Welcome to the forum! I have checked your site; it's pretty relaxed and exciting. However, I don't have any experience with this site. So it would be great if someone could share their personal experiences with us through this forum, as it would benefit many of us. Good luck with your site.

They're a new casino. This discussion thread was created only yesterday, so it's unlikely that any members of this forum have had the opportunity to share their personal experiences with them yet. But hopefully, we'll get some helpful feedback soon.

I want to understand:

do you also have a license from the netherlands? can you show proof?

Just to clarify, they didn't say the Netherlands, but the Netherlands Antilles. Although I am not intimately familiar with the geography and politics of the region, to my understanding, the island of Curacao is located in the southern Caribbean Sea as a part of the Dutch Caribbean area, and is a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The common name for the group of neighboring islands is the Netherlands Antilles.

1363  Economy / Economics / Re: Is risky to invest this period on: March 17, 2023, 09:37:53 PM
From the look of things bitcoin price will not come up soon, I guess is better to hold on till when it will show strong signal before putting in money again to escape losses and people who their investment is long over due are already victims of the Price dropping. We should try to be careful this period that bitcoin has not direction. Imagine a friend investment $2000 but what is currently left in his wallet is $400, and the deep is still bearing down the nuds.

Hold on, but if you must buy now be wise to use spare income.

FYI, Bitcoin has actually seen a significant increase of over 30% in the last week alone. While it's true that the cryptocurrency market can be volatile and unpredictable, it's important to not let fear dictate investment decisions.

Rather than waiting for a "strong signal" before investing again, it might be more beneficial to do some research and analysis to make informed investment decisions. As for your friend's situation, it's unfortunate that they have experienced losses, but it's important to remember that past performance is not indicative of future results. and btw, investing always comes with a level of risk. You should already know that.

Good job finding the reference, they can be safe now.

Yes, it's good to be on the safe side, but don't spread misinformation and scare them that their account can be banned, if you're not sure about it. Can you give one example where someone got banned because of a tracking link under the banner in their ANN?
I did not mean to scare anyone. You got wrong idea of the aggressive approach. It's not necessary. I already stated it was meant to play the safe side. Don't convert it to scarcity.

You know, if a Legendary member had told me back when I was a newbie that I could get banned for something I did on the forum, I would have been really worried, if not scared.  Shocked

In any case, I'm glad we've cleared that up now. No harm was done.
1365  Economy / Gambling / Re: RoyalStarsCasino.com | Crypto Fastest Growing Casino | Best No Wagering of 375% on: March 17, 2023, 08:09:29 PM
RoyalStarsCasino, you can freely ignore his comment and leave the tracking link in your post. This is allowed on the forum.
In case, just in case the account get ban then you will be responsible for it :-D
When there is a doubt, it's better to avoid it before it makes a damage. I am always with the safe side.

If it was a tracking link then it was not a problem but this is a referral URL under the banner. I could be an issue or may be it's will not as you are interpreting. But choosing the safe side for a startup is very important. They don't want to go though a ban or any punishment when they have a lot of others things to take care of.

Yes, it's good to be on the safe side, but don't spread misinformation and scare them that their account can be banned, if you're not sure about it. Can you give one example where someone got banned because of a tracking link under the banner in their ANN?

And, to prove my point, I suggest you take a look at the following topics:
Stake.com ANN
Roobet.com ANN
Crashino.com ANN
Punt.com ANN
TrustDice ANN

These are just a few threads from the first page of the Gambling board, there are probably many more.
1366  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ChipMixer.com - Bitcoin mixer / Bitcoin tumbler - mixing reinvented on: March 17, 2023, 07:59:56 PM
The prosecutor said that those keys were confiscated, and everybody who is using an BTC Mixer/Cleaner service is actually doing money laundering. So , what will happen now?

They never stated that. Their claim was that CM was involved in money laundering because, according to them, a significant number of coins originated from illicit activities. But they did not claim that all users of CM were involved in money laundering. It's important to distinguish between the two claims.

I don't want police to know i watch porn, i send money to girls to show tits for example and so on.
Please advice

What would be the police's interest in such a matter? Is it considered illegal in your jurisdiction?
1367  Economy / Gambling / Re: RoyalStarsCasino.com | Crypto Fastest Growing Casino | Best No Wagering of 375% on: March 17, 2023, 07:24:55 PM
RoyalStarsCasino, just to let you know, affiliate links are not allowed according to the forum rule. Since you are the official of the casino, I don't think it's necessary. Most of the times, affiliate people spam the forum with their referral link which looks odd.

