1241  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Will you sell because of situations? on: April 24, 2023, 05:53:12 PM
Do you advise he sells and bail his kid sister?  Everybody is confuse.

What kind of stupid question is that? Selling bitcoin to save a family member? That's just ridiculous.

No, no, no, the only logical thing to do here is to sit back and wait for a miracle to happen. Maybe the kidnappers will have a change of heart and release the sister without the ransom. Or maybe the man will suddenly find a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Who knows?  Roll Eyes
1242  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Having bitcoin gives confidence on: April 24, 2023, 05:43:51 PM
I don't really know if anyone else feel the same way?

Yeah, bitcoin is like the superhero of cryptocurrencies, always standing strong and giving us confidence in the market. But let's not forget that superheroes have their weaknesses too, just like how bitcoin has its fair share of volatility. I don't know about you guys, but investing in bitcoin feels like being in a rollercoaster ride. It's thrilling, but at the same time, nerve-wracking.  Wink

Do you realize your chats are wrong way around?
In these messages, you are the one giving him that account and he's asking questions about obviously directly joining a campaign, what you recommended him to avoid (waiting at least 50-70 posts, LOL)
Not suspicious at all, dude.  Cheesy

Can your indonesian brother come here on Bitcointalk and write an indonesian post?  Cheesy
I asked a question,, and he replied do you have any idea how WhatsApp works,,, why you hating me and not seeing all the chats and date,,, please check again and help me.

Oh, bravo! Someone's clearly a WhatsApp expert here!  Roll Eyes

By the way, just in case you were curious, the messages you sent are on the right side of the screen, and the double tick mark below them means they have been delivered and/or seen. But I'm sure you already knew that, right? Well, congratulations! You've just added another nail to your own coffin.  Grin
1244  Economy / Reputation / Re: Changed language in history. Bought? Hacked? on: April 23, 2023, 10:27:45 PM
Let me clarify the matter here, as it appears that some members are a bit confused.

His previous account, BlackViruse was banned for evading the ban (alt of Blackpussy), and he has openly admitted to engaging in this deceptive behavior since 2015:

Quote from: BlackViruse
Abeg make Una dey careful with the wallet Una dey use the one I use for my  2015 banned account bounty hunting days I make mistake use am for signature campaign den ban the account the same day my mama die na high bp I go through una brother Blackpussy Don show for jungle again make Una try for me
archive: https://ninjastic.space/post/55567712

And it's abundantly clear that this is not an innocent mistake made by a novice or a one-time occurrence: Newbie But Not Beginner.

While I initially gave a neutral trust to wait for his explanation, I see no issue with others giving negative. Anyone who is ready to fabricate stories about deceased family members cannot be considered trustworthy.

Oh, and just for your information, his so-called "brother," the original owner of the account, is apparently alive and thriving, as per his Facebook profile. It's a miracle, right?

1245  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Projects Visibility (Sig Campaigns) in Bitcointalk. on: April 22, 2023, 09:02:12 PM

It'd be cool to compare this data with past campaigns, don't you think? Maybe we could focus only on the ones that lasted longer than a month, for instance. Have you given that any thought?

When you say past campaigns, how do we filter it? Past campaigns this year or since the forum started? Grin
It would be interesting I think. But I do not think that it will have great importance.

Maybe limit it to campaigns from the past year or something similar. Another filter that I already mentioned is to ignore all campaigns that had a short lifespan.

I would have to turn the color to red. This could help.

Indeed, that would be good. To my knowledge, none of our reputable members have participated in their campaigns, so it's hard to tell if they're even real or merely a hoax.
1246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you favor betting on spesific sport? on: April 22, 2023, 07:35:33 PM
I totally agree with that, Mahanton. I think a lot of people bet on sports for the entertainment value as well. It adds excitement to the game and makes it more engaging to watch. And if you happen to win some money along the way, that's just a bonus.  Wink

And, it's not uncommon for people to make bets based solely on the team that's heavily favored, without considering the odds or potential for an upset. Especially newbies. But in reality, there's always a risk involved and that's why it's important to do proper research before placing any bets. It can definitely increase your chances.
1247  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Billions scammed bbc doc on: April 22, 2023, 07:23:06 PM
I watched the documentary and I have to say, it's well-made and very informative. It's crazy how many people have been scammed and lost their money. I have always been wary of these so-called investment platforms and this just confirms my suspicions.

