1281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your bitcoin story? Good or bad on: April 16, 2018, 08:07:28 PM
for me very good bitcoin can help all of our society all over the world, let alone in my country bitcoin nowadays very popular than before, because for our society bitcoin very useful, because bitcoin very easy get profit faster.

You are right that bitcoin can be good for the society but this is not what the OP was asking. He was interested in your story in relation to bitcoins. Like how you started with bitcoins and how much  profit you made so far .
1282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why people think that bitcoin is buble coin ? on: April 16, 2018, 08:04:40 PM
some of them are just stupid and do not know how the blockchain system works. they say bubbles, they say ponzi, they say fraud, and also they say hype.

and some they do to make the bitcoin value fall, and when it falls they can buy more bitcoin and they can control the bitcoin value.

They are not stupid, they are just not ready to give time to learn about crypto. They are judging it based on what media says about it. And media will always focus more on negative aspect of bitcoins because it will give them more viewers.
1283  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 16, 2018, 08:02:11 PM
The fact is that the work needs to be distinguished and divided into what you can and what you can do. In any case it is the Crypto currency. Maybe it will bring a profit that you will not earn in your real work for some years.

That maybe might be worth considering while choosing between a regular job with guaranteed pay and an investment that may or may not give positive returns. It is an individual choise at the end and also differs on various other factors like the current risk taking ability.
1284  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: April 16, 2018, 08:00:14 PM
The best tip is NEVER INVEST ALL YOUR MONEY. You have to learn to manage the money and always have a savings reserve as well as a "plan B".

If someone ignores this, he will go i debt. The number of people getting into debt is on continuous rise and this trend is observed in people of all age groups. There are some common reasons behind people getting into debt. Whenever a person tries to spend more than his savings or tries to copy the lifestyle of his friends without thinking about his own financial condition, the end result is debt.
1285  Economy / Economics / Re: Earnings without risks for beginners on: April 16, 2018, 07:58:16 PM
You can join bounty campaign or get free token with airdrop and withdraw to your wallet, easily and you will get money without risk.

Frankly speaking even that is not completely risk free:

1) There had been cases where members were not given any tokens even after submitting all details for airdrops. It happens rarely but still there are some chances.

2)  The value of free coins you get might reduce to cents .

Nothing is risk free Smiley
1286  Economy / Economics / Re: Beliefs about money and wealth on: April 16, 2018, 07:56:20 PM
I’ve heard these reasonings from others but i dont personally agree with all of these. Not all millionaires are greedy. Most of the richest people we know are sharing and donating percentage of their wealth to the poor. Company managers do not use them they are paid and most of the time company owners sacrifice more to retain their workers and pay them their rights according to the law even if it means a big loss for them. Being rich is not luck some just dont have the right strategy and courage to start. Number 5 is also not true. I know a lot who just copy others ideas and they still prosper. Before cryptos were invented there were already billionaires. Bitcoin is not the only way to be rich. I have a friend who invested in bitcon and he lost. The last one i strongly disagree too. That could mean taking advantage of others and that is not acceptable.

I agree to your opinion but this is limited to developed countries only where people have to much and thus they like to share with others. In developing countries, where majority is without abundance of money, people still do not like to share their wealth that they earned through businesses.
1287  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as your main income? on: April 16, 2018, 07:54:13 PM
So many people has make Bitcoin as their main income. But that's not good. Because I think Bitcoin is just a side income for us. If we make it our main income side, we can face a big problem in future. So I think it should not right.

I agree to this, to supplement your salary, there are various other safer options as well. One should look  for additional sources of income. There are ample opportunities available and you can certainly generate surplus money every month by doing small part time jobs. For instance, you can look for freelance work available on different freelancing websites.
1288  Other / Meta / Re: Any advice on how I can earn merit? on: April 16, 2018, 07:50:33 PM
I dream of a day when this is no longer the case. I can't say that you are incorrect, but I can say that it seems theymos is interested in spreading out the merit sources to local boards so that language is not such a powerful barrier for merit distribution. People should be more concerned about getting their point/idea across as meaningfully as possible. If your English is not perfect, but I understand what you are trying to say and find it interesting then I will gladly share the merit. I personally do not rest my merit on the contingency of proper English, and I hope other reasonable people do the same.

I also do not give much value to the English, it should be just easy to understand. My criteria for giving merit is based on the intentions of person making a particular post. If I see some user contributing towards the growth of this forum  like by reporting abusers or by adding more information to constructive posts, I do give some merit.
1289  Other / Meta / Re: ATTENTION! BOUNTY CAMPAIGN MODUS OPERANDI SPOTTED! on: April 16, 2018, 07:47:41 PM
I think we need to hunt these cheaters together during our free time and report to whom it may concern since we are in the same forum and don't have a solution to totally eliminate this kind of cheating issue as of this time.

A lot of people are already doing this and I would like to add here that everyone might not be suitable for this job. Some people are good at spotting suspicious postings or duplicate entries and they will be able to report more cases correctly  in less time. You can help forum in other ways also like by reporting copied content or other abuses.
1290  Other / Meta / Re: What does it take to go from Newbie to Jr Member status? Number of posts? on: April 16, 2018, 07:45:14 PM
I have spent so much time here without realising that you need to post as well. Assuming I have been active for 30 days without posting can I just post 30 times ? I doubt it will work

Activity is designed in a way that you need not post daily for it to rise. You can complete all 14 activity in  a particular activity period by making the 14 posts in a day. You can even post more and these will be counted when you make at least one post in ext activity period.
1291  Other / Meta / Re: My Posts Getting Deleted on: April 16, 2018, 07:43:57 PM
Make a new account with another adress to see if the problem is present with a new account

What sort of suggestion is this ? You are asking him to create a new account just for checking why the posts are getting deleted.

