1321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Switchercoin.com ! We mining forks - get LTC ! on: March 02, 2014, 05:31:45 AM
Please make smaller withdrawal limits.
I just mined my first few doge with my PC and want to try to withdraw them...
I'm not actually mining for profit , just for the heck of it Cheesy
1322  Economy / Services / Re: NEW! bitcoin-scratchticket.com | Earn up to 0.1 BTC / Month | Up-front payment on: March 01, 2014, 12:07:10 PM
This is not sensible currently.

Let's take an example into account.

User A is a Hero Member and wants to try to earn 0.1 BTC in a month.

That is 0.025 BTC/Week

According to your rates , they need to have 0.025/0.00002 activity , which is 1250.

Nobody on this forums has 1250 activity and nobody with that much activity would even consider joining a signature campaign.
( Highest I have seen is around 800 activity)

I think you need to change your payments , to make it atleast slightly viable.

Best of luck with your campaign,

Jambola2

If are so sure that you will not fail and that this is legal, why are you telling it to us?
You could just invest and reinvest until you become a millionaire.
Secondly, if this is both legal and sure, start a HYIP.
It will be easier and faster to collect funds.
Anyways, best of luck.

1324  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CoinRPG! A Bitcoin RPG Game! on: February 28, 2014, 01:16:04 PM
The idea sounds good , but try getting your topic moved.
Maybe to Project Development or Announcements.
This is not really offtopic.

Secondly , I'm really waiting for a public beta Cheesy
Any idea when this would be released ?

Thanks
Jambola2.
1325  Economy / Services / Re: ★★ MAKE UP TO 2.5 BTC. WE WANT YOUR SIGNATURE! 0.0005 BTC PER POST. ★★ on: February 27, 2014, 02:22:25 PM
Sorry for multiple posts , but there is one more idea I had.

Offer a prize of maybe 0.00075 BTC per post for hero members.

A hero member can still use the same signature as before , which looks better with its background colors etc.

Also , another suggestion is to reduce the payment for Members as they can provide a less visible signature as compared to full members and senior members.

I would suggest reducing it to 0.0003 BTC or so , since their signatures are just plain-text with a link.

Thanks,

Jambola2

Ritz,

There is another detail you missed.
You'd better add red or any other color as it could take effect on full members and senior members.
For now , I have added the color as red , please see the updated suggestion.

Code:
[url=https://www.ritzgrandcasino.com/][size=42pt][shadow=red,left][b][color=red]
★★★RITZGRANDCASINO.COM 220 CREDIT BONUS. POKER, SLOTS, ETC ★★★

Thanks

Hi there Ritz , there have been some forum changes lately which may require changes to the signature.
These are the signature rules.

- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 50 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 150 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

Newbies should be disqualified as they cannot use links.

Jr. Members and Members have the same version , a black small text signature.

Full members have a small text signature with white and black.
Senior members have a large text signature with white and black.

They don't look nice as the color is applied but not the background color.

I suggest both be changed to this:
Code:
[url=https://www.ritzgrandcasino.com/?aff=jambola2][size=14pt][shadow=red,left][b][color=red] [btc][btc][btc] RitzGrandCasino.com  [/color][/b][/shadow][color=yellow]  [b]220 credit bonus on first deposit!   [/b] [/color][b][color=blue] Poker, Blackjack, Slots  [/color][/size][/url]

Hero members have the same signature as before the change.

Thanks,

Jambola2

The test run sounded good , but lets compare this to other campaigns.

Participant 2 would have earned nothing at all and Participant 1 would have earned a small fee , lesser than most other campaigns.

You said that Participant 1 earned an approximate of $0.0816 per post

On the other hand , most campaigns offer 0.0002 to 0.0005 BTC per post.
If you assume BTC to be 500$ , for simplicity sake ,
This ends up at 0.1$ per post for the cheapest campaigns and 0.25$ per post at the best ones.

While you take into account the fact that the players will stay for a long time and pre-existing users will be again , you must realise that as this campaign becomes more popular , there shall be lesser referrals per person and hence they shall earn lesser in comparison.

Eg : In the beginning , everyone wants to try the new slot machine site and 50 people want to try. There are 5 people with signatures and each gets around 10 referrals.
Later , most long term gamblers have gone dry and most people have already tried the website , only around 50 people are still playing. However , your signature campaign now has 50 people and each person has barely a single referral , who wouldn't be spending as much.

TLDR; Going for this campaign , you have a minute chance that someone will click your referral link and bet 1 BTC , but in most cases , this campaign falls short as compared to other campaigns.

You will need to make a base payment to make this campaign be attractive.

Anyways , best of luck ,

Jambola2

I have made two posts in the Freelance Sub-forums.
I do not have much experience in the background of webhosting neither do I own a website.
However , I have posted a suggestion to better this campaign and increase the quantity of posts rather than aiming for a smaller number of posts.

The forums descriptions need to be made clearer too.

Anyways , best of luck with your hosting website,

1332  Economy / Services / Re: PAY ME MY CUT THROUH BITCOINS -[ MUST READ] on: February 25, 2014, 11:31:20 AM
If you know how to invest in the best things so easily , why not invest by your self ?
The only reason you would need someone else to invest in something for you and give you a percentage of the profits anonymously would be if you were doing something illegal...
If you don't have the funds , just start an investment fund and give back 90% or so of the profits.
1333  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: ONLINE WALLET FOR BITCOIN, LITECOIN AND DOLLARS WITH ADVANCED FEATURES on: February 25, 2014, 11:27:36 AM
Sounds good but some more details would be good.
How much of your funds are in cold storage or are all in a hotwallet ?
What security do you have to be able to protect our coins ?
Most bitcoiners are more interested in security.

Anyways , good luck with your service,

Edited:(idk why the form was locked)

Pasted version of the form:

3 things you liked about the idea :

-Planned to allow mobile monitoring.
-Planned to allow us to rent out hashrate.
If you enable both of them together , I'm pretty sure many many people will join to sell you their hashrate.
I would love to be able to see my hashrate and my miners while away , and sell that time.
-Accepting non-BTC.
This would be good for allowing new users of cryptocurrencies to join

3 suggestions for improvement :
-Don't make it choose a scrypt-coin , but provide workerid , password and other details.
This will be easier to choose an altcoin pool.
-Permanent contracts like Cex.io will be easier to use , especially for re-investment
-Accept LTC too.
Since you already accept altcoins for reinvestment , why not also allow them for purchase ?

Do you think the idea is feasible?
Yes.
I feel that there is not a single fully stable alt-coin mining provider and this can fill that void.
For bitcoin , cex.io is very effective , this has potential to become to go-to website for alt-coin mining , if made well.

Any additional comments/suggessions
You need to get word out about your site if you plan to start one.
You will need advertising campaigns , maybe on other websites or maybe a signature campaign.

Best of luck with your endeavor,