@OP, just wanted to suggest that maybe the Bitcoin board isn't the best place for this particular topic. It might be more helpful to move it to the Beginners & Help section. Just a thought!

What an interesting topic, and I can see that you've put in a lot of effort to gather all this information. Well done!

1249  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: IS IT SAFE TO INVEST PENSION FUNDS IN BITCOIN? on: April 22, 2023, 07:02:16 PM
I spoke to a friend about Bitcoin and he asked if it is safe to invest Pension funds in Bitcoin considering the fact that this is a retirement saving.<...>

If he has to ask, I'd say no. Not because I don't think bitcoin is a safe investment, but because I don't think he's ready to take that kind of risk.

While I am relatively new to this field, I've met many people who have asked a similar question. From my experience, I've learned that it is best to exercise caution while giving investment advice. I'm sure you've heard the saying: "Do your research". It holds true in this context as well.
1250  Economy / Reputation / Re: Changed language in history. Bought? Hacked? on: April 22, 2023, 03:29:14 PM
martyns account woke up and changed password in May 2022. In November of the same year he used this BSC address in BetFury.io signature campaign: 0xAe19392AAa7d0Ed901e44766FA502656f7E21173 - link.

The same BSC address was used a year before by the BlackViruse in the TFStoken bounty campaign. The post was later deleted, but we can see it in the archive: https://ninjastic.space/post/57545319

BlackViruse account was also active in Nigerian local but was tagged for promoting 1xbit scam in 2021. He was last active on March 01, 2022. It is possible that he bought himself a new acc after that.

Today
Borussia Dortmund - Eintracht Frankfurt = 1 (1.65x)
I dont think Dortmund will do two bad games in a row.

I would say that Borussia has a good chance of winning their match against Eintracht. Although they had a disappointing result in their previous game, Dortmund has a strong team and the home advantage, which could work in their favor. Taking a glance at the stats, in the last 53 matches, Borussia Dortmund has won 29 times, with 13 draws and 11 wins for Eintracht. Borussia also holds a considerable goal difference of 109-61 in their favor. Out of the last 25 matches where Borussia played at home, they have won 20 times.

So, the same individual behind previous Pnxbet / Kawbet scams now attempting to start a new casino? It's truly amazing how these scammers just keep coming up with new (old) ways to rob people blind. It's like they're recycling old scams and hoping no one notices.

Don't fall for the same old tricks from the same old scammers, guys!
1253  Economy / Gambling / Re: How does AI gambling sound? on: April 22, 2023, 01:16:12 PM
"How does AI gambling sound?" - I don't want to offend anyone, but I think it sounds stupid.

The whole "charm" of gambling is that it happens live, in the real world. Of course, the world is changing and technology is even penetrating into this area (for example, online poker), but nothing can replace a "live" game with live players or real horses, as in your example. The atmosphere of the event is important for the gamblers, including: the hippodrome, horse races, horses, bets, a lot of unforeseen circumstances that affect the final result of the games. All this adds a special charm to these gambling games, which are not so easy to refuse. But over time, more and more gambling will be held in the virtual world, this is indisputable, because the whole world is rapidly digitalizing. Therefore, the transfer of gambling to the metaverse is quite possible and I think your dream can come true. Maybe even very soon.

As I see it, AI gamblng could offer some unique advantages. For example, it could enable game developers to create completly new types of games that arent possible in the physical world. AI gambling, with the use of machine learning algorithms, could also offer personalized experiences for each player, based on their individual preferences and betting habits. For example, AI could analyze vast amounts of data on players past behavior and use that to create tailored gameplay experiences that are more engaging and enjoyable for each individual player. It could also offer more precise and accurate odds calculations in sports betting, which could potentially make gambling fairer and more transparent.

Anyway, i think there is still so much more to discover in terms of how AI can be utilized in the gambling industry, no matter what direction it takes in the future.

