1381  Economy / Speculation / Re: what If Bitcoin Price never comes up on: January 11, 2023, 03:27:35 PM
For now bitcoin could be feeling the bearish pressure because of a few events that happened like exchanges being hacked etc, but the secret arsenal it has to guarantee prices go up is its limited supply and all it takes is more increased pressure to come from demand to force prices to go up to fulfill these needs... For now it's a waiting game, stay put.
Nothing changes. Every bull season people expect a price of 1M or modestly 100k, but when their expectations are not met and a prolonged bear market begins, these people start talking about how the price will never recover. They also start burying cryptocurrencies.
1382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 10, 2023, 07:31:05 PM
Atalanta won yesterday against Bologna and used the chance to make up a few points to the teams above them in the Serie A table. At the moment, it seems that the fight for promotion to the Champions League may be more interesting than the fight for the Italian championship title. In this aspect, much will depend on Friday's Napoli vs Juventus match. I must admit that I am looking forward to this game.
For the Napoli vs Juventus match on the day you mentioned it is the match I am also waiting for because Juventus has also found its best form again this season. So this match will probably be a very exciting match to watch because Napoli itself is still in very good condition. And what's unique is that now Juventus is also in second place with a difference of seven points from the first place, namely Napoli.
I do not know why you say Juvenus has the best shape now, when they could hardly win their last two matches against outsiders with a minimum score. It seems to me that Napoli will have no problems against Juventus. But it should be noted that one of Napoli's two draws this season was against Juventus.
1383  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price 2023 on: January 10, 2023, 06:03:34 PM
I don't think it will be that low ($5k), even though in 2023 there will be a price drop again I'm sure the bitcoin price won't be far from the current price (it won't touch $10k). I believe 2024 will be the year of the next phase of the bull market, in other words in 2023 the price will gradually recover as many investors start buying crypto in preparation for the 2024 bull market.
If we compare 2023 with 2019, it is likely that in 2023 we will see bitcoin price around 30k, which is about half of last ATH. I also think real growth will start in 2024, but there will definitely be a rebound in 2023.
1384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best altcoin to look out for on: January 10, 2023, 05:03:31 PM
I think a safe investment would be litecoin out of all the proven altcoins. The ltc is about to halving and historically this has always had a positive effect on the price. The developers are working hard on the project and the good thing is that there is no hype around ltc yet.
1385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: January 10, 2023, 03:43:16 PM
Yes, Liverpool will face Real Madrid again. It's a good chance for Liverpool to get revenge and beat Madrid while the royal club have player problems. I don't know if Madrid can solve all their club problems before the game with Liverpool, but they have now lost their lead in La Liga. But Liverpool aren't having the best of times either.

They will compete in February. It shouldn't matter, if I look at the schedule in the first game it will be at Liverpool's home. I hope the worst result is a draw. After that Madrid can take advantage of the second game in Madrid. In the last match in 2022 Madrid won 0-1. The match took place in France. It was the 2022 UCL Finals match. Indeed, the results of the games of the two teams in the League are not very good, but in the UCL everything can change.
Indeed, anything can happen in the Champions League, especially as both clubs are not in the best of form. Still, Madrid's last win in the final was by a narrow score. And this time there will be two games, so I think both clubs have the same chance to win.
1386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: January 10, 2023, 02:10:03 PM
Of the several big teams that have qualified for the round 16 of the Champions League this season, I am more certain that Parist Saint Germain and Manchester City will advance to the final based on the achievements of each team so far. What do you think, which of the participants has the potential to reach the Champions League final this season?
Are there other candidates with more potential than PSG and Manchester City?
The last 16 of UCL has not yet started and we will not know what's gonna be the result. I believe Madrid and bayern will be going to the final rather than city and PSG. Madrid and bayern were always doing so well yet PSG may be very popular caused by it has the best line up as there are messi, neymar and mbappe in the same club.
I personally think that Madrid and Bayern will be more potential compared with PSG and city but i think that we shall not forget about napoli. Napoli has been rising up again.
The italian team can give us surprises anytime. It's caused by they will be facing easy team.

IMO, the strongest match will be between Liverpool and Real Madrid. Bayern Munich vs PSG will be 2nd and Tottenham Hotspur vs AC Milan would be third in my opinion.

Paris Saint-Germain is up against Bayern Munich, with matches on 14th February and 8th March. As you mentioned PSG will be the overwhelming favorites. In case they move towards the Quarter-finals, then they may face some of the stronger teams such as Real Madrid or Manchester City. We don't know how the Quarter-final lineup would look like, because the seeding system is not being followed this time. As far as I know, the combination will be decided based on a draw, after the Round of 16 is completed.
1387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from BONK on: January 09, 2023, 07:28:00 PM
If you follow crypto news, you might be aware about solana dog shitcoin called "BONK" is up 900% the past week . If you are thinking to invest in this coin, let me share an important fact regarding this coin. The top 20 holders 50% of the coin.

