1021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 19, 2023, 12:11:35 PM
I guess it's not a matter of luck, it's a matter of consistency. Yesterday's draw with Milan was the third game in a row that Milan have not lost. I also think that Napoli are very young for the Champions League, they have very little experience in such serious competitions. Napoli have had a very good season indeed. Perhaps they will try their luck in the Champions League again in the future.

They had to score that penalty. What a travesty! Napoli had a good chance of playing the semi-final for the first time. I don't understand how they beat Milan easily in Serie A but lose in Champions League. The teams are same, only the platform is different. That shows Champions League arena is way different than any other tournament. Only the name is enough for teams to stay out of their routine.
Milan also failed to kick a penalty in the first half. Therefore, the chances of winning the game were equal. But Milan were stronger on the sum of the two games and that was no accident. Remember their 0-4 away win over Napoli. It's a great result for Napoli to be in first place in Serie A. So far, it has been very difficult for them to play effectively in several championships.
1022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 19, 2023, 08:18:22 AM
AC Milan's performance wasn't exactly stunning... Cheesy All the statistics were against them except for shots on target and that made the difference. In the end AC Milan was more efficient, but it would at least be fair to say that Napoli was also not given a penalty that should have been awarded without any doubt. Leao clearly fouled the Napoli guy. They could and should have scored earlier anyway, but if you don't then it is the well-known problem of time running out.

Napoli did what they could but unfortunately luck was not on their side and to be honest Napoli messed up my bet
From the start I was very confident that Napoli would win but Milan seems to know how to handle it 23 shots from Napoli  nothing
now Napoli will focus more on the local league and we will see who will go to the next stage.

Unfortunately, luck or rather chance is part of this game and makes it beautiful because it is unpredictable
If it were predictable it would be boring right? Napoli weren't lucky, but if you look at them they achieved their goal of the Italian internal championship. I would say that it is an excellent season for them.

1023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good ways to trade? on: April 18, 2023, 04:57:47 PM
Since you are new to Cryptocurrency, you may not decide to start trading right away. Cryptocurrency trading is a very sensitive matter. Since trading is directly related to financial assets, there is a possibility of financial loss if trading with a full understanding of the matter.

Never rush into trading matters. It is very important to learn about trading before trading. Educate yourself about trading first. Gradually when you get a good idea of the training you can start trading.
For a newbie in cryptocurrency and trading, there is a 100% chance of losing a deposit, and probably more than one. Even if you trade on a spot without leverage, there is still a 100% chance of losing your deposit. My recommendation for newbies is to buy and hold the coins. Do not panic. Patience will be rewarded, especially now we are probably waiting for a bull market.
1024  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good time to invest in BTC? on: April 18, 2023, 11:02:31 AM
Who told you that the price will still drop to $12,000 to $16,000 again? If you will believe them and you will wait for that time to start buying, I'm afraid you will not be able to buy at all. $40,000 is much more possible than $12,000 to $16,000 at this point. But if you are really convinced that the price might fall that low, then divide your money. Start buying now and set aside another amount in case the price really drops more. But again, there is really no basis for the price to drop that low.
I also think the price will go up. But right now the market is euphoric, everyone thinks bitcoin is going to the moon again (like you and me), and usually the market moves contrary to expectations. Therefore it cannot be ruled out that the price will go back to the previous bottom. For example in 2020, when bitcoin was rising strongly, there was a collapse to the bottom of 2018. No one can say for sure how it will be this time.
1025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 18, 2023, 07:39:00 AM
Frank Lampard might be a good player for Chelsea in the past, but I do not think he is ready to lead Chelsea as a manager yet. Chelsea have kept on losing games recently despite Frank Lampard putting in his best effort to try and improve the team result, I guess Real Madrid might be too strong for Chelsea to overcome and we might see Chelsea losing another game today.
There have been many sensations in England this season, like Arsenal leading the standings or Liverpool and Chelsea in the middle. Chelsea are showing very bad football. I don't think they have a chance against Real Madrid. Real Madrid have managed to destroy Liverpool in England. I think it will be a similar story with Chelsea. If this game was a year ago, we could talk about an even chance, but definitely not now.
1026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorites altcoins these days? on: April 17, 2023, 06:58:59 PM
so far altcoins are starting to pump after BTC touches 30k. what i'm watching these days is the VET (Vechain) a sort of Chinese POS token that i've just stake using the Vthor wallet.

token is yet to rise. its still cheap and can easily grow if there really is an altcoin season soon. you might have heard of Vechain if you watch UFC fights.

