nothing to be compared to the entire world population, also they aren't the ones controlling the economy or dictating, let's not get the whole idea wrong here, China itself is not accepting bitcoin, but it was the news radio station in China that serve a carrier of this information, maybe anything may show forth from their side about bitcoin and which is still obvious that China is not ready for anything change on it stand about cryptocurrency.

I beg to disagree on this. What’s the sense on comparing the rest of the world population to the number populated country if we are talking about mass adoption. The rest of the world is spread in different country/continent while China is just a a single country which their people strictly follow their Government. Mass adoption can be obtained on China rapidly compared to the rest of the world since they are united on whats the Government suggested.

Getting China once again will surely boost crypto market since there’s a lot of the big players on crypto residing on China that is just being restricted by the government. The only possible repercussions on China joining with us again is the on and off FUD news about their stand on crypto.
1108  Economy / Gambling / Re: NFTonSPIN.com - Leading Crypto Casino With Get Full Refund If Not Satisfied on: May 25, 2023, 04:04:59 PM
are u guys joking? in the next message i wrote that even though it paid me and i wouldnt deposit any money to that site and how amateur it looks , lol these guys posting replies without reading whole thread at all just to increase their post number or to complete their tasks in promotion campaigns...

It’s normal reaction because this casino offers too good to be true while you are vouching for them that they are really paying their bonus without any problem using only free money.

Your account reputation for being inactive here for many that suddenly became active just to post that vouch will surely create many doubt. I think you know exactly how it looks like if you change your perspective to our side. I won’t blame you for doing that vouch if you really achieved it but the doubt of user here will always be there due to this casino shady introduction. Don’t take it personally if I were you.
1109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Crypto coin Do You Gamble with the Most? on: May 25, 2023, 02:57:41 PM
I gamble most of the time now using Bitcoin because it’s the base currency for my signature campaign earnings. Before, I use stablecoin because Bitcoin price is dipping much before we recover on the current price. I stop using Stablecoin when Bitcoin is already consistent on pumping so that I will not miss any pump opportunity if ever Bitcoin price rally while my funds is on the casino.

This decision I made before gives me a lot of profit since my Bitcoin value is increasing while I have my profit from my gambling. Using stablecoins now on a booming market of Bitcoin is useless since you will not enjoy the price growth. The recent fee hike just make me rest for gambling but it’s still good to spend time on other things that I already forgot to do due to my interest on gambling during my vacation.
1110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mr Beast’s house robbed of everything except for bitcoin on: May 25, 2023, 05:15:38 AM
Lesson here, not all robbers are this stupid, hide your keys!

All the narrative that you mention showing how robber are stupid and make the readers not think to hide their keys.  Cheesy

Most of the robber usually are those people that didn’t finish school and doesn’t have jobs that why they rely on robbing someone as source of money. I think there’s only few robber that use their brain rather then physical strength. I don’t bother match on the second of my digital asset from a physical robbery since most of them targets the common valuable things. Scammer and hackers are the main enemy of our digital possession though.

One thing I learned lesson here is to leave cash on open space so that robber will focus on it and leave your private keys alone.
1111  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need signal service on: May 25, 2023, 03:40:55 AM

Check their website :
Tycoon.io*
It's about a new Trading Signals platform, Tycoon Signals, to land in June. It contains all trades of best traders on Finance Futures

*:its my ref link that will help me go in the waiting list

Binance already have their own copy trading. I don’t see any use case of this service anymore since the exchange itself have it without the need to trust the 3rd party services to hold and trade your funds using their software for Binance copy trading.

I just use some of this copy trading feature on Binance many times. The only problem of this his feature was copy traders only become visible once they are making profit already not when they are starting to trade since they need to build reputation first before someone will copy their trading.

The risk on doing copy trading is they might be an exchange inside trader which might give a sacrifice trade for the exchange to have profit on loss trades.
1112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been threaten to stop gambling on: May 24, 2023, 03:56:41 PM
This actually happens if there is a similar thread I'll lock this thread.

