Maybe give some reason for saying that?

MaxOnBit Check your coin contol I've blocked out amounts. But If you have a lot of entries here you might want to consolidate them. But this can reset your stake so make up your own mind.

erm... i just did a quote? Sorry yes that should be to the original creator. he should use coin control to consolidate blocks. it will help him generate fewer larger stakes instead of many small ones. For everyone Also PLEASE stop quoting that message. a new person checks here sees huge red letters don not use and leaves w/o seeing ture issue

Since NY2 and EU3 are merged already we won't have to change pools again when you add more coins? (will Dirac burn a hole in my wallet? )

Guys I need to repeat my question: Could someone send here a screenshot with sgminer configuration and addnodes? Would be lovely. Potential SUM miner need it. Thanks You can no longer mine SUM directly. so config on SGminer will do you no good. Check out a multi pool Multipool sum.ghash.org summercoinpool.com chunkypools.com/sum
Example use BFGminer or CGminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://stratum-eu.sum.ghash.org:3333 -u SeZGLewMFf7thVjGfXkjiXpx2aW5PB1gpj -p anythingreplace -u with your wallet address. (or not you can mine for me if you want) Pool mines scrypt coins sells them buys SUM and sends to address. No new coins are made only moved from exchange to pool then to you. Hope this helps

on 4/29 .1497btc was taken out of legacy and I requested it withdrawn. but it has not happened. here is today's support ticket to them Subject: Another succker to laugh at
it's not much but could I have the .1497BTC marked for withdrawal? it's been way over 36hrs.
Please respond so as you laugh for taking my money I can laugh at the bogus excuse you make up for nor paying me.
Next step in dance: Thanks that is a pretty lame excuse
You mean the Customer support people normally authorize withdrawals so this interrupts them? If that was true you cold have just sent my coin out instead of repling to message. ---------------------------------- administrator on 05/05/2014 00:48:56 Every time you submit a support ticket like this, you delay your own withdrawal. BTW I know everyone is worried about the 10% stake ending at block 30000 (~2/3 done) but do note 30001-87600 is still 1% DAILY

I have 16 wallets open on my desktop ATM, So I don't have a prob with it. I consider coins in exchange or pool at higher risk. Have adjusted PHO payout higher to reduce load on pool If so, we need to look at storage, nobody is going to want to manage four+ wallets... we need an exchange or storage with "static" addresses!
Having pool payout to a exchange directly can be a problem. Pool uses same 'from' address for multiple users. So you should not just have autopayout go to exchange. Atomic trade has both BLC and PHO and Blue is working with AT owner on new coins for merged mining. There is at least one pool that is using cryptsy API for payout. Atomic is working on API and that might be solution. The only issue with direct to exchange is many small transactions put extra unneeded load on the coin server of the exchange (mainly due to user setting low payout amount from pool) The problem with website wallets and having your coins hosted etc is the security risk e.g Mt Gox, Inputs.io etc.. Byron runs a secure service with his exchange but it would still centralize the risk The safest way to store any coin is to have control yourself and Private keys should be kept Private

Sine POW is over there is no mining anymore to process transactions. Instead mining function in OPEN wallets are used so when the wallet processes a block both the Stake coins are created ( you get some based on your weight /network weight) and TX are processed. Total money supply is increased by stake amount. Multipools for SUM do n0t create any SUM. they create other coins sell them buy SUM and send to you. Total money supply is unchanged. OP is unclear what happens to TX fees. Some coins destroy the. Others pay into stake. Not sure For SUM. Can anybody please explain me, why did I receive POS coins for only about a half of my coins. I have all the coins in the wallet for same amount of time and they were all sent to my wallet with a single transaction. I assume that I am soon going to receive the POS for the other coins soon but I am just curious why this happened.
Thanks
I belive that here's Your answer "POS mining" process is just about holding coins and leaving your computer on. Only matured coins (coins stored in a wallet over 24 hours) are eligible for POS. Each block (every 45 seconds), a random lucky coin is selected to be the next "miner". If a node with the selected coin wallet is running, it will collect the transactions, make a block, and send it to the rest of the network and collect the fees. If the computer is turned off, however, then the entire network will have to select a different coin to make the transaction. This time, the unresponsive wallet will be ignored.
Thank you for the answer. So if I understand it right, the computer must be running all the time if you want to get the coins? But what the difference when comparing this coin to others, which do not require the wallet to be opened constantly?