You can yourself check this here
https://solscan.io/token/DezXAZ8z7PnrnRJjz3wXBoRgixCa6xjnB7YaB1pPB263#holders

So, it is obvious that they will eventually dump it. Those who are investing seeing the dramtic increase in prices will loose all their investment when it dumps.

Yeah it definitely has all the makings of a pump and dump. 1000% up now. Seriously? We are supposed to believe that bonk, with a market cap of under 30 mill. (which still has not changed) is the next big thing? Oh please. Its obvious that the developers poured that money in, themselves. They are waiting patiently until enough people buy their shitcoin at which point, they will screw everyone over.

Not trustworthy at all!

Shame on all the writers like coindesk that put this scammy shit on their front page!
Maybe BONK is shit, but after the appearance of this shitcoin the whole market came to life. Remember how the same stories were with doge or shiba. There are a lot of coincidences in cryptocurrency. Maybe BONK was the forerunner of the altseason? It's probably foolish to look for coincidences in this, but I think that BONK will still make itself known. If you look the list of exchanges, where this coin is traded, it is quite impressive. If leading exchanges will be added to it, the price will fly high again.
1388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: January 09, 2023, 06:39:03 PM

As I said before, the match between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona will run with high tension, and it was evident that there were 2 red cards in that match. I think Atletico Madrid played quite well in this game and they had several good opportunities that should have turned into a goal, it's just that they don't have a great finishing touch. With an additional 3 points, Barcelona can widen their gap with Real Madrid but that still does not guarantee their position in La Liga because Real Madrid certainly will not stay quiet.

Yes, I saw that it was a game where both teams played badly, as evidenced by the two red cards
This worries me, for Real Madrid
if he is so mean and aggressive, it means that he is tired and that Barcelona can take advantage of it
It bothers me when two big teams play football and in the end of the game the better team wins and we will say that it was a very tough game. I would have considered it to be a very tough match if Atletico Madrid was able to win Barcelona.
For there to be two red cards in the match shows that it was a fight to finish but the result was not pleasant to me because the competition will likely be less since Madrid already lost 3 points
The referee gave two red cards at the end of the game when the players emotions were running high. Especially this is the Spanish league, where players are often furious. Still, Barcelona won deservedly. They had an opportunity to get to the top of the standings and they used that opportunity. Now they shouldn't have any problems in the next few games.
1389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We have been told: Invest only Extra money in bitcoin on: January 09, 2023, 05:44:21 PM
We have been told many times to invest only funds which you can afford to lose in bitcoins. But the question is that most of us do not have that extra funds to invest. So, what we do is we buy bitcoins from our savings, and from whatever money we get, we try to buy bitcoins. Middle class people do not have that EXTRA money WHICH THEY CAN"T AFFORD TO LOSE.

Yes, i invest in bitcoins but it is not EXTRA money and I am afraid I can't afford to lose. Do you have that EXTRA money that you can afford to lose  Huh

Investing towards bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies is truly a delicate matter especially for the middle class people, like me. It's given that we don't really have that spare funds that we can afford to lose, that's why it is really important to know the coins first that we are investing into and always do your own research before investing in such coins because the risks will always be there as the coins are so volatile.
It seems to me that the point here is not that when investing in bitcoin there is a risk of losing your money. As long as you haven't sold your bitcoins, you haven't lost anything. The other issue is that if you urgently need the money you invested in bitcoins, for example because of illness or urgent help for your relatives. And at that time bitcoin is just at the bottom and you have no other options. That's where disappointment can really happen.
1390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: January 09, 2023, 02:53:04 PM

There is still a lot of time for Bayern Munich vs PSG match I think both the teams are going to be really well prepared for the match because this match is going to be really important for both of the teams.

The main factor for Bayern Munich is going to be the unavailability of Manuel Neuer. They are really in need of a younger goalkeeper and as the transfer window is live now, this is their perfect chance to get a goalkeeper for the longer run. And about PSG, if Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe are fit, they might have an edge over Munich.

PSG with Messi,  Mbappe and Neymar makes me feel as PSG has more advantage of winning the match, it is unbelievable for PSG to have this three best players and lose the game very easily.  Neuer played important role for Bayern Munich,  if the new goalkeeper is not good enough it will be advantage to PSG to win.

