Nobody (not even governments) should have the right to intervene into everything a person does, else some day they will ask for proof of breathing that you are alive or not. I visited the site and it looks like some news articles type of theme has been selected, it is looking decent but not in terms of a gambling website. Gamblers are of two types here according to your theory:
* One are those who will stop gambling, leave their addiction and calm down seeing that the situation is out of control and they may get bored of it and may partially/completely stop gambling.
* Others are those who have nothing to do with what is going on, and they will just eagerly wait to gamble once this ends or will find a new source to satisfy their gambling desires by betting their money on a totally new niche they don't have an understanding of.
