Usually after a reward 1/2 if the price doesn't go 200% up some miners might leave for a better coin to mine , so hashrate will go down. |

That I wouldn't know, but at the time of his posting, Frycoin had traded on Cryptorush for 0.0005BTC, making 200 Frycoin worth 0.01BTC. Perhaps that's what he meant... Perhaps he is the kind of person "Shut up and take my coins for 0.1" ? |

How about you tell us why is is RAPID coin worth something ? Not because it will go to the moon like all the other clone coins in the yearly migration. Ah, but you forgot that you're in the altcoin section. AKA "BTCTalk's Nationwide Asylum for Research on Delusions of Grandeur". I can't forget that. But I try every non and then to talk some sense into those people who think that every damn coin they mine is going to be worth 1000$ by next week. Although even I am making money out of mining , I have a bad feeling we're creating disney dollars sometimes. |

nope its not dead selling now silly, time to buy actually bcos it will never be this cheap again Of course , this is another coin that will go to the moon , right? But currently is just trying to keep standing on it's feet. not to the moon maybe but regarding its mining difficulty its worth a lot more than what it is now, just need a new dev. You , and a lot of people should stop comparing the mining difficulty of a coin with it's price. Lots of times hundred of miners jump the train of a coin , mine it like hell , the difficulty rockets , coin s are harder to get , but other people besides the miners don't give a satoshi on that coin because it's nothign special. So , the value is not related to the difficulty. |

No one really knows what is going on. I mean there is some room given to the fact coin
launches are always crazy. And add to that the BTC crash madness with GOX.
However -- no word from dev in 24 hours when everyone is saying "WTF".
Reddit has no new posts today that I can see from Dev. Same with forum.
It's weird for sure.
To me it smells like people getting cheap coins from early launch dumps, launch chaos on purpose,
people mining all they can and making it seem like it's dead.
Then in a day or two or three - BOOM - "oh here we are" while sitting on tons
of new coins that they got while mining during all the FUD.
I have seen this over and over. Fear can be a great way to make people go away
for a bit on purpose.
So I guess for now we will sit around for 24-48 hours tops.
But yes community takeover is always possible for any coin.
And yes we can kill the pre-mine addresses.
Anyways.. let's check in tomorrow.
Thats what I've been saying. What is making this so crazy is the listing on an exchange at launch. Could we have made it any easier to dump the premine? Anyway let things settle and give the devs a chance to respond. I just hope the price starts creeping up. Currently the coins are selling for less than the cost of the power it took to mine them. That has to change, or there will be no miners at all. There are lots of coins that end up like that. It's this the first time you ended up holding a coin that might die , that you find it so impossible ? No , it;s not. Unless it's a conspiracy and it is indeed a mega dump pump and dump , there is always the possibility of that coin just going away. |

That's ok, two ALTCOIN use different symbols, our symbol is ALT. That altcoin use SHA256, ours use adaptive N-factor scrypt. I start the thread to discuss ALTCOIN suggestions a few days ago ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=392853.0), befor SHA 256 ALTCOIN. Even if the coin is different , there are two coins with the same name ... And this name is not one so flashy to hang onto it . |

I want to sell my bitcoin (i've only 0.1, but it is money) and buy doge. Is this the correct time? I was waiting that bitcoin increases his value (after this days) but maybe it will be the dogecoin to do that...

Now they are 30h from sending, but no deposit pending appears...
have you created a support ticket? yes, but no response.. I'm also deposit some MEOW and hope they will be on my account before KGW implementation I am very disappointed of the support sevice of cryptsy. I've sent MEOW about 2 days ago, but no response at all... My ticket status: "Being Processed since last 20 hrs 51 mins" A mail to reassure the users that open tickets like that, it would be appreciated... 2 days ago? And you opened your ticket only 24 hours after? It's usual for cryptsy to take longer , 5 days it's no record for them. |

That trend is beginning to look a bit bearish. I'm definitely feeling we've reached the peak of this recovery and we'll drop and settle at 650-660 by tomorrow. If some whale gets spooked, maybe further. I doubt we'll crack 640 in the next 48 hours.
Yup. People are pooping their pants again. They are ready to panic sell because there might be a panic sell. Isn't that the way panic selling or buying works ? But in this case I doubt we will go down again , and by going down I mean ~ 600. |

That's funny. They kept Mt. Gox in the price index when it was 15-20% above everybody else. But as soon as Mt. Gox dropped below everybody else, it's out.
One of the China-based indexes did that, too. The effect has been to pump the price of Bitcoin for months.

Make memes of him and spam the internet  He used to have world's biggest bitcoin exchange, what a sad end to a promising career. Probably the best idea. It will deter some people to make business with him again. Unfortunately , it will deter only some... Since people believe in his crappy exchange with all the problems he had in one year and kept sending money to japan , these people will make deals with him even if he has a toilet seat on his head during the meeting. |
