What is SERP? when I google it, I find Shibarium Perpetuals as the top result. <...>
LOL! I think you have to consider the context in which the abbreviation was used. If you looked it up on Google, you would have gotten a SERPs as a result, since I think "SERP" stands for "Search Engine Results Pages" in this context.

Can a random human who knows too less about a crypto wallet detect if it's open source or closed source? If yes please share me a way,
Finding out if a software is open source or not is not always easy. One way to do it is by checking the provider's website or documentation. The developers usually mention if it's open source or not in the license. If you can't find the info there, you can try looking for discussions or questions about the source code on online forums or related communities. Just keep in mind that even if the source code isn't on GitHub (although most open source software is) it can still be open source, or if the software has its own GitHub repo, it doesn't necessarily mean that it's open source. So, it's not always a straightforward answer. I am tired of people saying a wallet is open source and some other are arguing that it's closed source, I need to get things done myself.
It's perfectly fine to learn how to do things by yourself, but it's equally okay to listen to the opinions of others. People with diverse expertise may know better than us in many areas. For instance, if your car breaks down, would you attempt to repair it yourself or consult a licensed mechanic? It's crucial to acknowledge when we require assistance and seek it from those who have the requisite abilities and knowledge.

I read a story of a man threw away is hard drive with almost 7,500 bitcoin on it, then later realised that it worth huge amount of money which he is trying to get back the drive which he found difficult. Now my question is that does it mean all this 7,500 bitcoin are gone completely?
If the Hard drive cannot be recovered, the Bitcoin is lost forever. But is the man uninformed about Bitcoin? or he is unaware of the Bitcoin on the hard drive? If he actually buys the Bitcoin, I believe he should be able to tell that it is still there, and he should be checking the Bitcoin Market since he has invested in Bitcoin. Oh, I think I know what the OP is talking about! It's that crazy story about the guy who threw out some old hard drives, and they ended up in a dump. But then he wanted to dig them up again, so he asked the government for permission. Apparently, he was one of the bitcoin miners from the old days, and those hard drives had a whole bunch of them on there. Can it be possible to know the people the are in position of all the bitcoin in circulation or know the number of units in total circulation?
OP, we can't really tell if some bitcoins are lost forever or not. Even if they don't move from a particular address for ten or more years, that still doesn't mean those bitcoins will never be in circulation again.

<...> I don't really know what that means, but if someone can educate me on if that sounds accurate I would be greatful to know before I deposit again.
Hey OP, it seems pretty obvious that you're not being honest with us here. Whether you own the casino or not, your behavior has already made us lose trust in that site. So, you don't really need to try and convince us - that's their job, not yours. The fact that you're getting so defensive and pushy about this just makes us even more suspicious. So, it's clear that this casino is not to be trusted, and your insistence on defending it is not doing you any favors. In fact, it only makes us even more convinced that there's something shady going on. So, it's probably best to just move on from this and find a more reputable casino to patronize.

If they're a scam they aren't very good they just lost $2419. There is no minimum deposit and it is provably fair. Before you call anything a scam be sure of it.
Well, the fact that the site is just two weeks old and you are a brand new user on this forum raises some red flags. It's not uncommon for scammers to create fake sites, lure people in with promises of big payouts, and disappear with the money. I take it you are unable to attach some verifiable proof, like a blockchain transaction, instead of just screenshots that can be easily faked?

I think you are partially right, but there are a few more things to consider. In sports betting, like betting on the outcome of a football match, you basically guess the outcome of the match and place your bet on it. The bookmaker sets the odds based on various factors such as team performances, injuries and other relevant information. However, the bookmaker still wants to make a profit, so it slightly adjusts the odds in its favor. This means that they will always make money in the long run, regardless of who was the winner. So even though the betting platform cannot directly control the outcome of the game, they can still influence the odds to ensure a profit.

