1421  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should we rely on prediction? on: September 06, 2023, 08:30:43 PM
It is base on bitcoin historical movement that has made so many people to have their speculations on bitcoin price. The fact remains this, the price of bitcoin cannot be predicted accurately, but it can be speculated on,since there are previous circles that the movement followed the same pattern.

Quite agree with you...the way prices of Bitcoin has been moving in the past some people use same pattern to predict and also make some investors to use same style to trade especially those ones who don't have a specific strategy (like the newbies).
Is just like gambling (Bitcoin price) you can never get it right or should I say get it 100% correct.

Quote
Instead of trying to predict the price,it is better that you work with a price target,in case you want to sell and make profit because no one can tell what the price of bitcoin will be next. This is the proper time to accumulate only and think less of the price movement. Prepare yourself towards the upcoming bull run next year.

I'm still bothered about how people emphasize on the this upcoming bull for next year when we haven't seen anything possible or tempting to say that next year would be different or better than this year, let's see how this year would end.
1422  Other / Meta / Re: Trust Flags!!! on: September 06, 2023, 07:16:20 AM
Sexylizzy2813, I feel you are confusing feedbacks with flags.
You can post a feedback for any user of the forum and its type can be positive, neutral or negative. If you believe trading with a user is highly risky, you can add a flag.

Mehn...so confused no doubt, with what you said... What if that particular users was given the negative feedback for the wrong reason but I still decide to trade with him/her and it turns out to be different like the trade was successful?

Quote
The user who has posted the feedback is the only one who can remove it.

Then is going to be like a grudge, sometimes both users might have a misunderstanding and instead of settling it amicablely one of the grudge part would just drop the bomb shell just to punish the other user for no reason and in some cases the one who dropped the feedback won't want to remove it even if he's being told to, so if such happens is there no other way apart from the person that did it?
1423  Other / Meta / Trust Flags!!! on: September 06, 2023, 01:58:15 AM
Have been wondering about this trust flag, trust issues or whatever is called...
Have been seeing so many accounts with numbers written on that trust position, some are of good (like the first one =) but my main concern is the one with (-).
An account with, let me say (-9) for instance, how can that be removed?
Does it mean that it will be like a scar on those affected account forever?
Is there no panel that someone with that kind of negative number (negative trust) such as (-9) go to, like to appeal for it to be removed?
If there's, how long will it take to be approved?

I need answers...

1425  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help with locked account on: September 06, 2023, 12:45:56 AM
Lemme get this straight because is kinda confusing and I'd like to know, if your account is locked and you're looking for a way to unlock it, who's account or what means can you use to communicate with the person in charge to unlock it?
Is it that you're going to open another account to lay your complain? If opening a new account is the only option, isn't it like an offence to have an alt? Because I don't think someone can just create an account without being tempted to use it, like you can't abandon the new account if your complain is being taken care of.
I just want to know...

Paul Pogba getting injured is not something new for anyone because we know Paul Pogba is a player who gets injured more than usual. In the game against Empoli, he even scored a goal at 66' because it was not accepted.
He got injured in the game against Empoli and Allegri said he didn't know anything yet.
Pogba had knee surgery and this can make this palyer get injured more often.

Haven't you guys wondered why nobody hears anything concerning him anymore, ever since he returned to play?
This guy has already left that glory days, imagine even the Saudi side didn't come for him(I think🤔) he has lost it.
Scoring a goal and it was chopped off.
The next thing is getting injured, is just not cool for such a good player to be in this kind of mess, if not for this injury crisis on him, I think he would have been the captain of the France national team, leading the team to the next tournament.
I don't blame the coach for not having words to say, I feel for Paul and he might even retire before Ronaldo or before getting to 35.
1427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 05, 2023, 11:28:46 PM
Arsenal are becoming more dangerous from what have seen and I must recommend them for adding much force in there last game against Manchester United.
The visitors (Man UTD) are not in a good form (some of the fans would disagree) but that's not even the case, Arteta was ready for that game and I was expecting a draw and some sluggish play from the Arsenal team but the whole team took it to heart that "this game is a must win" and if you check the United team, they all ran out of ideas even the coach Erik ten Hag, he couldn't believe what happened and this is just the beginning. To be sincere with you, the Red devils have lost it.
I feel this has to do with second season syndrome, it has caught up with him (Erik ten Hag) and he won't get to where he was at the table last season.

