Yes, Firmware version 1.3 or later is needed for the BCH application to run on the Nano S (1.3.1 is the latest one). Do you know how to update the firmware? Do you have your recovery sheet ready? IIRC a firmware update resets the Nano S and you'll have to do the initial setup once again.

No, that is the chrome extension, you need to install the app on the ledger itself, not on your chrome browser. Open the Ledger Manager Extension and install the Bitcoin Cash App. I can fetch my Ledger Nano S in a few minutes and make some screenshots. Whats the easiest way to get a deposit address for BCH?
The only service I currently know trading and accepting BCH deposits right now is hitBTC. Bittrex is trading, but wallets for BCH are on maintenance, Kraken also doesn't accept any BCH deposits yet. That being said, due to the immense difficulty and the low hash rate on BCH, blocks are rather rare right now (the last one was 13 hours ago), so confirmations are very slow at this time (afaik hitbtc requires 5 for BCH deposits). |

And we're back again! The Bitcoin side of the split looks very stable. Bitcoin transactions (deposits and withdrawals) are enabled again, but still require 3&6 confirmations (3 to play, 6 to withdraw). The preparations for BCC/BCH distributions are almost completed, and users who already entered an address can expect to see their payouts being processed sometime tomorrow. Reminder, the 12 day period has started and everyone wanting to claim their BCC/BCH will have to do it in this timeframe. Do not miss the deadline. |

Indeed it could. BitcoinABC nodes are 2 blocks behind right now (478558 is the last common block, BTC nodes are at 478560 right now).
According to the fork monitor the split has happened now.
You need a block or a few blocks for a split. Else you're just running nodes on an outdated version of the chain. |

I'm not going to start a third round as long as the last two are still unpaid. The funds left in escrow are not sufficient to cover the last two weeks, I could release a partly payment, but I'd rather not split or only pay in percentages. As a result of the missing funds and lack of communication from lightlord, I see no other option than pausing this campaign for the time being. We'll resume once I've got enough funds to cover payments, or should this not happen in a timely manner, I'll have to end the campaign. |

There is no update, no matter how hard you push for it. I understand you're desperate because of the loan you'll have to pay, but that's not the way to go about it.
I had previously stated that I'm not going to go into a third round as long as the two previous rounds are still unpaid. Lightlord has not provided any additional funds to cover the unpaid rounds yet. As announced, this campaign is paused with that. We'll either resume once I've been provided with sufficient funds, or end the campaign should this not happen in due time. |

Nobody will ever be blocked from receiving their funds without any good reason for it. I see cryptogames will offer no support for Bitcoin Cash, will you allow BCC/BCH withdrawals and how will they be handled and when (the timeframe?)
