Mushtaq and Qadir used to bowl in 80s and early 90s, do we have such sophisticated technology and strict rules at that time? How about Saeed Ajmal ? He was also a leg spinner and doing so good before got banned for illegal action. I don't know why any bolwer from big 3 is reported.
Saeed Ajmal was chucking and he could not rectify his bowling action even after getting a second warning and that was the end of his career. If there are players who are chucking the ball he or she will be reported and will be asked to rectify their bowling action and if you think that there are bowlers that have suspicious bowling action, we will have a debate on that and i want to hear from you which bowlers are having suspicious action from big 3 according to you Tongue.

I really don't know if anyone from the big three has any suspicious bowling action. But it does look a little bit suspicious that the only bowlers are getting reported for suspicious action from outside of the Big 3. We all know that the rules of cricket are made to benefit the big three and we have seen the bowling action rules changing many times I wonder if that happened for the exact same reason.
If there is someone with a suspicious bowling action, then any other boards can report them. Maybe the boards were fearing the top three. However rule change with any game is common, and cricket rules in comparison to the past have changed a lot. Can we say the rules were favouring just a single country, no it is framed commonly.

Bad news coming out of IPL. A Delhi Capital's player has been test positive of COVID19. BCCI has asked the team to put an hold on their Pune departure till a fresh round of testing has been done. This might become an issue with the team as earlier two case were found and this might become the third one.

I think this is not going to be a big issue if the player who has been tested positive is kept in isolation and proper steps are taken. We have seen that the Coronavirus situation has not been an issue in recent times. I don't think this will have too big of an impact on the IPL but obviously, things need to be handled with caution.
It looks like the player tested positive is found at the right time. So, keeping the respective player on isolation will lower the spreading among the players. In recent months the covid-19 spread have gone almost nil. If I'm not wrong this might have some impact over the respective team and not on the entire IPL season.
1363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's preventing bitcoin from worldwide adoption? on: April 18, 2022, 11:28:59 AM
The real adoption of bitcoin isn't happening around the world. What we see is the investment. According to the Wikipedia the population of the world is around 8 billion. Among that 160 million people use cryptocurrencies. This is very small and constitutes just 2% of the world population. As of now there is awareness and people are getting to know much about cryptocurrencies. It needs time for the real adoption we're talking about.

When big corporate networks starts accepting bitcoin it isn't an adoption, but a form of investment. Even among the people who hold cryptocurrencies, very small percentage use it whereas as the majority prioritise as investment.
1364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which sports betting picks and prediction channel you watch? on: April 18, 2022, 09:52:43 AM
Just always be updated with the news for the match that you're about to bet. That's the easiest thing that you can do to see who are the players that are going to play and who's out.
That's very common in NBA since it's a physical game and a player's absence is a factor for them to lose. It is why before you bet, you don't actually need those prediction channels but only your time to research.
Watching and simply relying your bets to some prediction channels will not be really helpful at all, in fact it will only make you a little bit confused. Stick to your own bet by making a good research and keep updated with the latest events regarding on the match that you're supposed to bet. However, if you are not so sure on your own bet, then just put a small amount so you won't lose that much once your bet did not win.
Prediction channels just analyse data and out of the information the odds suggestions will be provided. The same can be done by us. As said it is always good to spend on games you follow and watch. Just relying on a game without any knowledge about the game as well as the players is a kind of trying your luck. Even if you want to spend on a game you doesn't have any idea, just watch and in between the match go for live betting. This will help you know about the game as well increase the chance of winning the bet.
1365  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why no simple service for HODLing Bitcoin? on: April 18, 2022, 09:17:25 AM
Sometimes over-holding can be counterproductive. Don’t be too greedy and take calculative decisions.
We hold based on trust and here we can't mention over holding as greed. If a poll is being created for users who missed the bull market of 2017-18, majority have missed and only a few have made fortune. That is not out of greed, but the growth looked to be more progressive. Fortunately most users missed as the price fell all of the sudden. During the last year ath majority of the users profited. This happened out of the learning from the previous experience. So, we hold with some deadline and even before if target is being reached we sell, if not we wait for an opportunity.

