1281  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bull market and market news its a end of the crypto or whats wrong? on: October 04, 2020, 06:08:43 PM
is cryptocurrency other crash is coming?
or what is the problem that market cant act normally `?

like it was year  2017  when it will work again like 2017`?
The problem is that some people are too negative. 2020 and the coming years are too different from the 2017 scenario and I know it can be better those years past than the coming. It is an unbelievable a market crash is coming because the market is not going to look like that instead of watching it spread and huge adoptions will take place. It can replace fiat money totally? Probably not, but how'd I see is that Bitcoin had often to use than this.
That's true and people have too big of expectations from crypto which although is good but that means we are too optimistic of the price and even expect BTC to replace fiat completely. I mean guys even I love bitcoins and hence I am here but that does not change the fact that fiat cannot be replaced by any digital currency let alone be bitcoins or any cryptos ever.

As for the price I believe the slow growth is actually better because it shows the price is growing organically and not because of a huge investment from a single person or group which also brings the danger of dumping it. We just need to keep faith and keep trading and make small profits while the price gradually grows as well and we are earning even more basically.

I never advertise my ref link anywhere, but it is automatically coming from my signature itself so it is like a nice bonus every now and then to see someone come in and refer and play!
I really didn't assume that putting your ref link to your signature could bring in people, I don't do it very commonly and usually don't have that type of signature to begin with but the rare times I have it that doesn't turn into income at all, I don't remember ever getting anyone and even if I did some time ago it must be very low because I do not even remember it.

It must be something about the signature design as well, if you could have a good design that could call out to potential customers and they could click but with bad design it will repel people instead. Honestly personally I wouldn't click a signature even if it intrigues me, I would probably google it first to see what it is and how it works etc to make sure I am not clicking on some spyware or something.
1283  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 03, 2020, 05:22:58 PM
Feels so bad to see cloudbet doing shady things because this was one of my first sportsbook I used to bet on but even that time they used to pause my withdrawals and I had to email the support to get my withdrawal out from their jaws. I stopped betting and I am glad I did so because what is happening right now looks very bad and big thanks @JollyGood to ask the questions we all wanted to but now you asking them at least put some weight on them.

I cannot understand why they are so reluctant to answer genuine questions and if they are already turned complete scam already in which case RIP to the gamblers who have money there.

1285  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: October 03, 2020, 02:33:54 PM
About taking part in the freebets promo for the first time. Just wanted to confirm something (apologies if it has already been asked, went back a few pages, didn't see anything related)

@Steve, The requirements to qualify for the promo says we need to place bets with a minimum odds of 1.50. Does this count for multibets too? Like having multiple selections and all of them totalling 1.50 (or more) or each selection in the multibet needs to have min 1.50 odds?

I like the bet builder feature. Infact I won at my first try thanks to Dynamo kiev winning with over 2.5 goals and 8.5 corners. I would like the extra option to combine multiple bet builders into one huge multibet though.
2.5 is not really that bad, could totally happen but I think both teams to score is more likely, both of them are quite likely really, a 2-1 or even a 3-1 win is totally in the making if you ask me. I do not think that a low goal game would happen considering both teams amazing offenses, and even though their defense is good as well (at least for Liverpool) they would still beat it with better offense.

However when you talk about 2.3 odds that is not really that high, I know this is a very likely bet and that is why it was very low and that is why you made it higher to make it more interesting, but if I am going to bet on anything I will be betting on Liverpool to win, that is a bit more guaranteed in my mind. Or maybe I will just throw in like a 5-10 buck bet on this to see what happens.
Lol it was really not something anyone expected, a 2-1 type of score was most likely outcome in almost all bet websites as well, it was such a low odds to play on 2.5 over because everyone expected 3 goals on this one.

In any case the boost is not there because they want you to lose, it is there to make you play and it did made people play, it could have been 3 goals easily as well, they are not controlling the game, just because they promoted that result doesn't mean that they knew it wouldn't happen, looking at the odds they were even giving 2.3 with the boost on top of it so we could clearly say that even sportsbet.io didn't expected this result.

But it is football and players didn't had a proper rest period so we could easily say that they were tired and its going to be a tough season.

1287  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too much HODLing stealing opportunities? on: September 08, 2020, 07:07:34 PM
I guess if you think you can pick up on those opportunities obviously it is making you miss chances, you could buy and sell on every top and bottom and make 100x more than holding, but the people who hold like me do not hold because they do not want to take advantage of those situations, they do hodl because they believe they will not be able to capitalize on the highs and lows and instead of making more money, they will end up losing money.

