1121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal Reaches 85% of Binance.US Volume on: November 18, 2020, 08:01:52 AM
So from what I have heard the PayPal doesn’t let people move their bitcoins to another wallet, and that it’s not an actual Bitcoin we will be buying from it, it’s just going to be like some token or something and they will be lying to the people that it’s real Bitcoin while they won’t be able to send their bitcoins to another person or a different wallet that they own.

The only thing people will be doing is just HODL it on the PayPal platform and nothing more, you can’t do anything with it. With that I would say that it all doesn’t make any sense, because it would have been best if they allowed people to do more with it, that would have also helped in the adoption.

Majority of the world has already acknowledged Biden and Harris as the POTUS and VP. Even the official results are matching the projections currently. This isn't similar to Gore vs Bush.
And I heard that even Trump finally accepted that Biden won but still wasn't ready to concede defeat. I believe it was excellent decision to pay Biden bets because it is obvious he won and Trump is not going to turn tables at all most likely so stake made a fair call but they should or could have settled Trump bets as lost because he lost on count anyways and if election fraud is found that is a different story altogether.

I respect both but the sportsbet settled my bet on Gerogia state results as lost despite the fact that counting was still going on and when i contacted support they said that's the official result.
1123  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: November 17, 2020, 04:36:41 PM
I am really excited for the India vs Australia series that is scheduled to start from 27th November and the reason I am excited is because this is the first decent cricket series that is happening after the corona virus spread. I know IPL and other leagues did happen but I always rate international cricket above any kind of leagues no matter how decorated they are.

Odds are against India but Australia has not been the same team since the drama that happened around the sand paper usage so I might favor the visitors here despite home conditions for Australia. Sportsbet is without a doubt the best crypto sportsbook to make cricket bets so I hope some special markets are offered too like total boundaries or total centuries, etc.
1124  Economy / Economics / Re: Is COVID-19 an excuse for governments & central banks to print money? on: November 17, 2020, 02:37:19 PM
I do not believe that Covid19 is an excuse for governments to print money. The pandemic caught them off guard. The global health system needs more work and innovation. I think the responsible entities are outdated. If we already know that global banking shows disadvantages before the advancement of cryptography.
In terms of health, I have not heard any progress before the Covid19 appeared. So I think the virus is not an excuse. Guys, virus outbreaks are worrisome. Keep safe.
Yeah, people are playing the blame game basically.

If lockdowns are implemented, people criticize government and question them how people will earn ad survive which although is a legit query but there is no way the government knows the answer or can solve it.

If lockdowns are not implemented, the same people will again play victim card and bash the government to open shops when the virus is already spreading so quickly and new waves of virus are coming every now and then.

So, honestly I feel the government are as flummoxed as we are and it requires efforts from both sides not just the government or not just the common man.
1125  Economy / Economics / Re: Effective Covid-19 vaccine found on: November 16, 2020, 03:18:07 PM
Is there any news on when it will be made public? Honestly there were talks about Russia finding a vaccine as well and that was like 2 months ago, since the last 2 months I haven't heard about that vaccine at all and nobody really get injected with it in our nation, it was just a news on some newspaper and nothing more came out of it. I understand that this is bigger because "some Russian scientist find a vaccine" is not the same as Pfizer which is a huge company saying they found one.

However no matter how trustworthy the source is, I will not believe nor care about this vaccine until it is something we can all get our hands on, if it is going to take months and months before it could be made public, I really don't think this news should matter at all.
1126  Economy / Economics / Re: Hoping that its the end of corona virus on: November 14, 2020, 04:19:28 PM
If there is a specific medicine/vaccine for covid 19 virus then we are hoping that it is the end of corona virus. But, as long as there is no definite medicine yet, we can't avoid the virus to spread everywhere.
A vaccine is out if you have been following the news. There were so many organizations working on creating vaccine for coronavirus and Pfizer is the first to come up with one that works. So, since we now have a vaccine, it’s a matter of when it’s going to be available and how many they will be able to produce this year to be able to get a lot of people vaccinated and help in preventing the virus.

There is no need to be afraid, the virus is not going to spread everywhere and moreover there have been people who went through it and still came out alive and healthy, so it’s not a death sentence. But everyone should be doing their possible best to stay safe.
1127  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is the secret to success in trading? on: November 14, 2020, 03:39:48 PM
There is nothing that could be considered a "secret" in trading anymore, everyone who knows a bit of trading already started to give their tips and tricks on how to trade, all the basics and fundamentals of trading has been shared, thousands of books written, millions of courses created, countless videos shared so far about it.

So, I can tell you that whatever you want to know about trading has been already published and shared and you could get them with few clicks of your finger. Obviously even with that much knowledge, people could still lose money, everyone could lose money in a market, it is not about losing but more about profiting more than you lose. You could buy Acoin and make 100 dollar profit while buy Bcoin and lose 50 bucks, that is fine, just don't do the opposite.
1128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UPS AND DOWNS IN BOUNTY ACTIVITIES on: November 14, 2020, 03:09:33 PM
My suggestion, build your knowledge and move to the services section for quality campaigns
the altcoin bounty section is highly unpredictable.
Whether a noob or someone experienced, you still have to know the procedures to choose the right projects. You have to know the right managers to work with, know their history and whether they are the types of managers that gets the right projects, and the steps they follow with choosing projects to manager, for example there are managers that will ask for escrow upfront, and some of them will not.