1429  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Report quality posts on: September 05, 2023, 10:25:48 PM
I got a notification about this thread earlier when it was created, checked on it a few minutes ago, and I noticed a lot of our S/brothers have made reports of their posts in there, which is a good thing that we are to use the opportunity wisely. I don't have much time this period, if not even as I'm not that always active on this one local board, I can still figure out a few quality posts that lack merit and could have done justice by reporting them for merit.

For those who have already submitted an application and the number of posts is not up to the 10 maximum required limit, it will also go a long way if you can still add posts of other members that you think are worth meriting, as not everyone will have the privilege of coming across the thread and doing a self-report. So IMO, it will be nice if we can also add the posts of others from our local board here.

Nwada001 my broda, I been dey read your comment nai I con dey ask myself, na Nwada001 be this? No be Naija pikin be this? Or here no be the Naija LB wey I know again? Where the plenty grammer dey fall out from nah eh my own Nwada001? Easy with the Plenty English nah, make we dey represent oh.

OP this one make sense and as some of una wey don fly go their go report post wey make sense wey suppose chop merit I salute all of una at least we dey promote our hand work and our local board for this Forum.
Mr Charlie I thank you specially.

Napole take first defeat with Lazio and stay to 6 points, and Inter and Milan are the only with full points (9), Inter seems in good shape, 3 wins.
Milan suffers but stay near Inter.

Napoli loss was something that would boost their morale to come back hard on any team after the international break and teams like Inter Milan would mess up because they don't seem to be trust worthy and it will be hard to see them (Inter Milan ) get another 9 points without them playing a draw.
The whole table seems to be in favor of the two brothers, Inter Milan and Ac Milan but watch out for Juventus this season, they're having that hunger to stay at the top of the table if not being the champions ones again.
1431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 05, 2023, 09:59:52 PM
Yep. Amrabat is a good player, and It was a good signing. Looking forward to him improving United's midfield
Now we wait till Brighton game to see him.

You guys seems to forget something, Manchester United have good players including Amrabat even if he's with an injury but that's not the case, a player can be of good quality but when introduced as a Man UTD player things begin to go South. Something seems to be the problem at Manchester United not by buying good players, no matter how good the player is when he starts playing for United you'd see the bad side of the player. It is either they sell the club or they need to check themselves out to find the problem. Getting more players won't solve the problem.

Quote
And Drama still goes on...
Manchester United are under pressure to drop Antony after Brazil withdrew the footballer from their squad following serious allegations of physical assault.

Let's forget about Antony being dropped by the Brazil football federation or the Brazil national team.
Antony has never been a good player right from when he came to Old Trafford, to me he's a joker. He hasn't done something that even the UTD fans would applaud him, I wonder why the coach still start him ahead of Garnacho in some games if not all.
That guy is not qualified to wear United jersey, if it were a player from Arsenal or Chelsea that have such poor qualitied, UTD legends would have started blasting the club but I haven't seen or heard any of them saying anything concerning Antony, that guy is a flop.
1432  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to join best bounty and earn money? on: September 05, 2023, 09:27:31 PM
I don't understand there are so many bounty in bounty section. Because a YouTuber made video and I saw. He says make account and than earn money with bounty and I don't have knowledge?

