1161  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin go back to 19000 on: March 12, 2023, 06:22:11 PM
it seems that the speculation has been reached even though it has not yet reached below 19000, but this indication is making a signal or a sign that the market is in a downturn.
I'm not sure if bitcoin will drop any further, but with so much fud going around the odds are getting bigger.
So far, bitcoin is bouncing back to almost 21k again. Hopefully the new week will start with a price increase and 19k will not happen again. News about further rate hikes are already known. Problems with the USDC have already happened as well. I don't know what else could be causing further price declines. Hopefully there won't be any new shocks for now.
1162  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price. Inflation persists. on: March 12, 2023, 05:16:08 PM
In any case, we all know that in the normal situation, returning to above 30K is not what will happen, and therefore staying within 15K to 20k is still good, and it is the same as the previous bottom, which was about 3000.
Fears of inflation and raising interest rates are no longer the main driver of the market, so their impact is about the first 3 weeks before and after the announcement.
So the effect will be from March 10 to mid-April.
I don't think it's about whether bitcoin can recover above 30k or even 25k. The price went up by more than 50% when bitcoin recovered from 15k to 25k. That said, inflation hasn't gone anywhere. So I think a rate hike will not have as much of an impact as it did before. Other than that there is a lot of negativity around crypto, the most recent being the USDC issues.
1163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is launching a new project during bear market a good idea?? 🤔 on: March 12, 2023, 04:04:44 PM
I've seen alot of projects did so well during the bull market, but now I'm wondering is bear market will affect the progress of a new project...
Indeed, it will have more obstacles if launching any project during the bearish market. because most of new projects are not able to survive much in the bear market. But, there are also some certain projects that can be hype enough and able to rise up very highly even during the bearish, but unfortunately, they cannot maintain and survive longer in the market, and will be dropped after touching the top price. Tis is challenging. but as long as your team is very serious and professional to bring your project up again, no matter it is bear or bull market.
Almost all Binance IDO projects perform well after even a few bearish cycles. It all depends on who owns the project and what kind of partners they have. Usually it is the little-known projects that become the most successful after a bear market. The most recent example is Aptos.
1164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What holds you back from investing in Altcoins ? on: March 12, 2023, 01:44:28 PM
It depends on what kind of alt-coins we are talking about?
Because I don't really mind investing on some alt-coins, it is just that most of the newest alt-coins tends to fall easily and it is too risky that is why I am avoiding it.
Those are like high risk high return kind of investment, If I would risk my money I want it to be on the ones that has already been tested and had proven from time to time that they could withstand the crypto storms.
There's a small list of coins that I could recall, which are trading above the bottom that was last summer. They are LTC, DASH, ATOM. I think this list could be added by many other coins. So we should choose proven altcoins which, like bitcoin, have experienced bearish seasons.
1165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 12, 2023, 09:47:07 AM
There was an interesting records between the match Roma vs Sassuolo that from 5 latest matches both of teams can playing draw 4 times and i think this proven Roma always be hard struggle to get the winning results from Sassuolo and for today too probably the results of this match will not so different especially their recent statistics also looks similar but Roma have to be careful to Sassuolo because apparently they had successfully to improved their away matches records and currently Sassuolo has 4 times unbeatable for away matches

Roma is the favourite in this match and i have no doubt about that but Roma had a problem with their consistency even they had several times to slipped and lose from mediocre teams so i am not sure Roma can overcomes Sassuolo today even i am thinking probably both of teams will share points and draw could be good possibilities for this match
I think Roma will beat Sassuolo in this game. Roma are now very motivated to pick up points to stay in the Champions League zone. Sassuolo probably have no such motivation, because they are in the middle of the standings and nothing can change their position. I think Roma will win.
1166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 11, 2023, 10:45:35 AM
It is funny how Inter is using these last games to just play around and burn everyone tickets who have bet on them,me included  Grin. That is why it is really bad when a team like Napoli goes forward a lot of points and the other teams then play for nothing as most likely Inter will be in the Champions League spots until the end of this tournament.I think they made a courtesy to Spezia as the 3 points for them were crucial to get out of the relegation zone so now Inter has one favor from them when for example Inter will be fighting for the Serie A so in these remaining games it is all about courtesies for the teams who can afford to do so.
Inter have no incentive to fight for top spot in the standings because they cannot beat Napoli. But they still need to win points because there are strong clubs behind them that can compete for the Champions League. Therefore, it was stupid to lose points in this game.
1167  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mt. Gox will release bitcoin in march - what's next? on: March 11, 2023, 09:59:23 AM
Will they ever get what they deserve?
It might eventually happen, but before that we're sure to get a lot of media frying it into FUD so creditors don't sell their bitcoin holdings as soon as they get their hands on it. The lower the price, the more likely it is to see bitcoin held by creditors, but anyway I don't expect such a huge level of decline in the second trimester of the year.