My friend invited me for a round of drinks just last night to confess something, and that is his wife threatened to leave their house and file for legal separation because the wife just discovered that he's spending a lot of time gambling, she thought that he's just playing games but she discovered his logged because the idiot has his password in the browser, so the wife check his withdrawal and voila his losing a lot of money and she also discovered that he won big money in the past but didn't tell her.

I guess that blew her patience for not telling his winning, so he threaten that he should stop gambling or they part ways, my friend choose his wife so he cannot play until he can convince his wife and promise her to tell her if he won big. Cheesy

How about you have you been threatened by your wife, your girlfriend, or your parents, if so tell us your story.

If making secret about the husband huge win is what his wife got angry then his problem is solved by being transparent on his gambling activities. I don’t see the logic behind hiding profit to his wife while they are both living on the same roof and benefits on each other finances.

Maybe you should ask your friend about the reason on hiding his profit. I understand when he wants to hide loss because my wife will really got angry if I loss money on nonsense things for him but I will be proud to share my profit on gambling if I ever I win big time because my wife deserves to share with it unless he I didn’t love her anymore.

Hiding gambling will just result for broken marriage since the wife will always blame gambling whenever they experienced financial problem even though it’s not related anymore on gambling. Woman always want to press on parts that hurts the most to agonized us on things that we than in the past.

thx, the discord link now is working and i think it will be good if you changed all the broken links from your website/medium to the working ones. because i found a few discord link before and all of them is broken.
Btw how long will we be able to see our rank in the spreadsheet if i register now?

I hope you are doing well. All broken Discord links on Medium and other sites have been fixed. All leaderboard positions are available until the end of the tournament. All new late entries' information is updated in every leaderboard update.

Is there a schedule or time line on when this Beta phase will be over? Also is all the UBCKS earned during the beta phase will be convertible to the real UBCKS token once the casino is already live on mainnet?

The casino looks promising because you allow liquidity pool for your sportsbook that gives chance for players to play as the house. I’m interested to see a roadmap on this project to know better what will be your future upgrade. I notice that you release sports by batch while there’s no live bets available or is live bets possible on smart contract bet since the odds keeps changing every seconds while smart contract approval take some time?
1114  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 🖤 #1 VIP Crypto Casino 💠 Come in and explore our new design ✨ on: May 24, 2023, 11:51:53 AM
I will be happy if there is a Matic payment because I happen to hold some Matic in my wallet from gambling winnings, I have not looked back at my Bitcasino account yet, maybe I will see if it is true that Matic is added as a new currency I will try to make a deposit to try some games in the casino.

I haven't looked in this thread about the Bitcasino update adding Matic currency or maybe I missed it but thanks for your information a lot was missed it looks like there are more events from bitcasino to follow and I just followed their official twitter to see any updates from Bitcasino so that I don't miss promotional information and others.

Most of the updates are announced on social media platforms of Bitcasino such as Telegram and Twitter accounts so you should follow their social media if you want to become updated since they always release random giveaways and promotions that literally free money for just a minimal task, unlike other casinos that require you to wager the reward with very difficult requirements.

Users are just sharing the news on this thread which maybe the reason they don't post here already updates to let the community discuss it. We are very active on Bitcasino promotion here.
1115  Other / Meta / Re: Quoted post date format on: May 24, 2023, 10:23:09 AM
Unix epoch time, a.k.a seconds passed since 1 January 1970.

https://www.unixtimestamp.com
https://www.epochconverter.com

You probably won't know that on your head, so better to just quote it again.

Thanks for this info. I tried to experiment on it by altering the numbers manually but I’m always getting a very odd date which is doesn’t make sense to the number or any pattern that will lead me to understanding the format.

Now I can have peace of my mind that this is not an easy fit job.

I don't know how likely you are to click the preview button before you start writing, if you do then on the draft page you will find the full quote easily, copy and paste again, it's that simple.

