1161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PEPE time to buy NOW? on: July 05, 2023, 09:58:10 PM
I think this is not fare because this token has big supply cap with the value of this token not good run. I have been check cmc but haven’t date for marketcap. PEPE token haven’t got any exchange but why show price in cmc! Anyway this time crypto market not good position so thst why you should more research before invest in crypto.
PEPE is one of the most popular hyped coin still now after SHIBA INU, though now it’s facing huge down, i don’t know it will recover or not because of it’s a MEME coin, there are no real products in the market. You didn’t see that PEPE is listed a several major exchanges such as Binance,KuCoin and Kraken. It's a meme coin so definitely token supply will be trillions.
When it started to dump, it goes to the bottom and has less chance to recover. This is what will happen to the projects that have no use case. It only gains interest before the hype but once it is done, people are selling them already which literally brings it down and dumps their coins. In fact, this is already happening to several coins out there even in Shiba Inu. But this Pepe coin, I couldn't really think about surviving in the long run and so I have no reason to invest even though the price is cheap.

It seems like Ginebra's win streak is about to come to an end. Meralco is currently dominating the game with a 15-point lead, and with less than 5 minutes remaining, it's unlikely that Ginebra, the 'never say die' team, will be able to mount a comeback. I hope you guys win this game because it's evident that Meralco will bounce back after their disappointing loss.
1163  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Not Just Buy BTC? on: July 05, 2023, 12:57:52 PM
I've seen over one dozen websites believing that BTC will skyrocket in the upcoming years.
The platform I use is Coinbase.
I'm thinking of just buying BTC-USD and just leaving it be.
Any thoughts on this strategy?

Perhaps, you are right. If you are here just to hold long-term, choosing Bitcoin is really the best option to take. But if you are here for trading, it was preferred to use altcoins than Bitcoin because of the behavior of these coins. But have to remind you not to use the exchange (Coinbase) as your storage wallet. You can use this platform of course but must have to transfer your Bitcoin to your controlled wallet especially if you are aiming of holding them for many years.
1164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you favor betting on spesific sport? on: July 05, 2023, 12:35:52 PM
However there are other sporting agenda like tennis which odds are easier to understand because it involves two individuals competing against eachother and most times it's easier to predict the stronger opponets from the weaker, like wise boxing as well. Some other people who are not familiar with sports find it easier to bet on casino games like poker, baccarat or blackcat.

Perhaps if you are familiar with the sport, it may be easier for you to understand the odds. However, it's important to note that even experts in sports betting cannot guarantee a win. If predicting the winner were easy, most of us who engage in sports betting would already be consistently profitable.
1165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 05, 2023, 11:43:01 AM

As for the hated act of flopping. Here is the solution of the NBA.
https://twitter.com/NBAPR/status/1676290932994449409?s=20

Like a simple technical foul. Well, they should've done it years ago when it was rampant in the NBA. Cheesy I just wish this will work because I have seen last year that the changed rule about offensive players taking the contact to receive a foul from the defender is not yet normally implemented. They are still missing a lot of those calls that could've been offensive fouls.

An anticipated rule change, the NBA needed it.
Players will be more careful after this rule change. Some players are probably upset about this rule change. Trae Young and Joel Embiid used these fouls a lot.

It's good to see that they have finally taken action regarding flopping, which has been an issue in the league for a while. Now, these floppers (I don't want to mention specific names) will need to rethink their strategies to be effective. It's a step towards bringing back a more authentic game where real fouls are properly called, reminiscent of the style we saw in the 90s.
1166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what is the best strategy Trading configuration on: July 04, 2023, 09:49:31 PM
1.I have a cornix bot mobile app /14 days trial/ interesting to subscribe to som plan ...what is the best strategy Trading configuration
2. cornix bot intermediate enough or need pro plan

