That's an impressive record by Emery's Aston Villa. I can't remember the last time Emery guided a team for a such impressive continous performance, because I only remember that he got sacked at almost every club he managed. LoL. Well I think Emery is such a quality coach as we can note some success he’s had at clubs he’s coached but as we know it doesn’t get rosy alway. So when things go the other way round he gets sacked. With this Villa team, he’s achieved quite a fortune and has helped this team increase in stat and team’s strength, and currently they've become a team that most mediocre teams are scared of facing cause of their present form. The super eagles happens to be in a team of their equals so it's more likely a qualification for the best teams, in recent times the super eagles have not failed to get lass the group stage in most of their AFCON encounters and I doubt if this may be different because they have got a good and formidable team this time around, but the absence of Boniface almost sounded like a setback and For me it's really sad he had to exit the AFCON even before the main competition started but then I wish him quick recovery.
Seeing victor osimhen , Ahmed Musa , and the other international Stars in the super eagles team gives me a lot of confidence as to how week they will be able to perform in this AFCON this year, I just feel if they are able to get to the quarter finals, it's very possible they can come home with the trophy but until then let's wait for their first AFCON game for this year.

It's not yet a big lose for leverkusen. Im think that patrik can use this moment to prove his worthiness as a striker as well. This makes the situation becomes even worst and we can only hope that he will able to play good like boniface.
Im not complaining if he was injured caused by this is a non predictable thing. This will make xabi aware how important to have a secondary striker. The club can't always rely upon boniface.

In the previous 2 seasons the Europa League was full of unexpected surprises where in the last 2 seasons there were Napoli and Barcelona who were predicted to be champions but the trophy was in the hands of Frankfurt and last season of course we remember Sevilla were very underdogs because of their poor performance in La Liga but actually made a breakthrough by winning the Europa League trophy with a struggle that deserves appreciation.
Currently there are several clubs that are definitely the favorites and of course Liverpool and Leverkusen are the club that have a greater probability in this competition now its just that with 2 surprises that occurred in previous seasons i expect it to happen again this season.

Thankfully, they were able to secure a narrow win so far in their league encounters, which although hasn't given them much point gaps too but is still promising. Timo Werner has officially been loaned to Tottenham until the end of this season from RB Leipzig. If he is able to give his best for the club, of course Tottenham will make him permanent and he will be Tottenham Hotspur's main squad to be used as a striker to replace Harry Kane. But I'm not sure whether he can be used the right choice for Tottenham, if you look at the statistical data, this player actually had a good performance when playing with his original club Lepzig but played so-so when he was with Chelsea but he is very good at providing passes and I think if the coach can provide a suitable strategy I think this player can return to its best performance.
Yes, the purchase is not too expensive considering his potential is decreasing from year to year, but if he returns to his best performance, I think Leipzig will increase the price for this player so that Leipzig can reap bigger profits considering that Premier League clubs have bigger finances but we'll see what Timo Werner is like at Tottenham, whether he deserves to play in the Premier League, where the competition is tougher than the Bundesliga.
Tottenham's squad have been trying but they've not really been trying extra, even though they're at a good spot on the EPL table. Since Kane's exit from the team, it's utterly being difficult to find an almost near intensity that matches that of Kane. Well they've got a new player on loan for themselves in person of Timo Werner for Leipzig. Well let's hope his 2nd time in EPL would mean a lot for Tottenham. Timo Werner didn't really quite have a good time with Chelsea and even currently with Leipzig he's not still yet delivering at an expected range. But the team has found him worthy to be the right replacement for that position and so let's all believe he'd be a good addition. He's had his first EPL experience with Chelsea and so I believe that joining Tottenham won't be a new experience for him in the league. Let's see that they effect his move and also watch him perform for the team too. |

The top two team had final match for Week 19 and they managed to win their respective matches.
Fenerbahce had 5 - 1 win over İstanbulspor who were the bottom team and Galatasaray managed to win 3 - 0 over Konyaspor, from this victory they again got the same points.
In the Turkish Super League it is clear that the title holder for this season will only be contested by Fenerbahce and Galatasaray, there is no chance for another tick to follow or surpass the points they have achieved so far.
They each have 47 points, while Trabzonspor, who is ranked 3rd can only have 33 points difference of 14 points which is an unreasonable number if they are superior.
The 16th match, which was postponed due to an incident some time ago, will start tomorrow and of course this will be quite fierce match because competition for points is once again presented.
But I sure that each match that will be played by Fenerbahce and Galatasaray will definitely end in victory so that they can get the same points again, only Fenerbahce is superior in terms of goals scored.
The top two Turkish League teams had a favourable game last weekend with the both of them taking off the complete 3 points for the game with good goal margins too. The confidence of these teams is the fact that either home or away, they've got the biggest odds to winning every of their league games even though sometimes the victory isn't always guaranteed. These sides are good at what they do and they did not also let any factor deprive them of the strength out into the game. Galatasaray now has just the Turkish League race to focus on having been knocked out of the Champions league and it's an advantage for them to build up enough capacity to stay out at their top spot and for Fernabache, the struggle is up and they're definitely up to whatsoever task put before them too. Both teams were confident in winning their games last weekend with good goal margins which only means that they're satisfyingly impressive in their progresses. These two teams have always been an upper hand in the league and maybe it'll be repeated this season as well. |

This match will start the second half of the season for PSG in League 1, but unfortunately PSG has to start against a club that is quite strong when playing at home, while PSG's away match with Lens did not go smoothly, but maybe Luis Enrique's coaching will provide a different strategy. Maybe last season then Lens was a strong club in league 1 but this season Lens experienced a decline and was ranked 7th and struggled hard to be in the top 5. Even though it is a little doubtful, I still make PSG the favorite to win and I will bet on PSG winning or drawing because I am quite sure PSG will not let defeat break their winning streak so far.
PSG was able to beat Revel with a landslide score but the strengths of Revel and Lens are different and at least PSG is in better condition and has high confidence to be able to perform optimally and steal the full 3 points from Lens' home to continue to widen the gap with Nice and of course can sit comfortably at the top of the standings.
PSG starting their 2nd half of the season with a stong opponent, though I don’t see this to be much of a challenge for Luis and his boys. Lens are pretty good this season but still I believe PSG will get the win from this encounter. But for a safe bet, I think it’ll be preferable to double chance on PSG. Revel are quite different from Lens but PSG should be able to get their confidence into that fixture and get the desired 3 points to help them secure their top spot well. Nice aren’t a threat to PSG because I don’t see them matching PSG both in squad value and club’s value, PSG have had a very good history in winning the league title, whereas Nice are just a rising team trying to make a name for themselves, well I must commend Nice for their hard work and progress this season and if they continue with this pattern they could achieve the league trophy in few years to come. |