I have seen too many people even during this very recent fall that bought bitcoin and sold it when it went down with fear, those people are the ones we are trying to avoid being. By holding, you are not in a trouble, you do not have to lose money as long as you keep holding until you profit and get out, even if it falls, you just wait around until it goes back up.
1288  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Miners' EXIT movements on: September 08, 2020, 05:36:07 PM
Hopefully it will be quick onetime thing and not a long term idea for them. I mean surely they could make a lot more profit if they just keep it and not sell the excess they have. Miners do have a cost when they mine, I understand that and I accept that but that really doesn't mean that they have to sell all the bitcoin they mine, they could only sell the bitcoins they need to sell to cover the cost and that would be enough, whatever is left over after the cost they could keep.

If they do not do that and if they keep on trying to sell every single one, there is really not much that we could do, it would really hurt bitcoin price and there is really a big fall coming back to back, it is going to hurt the crypto economy. Hopefully they will stop and not do that.
1289  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the crypto market saturated? on: September 08, 2020, 03:16:40 PM
I guess over saturation is not really all that bad, as long as people know what they are dealing with.
People forget that you do not need to invest or buy every single new coin, it could be very insignificant in your life.

Definitely when there is a hype you hear about it, I have never invested a single cent into any defi project for example but I have heard about it so much, because its everywhere, but that's about it, just because you hear about them doesn't mean it should have an effect on you.

You could just ignore all the new stuff and keep focusing on the good old fashioned stuff and can make money from it. That way you would be still investing like there is just 50 coins in the market and not more, which would mean that you would continue your life like nothing new ever happens, I do that all the time.
1290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reached 10k USD, where Ethereum come at 352 USD on: September 07, 2020, 05:36:57 PM
I really expected a bitcoin fall however I really didn't see the ethereum fall at all. It is right now around 330 dollars already, down another 10%ish from the OP posted, so it is really not doing great at all.

I definitely saw it going under 400, that made sense, even 370ish levels were logical, but to go towards 330 dollars is a very dangerous thing. That is really scary low and at the risk of going under 300 dollars, not something we would want, there are levels in crypto prices and when it goes under that level we are talking about going there for a long time, one example would be bitcoin going under 10k means there is a chance it can't go above 10k that quickly usually, and when eth goes under 300, that is a level it can't go back up very quickly neither.
1291  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prediction by 2021 on: September 07, 2020, 03:57:41 PM
I am not sure if it can reach 50k, that is a big number to reach but I am certain that in 2021 it will go up a lot. For example the number in my mind was breaking the ATH and be around 20k and max at 25k, those are very healthy and realistic numbers and I feel like that could happen. Obviously it is not something I can guarantee, maybe it won't happen, maybe it will spend the whole of 2021 under 10k, who knows?

But, my gut feeling tells me that everything that is needed for bitcoin to be over 20k and closer to 25k and even maybe 30k is actually there. 50K however is a bit more than what I imagine it could be, not saying it will be there but all I am saying is it is way too much to make it work, we would need ton of money coming in to take it there but not only that we would need a ton of money to keep it there as well.
1292  Economy / Speculation / Re: empire market exit scam = caused the price to drop yesterday? on: September 06, 2020, 05:50:28 PM
Few million dollars can't make this type of fall believe me, just a 1% movement on bitcoin is a 90 million dollar difference, we are a huuuuuge market right now and that is why we need something more than one person can provide, no matter how rich they are.

Even Warren Buffet would have to throw in all the kitchen sink at us to make that type of change. If you think market moves a lot, you are right it does but that doesn't mean because of one person or one company, you need thousands upon thousands of bitcoin sold to make this happen, few million dollars is nothing. Selling 300-400 million dollars would change it all by yourself. Which means there were a lot of traders who wanted to get out as well, sure maybe this dude may have sold some at the same time too but it is never one person job.
1293  Economy / Economics / Re: US economy will continue to recover - Powell on: September 06, 2020, 02:13:51 PM
The thing about printing money is that it makes your money a lot less valuable, when it doesn't worth as much as it used to you have to pay more for stuff and when you pay more for stuff you end up having more debt for it and when you have more debt there is a crisis and when there is a crisis you print more money. You see how it goes around in circles?

This is exactly why I believe it should be noted that governments should not print money, no matter what the situation is, flushing down the economy time to time would teach people a lesson, some will be super poor, but people are poor already, but in return we will get hundreds of billions of dollars (even trillions) not going towards companies, those companies will bankrupt and this will give a lot bigger lesson to be careful to companies than people.
1294  Economy / Economics / Re: On eve of bankruptcy U.S. firms shower execs with bonuses on: September 06, 2020, 01:17:17 PM
That’s just how it is, the rich ones are getting more and more, they are not ready to give space for those who are underpaid, that’s just it. I wish that things would be done in a way that is a lot better than the way it’s being done now. Instead of these giving bonuses to the big guys, they should look for better ways to use those funds and help the company to grow.