.Thank you
I hope it makes you clear...but this won't gain interest in the community to trade if you don't even have proof that it works efficiently. It wasn't that easy to convince people and click the link immediately, and make a subscription to your business plan. Because even me, I'd rather make a trade using my own skill rather than using trading bots as it won't bring me to success. That is why never expect this will gain more curiosity and interest, better make it clear and make another marketing strategy, maybe it works in different way.
1167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling scenario that keeps repeating on you on: July 04, 2023, 11:27:39 AM
What I understand from your statement is that you have more losing experiences when your bankroll is close to zero. Well, my friend, you are not alone in this. It could simply be a psychological breakdown because we tend to become emotional when we see that we are losing money. As a result, sometimes we tend to neglect proper bankroll management as we want to get back our losses fast.
1168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: July 04, 2023, 10:55:58 AM

And to think, maybe Moloney can indeed evade Donaire for good because there are other vacant belts that needs to be possessed and given the latter's situation, he might not last that long in the industry where he can fight Moloney and be the undisputed champion while there are no boxers that are much stronger than him.
That doesn't sound good; a champion evading his fellow champion gives the impression that he doesn't want to achieve the ultimate success of being the best of the best. If only champions were required for a unification fight, we would certainly witness an entertaining matchup. As it stands, Moloney can cherry-pick opponents to maintain his championship status.

That's how dangerous Donaire in the eyes of other boxers in this division, if given the chance to evade/avoid him, they will as that lethal left hook could still do some damage if timed properly. I do agree that Moloney would not last long as a champion because his talent is just average and one day he could fight someone that can knock him out with just one punch like what happened to him in the Inoue fight.

Two weeks to go and it seems that there is some movement on the ML odds if i'm not wrong as last week it was Donaire ML @1.37 but not it goes high @1.53, more money poured on to Santiago i guess.

That's how favored he is to win this fight. If we could aim for a KO victory, I believe the odds would be even higher, so we shouldn't hesitate to take that opportunity. It's rare to see Donaire face a boxer whom he could clearly dominate. The odds may not be attractive, but I have great confidence in Donaire winning the fight, perhaps within the first three rounds. Who would dare to risk betting on that?
1169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like Meme Coins (Pepes project)? on: July 03, 2023, 09:55:53 PM
If you ask me that question then my answer will be always no I don't like memecoins. And the main reason for this is about its future because it cannot be sustained in the future. And besides, if you want to invest in these meme coins, you always have to be in a state of anxiety, that's why I consider investing in these coins to be adulterous for myself. Another big reason not to like meme coins is that the market of these coins is based on hype and when the hype is over, they fall from the market. I think it is better not to invest than to invest in meme coin.
I was on your side but I can't stop some people liked it due to the possible huge profit. Yet, they are not suitable for long-term investment and so impatient people and those who wanted instant returns will fall into them. I couldn't really say it was a wrong decision buying them but it was too risky knowing that this project has no working product and after the hype, drops are certainly what we gonna expect and could possibly give losses for those who invest during its peak. If we have no guts, don't do it but if we can take it - then why not try?
1170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How big is your optimism for crypto investment? on: July 03, 2023, 09:31:18 PM
Those who have been in this crypto space long enough will definitely be optimistic about crypto currency despite the current market situation because they understand the trend. But those who are new to crypto will probably be regretting because of course what they are seeing currently doesn't match their expectations.
I agree with that as they know and witnessed how the market grow from scratch to a valuable asset. And this will even help to create optimism and see a bright future for crypto investment, and that is why despite the FUDs they remain calm and patient. But for newcomers, I was not surprised by their uncertainties because they still don't understand how the market works. And also, there is what we called TRUST that usually missing which would lead to quitting especially when suffering losses.
1171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: June 30, 2023, 01:17:37 PM
It looks like another win for Bisdak tonight. There are three minutes left in the game, and DYIP is performing well, leading by 4 points. Even if they can't secure the win, they will at least cover the spread, making it a profitable bet. Of course, I hope they will win, so I'm supporting you, kabayan. Get this win again!
1172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: June 30, 2023, 12:01:25 PM
Because if only Manny Pacquiao can have the same revenues inside the Philippines, then he could've done that already because aside from having the crowd advantage, he will be no longer needed to adjust in a certain country just to train.

That's a good point. He has to travel to the US to get used to the altitude. Making money abroad though he will be taxed by the US law and back to the Philippines, he will also be taxed. A huge pain in the ass.