I never intend to be a part of a project that support holding when people have the safest way of holding access.
1366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Scams now the second largest in the world on: April 18, 2022, 08:57:29 AM
Countries are getting into regulating cryptocurrency usage to keep the public on the safer side. Some countries find it difficult and create their own CBDC. Only through proper learning it is possible to overcome the scams happening around the world. The Australian government that was friendly to cryptocurrency usage have given more restrictions over the influencers, because just for money the influencers promote scams and the public is the victims. So, it has created regulation of millions in fine and prison for such influencers. This is said in common, but the same suits crypto too.

1367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Still Supporting And Playing On Newly Launch Casinos on: April 17, 2022, 11:59:18 PM
I think everyone likes to get something for free, so if the casino gives a giveaway or some free rolls, why not take it ?!
Of course, if there is a giveaway on the new casino, many people will come and take a look at the casino. But I think not all new casinos have giveaways, some new casinos may prefer to provide competition. The competition can be varied, deposit competition or winning certain games in the new casinos. For deposit competition, I prefer to stay away. I don't want to risk my money in a new casino.

Most of the time new caisnos give deposit bonus along with free spins. It is always a must to read the terms and conditions before making use of the bonuses. It is quite evident to see users claiming that they weren't unable to withdraw the deposit. Once the bonus is being claimed some used to have restrictions to wager to certain limits to withdraw the funds. These are a kind of trap, so it is always a must to read everything while signing up into new caisnos.
1368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any altcoin to be millionere by holding up to 5 years from now ? on: April 17, 2022, 11:40:23 PM
That is quite a hard question @OP.  No one is sure what the price of a certain altcoin is in the next 5 years but if you are so eager to invest, I can say try to look for an altcoin that has a low price, solid foundation, good community, and had been running for some time and yet been pumped hard.  You can try to look for a good altcoin that is less than $5 in price because the lower the price of an altcoin is the easier for its price to go up and the profit multiplier to ramp up.

.
Myself too had the same thought. Invest on a low priced altcoin that have got good volume and a team that is committed in development as per the growth happening with cryptomarket. When investing in such coins try to hold a good volume and see if it is in good rank. Though ranking isn't a big thing it also play role while getting added to Exchanges. Invest on coins that are listed on tier 2 exchanges. When this gets listed on tier 1 exchanges, surely we can experience a big price jump. So, plan wise and act accordingly. If luck is on your side you'll be a millionaire after or within the next five years.