However it is not impossible to get those plans delayed and delayed again, it has happened time and time again as far as the Mt. Gox credits the bitcoin to creditors.
The most important thing in this story is not that they keep delaying their plans, but that this amount of bitcoins is not large enough to have such a big impact on the market. Moreover, I don't think all investors will sell the bitcoins they receive. That's why I think it's better to ignore this FUD.
1168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: reasons why someone wants to pay in tether and not bitcoin? on: March 10, 2023, 12:48:16 PM
it's always the means of preventing the value from plummeting simply because of volatility, moreover if it's using USDT from blockchain like matic, it's gonna be significantly cheaper and faster, the confirmation would arrives almost immediately. but surely the main concern is saving the value of the money, because sometimes, massive correction could occur within minutes and your money would already either get reduced or increasing.
Not the case we have to worry if we just only paying Bitcoin to Bitcoin because the value will remain like 1BTC = 1BTC. But if we are paying Bitcoin to USDT, we can expect changes in its value and might it drop. That is why in this situation, users are preferred to use USDT to USDT in order to make no change in its value, and $50 = $50. And considering the transaction fees and confirmations could be a big factor that people had to choose Tether over BTC.

It depends on what kind of payment we're talking about. If the value in BTC is fixed at the time of purchase, you can either buy the item cheaper if BTC rises, or more expensive if it falls. USDT is a surrogate for the dollar, so you cannot lose value here. That's why many people prefer to pay in USDT, which is practically in dollars.
1169  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin go back to 19000 on: March 10, 2023, 12:14:42 PM
Right now price is trading at the 200 day average which is not especially in its movements, this is some guide long term and its possible for price to turn around before it reaches 19k.   The problem at present might be banks have sold off which puts more stress on finance then the rest of the market and I suppose that has to include crypto and BTC despite being especially distinct from FIAT operations.
Jan 12th area was most recently 19k and further back its reasonable a foot hold is found here but with weekend approaching this might not be clearly established until next week.
But it's still not clear why everyone said bitcoin had to reach 25k first and then 30k. And now that bitcoin is at 19k again, everyone is silent. We don't know the real reasons for the fall so far, so we don't know how much longer the fall will continue. In fact, historically, this is the first time bitcoin has traded below 200 MA for such a long time.
1170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread -- 2022/23 | Last 16 on: March 10, 2023, 08:51:49 AM
Union Berlin - Union SG 3:3, what a game, something what I wanted to see. I even don't mind bet that I lost, such game was worth it. Disappointed about Betis. As I said, I didn't expected upset from them today, but after you lose first leg 4:1, there isn't much hope for comeback. Good game between Arsenal and Sporting, gunners didn't had any advantage today, but away draw isn't bad result for them, they're still favorites.
Feyenoord didn't managed to beat Shakhtar, despite their dominance, while Juve won just 1:0 against parked Freiburg bus. Freiburg didn't played football today, their 0.05 xG stats says a lot, but 2nd leg game is going to be tricky with minimal Juve lead.
Union Berlin - Union SG also seemed the most interesting game for me, although I was sure that Berlin would win, the game did prove to be intriguing and unpredictable. As for Arsenal and Sporting, I think that in the return game Sporting have a chance to win, because this time they showed the same game. Roma have also been a joy to watch. I thought Sociedad could give them problems.
1171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 09, 2023, 02:00:38 PM
Tottenham could not qualify yesterday night despite them needing just one single goal to get to at least to additional time and then to try and go further.I think that this is the maximum for Tottenham as compared to Milan they lack completely the experience for such high performing competitions.

