MOAR BLOOD! Time for the alts is up. I particularly liked reading about bitmain's (Jihan and Rogers) misfortune with B-cash today. I'm almost feeling guilty how much I savored it.
BTC DOMINANCE 52.3 and climbing! BTFD is already happening round here. Not too concerned how far it drops from here, in fact I'm really hoping for an amazing buy opp.
Eth has dropped close to 10% today, it's pretty shocking, I thought eth would be pretty pegged to btc. What's shocking is the length of time it took the market to realize how absurd alts are. Not holding any alts, just enjoying the show.

On the daily we've got 7 red candles already and today could make 8. That hasn't happened since last September. And 8 didn't happen last year at all. Can't decide if its officially bear season or a decent gamble to do some day-tarding.

Thanks for looking that up! I hadn't read that about myself but SO true! Can you read tea leaves also?

INFP
Classic r0ach trolling: INFPs are guided by their principles, rather than by logic (Analysts), excitement (Explorers), or practicality (Sentinels). When deciding how to move forward, they will look to honor, beauty, morality and virtue – INFPs are led by the purity of their intent, not rewards and punishments. People who share the INFP personality type are proud of this quality, and rightly so, but not everyone understands the drive behind these feelings, and it can lead to isolation. Thanks for looking that up! I hadn't read that about myself but SO true! Can you read tea leaves also?

Man, the financial system is so ridiculous. I just got off the phone with a new currency exchange company I've been trying to use (paylinebyice) Not only will they not send funds to bitcoin related companies but they wont do Russian RUB transfers also. Guess what, those are the only transfers I make regularly. Such BS! I wouldn't be so pissed if they had just told me NO but they strung me along for over a week gathering ever more details about the recipient just to call later and say sorry. You'd think I'm making this shit up but no. I'm really starting to see how permissioned fiat currencies are. Why do I have problems with every-single-wire-transfer-ALWAYS? I'm so ready to watch this system slip into obsolescence. BITCOIN...SIC BALLS!!!Rant over now I gotta go in person to the bank to try another approach. If anyone knows of a working online Canadian payment processor, please let me know.

I just noticed the poll is outdated. I guess everyone is too depressed to care. I guessed 7k-7.5k, not bad. No depression round here, just waiting for the ball to stop bouncing and find a decisive bottom. (or have we?) I think we haven't seen bottom yet but I'd be pleasantly surprised if we never see 5k again.

Damn dude, everyone knows redheads are serious trouble. Sure they're hot, but my insurance agent warned me that my rates would go up if I continued doing a redhead....

I think 9213 will be the top of this year. I hope I'm wrong although I'm not expecting big climbs for awhile.
Edited to remove the comma.

Good news! The wire transfer I sent at the end of May finally arrived to the recipient today after sooo many emails and an in person visit to my bank. Due to this kerfuffle, I decided to sign up with an online payment processor recommended by my credit union (paylinebyice) only to find out after funding the account that they wont transfer to bitcoin related accounts. While I was at the bank dealing with the stuck transfer I also made a new transfer to bitstamp at the same time. Sitting with the manager, the irony was strong and I asked him if there was any crypto talk on the inside circles of the bank. He simply said that they see it coming on the horizon but can't see how or when it will arrive. Not that anyone cares but that's what I got this fine Thursday. Go BTC

4000 years ago I believe gold did serve a purpose other than storage of wealth. Gold was used to cap the great pyramids for reasons we still struggle to understand today. I once saw a strange meteorite piece under a microscope at the Tucson Gem show which had many perfect 4 sided pyramids each capped with a small dot of 24k gold. Completely natural. That experience bent my mind.

«that is believed to contain 200 tons of gold bullion and coins, equivalent to $130 billion, according to The Daily Telegraph».Who the hell did the math on this? Regardless, more gold = less price and you never know when they'll find a treasure ship or asteroid full of the stuff. Old world problems bitcoiners laugh at.

Why is this thread 90% bullshit, merit circlejerking and off topics?
Make bitcoin boring again and just maybe afterwards we can return to having nice things.

Ground zero check in. I continue to drop a crypto or bitcoin comment into the public during my show sales when appropriate (usually seen as a joke). I find it very interesting to track public opinion on the subject. Compared to 1 year ago, now everyone has heard of cryptocurrency and bitcoin although the majority of the herd still avoid it or make confused comments. There's approximately 5% who will engage openly with interest or share stories of friends who took the leap. 5% is 500% greater than last year's results of this same experiment. It's pretty clear that the public is aware of cryptocurrency but largely fearful of it. I'm not sure what short term action we will see but I'm feeling fairly positive that the next big ATH run up will appeal to a much larger audience and one which will be harder to ignore. Realists, preppers, anti establishment crowds, economists, hedge funders, and the average diversivied investors will likely be the next group to find the value in BTC fundamentals which is probably 3x or more the current community. Also worth noting, cash in Canada is clearly a planned obsolescence in short order. I now receive less than 20% cash where only 3 years ago it was 50% and 8 years ago it was more than 70%. I'll be funneling 10% of my yearly net into BTC as long term savings and as a hedge against fiat's crumbling value.
Its funny but not haha funny how people just accept the changes these days. I still believe BTC IS the peaceful revolution of the people.

Whats wrong with conspiracy? Some things should absolutely be questioned until the truth is in a majority consensus.