Vechain has a large number of very good partnerships and use cases and as you said the price is way undervalued
Asset undervaluation is not an investment feature or potential, some of those projects that are undervalued are because of their inability to attract investors or exposure to a bigger market with good trading volume.

Altcoin is a gamble and I will advise you to never take them seriously most especially in the era of price pick because that is the time most of the scam projects are highly spirited to attack gullible investors into buying their coins which will ultimately become more worthless in the long run, I don't believe that any altcoin aside from the top 10 coins will ever gain traction because the stock market is highly developed now with a modern feature that detects the fake trading volume of hype to cause stir in the market.
Perhaps Vechain can indeed show good growth. I'm not an altcoin supporter, I guess I can favour not many coins, but Chinese projects could grow. China has once again announced the legal status of cryptocurrencies. The unbundling is due to happen in June. I have a guess that Chinese projects could be pumped up before then.
1027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If I have $40,000 to invest in one #cryptocurrency. on: April 17, 2023, 02:16:22 PM
the list of cryptocurrencies OP mentioned all have great upside potential in the future, but I would advise you to hold more BTC than the alt part, and when the market really enters a new bull cycle, use That BTC to convert more alt to maximize return on investment, that's the way I still apply to this market.

However, to be honest, over time I almost just prefer to hold BTC more.
Bitcoin has already doubled when altcoins are just starting to move up. I think buying altcoins now would be more profitable than buying bitcoin. Although I agree that it is better not to put all eggs in one basket, so I would divide the portfolio into at least 4 equal parts, one of which is left for bitcoin. If an altseason happens soon, buying altcoins will bring good profits, which can be put into bitcoin later.
1028  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: April 17, 2023, 12:46:10 PM
Barcelona played a goaless draw against Getafe was a bad result for them, but that didnt take anything from them, there is no way for Real Madrid who are in second place can catch up on them, the result was a good result for the home team, to be able to get a point against a team like Barcelona. Barcelona have a total of 73 points while Real Madrid who are second have 63 points, so the difference is much.
Real Madrid now have 62 points, but this does not change anything significantly, to win back the difference of 11 points in 9 rounds is too difficult a task. Barcelona are losing points for the second round in a row, I don’t know if we can talk about a decline, because they play well, they still dominate, but they can’t score. Real Madrid should have won the game against Villarreal, in previous round, to increase their chances, but the gap is still very significant, so Barcelona have nothing to worry about.

Barcelona should tidy themselves up as soon as possible. If they continue to lose points like this, Real Madrid will be right next to them when they least expect it. I think they've been relieved.  It will be good for Real Madrid if they keep their composure. Of course they will feel the cons of the points loss in the Villarreal match.
Yes, even though their points are far apart, if they continue to lose points like this then sooner or later Real Madrid will get close to them. Now that the brand's point gap is 11, it takes 4 defeats for Barcelona to be able to Real Madrid catch up. What will they feel when they are caught up? it would be very painful right? Now their focus is only on La Liga, so there is no reason for them not to make the most of every game they will have in the rest of the season.
Barcelona have been playing worse since their loss to Real Madrid in the El Clasico. This loss has somehow had a negative impact on them. But I want to point out that when they were in good form, they hardly beat Getafe at home. Therefore, the draw in the last match was not a surprise. Real Madrid, by the way, also played poorly in their last match and lost, losing points. I think Barcelona have nothing to worry about.
1029  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 17, 2023, 11:24:53 AM
Bayern Munich's survival in the Champions League is now very difficult as I don't think they can beat Manchester City in the second leg. That's why Bayern Munich is now expected to focus heavily on the Bundesliga. Because Bayern Munich has the potential to win the Bundesliga title.
As long as Bayern Munich can work well as a team, there will be a chance to win against Manchester City. Some of the teams that have beaten Manchester City use good teamwork and always guard their attacking players like Erling Haaland, so it's not easy to get the ball and there's no chance for Manchester City to score.
I think you are exaggerating Bayern's chances. Yes, they do have an opportunity to win the Bundesliga, especially after Dortmund drew their last match. But about Bayern being able to beat Manchester City, I wouldn't say that. They need to play 4-0 to knock out the English, which is impossible to do. Especially with Manchester City scoring away, Bayern's chances are zero.
1030  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 17, 2023, 09:04:53 AM
Juventus lost too, they played with second-line players to save them for the following week where they will find,