Here is the topic from officials: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0

4. No referral code (ref link) spam.

I disagree with your interpretation of the forum rule. The rule explicitly refers to "spam", and I don't believe that any moderator would classify an official announcement (ANN) topic for a casino as spam, even if it includes a referral code (i.e. tracking link) to monitor site traffic.

RoyalStarsCasino, you can freely ignore his comment and leave the tracking link in your post. This is allowed on the forum.
1368  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: My wallet has been hacked. What to do? on: March 17, 2023, 06:46:03 PM
The wallet profile was missing on the PC, as well as the passphrase to restore it. I don't think it's my PC.

It is unclear which profile is missing from your PC. Can you specify? Do you have any idea how this occurred?
This fact itself tells us that your computer is very likely infected with some malware.

I believe that the actions were carried out on a third-party resource. Does Electrum have tech support to check this? How can I communicate them?

Electrum is a self-custody wallet, meaning that you are the only one who possesses your private keys, and there is no third-party resource that could cause you to lose your coins. However, if you have saved your seed phrase to an external source, that was a major security failure on your part.
1369  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A reminder that with your bitcoin in a cold storage, you can be your own bank on: March 16, 2023, 10:22:22 PM
Having a Bitcoin wallet definitely gives you a lot more control over your funds. You can send and receive money without having to wait for a bank to approve it, and you don't have to worry about fees eating away at your hard-earned cash. Yeah, it's like being your own personal bank, but without all the hassle and paperwork. And let's be real, who wouldn't want that? And who knows, maybe one day we'll all be using it to buy our morning coffee and bagels like it's no big deal.

But like you said, with great power comes great responsibility. You gotta make sure your wallet is safe and secure, or else you risk losing all your coins. So don't forget to keep your private keys under lock and key, and maybe even consider using a hardware wallet for extra security.
1370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FTX influencers are being sued on: March 16, 2023, 10:14:53 PM
I will never understand these types of lawsuits. What are they based on? I mean, FTX is a regulated exchange with all the necessary permits and licenses to operate. If anyone should be sued, it is the institutions that issued them those permits and were supposed to supervise their work.

I'm not defending influencers here. They certainly have their flaws, but it's not reasonable to expect them to predict the future. How could they have known that it would turn out to be a scam? They were likely presented with a convincing pitch and believed that FTX was a legitimate investment opportunity, just like many others in the market.
1371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 Oscar Awards betting and discussions on: March 16, 2023, 09:53:11 PM
It's true that All Quiet on the Western Front received numerous awards, and it's possible that passion for the film prevailed over its commercial appeal. However, I also believe that other factors, such as the film's powerful message, contributed to its success. While it may be a war movie, its themes and messages are relevant to people from all walks of life.

As for my perspective on EEAAO and its portrayal of an Asian family, as a non-American, I find the message to be clear and relatable. It's good to have diverse representation in the media and to celebrate stories from different cultures and backgrounds. However, I'm afraid no one will even remember this movie in 10-15 years, and that's something the Academy needs to fix in the future in my opinion. The Academy needs to strike a balance between recognizing films that push boundaries and represent diverse perspectives while also ensuring that the awards hold their prestige and value.

Unfortunately, all my bets on this event were lost. But luckily, I didn't put much. We're trying to be responsible gamblers, right?  Wink
1372  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 12-Mar-23] on: March 16, 2023, 09:30:56 PM
The LiveCasino.io Signature Campaign may have several positions available for new entrants, according to managers. The sudden end of the CM campaign is likely to result in some reshuffling of ongoing campaigns.

Hey there guys, we're sure you have been following the news about Chipmixer.

In this extremely unusual situation we have to do what's best for our client. We will be opening the campaign, hoping to get some of the best posters on the forum under the LiveCasino banner.
We have notified LiveCasino about the opportunity and perhaps some extra spots might be opened, but we don't know anything about that yet.

What we can say is that in case we receive good applications, we will have to reshuffle the campaign a bit.

We want to be transparent with you and the only way to run long-term campaigns is to give maximum value to the client. We thank you for understanding when it comes to tough choices like these.

It's sad to see that one of the longest signature campaign(Chipmixer) in the forum has come to an end following the news of its seized.

Yes, it's all very sad, really. I was not part of the CM campaign, but I sympathize with everyone who was.

The manager has made an official announcement that the campaign is now closed:

As ChipMixer has been seized, the campaign is now ended. Outstanding payments will be made later this week.