By the way, Inoue Naoya By KO is 2.07. Could the odd go to worse like 1.50 as the date approaches? Go big or go home kind of opportunity I think since it always going to be a KO with Inoue but this time he is inflating his weight.

2.07? That's already a huge and very attractive odds though. I don't see it going to 1.50 though, might be just 1.9x or something, but it wouldn't go down that hard as maybe the sports bookies think that Inoue will be having a hard time to knockout the champion.

Fulton went full 12 rounds against the volume punching of Brandon Figueroa and there are moments that I thought that he will go down. But Fulton was able to withstand that power and volume and survived without any damage. And that's why the odds for a knockout is around 2.x and again, attractive odds if we can see the Monster Inoue again.

I'm going to take that 2.07 odds. We're talking about Inoue, who has a high KO rate, so if he wins, it's most likely to be via KO. Even at 1.80, I would still be willing to take that bet. Fulton is the champion, so I'm sure he has the pride to fight and not just look like a punching bag against Inoue. I know it's still a gamble, but judging from history, I believe a KO win has a higher chance of happening.
1173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 30, 2023, 11:23:37 AM
Regardless, let's just expect that there will some changes while they are approaching towards the new season. And as long as coach Kerr is in the Warriors, that is already enough to know that there's a good reason behind the CP3 trade and they will not take chances anymore as their original line-up is now aging because sooner or later, they will need to rebuild the whole team if the players are not producing the expectations or at least the goals anymore.
Definitely, adjustments are going to be made. Besides, they can't label it as a failure already. When the Warriors had a younger Curry, Thompson, and Green, they had already won multiple championships. Now, with an older CP3 joining them, they certainly know how to utilize CP3's talent. I'm confident that the Warriors' management sees the value in CP3, as evidenced by their decision to trade him for Poole.
1174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Easy or hard to quit? on: June 30, 2023, 10:09:13 AM
It has been said a hundred of times but as much as people can deal reasonably with alcohol and consume it to relax or also other drugs like weed, as much is it necessary to draw the line between relaxing to regain power and exaggerating and weaken yourself. Gambling is one of those things that sometimes can create pleasure, peace of mind and a distance to the things that stress yourself. It doesn't have to be negative if someone really uses it to get some rest. But most people can't get the management right between resting and dangerous procrastinating until it is too late to solve a problem.

This can distract you if you're focused on the game, but if you're worried about your team if they happen to lose, it won't always be an easy rest, especially if the bet loses. Alcohol and weed are also very dubious ways to relax, but many people use these methods because they are available, especially alcohol, since it is available almost everywhere in the world. To refrain from such methods, you need to have a strong will and a stable psyche.
If you get drunk or use weed the benefit is different as it was give you pleasure even if you spend a lot. Unlike gambling, as you spend more and lose it all, you never feel happy but are disappointed with the results. And gamblers get into addiction because they are desperate how to get their money back. It was difficult for them to get out of such an addiction when their mind is always thinking about the money.
1175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to buy BNB? on: June 30, 2023, 09:46:43 AM
There are always risks and opportunities present in investing, I'm not sure how long the current market will last but it's clear that the controversy between the SEC and binance is one that gets a lot of attention as they are both big names, their disagreement can make us concerned about the state of the crypto market. But when it comes to the opportunity at the right time, I also see the opportunity and also see the risks, and researching to make responsible decisions with my assets, I would choose continue to observe rather than balance the things to pay attention to, look at the case of XRP as an example when it was pinched by the SEC.
Although we see the impact of this issue on the BNB price, as we look at its progress, it comes back slowly. We saw it declines at first and that is because the panic sellers are selling off their BNB while real investors hold tight believing that it will rise and solve the issue. Yes, we can put XRP vs SEC as an example and the issue still exist for many years and it was not yet prosecuted. But I don't think this would also happen to Binance, I know they are currently solving the issue and proving that they are legally running the business.

Nevertheless, choosing BNB is still a good idea compared to investing in meme coins. Despite the issue, BNB never lose its potentiality.
1176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We All Know, The halving time will be full of drama on: June 30, 2023, 03:53:53 AM
So, I just want to say; Don't forget, The drama could happen again and repeat until the halving time. you must be strong and patient. you will definitely win if you face it with a quiet and strong hand if happen again in the near future.