2nd leg Europa League, Napoli, and Inter in 7 days.
Juventus is very strange because Sassuolo should be a very easy team to beat considering Juventus' strength is already good enough, but in this match they lost and disappointed many of their fans. Juventus have lost in the last two matches, and there is no chance for Juventus to get up and be in the top five.
Juventus were not just lucky in the game , it is not even as if their performance was bad.
Juventus just see's it so difficult to score goals and Juventus will be meeting with sporting in europa league,  if they still find it to score goals it will be big problem for them
Juventus really disappointed with the defeat against Sassuolo. Because Juventus is far ahead of Sassuolo in terms of performance. But Sassuolo beat Juventus brilliantly. I think Juventus will lose this match and face some problems in the points table.
Sassuolo play well at home and the game against Juventus was no exception. The statistics of the teams in this game were about the same, but Sassuolo were able to score. I think the key factor here was that Juventus will be playing their next game away in the Europa League against Sporting Lisbon, where Juventus cannot lose. That's why they lost in Serie A, because it wasn't a very important match, although they still need to pick up points, they preferred the Europa League.
1031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Doge worth investing? on: April 16, 2023, 03:01:31 PM
Instead of wasting time, it would be better to invest in clear coins. it's just luck if we rely on doge, because it's a meme coin which needs someone like elon musk to increase its price, but on the other hand if we have doge don't always hold it long term. release it when you already have a profit, because dumps often occur suddenly and you don't know how many more years you can recover, or even just stagnate or drop in price
Investing in memecoins is utterly straightforward because they have already seen a large bull run, and what is left are remnants that are being exploited by the top whales in the market. Dogecoin is merely a hype project in the market, but it has had some bull and bear movement in the past. Currently, the project has been abandoned since Elon Musk, the CEO of Dogecoin, only causes price action when he wants to make big gains from it. Tweeting about Dogecoin will continue to raise awareness of the project, but as we all know, this is a ruse to draw in additional investors who are seeking for projects to invest in.
Those who have a bad experience with Dogecoin will certainly be saying that this is not a good investment and not going to recommned to others. But that is enough, we can judge a project if is worth enough for investment or not based on its performance. And that is why still a lot of people are still investing Dogecoin because he earn more profit during the hype and surely they keep supporting and take advantage when Elon Musk make hype it again. I'd never against these investors, perhaps they already see and hear what to happen others but they still taking risk and that is there decision.
I don't understand why there is so much talk about DOGE when there are so many other good projects. I'm not saying DOGE is bad, but I don't think it's as profitable as it used to be. I think for example ADA, LTC or even XRP might be better in a bull market than DOGE. The main manipulator, Elon Musk, is no longer trusted. As long as he is here, nothing good awaits DOGE.
1032  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your take on the pump coming? on: April 16, 2023, 12:28:15 PM
there is potential for a pump, but for now, I'd rather expect price recovery to approach ATH first. that's because, when the pump occurs, the bitcoin price may get very close to the ATH price or even cross it. many people are speculating that the halving is what will drive the next pump. This is speculated based on the history of pumps that occurred in previous years. I think people are also starting to prepare their assets to wait for the upcoming pump.
Usually the bitcoin price was also pumped up before the halving. But it was not a complete bull run. In 2019, for example, the price reached half of the 2017 ATH. Accordingly, history could repeat itself in 2023. If that happens, 35K would probably be the peak this season. That is, if this theory is correct, there is not much left to grow.
1033  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is on 30k how was your feelings ? on: April 16, 2023, 10:58:02 AM
Honestly, I see most people are excited when bitcoin hits $30k and are expecting higher gains. But is it like me here? Am I expecting bitcoin to correct to 25k-26k instead of bitcoin going straight to $35k? I think bitcoin falling would be a better thing than rising too fast because, with high prices, we can't accumulate more bitcoins when prices are low. Why don't people want to accumulate more bitcoins at a low price, or has everyone already accumulated enough bitcoins for themselves?
It's a classic. When bitcoin starts to rise, many people don't believe it and want it to fall again to buy cheaper. But I don't understand what stopped them from buying bitcoin when it was already half as cheap as it is now. The market has been falling for almost two years. I guess it's time for a rise.
1034  Economy / Speculation / Re: I missed the bottom or i have time to invest on: April 15, 2023, 07:34:47 PM
There's no such thing as a "bottom price" in crypto. It's always a bit of a gamble, but as long as you're in it for the long haul, it's never too late to invest. If I were you, I'd consider doing DCA, as it helps spread the risk and can be a good strategy, especially if you're unsure about the market. As long as you can afford to lose, you can invest. But that's just my opinion. As for altcoins, I won't tell you were to invest, but do your own research, and look for coins that you think has good potential but is undervalued. Just don't go all-in on some crazy hype train.
If you choose bitcoin, the minimum price was 15k last year. Now the price is x2 from the bottom, which might make you wonder if bitcoin is worth buying now or not. I agree with you that it is better to choose altcoins for investing now because it is now at the bottom, as it was with bitcoin a few months ago. It will probably make a profit at the end of the year.
1035  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 15, 2023, 06:08:14 PM
Dortmund had a good opportunity to close the gap Bayern have on them in the bundesliga table, but they threw it away in the last minute of the game. Bayern didn't have a good week, they lost to manchester city and drew to Hoffenheim 1-1, Tuchel has only won two games since he took over from Julian Nagelsmann, the club will not be happy with what he has done so far. Dortmund are very inconsistent, they scored very late in the game against Stuttgart and were winning 3-2, but they allowed Stuttgart to equalize in the last minute of the match to make it 3-3, so the top two teams drew, and Bayern are still above Dortmund with two points, it is still not over in the bundesliga, i don't trust Bayern to win this bundesliga title.
Football could be really funny at times. Dortmund had a good game in the first half with 2 goals lead and a one man down for Stuttgart. With this advantage, I thought the game was over, only for Stuttgart to pull 2 goals in to get back in the game. In the 93rd minutes, Dortmund made it 3-2, I was like the party is over, but in the 97th minutes Stuttgart scored to restore parity. Dortmund will have themselves to blame for missing this opportunity to seal 3 points.
It was an interesting match. Borussia suddenly drew, even though I was sure they would win the match. Stuttgart got a red card in the first half and it seemed to be the end of the game, but the second half was sensational. Dortmund had a great opportunity to enter the championship race, but they very stupidly didn't take it.
1036  Economy / Speculation / Re: When do you think Bitcoin will hit $1 million for the first time? on: April 15, 2023, 05:06:44 PM
To reach $ 1 million of course it takes a long process because the current price is around $ 30k, it needs an increase of more than 3300%, and in my opinion the price of $ 1 million can be reached at least 10 years from now, moreover sometimes the market has a bad trend that takes 2 or 3 years to recover.
2029 or sooner - why are you not sure?