Op, I think the possible reason is that the thread you posted in was deleted because of violation of forum rules and thus your reply was also deleted (like all other replies made there).
1292  Other / Meta / Re: someone sell the merit&account, no admin to investigate it? on: April 16, 2018, 07:42:20 PM

Even they use the new account to dodge!!!

See you will always find some people trying to cheat the system. Some people made similar threads in the past for selling merit points as it still shows in Google search. However, they were deleted by the mods as it is not allowed as per forum rules. You did a good thing by reporting this and I hope a mod sees this.
1293  Other / Meta / Re: Can we expect some active mod in India forum? on: April 16, 2018, 07:40:06 PM
There are a lot of problems with Indian sub forum and the problem you highlighted is the major. I also see a lot of senior members making posts there which are not relevant to that section.

For instance consider this:

It is a good post but it should have been posted in meta in my opinion.
1294  Economy / Economics / Re: Investment amount on: April 16, 2018, 07:33:19 PM
How much would you make as first amount? I was thinking  £50 bit even if this times by even 10 that's only 500.

Would 300 be a more realistic start

Whatever amount you go for , always use stop loss. One of the basic techniques used in trading is stop loss . When you see that a particular trade is giving losses, you put a limit on it. If the value goes below it, the investment needs to be withdrawn. This technique helps you to avoid huge losses and manage a losing trade effectively.
1295  Economy / Economics / Re: The stock market is a bubble now on: April 16, 2018, 07:30:01 PM
I don't agree that stock market is a bubble, you can say that it is a highly manipulated market where the operator moves the market along with the big institutional traders are following back. I would like to say that Stock market right now is in good tradeable condition as it is uptrending for now and Cryptomarket is in correction mode. You can also compare the stock market with cryptomarket to get the difference and correlation between both of them.

I agree to this, one can take some precautions and increase the chances of profit with stock market.

Just like any other investment opportunity, you can minimize the risk in stock market by diversifying your portfolio. Whatever asset you choose for investment, you should diversify to protect the invested money.
1296  Economy / Economics / Re: Beliefs about money and wealth on: April 16, 2018, 07:25:30 PM
I believe that you cannot earn money or wealth if didnt go to a suffer/trials in life.hardwork and goal in life is the key to your success. Thats ny bellief

In addition to hard work a lot of self control is also required. For instance, take the case of smoking. Just like other items, alcohol and cigarettes are also very costly these days. Thus in order to save money, you should try to avoid these practices. If you are not able to leave these habits completely, try to put some restriction.
1297  Economy / Economics / Re: Some advices and references for a newbie? on: April 16, 2018, 07:22:54 PM
Hi everyone! I'm trying to research and study as much I can, but i have problems in finding good books/articles/whatever that explain the principles of economics and trading, very important if u want to learn about coins in general. I searched in the forum but i didn't find anything like that (but a lot of other useful articles)...so can you help me? I would really appreciate a "newbie tutorial for economics/trading" if it exist Smiley

You should start by learning methods like diversification to reduce risks with investments. One of the easiest methods to manage the investment risk is by diversifying your portfolio.  For instance, it is seen that majority of the new investors invest their entire savings in a single project. This practice increases the risk. For instance, suppose you found the stocks of a particular company good and you invest all your capital to buy the stocks of the company. This can create huge problems if the value of the stocks of the company comes down due to any reason.
1298  Economy / Economics / Re: I want to invest more of what I don't have (money) on: April 16, 2018, 07:21:10 PM
I want to invest a few more thousands into eos, iota, and aion for the win. Too bad it will take me a few more weeks. I am so drained lol. Anyone else thinking like this? So motivated to invest. But lacking the funds.

If you are finding it difficult to save enough money for investing, it might be due to overspending habits of the family members. You should try to teach your children to spend money wisely. Moreover, if you are married, you can ask your partner to take up some part time work to supplement your salary. This might require some extra work but it is only for a limited time interval.
1299  Economy / Economics / Re: No need to panic sell after the Ban by RBI on: April 16, 2018, 07:19:59 PM
The recent crash in bitcoins has been due to the ban on Bitcoins by the RBI that is the authority controlling all the banks that run in India.
I do not think the crash is heavily affected by the RBI cryptocurrency banning. That is too much India is not a USA or China where are the cryptocurrencies user is widely spread. I'm sure we can easily achieve another tremendous drop if only such countries that I mentioned starting banning cryptocurrencies.

The ban did have impact on the prices of bitcoins and other coins on Indian exchanges as the prices dropped to more than 30-405 in just few hours of the announcement. Prices remained unaffected on international exchanges and thus there was no other reason for the price fall.
1300  Economy / Economics / Re: Earnings without risks for beginners on: April 16, 2018, 07:17:23 PM
There's no such thing as zero risk.

I agree to this. There are risks associated with bitcoin investments also just like any other investment . It is almost impossible to completely eliminate the risks involved in an investment, you can manage the risk by taking some precautions. For instance, you can diversify your investment in different coins for safety.