In fact it was exactly the experience that Milan has in this competition which they have won many times that gave them the qualification yesterday night, still I bet on Tottenham and lost my bet but I like to back up the runner up and not the favorite in such competitions.
I didn't watch the Tottenham and Milan match, but I'm not surprised that Milan could get through. Tottenham have been playing very poorly of late and lost not even because of the red card but because of poor attacking and defensive play. If you believe the match stats, Milan were better all round, although they couldn't score either. But they had a win in their first match, so they did their job well.
1172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins dead? on: March 09, 2023, 12:20:24 PM
Altcoins has its own season, so nothing to panic and worry about it. Bitcoin will be the dominant of all crypto that's why some altcoins are dependents of bitcoin's price move. Nonetheless, it is alwaysa good buy of blue chip altcoins that has potential to do muh more in the next bull seasons.
All Altcoins are in very bad condition. Altcoins are going through dumping for some time now. Investors who have Altcoins are facing a lot of losses. Now everyone is waiting for Altcoins market to improve. But there is hope.  It will soon increase in price.
Altcoins have been in bad condition for a long time and now is probably the best time to buy them, because they will be worth a lot more later. Of course many of them are already dead or will never recover, but there are some coins with good potential that you should look out for now so that it is not too late. The funny thing is that after the next cycle the talk about altcoins being dead will be repeated.
1173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you planning to accumulate for 2025 on: March 09, 2023, 09:13:39 AM
I have been gone for a while and now I am back, I am fully prepared to build some long term hold bags with the new trending utilities in the crypto space, I still somehow believe that Metaverse and A.I will generate big gains by 2025, what coins are you currently looking forward to accumulating? Out of Metaverse and Artificial intelligence is fine.
For 2025? This means that there are still about 2 years to start accumulating the coins that you want in projects that have considered it will be a trend and can provide big profits later, in this period I will still choose BTC in the first place and some coins that have been for a long time in the world of Crypto, NFT, Metaverse or AI might be able to give what you expect but I don't want to waste time finding out which ones will be booming later so I prefer stay with old coins.
You are right, if you have old coins that you believe in, it is better to keep them rather than trying to catch luck in other projects. Especially since things can change a lot in a few years in the crypto industry. And what is popular now may turn out to be rubbish in two years, like what happened with NFT.
1174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 09, 2023, 06:25:41 AM
Galtier has attempts to make a different strategy yesterday apparently losing Neymar does any affect for PSG performance and during the match i didn't see any good opportunities for PSG players to scores goals and before the match begin Galtier know the quality of Bayern players and he was used 5 midfielders to reduce the aggressiveness of the Bayern midfielders but the strategy doesn't run well and PSG eliminate without scoring goals and although PSG changed coach but there were no progress for them in this competition even they were repeat their last season achievement with not able to qualified to quarterfinal 2 times in a row
If you look at today's match, PSG actually played not without an attack. It's just that Bayern Munich's defense is very tight. Moreover, Matthijs de Ligt's appearance in Bayern Munich's defense made him very strong, Bayern Munich's goal was safe from conceding. PSG seems to need a lot of changes next season to qualify for at least the quarter-finals of the Champions League, playing without or with Neymar is unlikely to make a difference to today's results.
PSG have problems not only in the Champions League, they have already started to have problems in Ligue 1, where we can say that PSG are not the only leaders, but they are being overtaken by several clubs. But that's not even the point. After the first game, when Bayern won away, there was probably no doubt that they would also win at home.
1175  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin might reach $30,000 in the first half of 2023 and $50,000 in the second on: March 08, 2023, 07:51:15 PM
I see this as very possible, as I referenced here based on 2019 fractal and rebound to 0.618 fib retracement level, which is at $48.5K for reference sake.

Many see $30K as a realistic target for the year, many less see $50K as possible, but if $30K is broken to the upside then for me this would be the next target due to lack of resistance to the upside.

It's also true, based on the article, that it might take longer to get to $100K levels than simply a 2025 bull market. It may be a slow grind to the upside from that point on.
I don't know if you will change your mind, but the mood in crypto is changing very quickly. Today people have laser eyes on their avatar and tomorrow those same people will be writing that bitcoin is dead. It's a similar situation now that bitcoin failed to break 25k again and is falling. Many people think it is a continuation of the bears.
1176  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone else agree that mtgox payout is keeping bitcoin down? on: March 08, 2023, 06:05:50 PM
I'm not certain with that but why bother though when you can get advantage of the market? So far, I believe it's the FUD that's making the price go back to dip again but on the other hand, it's what we needed if we want Bitcoin to grow even more. That's why they always say, Bitcoin is best to hodl for a long time. If you can do that then rejoice if Bitcoin make a rise after a long time of staying in the bottom.

But anyway, why is mtgox always showing up every time if there's a FUD?
We do not know the flow of MTGOX where Bitcoin is sold at once or for those who receive it holding it, there is no concrete data anymore, but what is clear with FUD cannot be separated will always be in the distribution or news that concerns several agencies The problem is very reasonable some panic and sell while I believe from them there are still those who survive for Bitcoin.

