Now be honest with me, do you know how long does it take to verify a signature?
I understand that you are asking. To verify a signature first theymos or Cyrus or if that is any mod needs to notice your message then they can spend two to three minutes to verify and unlock your account. Remember noticing your post is a big part. Again mate, I completely understand your frustration, if I was wearing your shoes I might shout out with some swearing words but I appreciate you are still calm. Be more patience that's all I can say.

why Cyrus and and thymos don't care at all about account recovery? seems this is not even on their list of priorities.
Theymos actually cares. I understand your frustration but here is a good news which could make a smile in your face We don't actually accept the profile field address unless there's some sort of proof that it's remained unchanged, for that very reason.
I'm working on a new address-staking system which will automatically handle signatures, etc. Might have it ready by the end of the month if nothing else comes up to consume my time.
This conversations was about to automate the recovery system AFAIK. So keep the high hopes up.

I report quite often. The most comfortable method I discovered is... right click on the Report to moderator link and open it on a new tab, keep opening new tabs and then report one after another. But problem is, my activities cooling down period (I guess) is 9 seconds. I heard that a user can reduce the cool down period by whitelisting their account. I assume a mod can do that or may be a highly trusted one? Anyway, can anyone do that for me please. I really don't know how this process work. Ok, f**k it!
This topic is going to be a topic to achieve two goals. Originally I created the topic for the above one but now I am adding below section. I just did not want to create another topic.
I was reporting this airdrop topic: 💰 [€194.900 AIRDROP] 💰 Local Token Exchange - Decentralized P2P Exchange - archive Visit and you will see everyone is posting bullshit. To find the reason I visited their airdrop page and discovered this... So clearly an incentive to post on that topic. Which in my opinion is a giveaway thread. I hope mod will delete the topic and also nuke the user. Thanks

I'm also thinking about that wether I should remove the entry or not. I most probably removed the entries whose already ranked up in my next update. Is that Ok or do we have another better option?
I guess move the users to a new post who got promoted to the next rank, add a link on the OP saying, "Users already got promoted" or something like that. Once they get closer again for the next one then add them again on the main list. You will lose the reference of your hard work if you completely remove those entries.

I choose to use the TOR browser,
When you use the TOR browser or even any VPN then usually you will have this difficulties. Use another browser and make sure to check remember login (Always stay logged in). You will not need to login again. Of-course you want to make sure that your PC is protected and no one else (untrustworthy) is using the PC. Let me know if you already know to use another browser (chrome or firefox etc) using the port your TOR browser have to keep you anonymous.

Any user who has negative trust will not be allowed to join. If you receive negative feedback during a week of the signature campaign, your week's payment will be forfeited.
Would you consider reviewing a negative trust or blindly ignore anyone who has negative trust from a DT? If there is any consideration then I would like to apply and want to reserve a space for a Full member for the time being.
If you fit the merit quota, are active and have great posts, welcome!
I have all above. You can have a look on my post history and here is something that I can give you as a good reference... I guess we wanted to see the list of posters in the "very heavy" user segment, so here it goes (NewPost -> number of posts in a month; NewMerit-> in 1 month): user_id name rank NewPost merit NewMerit url 1432468 mdayonliner Full Member 446 239 56 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1432468

I had a hard time to verify this message... There is a whitespace in between 5 and 2 (bold and red below) on the signature hash 0xcb522e450a9a9bc7bd9cdccb3416d6dba5591519ff4ccdc5e59ae77c3f27e0261fc4d6a9f07c 5 2093c8bd06e882d36795d6b50334781e91e43de346c07a85c501c Anyway the signature has been verified successfully eventually. PS: Better practice is to use a signature in-between the

tag. i.e: { "address": "0x5c5f76f154539fff7a20695f3bbc32715c077c51", "msg": "My account smithAwesson has been hacked/lost. Please reset the email to mebelendadmn@gmail.com . The current date is 24.05.2018", "sig": "0xcb522e450a9a9bc7bd9cdccb3416d6dba5591519ff4ccdc5e59ae77c3f27e0261fc4d6a9f07c52093c8bd06e882d36795d6b50334781e91e43de346c07a85c501c", "version": "3", "signer": "web3" }

Always good to see members are helping each others with whatever they can. OP you do know this will be a hard job to keep up with the updates Do you have plan to remove an entry once someone achieve the next rank on the list? Like I see some of them already got the merits for the next rank, will you replace them with the ones who are getting closer for the next rank? LoyceV and DdmrDdmr can provide you the up to date data.

People are not supposed to be on here posting only because they are being paid to do so.
Absolutely correct. Being here is not about earning money, being here means hanging out with the community, help and spread the positive vibe about bitcoin, being here is to make the bitcoin community stronger. Unfortunately, some people think it as a platform to earn their bread and butter and these people will exist everywhere. It's ok for them to earn money using the platform but it's wrong when they do not care about the platform a little. Instead of posting shits all the time they could use some of their time to improve their relationship with the forum.

Don't take the negatives from an non-DT too seriously. There are people who are nuts and they don't know what they are doing. yahoo62278 already assured you that it does not harm. It actually does not show in your profile. Look at mine - you see the red mark under my username, this counts but yours no red meaning you are clean. Anything under the Untrusted feedback on your trust page, is not gonna count as it says, These ratings are from people who are not in your trust network. They may be totally inaccurate.

Since you have a proof that the account is yours, I guess contacting hilariousetc / hilariousandco might help. S/he can unban the account (I guess).

You can sign a message on the OP as well. Keep bumping it after every 24hours every day until you get your account back. Keep your hopes very low... not even 0.00000001% I am serious by the way. PS: Keeping your hopes low eventually will hurt you less (emotionally) if you do not get your account back ever.

So far I have noticed the two rules breaking that lead an account to get a ban (permanent ban)... 1. Plagiarism (copy/pasting) 2. Spamming the forum with phishing link
You must have done either one of the above or both. I am sure you will find out the reason soon.

He was already banned. I've just removed all the posts though.
Good to have quick response. There is one left to remove though: http://archive.is/nRQm6

Can anyone tell me what is the target of those people who stay such kind of posts? To me its illogical and simply has no sense.
# Signature spamming # Bumping topics # Increasing activities # Perhaps (wild imagination) earning some merits LOL and many more....

Well it's obvious that these are paid shills, bumping the topic. Notice all the posters are newbies, most of them. I am going to do the obvious job which is reporting
