Crucial FT in OT wow, both attempts missed something that might give you your terrific run placing bets with the underdog, I guess it's the experienced that gives him the pressure, even just one and push the game to another OT but luck is with the Gin kings fans, but not sure if many will bite the ML, and another sure deal is when you will place your bet with a handicap that can lead you to a lost since Ginebra only win the game by 1 point.

Congrats with your other pick. Good thing that you are actively watching and you still manage to add more bets before the game ends.

Just a break-even on last night's bet as TNT doesn't stand a chance against Converge, they were blown into pieces. Looking at the lineup of TNT who played last night, it was only Marcelo, Khobuntin, and Rosser whom I have known while the rest were practice players while on the Converge side, all of the players were playing if I'm not wrong so we better watch out whenever TNT plays next time.
Don't stop rooting for TNT as they continue to chase their victory. The last game against Converge was a blowout loss for them, especially in the 3rd quarter when they only scored 15 points. They clearly struggled with their scoring. TNT is known for their high-scoring games, so it's evident that they face difficulties when they can't reach at least 100 points.
1222  Economy / Speculation / Re: This year is dumping ground for bitcoin on: June 21, 2023, 05:35:02 PM
All the time being this year has not really record a tangible price increase that's why people are dumping bitcoin for now. I consider more buy before now but I think is wise we use our wisdom to hold on or stay bitcoin idle for now, let's see what could have be the reason for this drastically continues price falling. Am thinking weather is reducing in figures, or other market products have reduced its value, or have America caught Satoshi and warn him to stop this bitcoin from gaining value? Talk please, but my advise is to reduce your buying strategies and watch.
Some got tired of waiting for the bull season and so they decide to upload their Bitcoins. We can't push them either to hold, not anymore because people are weak and wanted instant. Soon they will regret and blame themselves while patient investors got the moment of selling their coins at the ATH. Of course, we can't expect everyone would hold and extend their patience, many will give up and quit.

Well, that is the reality of the crypto market, dumps, and pumps certainly happen due to the unpredictable mindset of the investors.
Might this year isn't really a good year for crypto but I don't also think that this year is the worst year ever.
1223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How quick do altcoins pump in bull run? on: June 21, 2023, 12:47:10 PM
2024/25 will be my first bull run and I have been patiently buying and holding for over a year now.

Just wondering for those who were in the last bull run what it was like and how fast prices pump during the peak bull times?
If you heard about x1000, that something will happen to some altcoins that got hyped or even more. In fact, even shitcoins have the chance and it pumps more than these potential and leading coins in the CMC.

Quote
Any advice on how to prepare when it comes to being ready to take profit?

Just imagine that, if you are too lucky to get the coins that hyped during the bull season, you'd be rich instantly. If you have noticed, many people are accumulating new projects which they believe will give them fortune during Bullrun but I should also warn you not to spend more money on them, choosing Bitcoin and potential altcoins are still safe choices.
1224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: June 21, 2023, 09:27:57 AM
It seems that the underdog's run will come to an end soon. In the first game, we have Blackwater versus Ginebra, and Ginebra is already leading by double digits. Considering that Ginebra is a very dangerous team when they take an early lead, I don't believe Blackwater will be able to make a comeback.

As for the next game, good luck kabayan! TNT really needs a win to break their winless streak, so I might join you in supporting them.
1225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 21, 2023, 07:48:43 AM
I find Wemby similar to Chet Holmgren. The latter missed all the games last season due to an injury, so I hope the same does not happen to Wemby. With all the hype surrounding him and being the number one pick, he is truly a special player. However, it would be unfortunate if his talent goes to waste due to an injury.

What we are discussing here are only possibilities based on what we have seen in the past.

All we can do now is hope that Wemby will be able to add more muscle, making him more competitive once the season begins.
1226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Joshua Franco vs Kazuto Ioka WBA World Superfly (June 24) on: June 21, 2023, 07:08:41 AM
Since the fight will be held in Japan, I will be rooting for the Japanese fighter to win. Here are my reasons:

There may be a chance that the judges could be biased towards their fellow countryman.
Joshua Franco is not known for his knockout power, having only recorded 8 knockouts in his 18 wins.

Despite the advantages I mentioned above, the odds for Kazuto Ioka are quite attractive.

Ioka winning is a big possibility since the fight will be held in Japan and chances are that the fate of this fight will be in the hands of the judges since both boxers are not knockout artist.

Franco in an interview has said that he will do his best so that this fight will not go the distance and again be frustrated with the judges but i doubt he can do that as Ioka is one hell of fighter to crack like to what we have seen when he fight with Nietes.

But i'm more inclined to bet for Franco here because talent-wise, the latter is a little superior than Ioka and he is now 34 years old while Franco is just 27 years of age, that might be a factor also.

Good luck, though! I hope Franco takes this fight seriously and works even harder to secure a victory. You see, in Japan, it's difficult to expect a win unless you are clearly the superior boxer, which makes it a challenging task for Franco to defeat the hometown favorite.