In the last season Champions league, psg had those three star players and yet they lost out. It is not about having three super players but will they play in harmony?
Even if they do, does the club have good midfield and defence?
Champions League as the name says is for Champions and not local league. Many unexpected wonders do happen in the league.
So, psg should not feel relaxed because they have best attackers in their best form.
PSG have long been the most expensive and stars club, with the best players. But they are not in a position to win the Champions League. They last played in the 2020 final against Bayern and lost. Before that and after that, they had no serious success in the Champions League. Bayern have more experience, so they are favourites for me in these matches.
1391  Economy / Speculation / Re: January bitcoin price out look on: January 08, 2023, 05:19:29 PM
Even today no one is exactly sure about the future of cryptocurrency.  Because the future of anything is unknown to us.  However, if we predict the future of Bitcoin in January, then the possibility of an increase in the price from here will be high because the price of Bitcoin is increasing little by little till today.  17k touched the dollar.  So we can predict the future of cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin will have an upward trend in January.
Even if bitcoin touched 17k today, that does not indicate that bitcoin will have an uptrend in January. We will have to see how this week closes, I think that could tell us a lot. But the main thing now is to get it above 17k. And if there is no fall from this level, then we can think about the uptrend, or rather about the sideways movement first. I don't think January is the best month for bitcoin historically.
1392  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this the perfect indicator for long term investors on: January 08, 2023, 01:15:18 PM
Key years for bitcoin, which show it's a good long term investment: 2012, 2016, 2020... Next must be 2024, although fruits may be gathered only in 2025. It's early to say, but I guess this year is going to be more of the same for bitcoin. It's a year of preparations for the next bullish cycle, so I'm not expecting anything expressive yet. Many people can't wait anymore, as they are excited to see bitcoin reverting the negative tendency, so the impatience is understandable. 2021's scenario let many people nostalgic and they want to live it again as soon as possible.
2017 and 2021 were also very good for bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. So 2023 could also be a good year, although no one is expecting a new ATH, personally I am expecting at least a bounce like it was in 2019. The only thing that worries me is that bitcoin has not yet faced a global crisis, so it is hard to guess how it will affect bitcoin now that there is a lot of unstable in the world.
1393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Robo Inu? on: January 08, 2023, 12:36:19 PM
Anyone heard of this? Some are saying it’s going to be the next Shiba Inu. They have a wallet and a DEX coming out but don’t really seem to be going anywhere probably because of the bear market. Could this be the next one to blow up?
If it's another SHIBA INU that tries to copy Dogecoin then it doesn't matter. Even if it has DEX exchange and a wallet it doesn't it's going to blow up like other meme coins out there. It's still be treated as meme coin as the name called it. If it doesn't gain any hype from any big person on the internet then we won't see any drastically changes from this particular project.
I also think that this project will not be successful, because no one knows anything about it. This thread was created almost a month ago, but I have not seen robo-inu on any exchange. But on the other hand, look at the sensational project BONK. No one had heard anything about it too until it grew by 900%. And with it SOL was reborn. So all these mem-coins are a lottery.
1394  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Die or Pump Up in 2023? on: January 08, 2023, 11:58:14 AM
for now there really is no choice but to HOLD because currently the price of bitcoin is around the lowest point. I believe that in 2023 the bitcoin price will be better than the previous year because we will be closer to the bull market. Apart from being patient, what we need to do is continue to increase investment value in order to get maximum profit when the crypto market enters a bullish phase.
I agree with you that now we have a good opportunity to buy cheap bitcoin in order to sell it for many times more in the future. We may have to hold on to it for a year or more. Patience will no doubt be rewarded. As for 2023, I don't think bitcoin will die, but it won't get much pumped up either. I also think there will be sideways movement this year. Most likely a new pump will happen in 2024, closer to halving.
1395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: January 08, 2023, 11:16:20 AM
Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona tonight - One of the biggest clashes in the Spanish top division and the entire football world.

Barcelona have the opportunity to go 3 points clear at the top following the not so shocking defeat of Real. And Atletico have the opportunity to get some breathing space in the race for top four and get some space between them and the team that defeated Real, Villarreal.

Barcelona would have to do without Lewandoski who is still suspenended and the experience of Alba, who is also suspended.

Most bookies favor the league leaders, despite the suspensions and the fact that Atletico are playing at home.

- Jay -
After Real Madrid lost to Villarreal and lost three points, today Barcelona has a good opportunity to become the leader in the standings. But it would probably be easy if today's opponent was not Atletico Madrid. What is most interesting is that Atletico have drawn four of their last five home games, while Barcelona have won four of their last five away games. It's hard for me to predict who will win tonight. I don't rule out a draw.
1396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the future of digital currencies? on: January 07, 2023, 06:43:13 PM
I've been wondering recently what's ahead for us in terms of the evolution of digital currencies.