1374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Too harsh on user? on: March 12, 2023, 11:15:26 PM
So, wait, what's the situation we're discussing? Did someone get banned from the casino and have their money taken away for breaking the terms of use? If that's the case, I don't think it's a scam. The casino has the right to protect themselves against people who try to cheat the system by having multiple accounts. They gotta do what they gotta do to prevent fraud.

from my understanding of what the OP posted, the person he knows got banned and their money confiscated from a casino for using 2 different IP addresses when accessing the account/platform and the reason why the IP address changed was because the person he knows changed SIM card(a different network provider from the one he previously used) promoting his IP address to also change.

I find it hard to believe, and I believe there is something missing in this story. There may be other factors at play that led to the ban and confiscation of funds, such as suspicious activity on the account or a violation of the casino's terms and conditions. I have never encountered any issues at any casino due to my Internet connection having a dynamic IP address that changes approximately every 24 hours.

However, it's hard to say for sure without more information about the situation and the casino's policies on IP addresses and account access.
1375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 Oscar Awards betting and discussions on: March 12, 2023, 10:31:05 PM
The Oscar Award ceremony is just a few hours away. Have you decided on your top picks yet? It's time to start making some tough choices! Which films and performances have truly resonated with you this year? Will your picks align with the Academy's choices, or will there be some surprises?

So, grab some popcorn, sit back, and let's see who takes home the coveted golden statuettes.  Wink
1376  Economy / Gambling / Re: they are scamming us? on: March 11, 2023, 11:34:17 PM
Such immoral ways should be stopped, but how? Gambling sites are growing and so are gamblers as well. Might some of these gamblers be very particular about the activity of the site/s that they are using but I don't think the majority have done this because I was sure that many don't just think about it rather than just enjoy playing while suffering losses. It is possible that many sites are doing this and a reason that we need to choose legit sites.

I don't think you got what Hispo was saying. To you, what does "legit sites" mean? Legit just means something that's not illegal, but that doesn't mean it's also the right thing to do. Hispo was trying to say that even some companies that are considered legit do some shady stuff to get people to buy from them or make more money. Just because something is legal doesn't make it morally right.
1377  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: March 11, 2023, 08:17:16 PM
^^ It appears that USDC coin transactions have been disabled due to the suspension of USDC conversions by Binance and Coinbase, which I assume FJ uses their APIs. However, I am confused as to why FJ removed user balances. It would be more logical for users to still have access to their balance, even if transactions are disabled. Additionally, it is not good to keep users in the dark. FortuneJack should promptly issue an official statement on what will happen to the user's balances.
1378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Is for the strong. on: March 11, 2023, 07:12:34 PM
Personally, I'm not so sure. I mean, sure, there's definitely a risk involved, but that doesn't mean you have to be some sort of badass to handle it. There are plenty of other factors at play, like luck, strategy, and self-control.

So what do you reckon? Is gambling just for the strong, or can anyone give it a shot? I think, as long as someone understands the potential dangers and is able to handle them responsibly, there's no reason why they can't try their luck at gambling. Of course, it's important to be honest with yourself about how much you can afford to lose. But as long as you approach it with a level head, there's no reason why gambling can't be a fun and potentially rewarding activity for anyone to try.
1379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In 38 Days, Freebitco.in is going to give out $200,000 in BITCOIN!!! on: March 11, 2023, 02:21:54 PM
It's great to hear so many positive reviews about Freebitco.in! I have also been using the site for a while now, and I agree that it's a decent site with fun gambling options. The hourly roll and the free lottery tickets are great features to keep players interested, and it's always exciting to see if I'll win anything.

Regarding the provably fair feature, I believe that Freebitco.in has put in place some good measures to ensure that their games are fair. However, I do appreciate that they provide the option for manual verification for those who want to check. Overall, I think freebitco.in is a fun site to use and I'm glad to hear that others have had positive experiences with it as well. As for big wins, only time will tell, but for now I'll continue to enjoy the site and see where it goes.

Two out of three picks have been won
Will post more games for tomorrow since there is plenty of soccer games

I'm still on the fence about whether or not to place any bets based on these picks, so I've been closely monitoring the win and lose ratios to help me make a decision. From what I've seen so far, your predictions have won several games with pretty good odds. While this isn't necessarily a large enough sample size to draw any definitive conclusions, it's certainly something to keep an eye on as we move forward.

For now, I'll continue to observe from the sidelines and wait to see how things develop. Thank you for providing these picks for us to consider and good luck to everyone who is betting on them.