In fact, I've read an article stating that Japan and Australia are considered the worst countries to host boxing matches, as the judges' decisions are often unfair.
With this, it's really necessary for Franco to win by KO.
1227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any airdrop hunters here need some leads on: June 20, 2023, 09:51:51 PM
After years of disappointment in airdrops of tokens that end up not being traded anywhere like Ethplode and Stabila, I missed on the Arbitrum airdrop, now I am looking for potential real good airdrops. It doesn't have to be in the thousands, a few real dollars are fine for the effort.
I hear zkSync and Venom can be big, I tried SUI but was unlucky to be late and they didn't really giveaway to that many people.
Please let's help each other with real good advice.
Just to tell you then that chasing gems like Arbitrum and SUI is difficult. What I mean is that not all the time we can find these free drops because not all developers have that kind of thinking. In fact, you have been in the crypto space for a year and participated in airdrops several times but what you have got is just shitcoins and useless tokens, that was the normal situation.
I'm not sure about zkSync and Venom, maybe you can try them but I don't make you have your life and waste your time chasing and joining airdrops, I suggest valuing your time and effort.
1228  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The truth about investment (bitcoins) on: June 20, 2023, 12:44:40 PM
Some people lose and some people win are terms in trading, gambling or ponzi scheme. If you're invest Bitcoin for long term period, there's no one will lose because when people are keep buying Bitcoin, the price would be increase. Lose happen in investment when you sell your coins cheaper than you buy, if you keep holding during the dump season, it's an unrealized lose, not an actual lose.
Perhaps, it was undeniable when it comes to profit generation but of course, I don't hold forever even if I believe that the price of Bitcoin increase. I sell them when the time has come and when I was already in profit. Because it was not necessary to keep holding, the most important is that we earn a profit and this is actually how the market works and a reason why it grows due to its active trade, not because everyone is holding.

I I encourage people to hold but also to sell depending on the situation and as an investor, we know what we have to do to avoid losses, yet we don't need to be greedy.

1230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 20, 2023, 08:17:35 AM

It Canelo's chasing greatness like Manny did during his prime or even at the start of his downfall, he should fight Benavidez and not hide on the reasons that he is a Mexican. Or fight Bivol at either weight class, but give the guy the money that he wanted because he deserves it.

He had already achieved his ultimate success and wouldn't be risking it again in a higher weight class. The loss to Bivol was a reality check that he is not as good as Manny, who can defeat champions when moving up in weight. Therefore, it's better for him to stay where he is, and I don't mind if he talks a lot, making excuses instead of admitting to himself that he isn't a pound-for-pound king.
1231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to be blamed, the gambler or the betting agent on: June 20, 2023, 06:27:30 AM

What is the possibility of the betting agent getting his money soon/considering the gambler's low-income earnings?

If we consider the gambler's ability to repay, there is a slim chance that he will be able to recover the money he borrowed. However, there may be some form of agreement between the gambler and the lender that ensures timely repayment, even if the gambler has a low income. It's worth noting that gambling laws often have their own provisions that differ from those in the real world.
1232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Before investing on meme coin or shitcoins consider this. on: June 19, 2023, 09:33:37 PM
I would better advise not to invest in these types of coins, as these type of coins have a higher risk of getting losses. Yes its good when some big personalities or whales back them up, but never buy them from your own side. Moreover, these whales do the promotion only to gain profit for themselves. So yes I would completely advise you to not invest in these types of coins. They can make you rich overnight or just can make you bankrup in fraction of seconds. So invest wisely.
Indeed right? Instead of having those things, why we should not choose potential coins with less risk and profitability? And we never waste our time searching what projects are legit or not.
Yes, OP developers will certainly promise good things, high rewards, etc to the investors in order to gain attraction and courage but after all, they'll make you suffer in the end. Many people enjoyed with hype, they make money actually but those who have entered during its peak had terribly lost their money.
1233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you tired of waiting for the jump? Pls Hodl on: June 18, 2023, 09:30:03 PM
Tom only had to wait for 6 years to meet the 2017 pump; a long time indeed! Isn't the wait worth it?

I show such examples to the people around me and remind them not to sell their bitcoins. I tell them not to give up and not to sell their bitcoins unless they have urgent needs. Because I don't want them to regret it later. I want them to watch the rise of bitcoin with me. Because I love the people around me and I want them to have bitcoin too. There are many tweets and good examples like this. We just need to be patient.