There has been a lot of amazing development with blockchain and cryptocurrencies in general in the past decade. But I wonder if there's anyone working on other ideas or technologies that could also be promising. I'm not talking about altcoins. I mean real breakthrough ideas, similar to what happened when Bitcoin was originally introduced. It would be really exciting to witness the birth of something completely new in the next years/decades. I'm sure we have other brilliant "Satoshis" out there.

I'd love to learn more about cool projects and concepts that could be the evolution of blockchain (again, not altcoins please  Wink)

Bitcoin will still remain on the top of the foodchain, even though there is no improvement as compare to altcoins project, it is the prime mover so that will remain.

The market has been saturated already, not sure if there is some projects that will come up in the future that will disrupt crypto market again. And those that is coming up is pure hype as they could simply die in the next bear market. So not sure what blockchain idea you are looking for that is not "altcoin related".
I agree bitcoin will stay on top to lead other coins because bitcoin is first. Unless, sometime in the future, there is a different technology that can provide more impact than bitcoin, the current situation is bound to change. But bitcoin will continue to lead cryptos, and even though the market is saturated right now, people who believe in bitcoin will continue to buy and collect more. They want a lot of profit from investing in bitcoins, and now they are still trying to own more.
I also would like bitcoin to be the number one cryptocurrency forever, but it seems to me that ETH will soon take its place. You could call ethereum the state currency. Look how quickly and demonstratively ETH mixers are closing. For the most part, bitcoin is already obsolete. It has no additional features other than transfers. Whereas ETH has much more functionality.
1397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The market will come back bigger again on: January 07, 2023, 06:07:49 PM
While this ordeal continues, it is advantageous for some and a depressive perception of time for others. Those who can't sell their coins, I think they should not spoil their morale, they should try to take lessons, they gained new experience. I didn't have the bull season as I wanted, but I learned a lot. I think that this is a cycle, I am preparing my own situation after all the events have passed. Patience always wins
Patience is no doubt rewarded in the future, but psychology is more at work here. If every investor could survive a fall easily, everyone would probably be rich now. But market manipulation knocks out weak hands, and that brings huge profits to those who can manipulate the price. Only a few can profit in the next bull market.
1398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: January 07, 2023, 04:55:12 PM
Villarreal has not beaten Real Madrid in the last five years. But there were six draws between them out of the last ten face-to-face meetings. There are only 10 minutes left in the match, but I think Villarreal will win today. They play this game very well and deserve to win. Although I would not be surprised if Real Madrid equalizes the score.
1399  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 07, 2023, 03:53:02 PM
Juventus' next match is going to start in a few hours. Juventus are currently performing well and their XI is very strong. Hope they will win this match by a big margin.
Udinese was an easy opponent for juventus. The match will be starting very soon but i can even feel juventus will be winning against it easily. As you can see that there are so many people were aware about how bad performance from udinese. 4 draws and 1 lost from five matches. That was making juventus looks so bad at this moment. I guess that if juventus will fully dominating the match against udinese.
Let's see how many goals will be made by juventus but i personally predict that juventus will be making at least two goals against it.
Juventus started their adventure in Serie A after the World Cup with a win, Allegri troops managed to overthrow Cremonese with a narrow 1-0 victory. Juventus have always won in seven matches in Serie A and what's more, the victory was won by Juventus without conceding a goal.
Udinese's statistics are very different from Juventus, Udinese have not been able to win in their last eight matches in Serie A. Juventus will be the favorites in this match, the opportunity for Juventus to continue the positive trend is very open, especially since Udinese performance is in disarray.

I can't call Juventus' win over Cremonese easy, although Cremonese were clear outsiders. I don't know if Juventus can beat Udinese today. Maybe home field will help them, but I think this match won't be easy for them. By the way, Udinese have only lost away to Milan and Napoli this season, I wonder how it will be with Juventus.
1400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't buy altcoins because they are top altcoins on: January 07, 2023, 03:22:48 PM
That's how the market flows, they can't make it up since they lack development and usually, those altcoins are able to make it to the top 10 because of hype. And, as of now, we look into the purpose of each altcoin and how it can help the cryptocurrency world and make the transaction much faster and easier to use.

Maybe that's one of the benefits later for those who still hold Altcoin or Bitcoin and can be used in daily transactions. but you better see progress every year and I'm looking forward to 2023 what all this will bring. But does everyone realize that this has been a huge struggle and looking at the price of Bitcoin that makes it doubt everyone will grow back.
Not all altcoins will grow of course, but I have no doubt that we will see bitcoin and other major coins like LTC, BNB, ETH rebound this year. I think it will happen not at the beginning of the year, but surely in spring or maybe autumn. Now is still a good buying opportunity.