I’m always using the preview button before I made my post. This is the reason why I can detect the missing number on that date since the bbcode [/quote] is appearing on my preview post.

I just quote again the same post then copy the date format on my original quoted post that I already trim.

Nice to learn new info in the forum structure.

1116  Other / Meta / Quoted post date format on: May 24, 2023, 09:07:51 AM
Anyone knows how the date format works on quoted post that I want to reply? I always accidentally deleting part of it whenever I’m trimming my post and I can’t revert it back since there’s no undo button on mobile.

Take a look on example below:

Code:
[quote author=Eternad link=topic=5453623.msg62290699#msg62290699 date=1684862092]
-sample-
[/quote]

This is date=1684862092 the part which I don’t know how this number works to modify the date properly.

I know that simply quoting again the post will make the same date format appear but it’s easier to just type back the missing number if I know how this format works.

Parang nagiging IOU(I Owe U) yung ganitong klaseng pagtransfer ng Bitcoin.

1118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wife discovers husband's hidden Bitcoin during divorce proceeding on: May 23, 2023, 05:01:13 PM

Looks like some of the married folks are getting smarter... They don't want to be left in the dark, but are going out to get it themselves through crypto hunters. What's your thoughts on this?

This is why prenup is important if you have some undisclosed assets to your partner that you save when you are single. This kind of asset like Bitcoin is supposed to be not split if earned it long time ago.

But on this narrative, The husband use Bitcoin to save some of his assets that supposedly split since it’s considered as both party property because pf the money being use. He is trying to cheat on assets split since he know that the marriage is already cold. Actually, tracking crypto assets now are very easy especially on country like US that crypto are needed to be tax and track for the IRS report.

The husband deserves that bust since he wants to take away the money that earned within the marriage span.
1119  Other / Meta / Re: Crimes of signatures campaign affects forum? on: May 21, 2023, 03:41:54 PM
I have taught of this seriously and I began to have a biased concern to bitcointalk if any signatures campaigns in bitcointalk can affects the existence of bitcointalk if they commit a crime that leads to government investigations.

First of all, Advertisement of illegal item is not allowed in the forum so there’s no the government will bust the forum since it doesn’t promote illegal goods. In an event that a service that being promoted by forum member turns out to be violating the law, The campaign stop immediately which means we didn’t allow here to promote service that already committed the crime not before the crime is committed.

Secondly do we believe that bitcointalk can  be obstructed by government if their is a noticeable crime by the management? From my understanding it seems to me that bitcoin existence is different from the bitcointalk forum and without the existence of bitcointalk forum bitcoin will continue existing, what's your take on this.

Yes, Government can seize the forum if the management commit a crime based on what country jurisdiction the forum is under and what kind of crime. Any website online can be seize by the government if they have the warrant for it. But forum moderator is not dumb to do that. Theymos is very professional for a long time on running the forum smoothly.

This idea came to me through what happened to the site of bitcointalk few days ago which I couldn't logins my account for sometimes, I wasn't happy when the incident occur. Please I asked this few questions because I want to know what I don't know, and if my question is not ideal please don't crucify me.

You just need to take a break. Theymos create a poll recently about how to fix the broken image in the forum due to imgur issue. The timing of maintenance is in-line with his poll so probably he is just doing some solution on the broken image problem. There’s nothing to worry about and make sure to be updated on meta to prevent this kind of worrying.
1120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: % idiots among investors on: May 21, 2023, 12:52:57 PM
It’s normal to see that kind of result since most of the so called professional investors still butthurt on Bitcoin because they missed the profit train. Gold is the typical go to assets of most investors that doesn’t have exposure or mislead by mainstream media about Bitcoin since Gold is physical. Most investors in the financial world is still old school when it comes to investment.

I think the result is still good seeing Bitcoin on 3rd rank that overtake USD and YUAN which is the most popular fiat right now. It shows how people value more Bitcoin than worthless fiat which is the goal.