To be honest, some bounty hunters are fools who don't really care about the participants, unlike the others. They don't really care whether the participants can successfully get their coins or not. Some of the managers will contact the participant to ask them to post their concerns about the official group of the bounty.
No lies in that, most of them only care about the payment they are getting from those hosting the projects, whether the hunters are getting paid or not is none of their business. Just as I first mentioned about escrow, a lot of hunters have complained about this, that they want to managers to be asking for escrows to secure their hard work, but most of them wouldn’t.
1129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YOUC a good example of project recovering from dump because of it's potential on: November 14, 2020, 02:36:33 PM
They will never blame it on investors, it’s always the bounty hunters that are being blamed because they withdraw their payment. These people neglecting that this is a job for hunters and hunters are not investors, they are doing their job because they are in need of the money and nothing else, so once the payment is in they withdraw it.

So, why should they be the ones to bear the blame? If they are going to be blaming anyone, maybe they should blame investors and hunters altogether and not just blame only hunters. With that said, good projects will always find their way up after a fall, because the team knows what they are doing and they have better plans.
1130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: November 13, 2020, 08:46:12 PM
Otherwise
1. Hunter will decrease
This is really wrong. In reality, they don't even care with the escrowed pool rewards at all. They care with only themselves, claiming all the bounties if possible with their shitty multi accounts because of the social media campaigns and stuff. It doesn't matter at all for the bounty hunters.
I have to agree with that because there is so much crowd in the bounty market that people are ready to work for pennies and bounty campaigns are taking advantage of this.

The truth although is that the quality posters and promoters only join escrowed contests and campaigns so a campaign that doesn't emphasizes on escrow will usually meet with multi accounting and problems like that and hiring a good campaign manager is equally important because as a project owner you cannot check everything yourself and we have so many experienced and amazing managers here at forum.
1131  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 60+ Billion Bets | 113+ BTC Jackpot! on: November 13, 2020, 03:29:11 PM

I have seen completely baseless comments on why ripple is good in the PD chatbox just so it goes fast. You cant expect degens to be diligent enough for investing money. They are two different species altogether. Cheesy
The site attracts big rollers
not anymore. pd need to wake up. maybe give more bonuses to platinums.  was surprised to see someone wagering 3 or 4 btc and winning the race on pd.
Might sound like PD is getting old but they are still among the biggest platforms out there and a lot of their traffic is actually shifted towards stake which is their own site so a lot of people bet there too and if you combine their overall stats from both websites I don't think any casino comes close to the number of bets that happen on them.

I don't use PD much now a days but that is because I am a sports bettor and use stake because it solves my dice and sports both type of needs.

I don't know if Primedice will consider or not but as a long time user I tend to agree that playing the same game gets boring so please it is a request from your long time user, consider adding some fresh games.
1132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has it occurred? Or still in progress on: November 13, 2020, 01:46:54 PM
On the eve of Halloween 31 October 2008 satoshi wrote
"I have been working on a electronic cash system that's fully peer- to -peer ,with no trusted third party."
Can we say that his work has been done or is still a work in progress .
" What has been the development of Bitcoin and improvement since that statement was made till now?
And will Bitcoin (satoshi dream or goal ) be fully accepted in the world as a means of payment?.
What other goals are you talking about? I think in that statement Satoshi was referring to his purpose for creating Bitcoin, which has already been accomplished by releasing Bitcoin. So, he wasn’t saying it is not something that hasn’t been accomplished. Bitcoin itself is the peer-to-peer payment method that’s being referenced to and it has been done.

So, the next thing now is that it is up to we to start adopting it and making a lot of people to do the same, though I am not trying to say that the whole world will adopt it. I see it that it would be something as PayPal, doing the same thing that PayPal helps us do.
1133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin needs more women. on: November 13, 2020, 12:13:33 PM
It’s like a normal thing in most sectors, there are always more males than females, especially sectors that has to do with technology, guys are usually the ones who are techy. I think it’s something that will have to start with the society, they need to make the women understand that they can do anything, no matter whatever it is, they should feel free to do it as long as they love it.

It’s just like in my society, people don’t see it as a normal thing for a girl to be working as a mechanical engineer, they believe that such works are meant for men only, and when they see women in those sectors they think it’s strange or something lol. Things will definitely change as time goes on.
1134  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prediction 2020 on: November 13, 2020, 11:00:44 AM
We will break over ATH before the year ends, here I said it. I normally do not talk this big because we are in crypto world and we could be 5k tomorrow all we know, maybe satoshi will come out live and sell all of his coins and that is when bitcoin will go under 1k even!