Freebitco.in is a gambling site that provides a fairly large faucet first and looking at the Freebitco.in thread it has been around for a long time, namely 2013 so I conclude it is an old gambling site.
...
Yes, I remeber when I came to know about freebitco.in back in 2016 or 2017 I decided to create an account there just because of their faucet which used to give a good amount of sats and it was one of the few trustworthy faucets out there. To be honest, back then I didn't even know they were a gambling website, maybe that's due to their domain name freebitcoin.
I haven't opened an account on freebitcoin for a long time because it's been forgotten, I don't know how many sats are left but with the faucet given, it's big when collected but I forgot whether it was ever withdrawn or not I need to check and will look for the email According to me, it was 2017 when I registered.
But lately freebitcoin has become crowded with gambling sites, especially sportsbooks and dice there.
Nowadays faucets weren't available with the gambling platforms. Also the faucets can be used only when the Wallet goes empty. By the time one can spend little time to earn some Satoshi which can be used for spending. If the earned faucet gets wasted in a short time, then we have to wait for some time period to claim it again. So, nowadays the faucets weren't good enough to earn as the past good days.
1370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can we do to speed up Bitcoin mass adoption? on: April 17, 2022, 11:03:55 PM
In majority of the countries there is no proper regulation on the usage of cryptocurrencies. In few countries the taxation is very big. This fears people not to show their willingness to receive payments in terms of cryptocurrencies, because a small bitcoin accepted signage could make the government tax over us, though we haven't got any big number of people to use the services.
1371  Economy / Gambling / Re: Another New Rule On Gambling Adverts Ban Celebrities and Sports Stars on: April 17, 2022, 10:47:49 PM
I think they should also add a new rule about gambling sites to strengthen their security towards younger or underage players and for me checking the box that says "Are you 18 years old and above?" is not enough as a security check.
need more security to be able to detect whether the player is over 18 years old or not and KYC alone is not enough because the child may use someone else's identity to be accepted as playing on the gambling site. but as far as I know, until now the most effective way (to be able to know the age of a player accurately) has yet to be found.
The most effective way of identity verification is yet to be found, which is true and this lets anyone to be into gambling unlike the age. Every country will have the national ID which can be used for verification with the usage of biometric scanner. Here the data of people need to be shared by the government, then it can be cross checked and only the proper aged person can be allowed.
1372  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin could hit $100,000 within a year, crypto firm's CEO predicts! on: April 17, 2022, 10:41:31 PM
I have no doubts about bitcoin's ability to hit $100,000 but I'm not sure if it will happen this year. But if it happens this year, I'm sure many of us will want to sell it at peak prices. Meanwhile, we still have about 8 months left to see what the bitcoin price will be at the end of this year and now, we are also still allowed to buy bitcoin at the current price. So before the opportunity is lost, we should be able to use it to buy bitcoin and hold it until the price reaches our desired price target.
when the price of bitcoin reaches $100k for the first time there will definitely be many who will try to profit from it (by selling for sure), because just look at what happened when Bitcoin made ATH last year, many then took profit and sold some of their belongings to then buy back at lower prices.  Bitcoin's very volatile price is something that can't be changed and will continue to be like that.
Selling is inevitable, but if buyers are way stronger than the sellers I’m pretty sure we can still go beyond $100k price and I also believe that it can really happen this year. This is not the first time to hear a prediction like this, they are hyping Bitcoin to start the trend but so far Bitcoin didn’t respond on that and failed to break the resistance. Just hold if you believe for a $100k price this year.
It is not about the prediction market, but everything happens out of the market demand. Price prediction from the CEO of crypto.com have been taken into discussion, because he has a big company that is operating on cryptocurrencies. If I'm not wrong, what the CEO trying to do is a kind of market manipulation. However the market doesn't react all the time, it reacts unexpected and the growth will go high above the predicted one.

Chennai have missed the track and Gujarat Titans are going to win the match. 18th over has become the turning point of the match. Rashid Khan have scored 23 runs in 5 balls and this have made the required run rate less than the 12. Chennai didn't took the match serious even after getting a good start taking consecutive wickets.
Rashid Khan has played a great innings at the crucial moment. But Miller deserves all the credits for the victory of Gujarat today. Miller has scored 94 runs from 51 balls. The most important thing is that he has kept the game alive for Gujarat while all other batsman got out quickly. However, I didn't expect such batting performance from Rashid Khan. Chris Jordan was expensive bowlers today, Chennai lost the match for his poor bowling in the 18th over.
Among the six matches played by Chennai, toss was won only once. It looks like toss too increases the winning chance of the match. Today it is an opportunity missed. Same as this it lost to Lucknow Super Giants even after scoring good. In that match already they have an experience with Shivam Dubey bowling the 19th over and giving 25runs. This time similar incident have taken place in the 18th over.
1374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 17, 2022, 05:29:40 PM
Gujarat lost 2 wickets for 2 runs in just 1.3 overs. Shubman GIll and Vijay Shankar both returned to the dressing room with zero runs. However, Gujarat still has a good chance to win the match. Against Rajasthan, we saw that Gujarat was able to give a target of 193 runs despite losing the first 3 batsmen of the top order very quickly. The performances of Hardik Pandya, Abhinav and Miller were outstanding. So I am also expecting Gujarat's victory in today's match.

The performance of the first 4 batsmen of the top order was very bad. The match depends on Miller. Miller is still at the crease after collecting 52 runs from 29 balls. Gujarat is unlikely to win this match. Had Hardik Pandya been in the squad today, maybe Gujarat would have been able to win the match. However, Chennai's bowlers are playing very well today. After losing the first 4 matches, Chennai is back in the truck very well.

1375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: April 17, 2022, 04:56:25 PM
As a result of a magnificent Test series win over England, West Indies will participate in the remaining matches for the 2023 World Test Championship. West Indies' experience was a great start to their WTC23 journey. At home, they were much more determined than England. However, will they continue to dominate including away series against South Africa and tournament leaders Australia?