I don't know why do people overcomplicate stuffs like this. It's a forum for discussions, OP. This is not a workplace for that word "productivity". It's like saying how to be productive in social media sites like Reddit and Twitter.
Well, some folks here treat this forum exactly like that - like their workplace, especially those coming from third world countries (not throwing shade at anyone). But hey, who can blame them? You know, some of the payouts for signature campaigns here exceed the minimum wage of many countries. It's pretty wild when you think about it! Just contribute to discussion/threads/boards by giving ideas or insight legitimately from you and that's how you "contribute".
Honestly, his concept of "contribution" is pretty messed up, if you ask me. https://ninjastic.space/user/id/3497392And now this bounty hunter has gone on a merit hunting spree to build his ( most likely alt) account.

Yeah! Congrats to the lucky winner - 6.5 BTC is a sweet haul.
I tried searching for UID 16840193 on the forum, but nothing came up. So we don't know if the winner is someone from here unless they speak up themselves. If it were me, I wouldn't want to reveal my identity either. Some things are better kept under wraps, you know?
Well, speaking up on this forum as a winner of this seasons lambo giveaway from FreeBitco.in isn't revealing your identity I suppose, simply because the forum also holds users privacy to high esteem, except if there is an individual or persons on this forum who know you in person, and you wouldn't want them to know you just won yourself a lambo, then you can create a new bitcointalk account and announce your winning from there, this way, your privacy is preserved. Well, I disagree. While it's true that this forum takes user privacy seriously, there's still a risk that someone could figure out who the winner is based on the information shared. It's always better to err on the side of caution when it comes to personal information. Plus, not everyone is comfortable sharing that kind of information with a large group of strangers online, even if they're anonymous. Anyway, there's no right or wrong answer here, just personal preference.

it reminds me the good days Whatever that still makes you want to reclaim this account of five years that has just 22 activities and less than 30 posts must indeed be remarkable to you. <...> Sorry, but you've got it wrong. This is actually the account that he's trying to appeal for: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=138600

Congrats to the lucky winner - 6.5 BTC is a sweet haul. I tried searching for UID 16840193 on the forum, but nothing came up. i appreciate all the help but in my books pokerstars is a poker site/account so calling it a casino account is a bit strange
you can indeed play casino on it but poker is not casino right ? or am i mistaken?
You're right that poker isn't traditionally considered a casino game, since it is a game of skill (with an element of luck involved). But some websites like PokerStars have both poker and casino games available to play. So while it might not be totally accurate to call a PokerStars website an "online casino," some people might use that term to mean a website that lets you play both poker and casino games. Basically, it just depends on the person and the context of the conversation. Besides, here's an excerpt from the wikipedia article: A typical selection of gambling games offered at an online casino might include:
Baccarat Blackjack Craps Roulette Sic bo Slot machines Poker Keno Bingo But does that really matter here? What is important, in my opinion, is that you have fun while playing.

Welcome to the forum, Bookielink! It's always exciting to see new businesses and platforms being promoted here. However, if you're open to suggestions, I would like to suggest creating a visually appealing ANN (announcement) thread like other platforms do. Having a well-designed thread can help you stand out from the competition and attract more potential customers. To create a thread that stands out, consider investing in a Copper Membership that allows you to post pictures and graphics - it'll give your thread that extra pop and make it more eye-catching!

decodx so you love when people lose 527 $ is that what your saying here sir because if this is the case please confirm
Oh yes, absolutely. It's one of my favorite pastimes. I even have a special cheering section set up for when people like you lose money. if this is the case then i'm sorry to say your a moron and you say yes to scammers and thiefs because this is what happened
That's called poetic justice! blocked access to my funds and cashed it out for himself
i never done that so for you to accuse me of being this is incredible sir and shamefull to say the least
Allow me to provide some examples. - It seems you were caught red-handed selling other people's private documents:
need to make accounts gambling or other sites ? have documents selfies proof address id back/front collection good price 15 IDS contact me - Here you asked someone from Poland to help you with a restricted / locked account:
hello don't know if this is right place but i have a restricted account / locked and someone needs to connect to it from poland can someone help me someone trusted can pay a fee also
- Here you asked for a no-collateral loan, and in exchange, you were offering personal documents, that may have been obtained illegally, to create fake accounts on online gambling platforms.
can give docs so you can make gambling accounts and sell them further in return i would like to get this loan from you 500
So, yes. I stand by my words. You are a scumbag and a scammer. If you really lost $500 at this casino, you got exactly what you deserved.

