you are trying so send bitcoins to someone? For goods/fiat money?

it would help if laptop has a camera and can read QR codes. Best would as part of wallet function

if not you may just have to type in long bitcoin address to send it to them.

if you are receving BTC agaiin you need a tool to covert your bitcoin address to a QR code. your wallet program might or there are webpages you can enter a string and it will show it as a QR code.

Coinbase worked for me. But I did link to my bankaccount and a CC. But it was all online. no need for faxing/mailing anything.

Your mining is just part of the pool 0% pool fee nothing to do with GH/s buy sell stuff.

Pointing 60GH/s at ghash.io pool will not put any GH/s in your account at cex.io. Pool payouts WILL go into your account as BTC.

the Sell GH/s is really Re-sell. can only sell what you bought on cex.io.

1595  Economy / Service Discussion / $.01 QR code becomes $1000.08 on: October 23, 2013, 02:30:48 AM
This is odd

I think the $.01 is too small and it went from 0.0000514905 BTC to 5.14905 BTC

This is with a coinbase button at address in sig and a android coinbase wallet.

Oh, as a note: tons of stales is fine. If the network difficulty is 2,000, you can expect, on average, to need 2,000 difficulty-one shares. The miner submits every difficulty one share, and when it is rejected it counts it as a stale. If you see your stales around 3x the difficulty with no accepted blocks, then you might have a problem. Just let the miner run.

I'm running 99.93% stale the .07% are found blocks. ~15,0000 shares completed

Well you did ask. Roll Eyes

But i do like the idea that each type of trek coin is a different way to mine. But you can play with the base rewards and starting difficulty to balance things out. So if I don't have 4 7970's to do GPU mining but have or can get cheap ASICs you can mine one kind and trade for others. When exchange opens.

STOP! Tell me of  an investment, other than a stock, that you can prove that a person(s) became filthy rich after the idea had already been fully disseminated in the world. In other words show me where someone put their money and became a millionaire and they were not involved from the very beginning.

Halide Chemical Corp  made photo paper film etc Kodak was eating their lunch. they researched open info and found dry lithography. eventually renamed themselves Xerox.
