581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LITHIUM (LIT) - NO PREMINE - BLAKE 256 - MERGE MINED -- HOT NEW COIN -- on: October 04, 2014, 09:22:39 PM
Was already Mining on LA1. so LIT is already collecting in my account. Just DL'd and started wallet.

Made a new address for the pool and updated my account with wallet address and a autopay level.

If you want to mine it on it's own pool or solo mine you are free to do so. The same hash can be pointed to a merged pool and you can get 7 coins mined at the same time and not 1/7 on each, it's like you have the hash on all of them

I have ~10LIT 3.23 Confirmed 6.75unconfirmed)already without redcuing my mining of BLC and related coins.

Any info on what Lit will be used for? Buy powerpack with Lithium or as a bad pun buy book with you LIT.

pause

make sure Rpcport and the port after 127001: match and username and password in conf band bat match

Can I mining on Windows-QT 0.8.7.1  + guiminer ?

and rpcuser=bells rpcpassword=rock   ?

I Don't use GUIMiner but if it will do scrypt and you can point it to 127.0.0.1:19918 it should work. change the .conf file with the new user and password.

Did some searching you need http://guiminer.org/guiminer-scrypt.html to mine Bel as it's more like litecoin than bitcoin.

I have used std BFGminer on my GPU and modified cgminer for my Zesus and gridseed also work

BlueDragon, thanks for the update, sounds good. so when you said "multi platform updater" does that mean the game will run on Windoze/Mac/Linux?
The unity engine is very multi-platform. All the above plus Android/IOS/PS3/XBOX,etc. Now that dosen't mean all will be supported by BD each platform can be built from the same source but need it's own tweaks.

this coin costs almost 0...

why do u even keep with BLC network its a joke!

Because I do believe that there will be video games that will be popular and will use BLC merged coins.  This will either make me some money or allow me to get game stuff without paying 'real' money.

Either way I think it's worth it. If you don't as had been said time for you to move on.

I'm on the fringes of this. They are working on getting it back up. So don't give up on your coins yet.
588  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Atomic Trade New Virtual Currency Exchange USD BTC on: August 25, 2014, 07:59:59 PM
I believe Byron said 160Gig.  But he is busy fixing things not reading here.

The whole db cant be more than a couple of GB in size, since its a young and small exchange. I doubt its hard or expensive to make a daily backup. Byron could also setup a master/slave db system to avoid such problems in the future.

What is status of ATP and CCS, 2 weeks old also?

Well the odds are low (but not 0) that you won't lose all your data again before moving to new servers.

Bring Atomic up on current sys with old data will allow you to deal with all our screams of agony then work on moving to new system and then deal with pain of the move.

Going straight to new sys means listening screams here then mass confusion as we get a an unknown UI and old data at the same time.

For me this even worse because many coins I did not loose from a Trojan attack on home PC I sent to AT this week.

In light of this I have decided it best to offer everyone 2 options:
We continue using the current site and infrastructure as planned until we switch over to our private servers.
I break my back and try and get the new system up and running as fast as possible while leaving the site offline.

Both solutions still mean we have to deal with the loss of data. This will mean a loss for some and a gain for others. As I have no way of knowing any balances, trade data, deposits, withdrawals, new accounts, etc. after the last offsite backup. I am open to any and all suggestions so please feel free to include your constructive input.

Wow looks very nice, easy to use also.  PHO background did make it a little hrder to read.

The Blakecoin explorer on www.cryptocoinexplorer.com has been updated to CCE 3.5.

There are more features to be added to CCE 3.5, but the current build give one an idea of where it is going.

Be sure to check out the Electron and Photon explorers as well.

Hope it's not them waiting on market or staking the coins for themselves. more likly just manually buying coins and getting behind.
593  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 17, 2014, 01:46:20 AM
IS the price going to go UP or DOWN?

If you are merge mining you may want to update PHO wallet
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=478136.msg8377799#msg8377799

The source code to Photon has been updated with one minor correction and updated checkpoint

The new wallet now with openssl 1.0.1h support / You may or may not need the single dll file with the wallet depending on which version of windows you run.

All rpc console commands are working properly, some prior wallet releases had a few problems with getblocktempate, getwork and getwork2

These issues appear to have been corrected with this build on the machines I had available for testing.

Development of new features is ongoing for most of the current 6 members of the blake 256 family of coins you can merge mine is moving right along.

I am working with chiguireitor on a few things and we will tell you all more about it when we have things coded up and tested.

Thanks to all supporters of Photon and in particular Byron at Atomic for support. Special thanks to all miners.

Until I can get the op updated you can get the lastest build of the windows wallet here

595  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 16, 2014, 03:07:42 AM

My average cost per BTC is about $610, including transactional fees..

That's a lot more than I thought. You started to buy all the way up to 1200?

I first started at $1200 on local bitcoin's in November 2013.  My first purchase was 1.24BTC for about $1500... something like that.  How about you?  What's your average BTC costs and your duration for being in the BTC game?

10BTC for $9.70

Is that your total holdings?  10BTC?

noI played around with it a little and forgot about it. thrn found wallet with 2 when BTC=$120 almost all in altcoins and exchange fee shares now. about 2.5BTC in coins and another 1.5 in cold wallet so small time

There a dev for this coin currently or is it just dead in the water?

It ain't broke no need for a dev to fix anything. usage for coin coin should come out in next couple of wekks. What would you have a dev do?

anyway yes there is a dev.