Hi,guys I have a specific issue with bitcoin security
What's the specific issue you're facing with Bitcoin security? The thing is that i need to store a large number of bitcoins (i will not say a specific number, but it is double-digit)
The security of your bitcoin holdings is ultimately your responsibility, regardless of the amount you plan to store. Ledger i do not trust since the very moment when on github came out the service that allows you to hack it and i did it at that time Maybe he's okay now,but the unpleasant experience remains
If you're still not comfortable using Ledger, you can check out other hardware wallets that might work better for you. The main requirements are that was necessarily electrum wallet and OS Windows
If your main requirements are to use the Electrum wallet and have it run on a Windows operating system, then you should have no trouble finding a suitable setup. Electrum is compatible with Windows and can be downloaded from their official website. Personally, I'd go for Linux, but that's up to you. Consider using a cold storage setup. With this method, you would install your wallet software on a device that is completely disconnected from the internet (air-gapped), ensuring that it is safe from potential malware or hacking attempts. You can then use another device, such as your computer or mobile phone, to create and broadcast transactions through a "watch-only" wallet. This allows you to monitor your cold storage wallet's balance and transaction history without exposing it to any potential online threats. Additionally, be sure to create a strong password and backup your wallet's seed phrase in a secure location.

well i wanted to have an anonymous account for personal reasons but for this i am punished it seems sucks really and yes since i have a loan post here on forum it does matter this money so that's why i'm searching desperate for an option to still cashout this money Well, based on your feedback and post history, it looks like you might be trying to pull some scammy stuff. Just being real here, nobody's buying your BS, so it's probably time to move on and find something honest to do. No judgement, but it's always better to make an honest living and not try to screw people over. And, if your sob story is actually legit, then I'd have to say that the universe dished out some sweet, sweet justice. It seems like you got exactly what you deserved.

I can understand why some people might think that the OP is just trying to promote their casino by creating this thread. After all, the information about the casino is readily available on their website, so it's not clear why they would need to create a forum post.
However, I think it's also possible that the OP is genuinely interested in getting feedback from other forum members. Sometimes it can be helpful to hear from others who have had experience with a particular casino, even if the information is available elsewhere.
That being said, if the OP is indeed trying to promote their casino, I agree that there are better ways to do it.

ridiculous bets is all i make.
and some days i lose..
other days i lose a lot.
also, i can't understand what happened in the screenie..
because i can't read .. what is that.. russian?
Well, at least you're consistent with your betting strategy! As for losing, we've all been there. Some days it feels like the universe is conspiring against us. And as for the screenshot, I'm no expert in Russian, but I'm pretty sure it says something along the lines of "Congratulations, you just lost all your money." So, you know, just a little something to brighten your day!

Personally, I don't think this move will really work in reducing the number of people who gamble. Sure, it's a good thing they're trying to cut down on promoting gambling in the Premier League because more and more people are watching it, but the demand will still be there. The gambling platforms will probably just move on to other sports or try to reach their audience in other ways.

Yup! they are tracking all the coins now, CHIPMIXER KEPT LOGS! I personally think it was just a honey pot planted by FBI!
How do you know Chipmixer kept the logs? Do you have any evidence or source of information for this? And what is the connection between the Chipmixer case and the takedown of the dark market that you mentioned?

I've been involved in crypto for a couple of years now, but it's still just a side gig for me. I work in the IT industry full-time, but I've been trying to learn more about the crypto industry and see where I can fit in. Right now, I've been doing some freelance writing about crypto and doing some social media marketing for a few projects. It's been a wild ride, especially with all the recent volatility in the market, but I'm enjoying it so far.