I chose the faster time frame because the FOMO of bitcoin on bullish trend this time tends to be more than before. The collapse of the major banks would greatly support my assumption as there will be many large investors involved in investing in bitcoin as a store of value. If that's true, then $1 million is not out of the question on this fast time frame or 2029 or sooner.
With each new bull market, bitcoin grows less and less. There will be a new halvig in 2024, after which bitcoin traditionally starts to rise. Let's assume that the last bottom repeats again before the Halving, which means that theoretically the price can reach 200k at the high (15k*15x), considering that the growth will be less than in the past times. Probably 1M will happen later than 2029. If it ever happens at all.
1037  Economy / Speculation / Re: 30k Bitch!!! on: April 15, 2023, 11:52:50 AM
Very promising start of the year as price could touch $30k after almost a year under $30k, 2022 can be an important lesson that when we are too optimistic the opposite happens, price drop from $69k to $15k, and i also lost a lot money because the most expensive price I buy is $55k and sell at $22k.
You were selling bitcoin for nothing. The most important lesson for those who bought bitcoin at a higher price is that if you didn't sell, you didn't lose. After 2017, people also bought bitcoin at 15k-19k and then sold at 3k-6k and left the market thinking bitcoin was a scam. But they had to wait 3-4 years to make a profit after what they thought was a bad trade. You should also have waited instead of selling.
1038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: April 15, 2023, 10:25:38 AM
In fact, Sporting performed exceptionally well against Juventus. At one point, Sporting's performance looked like they would be able to beat Juventus in style. But the player of the Juventus team was able to score a goal in an extraordinary opportunity. And later, Juventus played a great defensive game which failed to pay for Sporting's goal.
yes, Sporting played well, in fact, they could have made 15 shots. much better than what Juve did. both teams have the same way of playing. even the two coaches used the same form of players in this match.
with a 1 goal advantage, Juventus are slightly favored in the second leg. but they will play at home to Sporting. and it could have surprised Juventus in the second leg. this advantage still does not make Juve comfortable. at least they can hold Sporting in the second leg.
There is no doubt about this Sporting done amazing job in this first leg match now most chances they can be over through Juventus in the second leg match with their performance could be much better at home in this first leg match just lady of luck give favor to Juventus otherwise there were chances for the Sporting to win this match as well they were in complete control and have good performance against Italian sleeping giant.