In theory, it is true that we actually benefit when the price of Bitcoin is low we can buy more, while what is expected when Bitcoin goes down besides buying?
Remember FUD will not disappear and it will be attached to some bad news.
I think this news about Mt Gox bitcoins having a negative impact on bitcoin price is greatly exaggerated. I think that even if all 185k bitcoins are sold at one time, the market will recover from that very quickly. But I am sure that they won't sell out all at once and that bitcoin transaction will stretch out for a long time. And many of those people will not sell bitcoins all at once.
1177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 08, 2023, 04:17:16 PM
Roma vs Sociedad

I think this match is quite interesting because the two teams have never met in other competitions and this will be the first match for both teams. I think that even though Roma are the host, their performance at home is often deadlocked and Roma have also experienced inconsistency in every game this season in the domestic league. Meanwhile, Sociedad also has the same and less good performance for every match produced so far. So I think the match is fairly even and the betting options seem like it would be risky enough to bet on who will win, but betting on a draw still looks like a good bet.
Roma under Mourinho had poor records from Spanish teams that during group stage Roma already met other Laliga team Betis and from 2 meetings Roma cannot able to beat them but luckily Sociedad faced this match with unconsistency performance that previously they had several times losing points even from weak teams such as Valencia and Cadiz so Roma should be utilized this situations and gets the winning results from Sociedad especially Roma in the good conditions after successfully to beat Juventus on Serie A and first leg Roma will playing as a host this is good advantages for them and in the front of their fans Roma will have good motivation to win the match
I agree, Sociedad are a completely different team to Betis. Sometimes Betis can't even beat the top clubs, so maybe Roma are lucky to be playing Sociedad. Still can't underestimate the Spanish team though, I still think Roma should beat them.
1178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which cryptocurrency do you prefer the most to accept payments in? on: March 08, 2023, 03:16:22 PM
There are more than 12000 cryptocurrencies like bitcoin, altcoin, litecoin, dogecoin, etherium and so on. We all have our favorite cryptocurrency. Among all of these, which cryptocurrency do you trust and prefer the most to accept payments? Share your thoughts about it.
I will accept both bitcoin and stable coins as payment as those are the only coins I can accept. As for other altcoins, I don't really like them as payment although if later a customer wants to pay with an altcoin, I might consider adding it to the list of coins to use as payment. But before I accept payments via crypto, I will make sure that my government has legalized crypto as payment so I don't get into trouble later.
I think LTC has always been considered to be the best means of payment. It has low fees and high transaction speed. Not for nothing in the old days it was used to transfer money from exchange to exchange. So I think that LTC can also be considered as a good payment method and most importantly time-proven.
1179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB Coin Hit $300 Mark in 2023? on: March 07, 2023, 03:07:44 PM
Binance is one of the largest crypto market exchanges in world. It holds its token also as binance (BNB) coin. This token is now one among the top five crypto currencies.

Binance coin price is on roller coaster currently with after FTX drama. Binance CEO CZ, compares the collapse of FTX with 2008 fall of regulated TradFi, which had been in existence for more than 70 years. He is optimistic about the crypto market and predicts a swift and significant recovery for the sector.

In 2021, the BNB coin prices soared close to 1688.77 Percent and, from there, the market is waiting for a price increases at least until 2023. Since inflation fears are expected to become more severe at the beginning in the year ahead, Coinpedia Binance Coin Price Prediction(https://coinpedia.org/price-prediction/bnb-binance-coin-price-prediction) for 2023 is $275.2227 towards 2023's close. Currently BNB price is at $289.52 on Dec 6th 2022.

What do you think, Binance price will surge above $289 or bearish trend will drag it down?

Well that didn't take long BNB coin was $314 next day after I made the post. But now we are back down to $290 per coin and is up only 2% in the last week.
Yesterday Binance announced the BNB chain burned $575 million worth BNB tokens. Since the introduction of Binance Evolution Proposal this is now 145,000 tokens they have burned so maybe this is reason for sudden price decrease.
Usually when a team announces token burning, it causes coins to rise because the total supply is reduced. Most likely the decline in the price of BNB is due to market conditions. The whole market is in the red right now and there is no concrete news yet as to why this is happening.
1180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all new Projects are bad, So take the Risk on: March 07, 2023, 02:20:21 PM
  -   It cannot be denied that most new projects that appear in the cryptocurrency business industry are usually just scamming investors.

But we have tokenomics so that we can know if the project has potential or not, almost everything here on the tokenomics platform will let us know all the information of a new project in cryptocurrency.

Well, as long as we analyze carefully enough, starting from the utility and use case, dev background, owned partners, the project is running according to the roadmap, the team continues to actively respond and also continues to work hard to carry out the development needed and everything else related to the fundamentals of this new project. So from researching this alone it will be clear which new projects have potential and which do not. and indeed not all new projects are Scam. but most of them are Scam. but because this is an altcoin, what is more important is that we have to know when we have to enter and when we have to get out. don't get your hopes too high and keep your emotions under control.
Probably the cardinal rule for any altcoin, to buy it at the outset, to sell it later at a profit and forget about it forever and not be tempted to buy it again. There are many good projects, but absolutely all of them have the same pumping and dumping scenarios. Roadmaps and developments can take years to complete, but it won't bring anything new to the table.