If you're waiting for something good in the end, it's definitely worth the wait.
Those who have faith and hope will remain calm and not be affected by the FUDs and market corrections but for those who have doubts, surely they are planning or dump already their coins. Because no matter how hard to educate people and encourage them to hold if their mind is already negative, maybe they will listen but still sell their coin when it gets worse. But I won't be surprised, this really happens in the crypto space knowing that not all are real investors, some are weak.
1234  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can we be sure that our private keys have been generated safely? on: June 16, 2023, 07:42:01 PM
I use only the Electrum wallet for many years and I have no idea how the private keys are generated but because I trust this wallet and I use the right site, I'd feel safe and no worries. And if you think and doubted that your private keys are not safe, then never use them but look for another. It was you to keep what makes you comfortable but if you are using the right site, I'm very certain that those keys are safe and just only for you as the owner of the wallet. Hacks happened when you share your keys with another person or someone got into your computer and found your keys there. Better stored it separately for more security.
1235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is not a steady income haven on: June 16, 2023, 12:37:12 PM
Gambling is fine as long as people treat it for what it is, which is just a way to entertain ourselves, the problem appears when people want to make of gambling something that is not, so those that want to earn a lot of money with it are the ones that are more prone to become addicted, as once they fail to reach their goals instead of giving up they will keep trying to become profitable, then they may give up on that idea but they may want to recover the money they have lost, only to discover they will keep losing more and more money.
Gambling is only a way for me to get some more money in my pockets; I do not depend on it since it's never trustworthy to rely on anything that's governed by some fixed cooperation; it's unreliable. No gambler expects to be on the losing side; everyone expects to be on the winning streak. Gambling is never an option to consider for numerous sources of income; of course, earnings are not always recorded; some days, huge losses emerge. The aim is to examine good gambling tactics that will assist in printing more money in each game executed.
It was not that they are unreliable, we are absolutely no luck in gambling a reason why we keep on losing instead of winning. That is why gambling is certainly not considered as a source of income. Maybe some people make a good living in this but they are not gamblers/gamers, they are just an employee.
People must have to know gambling never assure wins nor we can expect huge changes to get the jackpot prize in lottery but to lose our money is very possible and no matter what we do, even having a lucky charm never works as we rely just on luck and hope.
1236  Other / Archival / Re: No panic while holding my Bitcoin on: June 16, 2023, 12:27:03 PM
Personally, I would like to encourage you that even if you have a loss in your investment journey, it is necessary to immediately acknowledge that problem as to where you have gone wrong so that things do not go as expected.
It was not just we acknowledge our mistake and accept it but must correct them in order not to happen again. Losses are very common in crypto investment but we have to do something in order to minimize them because, in this way, we are able to reach our goal and succeeded. As long as we can manage to control our emotions and have strong faith in our investment, panic doesn't come for sure. That is why investing in this kind of market isn't too simple, it needs patience and trust.
1237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is right time for investment ? on: June 16, 2023, 10:31:05 AM
Well, that depends on you. Because what you think is right, then go for it as we don't have different opinions, especially those coins that you have mentioned OP. I won't say it was not but for me, these coins don't make me interested. I bought coins during the bear season but I was skeptical about new projects knowing that they are prone to scamming. And in order to avoid regrets and minimize losses, we must know how to assess a certain project rather than asking someone if this is good or not. Buy ONLY potential coins, that was my 1-cent advice.
1238  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: June 16, 2023, 09:21:56 AM

Just make sure that you are just using small amount of capital, it's very likely to submit verification
when you have huge amount of money to withdraw.

That's typically the scenario with most gambling sites. Some sites don't require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification initially, but once you start winning significant amounts, they may trigger the KYC process. Currently, most of the gambling sites I play on do not require KYC. However, I have familiarized myself with the information in case they do require it. You are correct that we should not invest a large amount of capital as it could be compromised if we fail to meet the KYC requirements.
1239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: June 16, 2023, 08:46:33 AM
Nikola Jokic changed the way we look at NBA and especially at the younger players who never saw how Magic, Bill, and Larry did it. It's almost like this, the Joker revived a strong big man, not like a "Shaq" big man but more of a versatile big man. And, I have no doubts Jokic will keep on passing more records from way back some of us were born.

Jokic would easily win the regular season MVP next season because he can easily generate triple-double stats. As long as he is healthy, the Nuggets will once again reach the NBA Finals. However, in the Eastern Conference, I don't think it will be the Heat, unless they upgrade their roster.

Shaq can be dominant inside but does not have the same shooting ability, especially from the free-throw line. On the other hand, Jokic is a complete package as a big man, capable of scoring, passing, and rebounding. He is also a great three-point shooter, with a possibly higher percentage than Curry.
1240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: June 16, 2023, 08:01:08 AM
However, they have the ability to spoil the seeding and positioning of those teams who are battling for the top seed which might wreck the plan of sister companies of not meeting each other in the first phase of the playoffs.

That's the only thing they can do for now as long as the PBA will not change to having teams with one owner only, that kind of system which is the farm system will exist. PBA is a major league in the Philippines but you can hear a lot of criticism about this league, however, they should look at the future of the league as there are already leagues out there that are patronized by some fans.

We don't want to hear in the future still about PBA being rigged.