This also happened in 2008 when execs are literally receiving bonuses like it's Christmas day even though their firms are going under. It's an insult to the working class seeing how someone gets a pat on the back and a "good job" with money bonuses while the rest of the company are still figuring out what to do while employees are also being laid off on the side. Meanwhile, small firms are getting closed here and there and being acquired by the same companies asking for bailout bonds and it's just vicious to see right before our very eyes.
Honestly it’s totally wrong that employees are being laid off and the execs are being given bonuses, it’s very bad what they are doing. Although I don’t know what can be done in cases like this, it has to take someone who is in a high position to address issues like this.
1295  Economy / Economics / Re: PornHub now accepts Bitcoin and Litecoin (News coincides with BTC decline?) on: September 06, 2020, 10:27:09 AM
Seriously, I didn’t get why some people were happy about this earlier this week, they were just posting about it and it was annoying for me because this is not what I need for Bitcoin, I expect something better, this Pornhub shouldn’t even be a news at all because it doesn’t make any sense, there are better things to consider.

Imagine right now that the whole world is making most of their purchases from online businesses, imagine those online businesses are the ones that are accepting Bitcoin for a payment? That’s the kind of news I prefer to see, and not pornhub. When they were spreading this news of porn and Bitcoin I wasn’t happy with it, because I knew it’s only going to create negative reactions from the public.
1296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance in trouble over listing scam defi token on: September 06, 2020, 09:54:54 AM
I do not think that many of them are scam, of course as everything in life there could be some scam but I believe majority is not scam. However I believe almost all of them will fail, there would be only a rare few of them that will make a profit and that is why I believe there is really not that much money to be made from them.

Just focus on the ones that will make you money right now and get out when you can because in the future it will not make you any money at all, in the future (like 1 year from now) the hype from the defi word will die down and it will not be as big of a deal as it is today, everyone will move on with the new thing and that is why I believe prices will go down as well. That is why I believe everyone should be careful about the future of defi as a whole.
1297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Defi Effect - What makes DeFi not reliable? on: September 06, 2020, 09:23:01 AM
That’s just it, when there is a trend there will always be people who are always trying to take advantage of that. When the DeFi started trending and everyone was hyping it here and there, I know that very soon they will start doing things like this.

There are always some pump and dump groups that are always on the lookout for new projects and once they find one they think is good, they will quickly pump and once everything kicks off they will sell dump the bag on those that got in last. So, if you’re having plans to get into DeFi projects it’s best you give it a second thought, and for newbies, it’s always best to stick with old projects. Your choice though.
1298  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What the heck is happening to bitcoin! on: September 05, 2020, 06:48:19 PM
I guess all of these latest increases in bitcoin has finally caught up with us, there is no way that bitcoin could ever be this low without people giving up on it. I am assuming the reason why people gave up on it is the fact that we couldn't go up. We have tried to go above $12k for a long time and in the end we failed over and over again so eventually buyers turned to sellers because they couldn't make more profit when they bought so they gave up.

Moreover, there was a lot of money coming into bitcoin and then going to other stuff like DeFi or whatever and when that hype died down we have went down in the money coming in and we have increased the money coming out as well. In short if you do not make people money they are not going to be supporting you long term.
1299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will Dex's Dominate the Cex's in near future? on: September 05, 2020, 05:51:37 PM
I guess DEX is missing something, just don't know what. I mean surely there is something that someone else sees but I just do not see it. There is some more attention to it nowadays, it wasn't as big as this when the topic started so I can say that there are some new attention going that way, but it is really not that big of a deal, it is not really getting even remotely around the CEX levels.

There must be this feeling of "if someone owns it, I know who I gotta talk to when things go south" type of feeling that allows people to actually be a bit more ready and gives them comfort, otherwise I really don't know what I could even consider right now that could be the big missing thing but that is the thing that came to my mind. I am really not sure what is the main reason but CEX is just much better.
1300  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What advice will you give to a beginner trader? on: September 05, 2020, 04:57:15 PM
Small entry points never really makes you rich, know that before you do anything so that you do not expect the worlds from crypto trading, without that knowledge you will do stupider things one time after another. If you get in with something under 1000 dollars, you are not going to make a huge amount that would be even considered a living wage, if you get in anything under 100k you are not going to have anything life changing.

Crypto trading could make you 50% per month but that is not sustainable, you can't do that every single month, but having like 5% per month is not really unrealistic, which means in a 500 dollar capital, you will have to be patient to reach levels that could actually be considered big. If you want to turn your 500 to 2000 in a month, you are going to get upset.