This is just about give some betting tips no mather league or sport to all the other people on the forum  Smiley

I'm not sure if having a thread for sharing tips across all leagues and sports would be beneficial. Many gamblers prefer to focus on the sports and leagues they know best. That's probably why we have multiple threads in the Gambling discussion. But, it could be interesting to explore both options and see what works best for our community.
1255  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can I buy bitcoin as a newbie? on: April 19, 2023, 07:39:41 PM
That's why it's always important to be careful when buying Bitcoin. There are unfortunately a lot of scammers out there trying to take advantage of people's lack of knowledge. I've heard some horror stories about people losing their life savings to crypto scams. I suggest researching the platform thoroughly before making any transactions. It's also helpful to seek advice from experienced investors or join a community of like-minded individuals, like this forum, who can provide support and guidance.

OP, I noticed that you suggested using the bitcoin.com exchange, but I think there are better options available. It's a good idea to ask around in your local community to find the most reputable and suitable crypto exchange for your specific location and needs. Factors such as the availability of fiat deposits and other specifics may vary depending on your location.
1256  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin to cash with simple steps. on: April 19, 2023, 07:25:16 PM
4. Seek out a Bitcoin ATM.

Depending on the country and the amounts in discussion, these can be a fair option for those keen to stay anonymous, just... they're pricey. The fees are big. Sometimes a bit too big.

Apart from Bitcoin ATMs, there are also physical exchanges that allow for the conversion of cryptocurrency to fiat currency, depending on the country. Some of these exchanges even offer daily transactions without KYC verification for certain amounts, and their fees are generally lower compared to those of ATMs.
1257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do bitcoins on exchanges come from ? on: April 18, 2023, 10:27:03 PM
You don't need to worry about whether the bitcoin you buy on an exchange is "legit" or "dirty." In fact, the whole concept of "dirty" bitcoin is overblown and largely a myth perpetuated by those looking to create fear and uncertainty around cryptocurrency.

First of all, while there have been some instances of bitcoin being used for illegal activities, such as money laundering or drug trafficking, this is no different from any other currency. The reality is that the vast majority of criminal activities still use cash, not bitcoin.

Second, the vast majority of CEXs have strict regulatory requirements that they must follow to prevent illegal activities. This includes performing KYC checks on their customers and monitoring transactions for suspicious activity. If a CEX is found guilty of money laundering, they can be fined and shut down by the financial authorities. In fact, the requirements for CEXs to prevent money laundering and other illegal activities are often stricter than those of many banks.
1258  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: April 18, 2023, 08:53:02 PM
The easiest is Bitcoin and choosing Bitcoin will give the winner the opportunity to get a prize greater than $200K (hence the value of lambo as a prize) because the value of BTC may increase in the near future while choosing lambo will only make the winner spend extra funds for everything until the lambo arrives at home

Yup, claiming physical rewards, especially something like an expensive car, is highly impractical. That's why I think it's all more of a marketing play and that freebitco.in are probably not even prepared for anyone opting for anything other than bitcoins.
And I am also guessing that if the winner opt for the car itself instead of the money value, I bet that lambo will cost way more than $200,000 to buy and ship to the winner's country of residence, except the car is a used one which I don't believe it should be.

I'm not sure about that. I think a brand new Lamborghini Huracan Evo base model is right around $200,000 (MSRP). Of course, the price depends on the location, but I doubt that there would be a problem with delivery since Lamborghini has its sales representatives all over the world.
1259  Economy / Gambling / Re: How does AI gambling sound? on: April 18, 2023, 08:38:55 PM
I have no idea about AI powered horses and horse racing, but if I may give my opinion on this:

Do you think that gambling have a place with the metaverse in the future? I had a dream about being able to gamble online with people that aren't living close to me, we meet in the metaverse and it looks real, I know that sometimes when you think positively about something it is possible to dream about it.

Definitely! I can totally see how gambling could be a thing in the metaverse in the future. With all these cool new virtual reality technologies coming out, it's getting easier and easier to make virtual environments where people can hang out and do stuff together. I think gambling would be a great thing to do in a metaverse, especially if it's built on top of existing gambling platforms. Gambling is already a very popular activity, and I can see it being even more so in the future. So I think it's definitely something that could be huge in the metaverse.

Well, well, well, a Brand new account asking for a loan? Nice try, buddy! But sorry, I think you might be a bit too green to get any takers here. You see, it's like the old saying, "you have to have money to make money." In this case, you need to have some reputation on the forum to get a loan. Better luck next time, OpportunityWasted!  Cheesy