However I believe none of that will happen, I am looking into the market and we are in a situation where the whole world sees crypto as a solution to worlds financial problems, they see this in blockchain mainly and how blockchain tech will be something as huge as internet will be and the whole world currencies and financial sector will move to blockchain, which makes crypto currencies a lot more loved because they are based on blockchain tech as well. I hope that we will stay afloat for a bit more and go over 20k before the year ends.
1135  Economy / Speculation / Re: Let's discuss: How big will the next correction be? And when will it occur? on: November 12, 2020, 05:15:26 PM
Hi guys,

given the immense growth the last few weeks, I was wondering what the community thinks about the next correction. How big will it be in your opinion. And when will it occur you think?

All opinions are very welcome!
You mean the next bull run? Or correction? Because corrections happens after there is a bull run and the price goes very high, then a correction takes place and the price is reduced.

So, I guess you’re referring to what we are all waiting as at this time which is the bull run. We can’t tell how big the bull run is going to be, but I have this feeling that the bull run is going to be bigger than what we had the previous time. Look at the price we have now, the price is almost $16,000 and by that we will be just $4000 away from the last ATH price- $20,000.
1136  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportsbooks that aren’t paying out on Biden winning the US Presidential Election on: November 12, 2020, 04:08:43 PM
I'm not from the States but according to what it's slowly coming out this has been the most embarrassing US Election in history, even worse than Gore v. Bush 2000. I knew this could have been a contested election and I decided consciously not to bet on this event.
Not the Media but the people should elect the President. Even if Biden won correctly, Media attitude towards Donald Trump, being the US President, was and still is disgusting.
Yeah, I don't understand why there are talks about election fraud just because Biden won. I mean had Trump won everyone would have been quite and nice which is a really poor sign from their media. I hope Biden will be a better president rather than being a big mouth like Trump.

As far as bet settlement are concerned I actually knew the election results will be delayed because there were news that results will be slow so I never made too big of bets to get anxious for settlement.

Trump bettors are just quietly waiting for him to prove the election fraud which is menacing because elections are over and results are public now there is no reason to delay the settlement for betting sites. I do not understand just because a sore loser makes baseless claims that is Trump, why is everyone trusting him.
1137  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: November 12, 2020, 03:35:33 PM
Meanwhile I should have pumped in more for mine but that was all I had back then. It's only once-in-4-years affair Grin

Yeah there are many situations that I wish I had more money to gamble, it mainly happens in dice when I lose few in a row and want to wager more to recover my losses and I do not have enough so I can't recover it, bad part of doing martingale, but obviously that is a good thing because if I had more money I would have chased more and more losses eventually losing hundreds of bitcoin if I had that type of bankroll.

If you wagered and you won, just be happy about it, because it could have been the reverse and that would be erasing all the hard work you put in order to make that bet. Bets are a bit different of course, in dice you can wager in seconds and do it constantly without stopping, here we are talking about elections so maybe it would have been different.
1138  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Vaccine Will Cause Bitcoin Crash on: November 12, 2020, 09:37:08 AM
Free vaccine is something I am not entirely sure about. Obviously there are a lot of nations that has universal healthcare and they will get the vaccine for free and apply to every citizen, they will use governmental rights to deny all profits to pharma companies if they have to, or they would come to agreement to pay them something small from treasury and just give it to citizens at which case your taxes pay for it, it is not free.

However in USA where medical world makes hundreds of billions of dollars profit and charge people 50x more than what medicine costs, I am not sure if it will be free or not. When corona first started there were places doing corona tests for 3k dollars, there were free clinics as well but there were places charge 3k, so I assume USA may not be free.
1139  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price to reach $17k? on: November 12, 2020, 08:43:09 AM
Trend seems to be up again, I wasn't so sure about what is going to happen when the first dump happens and that became just a correction which is not a big deal because whenever bitcoin price surges like this, there is always a correction that comes along. Obviously speaking we are not going to see something that is this big for a long time but we could see something like a 10% increase to take us to $17k levels.

What I mean by we won't see something this big is the fact that in the past 2 months we have seen 50% increase, if we see another 50% increase in the next two months, that means we will be $22-23k range before 2020 ends and I do not think that will happen, it is not impossible but it looks unlikely that we will increase that much once again at this high price, but $17k is definitely possible.
1140  Economy / Economics / Re: Debt and Crypto? on: November 11, 2020, 09:35:50 PM
The banking system has to be treated separately when we talk about crypto. Because it is a system that is being replaced little by little by the defis. In these cases of uses the bank does not participate. There are already debit cards loaded with crypto designed especially for users, there are loans whose support that users have are cryptos. The bank would have to take a big step to offer its users traditional crypto-backed services.
That is the great thing about defis that I am very much in love with nowadays, they have created a blockchain that could actually represent people like banks without the need of authority and centralization. One day we are going to have something that is so decentralized and in a way that does everything a bank does that people will stop needing banks and I think that will be the day when we are actually doing awesome.

Banks are the only reason why I got involved with crypto and it is going to stay that way, I am using a digital bank now and I do not have any physical space for my bank, and that was a big improvement for me, if I can stop with that and move fully towards having a decentralized situation without any banks but still able to use my money everywhere I go? That would be insane.