Cheers

I didn't expect market makers to fight back SEC the way they did when Blackrock announced that they have requested for Bitcoin ETF, on a normal day, the news wasn't supposed to make gains to bitcoin by $2k from any where the news was made public but I was more surprise they pushed Bitcoin price to over $30k, now I know who always win in this market, hold and disregard whatever these guys do to surpress the price of Bitcoin. Funny thing is, SBF is still there roaming the street the way he likes, the US have hidden Caroline from the public after siphoning billions of dollars, its embarrassing to when I see Security exchange commission say things about Bitcoin.
FUDs arise whether we like it or not. The SEC issue is not new to us but it was not because of Bitcoin, it is due to the increase of scam projects that need to regulate and stopped. And yes, it was not the reason to panic because as long as we are investing in Bitcoin and trusted projects, we are totally safe. But if we are into those coins that are useless and have no use case, certainly you feel uncomfortable and worried about the situation.

So I say this is normal, money has an influence and sadly, they are targeting big exchanges.
1177  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin - what are we expecting for the rest of 2023? on: June 30, 2023, 03:31:53 AM
The trend is your friend until finished, So far, the price did not break below $24k technically after its retracement, and it is continually turning previous resistance into support, I strongly believe that the market is potentially building up for the next bull run so far it has not broken the trend. Therefore, we will experience a good end-of-the-year with prices likely ranging between $40k-$50k toward the end of 2023 IMO.
I agree that this year seems to have a growing sentiment rather than a decline. Though I won't see it will pump bullish, but it probably will surpass $35k.
Technically, this year was not totally the full set of recovery as the dump will still occur anytime. Perhaps, it was expected that when the halving comes, the demand will grow because they'll believe that after halving is the bull season. They are taking the opportunity to buy Bitcoin before the surge which also has a huge impact on its price.
1178  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the steps in understanding technical analysis? on: June 30, 2023, 02:44:06 AM

People of today want everything to be summarized in just a few paragraphs, and something as complex as trading cannot be simplified to that degree regardless of the level of skill a trader may have.
They wanted instant and so they will find a way to make their life too easy. That is why many traders become successful because of that thinking and they keep struggling hard as they don't want to spend more time learning and searching. It was too impossible to succeed if we fail to acquire all the things needed in trading - knowledge, skills, and TA. We must have to carry all of these things as it was necessary. Aiming for success was jus a dream if we don't work hard and push our limits.
1179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we just invest in any altcoin? on: June 30, 2023, 02:17:19 AM
i think durning the altcoins market fail time we should bought good coin then need to want bull market. Basically it’s knowing everyone but yes if we are failed to buy good coin durning dumping market then we couldn’t maked profits properly. If we can't invest in altcoins then why we are here? Absolutely investment is only one way where we can make money from crypto world.
It was given to think that buying crypto during the crash is a good opportunity but it doesn't mean that we have to buy any altcoins. It should be done through research and should buy only those projects that are potentially profitable, not because it was cheap as in the end, it will be the reason for your losses and regrets. In fact, many people become wrong this assumptions that buying cheap is good but this it was not the main thing to consider upon investing crypto.
1180  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you come up with reliable predictions for prices? on: June 29, 2023, 09:48:32 PM
Your question can be funny because this is not a place where you can learn everything you think you want learn. This is not a blog or mini sites where you are going to read about Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. What you are going to get here is opinion on how to embark on your journey to know how to make predictions as a trader. The market is very sophisticated and you don't have to be too relax asking for people to help you with what you should read by yourself with bothering anybody. You can make research about what you want to know and that's going to help you.
Perhaps, it was technical so I don't expect that OP will get it just in a few days but expect to learn it for weeks or even months. Besides, learning is not a contest that we need to get into fast and hurry but it should be done properly so it will totally absorb in our mind. And I was thinking that what OP wanted to happen is he would get it too easily. Unfortunately, it was more technical and so it need more time and more research in order to get what he wanted to learn but OP is impatient, not wondering about hearing such complaints.