Here I am not agreed about this all Juventus having any advantage because they were not good as expectations in first leg match which was good for them and can give them better advantage, but now they have to done extraordinary performance if they want to go into last four.
I also think Sporting Lisbon have a better chance of winning and a 1 goal difference doesn't mean anything. They played very well in the first away game and only miraculously failed to score a goal. Juventus were lucky in the first game. But I think that in Lisbon the hosts will be able to score some goals to get to 1/2. Juventus hardly managed to win in Italy, but they will have a tough time away.
1039  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 10k investment on: April 14, 2023, 03:28:44 PM
I would not invest all in one project. Although if I had to choose between ADA or XRP, I would choose ADA. Ripple has performed very poorly in the last bull market. And it seems to me that the sec lawsuit has nothing to do with it. XRP has a huge issue, and there is no telling how many coins the developers are selling on the market to those willing to buy. Most likely because of the large sales the price couldn't hit the last ATH. To me that says a lot.
1040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: April 14, 2023, 01:18:42 PM
Harry Maguire back doing what he does best, messing up and costing Man Utd in big games. That guy is an actual meme, he’s a disaster.

Not a good night for Man Utd fans, Varane and Martinez both withdrawing from the match injured, Bruno Fernandes getting a yellow card which means he is suspended for the crucial 2nd leg and throwing away a 2-0 lead with less than 10 minutes to go in the game.

Looks like it will be a Lindelof and Maguire CB partnership for the rest of the season, back to Solksjaer ball Cheesy
Maybe a big worry to Ten Hag and they will now be looking over their shoulder at the chasing pack for top 4 qualification.
Damn the victory is in sight but in the end you have to be disappointed with what Harry Maguire did. This is really ridiculous and when he enters the field all Man United fans will be even more anxious to see him become his defense. LOL

Man United's mainstay defender had to leave because that was what Ten Hag had to face while Maguire didn't do a good job, with 2 goals that passed (GDB) this certainly hurt Man United who was playing at home.

Ah damn the bet is lost, because I predict this will win.
Manchester United played out a real tragicomedy at home yesterday. They managed to do what probably no other team has done this season. They scored four goals, two for themselves and two for Sevilla. Although no one doubted they would win by a big score. It's not even that, but the fact that they didn't convert a lot of 100% goalscoring chances. After the second goal they decided not to bother, after which they evened the score. I'm speechless about this match.