Before joining anything be it bounty as the case maybe, I'd advise you, no matter how tempting the cash is just know what you getting yourself into because you might regret it.
Let's take 1xbit for instance (although is not a bounty campaign) but if you don't know they're scammers and you get to join then your account is as good as dead. To be frank with you I won't encourage anybody to join bounty campaign especially when you know nothing about it. But if you feel is cool then good luck with being a bounty hunter 😁.
1433  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Face unlock on bitcoin wallet devices on: September 05, 2023, 08:28:08 PM
Fingerprint is not secure, what about face unlock?

If fingerprint (which I see is more secured) is not secured is it face unlock that's more secured?
I can't really say but depending on who's using the device, someone who's kind of careless. If there should be a vote on which is preferable I believe 95% of users here would go for fingerprint.
The only way I think someone can access your wallet is either when you're fast asleep, someone can use your print to access it without you knowing and you can't access it if you accidentally lost your arms, in such case what would you do?🤔

1436  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price of bitcoin is not rising soon!. on: September 04, 2023, 06:54:34 PM
The market has been in correction phase since the last ATH, the phase might continue for the next few months. It is certain that the market will bounce back next year after BTC halving.

Bitcoin can bounce back next month or this month, nobody knows the exact time but all we know is that it must come up ones again maybe this time around it won't cause so much panic in the market.
This is not the first time when Bitcoin seems to put investors under pressure, before the last rally Bitcoin had seen a major fall and gone below $26k where it was trading at three-months low.

1437  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC go above $30,000? on: September 04, 2023, 06:36:34 PM
Slowly price have dropped from the range of $29k when the expectation was to cross $30k and reach the new barrier of $35k. The regular fall in the price have made the price go close to $25k. Inbetween there happened small recovery and there is big expectation it as the beginning of bullish movement. Further once again giving short term profiting the market once again started to drop. I don't think the recovery will happen at the shortest. For now my expectation is connected with the upcoming halving.

The price is some how difficult to know if the will move back to $29k at this point in time because there seems to be no sign of it bumping at the moment.
Investors are not finding it funny at all, new month and another expectation. $25k for almost 3 weeks without it rising to $29k. To me if it gets to $29k I believe it won't go back to $25k and that will be the last time we'll get to see $25k.
1438  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is Bitcoin really risky as they say? on: September 04, 2023, 06:00:37 PM
Generally, most people sees Bitcoin as being of high risk , meanwhile, others tend to disagree with the fact of being risky.

Is really clear and you should know that Bitcoin it self is a risk and everything in life is all about risk, nothing comes that easy. When you engage in investing never forget the down side of it.
And don't let anyone tell you that investing in Bitcoin doesn't involve risk.

1440  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 04, 2023, 04:48:16 PM
Chelsea have spent a lot of money so far since the beginning of the summer transfer window. But for now there is no big difference than the previous season when it comes to their performance. Jackson is really unreliable player right now. He just doesn't have good finishing skills as he wastes so many goal opportunities.

The spending is not that surprising because we all know how the owner wants to make a difference, I'll say is like a competition between the current owner and the previous owner. Well that's not going to help a team that's having a bad time on the pitch, I mean the spending won't help.
Talking about Jackson, he's a good player that wants to prove himself to both the club and the fans. Chelsea is a club that's desperate to be at the top and much expectations will come in play, I feel most of the players are playing under pressure and Jackson seems to be one of them. I believe with time when the help he needs comes all these missed chances would be a thing of the past, someone like Nkunku need to be among the 1st eleven to help out.

Quote
There is a lot of time to go for Nkunku to recover so I wish Chelsea signed another striker as well. Some players were rumoured but there was no deal at the end. I just hope them to improve this form as much as possible until Nkunku returns. After that things can get better hopefully.

Nkunku on the other hand is not coming back too soon and I believe Chelsea have players who can fill in that missing space like someone to play that attacking position while Jackson as the main man play from the wing. But my question is, why is Pochettino acting like the past coaches? Why drop someone like Mudryk? To me I believe that guy (Mudryk) can make a difference, his force and that of Sterling can even boost the morela of Jackson, so they can work things out before the return of Nkunku.
