I'm shorting BTC for the first time in my life. Sorry guys This chart is very likely. Still bullish AF in the long run: Happened upon this gold nugget with a miss-click. Bitcoin still surprising the majority. HODL Noticing traditional markets are punching new ATH's lately. AAPL, TSLA etc. That environment scares me. Suspect that BTC will ultimately follow the trend created by the free FED dollars. I voted 0% Reason being is that I fully intend on not returning to traditional finance with my BTC value but likely rather diversify with it into real estate or other hard assets when the opportunities are greater. I also do not want to believe the narrative that BTC will enter another boom bust cycle like that of 2017-18 where everyone will pile on in expectation of the same outcome. I think the next cycle in BTC will be much smarter, stable money with a plan. For these reasons, I expect HODL to outperform a sell/buyback strategy.

Gold machine go Brrr.. Interesting, Bulgaria. Isn't that the government that confiscated and 'lost' 213K BTC. Maybe they're just diversifying.

Legend!! Protester on LA news. "Unfortunately we live in a system where we cannot thrive, the macro solution is to opt out, to exit the system as a whole, the way we do that is buy Bitcoin" https://twitter.com/nlebowitz1/status/1268002667042934786Alright, which one of you did this? Probably voice over but still good.

With no more cops and no more guns, I'm told that it'll become an amazing utopia of peace and tranquility. That the criminals, gangs, & drug dealers will go outside, join hands with law-abiding citizens, and sing Kumbaya together. It'll be amazing, you'll see!
(Or, y'know, it'll become a fucking Mad Max apocalyptic hell hole within 48 hours)
There is some evidence backing torque's assertion: When cops were pulled from highways due to Covid19, deaths per mile went way up. Along with speeds including the 140mph cruise runs by yours truly. I really thought with less people on the road people would drive at speeds which were inherently safe. I was seriously wrong and now cruise at a sluggy 70mph. So yeah, cops are necessary. Question is how do you keep them from being psychopaths? I mean firefighters aren't psychopaths. EMTs aren't psycho--no wait, they are pretty weird adrenaline junkies. Unless I've got you wrong, I believe that was sarcasm. Removing guns from both sides does nothing more than change the weapon in a dispute, I mean recently a guy used his knee and another guy recited his rights until officers submitted. Yes, the service police are supposed to provide is essential. Maybe we need to strip the powers of the police down to that of firefighters and EMT's, Nice sterotype on EMT's, just made the connection now, haha. Cameras and fines can handle highway patrol more efficiently and soon we'll be into self driving cars really making the Fuzz redundant on highways.

Time to consolidate those inputs. Mempool currently clearing 1 sat/byte
When 0.0001 is worth something in fiat terms you'll be glad you hadn't. Fees will be going down proportionately in btc terms. I am regretting some of my earlier consolidations, and I wished that I would have kept some of my addresses separated.... sometimes some of us are "too smart" for our own good. Good point, I had already decided to keep the current leg of daily DCA separated. Surely I will spend something one day and will appreciate the smaller balance wallets.

When 0.0001 is worth something in fiat terms you'll be glad you hadn't. Fees will be going down proportionately in btc terms. At that time I'll have an address with a single input. It cost me $1.73 in fiat terms today to consolidate 143 inputs on that address. Somehow I thought consolidating at low sats today better prepares a long term hodl position. Especially considering that transaction fees are likely to go up as new users create economy and network traffic.

Just popped in to tell you that I'm slowly getting my sense of smell back, never lost taste, but everything tasted bland and insipid. Had a big mac today and it tasted good (don't worry, I used the drive through).
Glad to hear you're doing better but a Big Mac as first food choice? Unless you're purposefully taunting health, I hate to be the realist but McD's does not serve nutrition, like.. at all, more like a toxic preserved colon plug that will feed on your struggling immunity. You may dodge a covid bullet and step on a Mickey D's landmine.

Have had many addictions some of which still need to outgrow. Feeling lucky that gambling was never one of them. Always believed in working for and earning what you desire, not winning it. At 18 years old, a broke hippie traveler, I'd sneak a quarter into a Las Vegas slot machine, winning lights and bells whirring loudly as the machine methodically puked a massive pile of quarters just as the security asked for ID and escorted me from the premises for underage gambling. They kept the ill gotten winnings but on the way out while collecting a friend, I spotted a money clip on the floor that I'd step on, bend down to tie my shoe while slipping the $400 wad of bills in my sock. Don't need to gamble, a little faith has provided thus far Bitcoin was an especially difficult pill to swallow in the beginning because it sounded like a ponzi and gambling and many of the users were gamblers traders. If not for the WO, I'm not certain to have discovered the fundamental value of BTC and how to manage greed. Learned the hard way but quickly, I consistently lost value the short time I attempted trading BTC & I've consistently retained and gained value with longer HODL. Still rockin' a small daily DCA but caring less about its dollar price. Feeling unbelievably bullish on BTC during money printer go Brrr.... and at the same time feeling financially secure in BTC. Happy Friday all! Back to the garden for me, spring like BTC, waits for no-one.

Spending max from that address is showing just one input. He's been reusing addresses or he's otherwise confused.
I agree that the OP is confused. It would appear that the OP had an address that received payment from a transaction that had 11 inputs and 142 outputs. ie. they received a payout from a service provider like an exchange/gambling site etc that used "Pay2Many". They're checking the transaction details on a blockexplorer and seeing "142 outputs"... not realising that only one of those 142 UTXOs is actually related to their wallet. Thus, when they go to "max" it only shows the 1 UTXO being used as an input, as that is all that is actually controlled by their wallet. Exactly. Well said. Thanks for breaking it down, understood.

Very fitting. The final Bitcoin block with a subsidy of 12.5 BTC was mined by @f2pool_official and contained the following message in its coinbase transaction:
