Give credits to Luton Town, finally Brighton became the scapegoat that fell for Luton Town finally. They're not a bad side whenever it get to playing. This win has taken them a point above relegation zone and hope that this win will be a big boost for them going forward. Everton are down to relegation zone after suffering points deduction and still tried to maintain team’s morale but now are lurking around 18th and they’ll have to battle it out. To be honest, if i would like to see onana played in the AFCON forever. This goal keeper sucks and he was not even worthy enough to be the main goal keeper for manchester united. Sporting Lisbon demolished Casa Pia at home.They rained goals and scored 8 goals in total.Sporting, who scored 5 goals in the first half, did not let up in the second half and scored 3 more goals.Sporting did not even give their opponent a chance and continued their leadership with this win.
The Portuguese league have teams with higher impacts in the league games and European contests too. Benfica, Sporting, Porto are most impactful in this regard. Porto are doing well in the league and also have good performance records in the UCL too even though they weren't able to keep up with their good performance in their last league game which wasn't so acceptable. Same scenerio applies for Benfica and Sporting who's got their own record in the European cups too. Benfica have been doing well at securing the three points in most of their games with good goal margins. It only shows how set they are for the task put before them. Although a lesser performance isn't expected from them. The league seems less competitive though as there are still weeks left and just these 3teams are trying to make good wave in the league. There is no doubt things were never been idea in first half of this season with in start as Ajax were performing mostly were thinking hardly they could be able to end in top half of the league because nothing positive were happening but change of coach and strategy works for them which bring them to the fifth spot now in next round we have few interesting match first Ajax going to host PSV which is undefeated in this season and then AZ Alkmaar going to host Feyenoord which is another important match which will give how things will be gone in coming weeks.
Even with current situation as Twente and AZ Alkmaar are losing points most chances we will have chance for the Ajax to end at the third spot with end of this season but still this next match is going to have real shape of Ajax that how they will be going into this season are they now able to perform at the top level or still needs more improvements after last five games now we have different between Twente and Ajax of just four points which is interesting with Twente lost 7 points and AZ Alkmaar lost 10 point while Ajax only 2 with this all things are clearly favouring them because if we have things like these in coming ten matches as well then still we will have Ajax at the better spot.
The Eredivise is quite competitive no doubt and consistency works very much for the teams there. It's the second half of the season already and every game counts. PSV and Ajax are doing explicitly well in the league as they've been able to keep up with game victories too. For Alkmaar, they're still yet to be balanced in their performances and it's really taking toll on them and their points on the league table too. Alkmaar just got to find a balance and get back to their pace. Their league isn't even as competitive as other European leagues as there are just a few teams that are tough in their play. They can still meet up with points and stay at a good spot on the table too. Congrats to Ajax and PSV, they're good and are growing better gradually regardless of the little loopholes that they're having too. Barcelona are ahead of Napoli; everyone knows that. Even though I know the performance of Barcelona is getting poorer every day, the main weak point of Barcelona is their defence. If they will work on that, I am pretty sure that the game will definitely be for Barcelona, but Napoli have no chance of winning yet because we don’t know if Osimhen will be present in the match or not, so Napoli can’t have that confidence to win Barcelona yet, which I know if without Osimhen it will be very hard for them to win the game.
Even in the Champions League, Barcelona has more wins than Napoli, but they are both weak teams, and if with Osimhen, Napoli has hope in Barcelona, if not from the least 6 games of Napoli, they have won 3, drawn 1, and lost 2, while from the last 6 games of Barcelona, they were about to win 4, draw 0, and lose 2. That is why I have more faith in Barcelona because I know if they play well, they will definitely win Napoli.
Well yea Barca are currently ahead of Napoli but I think for this match, Napoli stands a better chance than Barca. Napoli are composed defending while Barca aren’t and this is going to be a big worry for Barca when they face Napoli, the club is shaking currently and with the news about Xabi leaving the team at the end of the summer spreading so fast, I think it could affect their performance more. Though it’s still unknown of Victor will be available for this fixture but without him I still tip Napoli to at least get something from this fixture, especially at home soil. Bayern Munich is not a team to play with as far as the Bundesliga is concerned. They have dominated the league for several years and they don’t look like they’re going to give up anytime soon. That close point difference between them and Bayern Leverkusen shows their capability of being able to win the league even now that they’re currently in second position.
If Bayern Leverkusen don’t achieve three points in all of their matches before meeting with Bayern Munich and also the matches to be played after meeting with Bayern Munich, it will not be an easy one for them till the end of the season, they might fail in winning the league title which is going to be like all of their efforts putting into the game not being fruitful.
The league is still wide open now as they have more than ten matches to be played and a two point gap is not enough or give a full assurance of winning the title yet. Even a one match remain can still be a possibility of them not winning the league title if they lost. These are crucial times in the league since we are already in the second round of the league and any team looking to finish in a particular position needs to exert all the efforts and hardwork they can in order to make their dream come true at the end of the season.
Well Bayern Leverkusen has dropped points in their chase for the league and this has resulted in notions of Bayern Munich’s strength when it comes to winning the league. No doubt Bayern Munich are known to be traditional champions of this league but yet with that fact I still think Leverkusen are a very good side and shouldn’t be judged because they faltered in the last 2 matches. Leverkusen must try to make sure they’re standing safely on top of the table before they’ll paly Bayern Munich because Bayern could use that match to create the turning point in their favor. Leverkusen must up their game and get back to their winning ways if they want to have a shot at that league. Yes we still got plenty of matches to play and their are still key fixtures that Leverkusen must win so as to gain full confidence on winning the league. It’s time for mot just hardwork but also seriousness on the part of the players and they should keep up their determination level and chase for all 3 points in every match if they want to get the league. |