I really don't think that is going to happen because South Africa and Australia both are really great test teams and they also play great test cricket regardless of playing home or away.

I think the reason why they were able to win against England is that the England team is not in the best state right now and West Indies were playing on their home ground. but the situation is absolutely different when they will be playing against Australia and South Africa.
West Indies have got the home ground advantage, and West Indies is a team that gives unexpected performance. In this series West Indies have played good, if not the first two matches wouldn't be drawn. England is with its full team. In recent days, teams in the low bottom have been performing good.
1376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying BTC vs Mining it on: April 17, 2022, 03:43:25 PM
I am more confident in buying bitcoins than mining because mining takes a long time and also has to spend quite a large amount of capital so to save time I immediately bought bitcoin.
It depends upon the location over which the bitcoin mining farm is being set. Years back I had a home mining setup, and at some point I wasn't able to pay the electricity bill due to the amount which I mine is less than the electricity consumption bill. Whether it is mining or buying, you need the ability to withstand and hold unlike the market fluctuation. This will give good profit in the long term. Also when it comes to mining what is being invested will give regular earning which we can't expect with just buying, because the next day after buying might experience a crash in the market.
1377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will cryptos go into Bull season? on: April 16, 2022, 09:45:22 PM
Often there is good rise in the price of bitcoin and certain altcoins. By the time price movements were connected with some incidents happening by the time. This price pumps weren't the real market pumps to turn towards a bullish trend. The market experience short term positive movement on the market. Users keep manipulating to experience bullish trend at the earliest.
1378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its time to go in crypto lets leave fiat cutrency on: April 16, 2022, 07:16:51 PM
For now it is too early to think about leaving fiat currency and go all into cryptocurrency. If we talk about the real time usage of cryptocurrencies, we haven't got much. With fiat currency, people have more ways of access and make transactions. People make transactions without paying any fee, with cryptocurrency this isn't possible. So, people will get adopted to cryptocurrency usage, but for the same getting into cryptocurrency leaving fiat won't happen.
1379  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: buy my home with bitcoin on: April 15, 2022, 11:27:21 PM
it's ok for me to sell the property for bitcoin because i own the property by selling my alt on ath..
I have a house in Jakarta..
If you want to own a property in Jakarta, you can contact me, I sell for 2 bitcoins only
if interested pm me Wink

I saw you also made a topic about selling your house on the local board too and it was very appropriate. but I still suggest that you continue to make these transactions safely because surely the tax authorities will look for loopholes to charge you taxes if they find you transact with bitcoin, I'm sure you know that the Indonesian government forbids citizens to make buying and selling transactions via Bitcoin.
When making deals everything needs to be handled without flaws, because most users find it a way to overcome the taxation. When you sell a house proper documentation is a must and the registration process requires the mode of transaction providing the valuation of the property. By the time if your country doesn't allow bitcoin, then you should make prior plans through support services or else this could end you with some problem in the form of heavy tax. In the past people have bought property with the help of bitpay as the support team on documentation.

I think something was mentioned in the email for the Monthly, but I do not get that email anymore.. so someone else might be able to shed some light on that. I see people talking about "Monthly" in the chat and then I have to ask "Support" to give me the link for the Monthly... or I will not get it.

Let me quote few parts of the Monthly email below:

Quote
Yes, monthly bonuses typically are sent closer to the middle day of the month, but we thought we'd leave some room for some Easter plans across the website that will well and truly get you talking!

BTW,  bonuses like weekly and monthly are also announced/posted in the telegram channel.
So even if you do not get that email anymore, you can always get the link in the telegram channel unless you are not subscribing the channel.
That's an easier and faster way to notice about bonuses than asking support.
Probably before Monday we will get either bonus drop or small coupon for Easter holiday. They clearly mentioned Easter bonus in monthly coupon emails, maybe Eddie will do some contest on Saturday's stream.
If we get small drops it'll be good, because when it comes to bonus only the higher level users gets benefitted whereas the low level users won't be receiving anything. As million dollar race is going on, this time there is less chance for more contests.
