1622  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / BREAKING NEWS : Bank of America and JP Morgan Are banning CC purchases on: February 03, 2018, 12:37:41 AM
JP Morgan is aiming to ban CC on February 3rd and Bank of America to ban CC on February 2nd.

Looks like for right now they will only be banning CC purchases, which is not as bad as it sounds. If someone steals your CC and maxes it out buying cryptocurrency, then that could be a huge problem. Plus people can likely max it out as a way of getting "lent" money they cant afford to pay back.

As long as you can make Bank wires, and Debit card purchases this really shouldn't be a big deal.

1623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Breaking News: Tether , a problem or just FUD... on: February 02, 2018, 07:21:06 PM
This is a big problem, I do not like the way the market is. What are your thoughts?

I don't really see it as a big problem, its just FUD, based on research and analysis, it has always been difficult for bitcoin to survive first quarter of the year, but this year seem worse, the major countries are polling out and bitcoin is going deep, but it will certainly rise back, is just mater of time

People throw around FUD like candy in cryptocurrency. I have a hard time thinking people actually know what it means.

You should probably list experience you have.
1625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Breaking News: Tether , a problem or just FUD... on: February 02, 2018, 12:05:45 AM
Even if tether does go up in a ball of flame, exchanges will quickly suss something out in order to maintain their business. If they do not already have pairings for actual dollars they could create their own version of USDT. It is in their interest to have a way of getting into crypto and if they do not quickly adapt that will see other exchanges taking up their market share. I wouldnt be surprised if exchanges that do not offer USD/EUR pairings are working in the background on something that will replace USDT so that they can immediately implement it if tether is confirmed as bust.

Not so sure this will be the case, but anything is possible in the world of crypto.

It could potentially be a slight problem, but this feels like just another excuse for FUD. Why does everyone only suddenly care about this now. No one cared about Tether when btc was hitting all time highs

Maybe because people were unaware of the printed tether, or that tether wasnt printed yet. The problem is that the fiat backing might not be in the reserves, and the fact no one wants to audit them is suspicious.
1626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TETHER AUDIT JUST RELEASED!!! LET THE GAINS BEGIN! on: February 01, 2018, 09:19:32 PM
I will wait for it to actually be confirmed on a trusted site. I will never look at a reddit link.
1627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung is going to support bitcoin on: February 01, 2018, 09:16:02 PM
"Samsung to support bitcoin"

Now we are at that time that people try and pump the price. They are making chips, but not supporting bitcoin. They dont accept it, they are not donating to a bitcoin charity, they are not paying millions to educate people. Simply making a product that bitcoin users can use.

1628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much credance do you put on Tether not backed fully by USD and issues? on: February 01, 2018, 09:01:22 PM
Can somebody please explain this whole Tether debacle thoroughly? I’ll be brutally honest, I know nothing about it & why it’s making such a bad impact on the bitcoin market.

Check out my thread, you will also find a youtube video I created. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2839145.msg29126488#msg29126488

Also,

Don't forget that bitconnect has billions of bitcoins that likely will never be given back. So how do you think that will effect the market? Do you think they are selling their bitcoin, or exchanging it?
1629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YouTuber's using marketing schemes toward bitcoin on: February 01, 2018, 08:50:45 PM
indeed a lot of ways to make money in the online world one of them with vidio you tube, it never hurts us to do it to earn money, and that's a very good idea.

And moreover — YouTube videos about cryptocurrency is the best content for a newbie. When you see the picture and hear the explanations of the guy telling everybody about BTC you start to be interested in everything what refers to it. These videos are useful. Guys earn money and folks get information.

I am not talking about educational videos. I am talking about videos that lead newbies to buy courses, and ref links.
1630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HODL or SELL during dip??? on: February 01, 2018, 08:49:12 PM
Depnds on what coins you are invested in. 99% of people have coins that arent going to change the world. Those coins should be sold, and the others should be held. If you dont think you should hold the coins, then why did you buy them? Lets be smarter as a community.
1631  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin takes HUGE dip, Regulation becomes a concern and bitconnect turns in on: February 01, 2018, 08:45:50 PM
I've said on this forum many times that government crackdowns are a major threat to crypto. The massive, unwarranted rally of bitcoin did not take into account ANY possibility of gov regulation, and as a result, we see irrational bitcoin investors losing a LOT of money.

Make no mistake, there is a LOT of room left for this to keep falling.

I doubt that. Pretty sure 9k was the bottom. The price fell way way too fast for this to be considered a bear market. Just one major correction on the way to 30k.

It's just like when alts fell 80% in July 2018 - it was still full on bull market, and price recovered right away.

Stop trying to read graphs, most of the drawings are crap. The news, updates, community, developers are much more important to look at to understand the price. Look at the values and benefits that the coin has.

If you are reading graphs you are surely getting crushed right now.
1632  Economy / Speculation / Re: WHAT IS CAUSING BITCOIN TO DROP?????????? on: February 01, 2018, 08:38:16 PM
Up over 1000% in the last 365 days " GUYS ITS DROPPING, CRASHING, BURNING WERE ALL IN DANGER"

If you are panicking you probably bought bitcoin at the top, which is bad. Dont invest unless you research and understand what you are doing.
1633  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: !!! Suicide Watch !!! on: February 01, 2018, 08:36:15 PM
I am not even sure what to say, normally I would make a joke when a post is made about losing profits. However this is obviously not a joke, so I wont.

Don't invest what you cant afford to lose is a typical investment strategy. In cryptocurrency you have to understand it is more risky than a traditional investment. So you cant just throw all your money into it thinking you will make massive profits. Invest traditionally, and have some money saved for cryptocurrency.
1634  Economy / Speculation / Re: India just BANNED Bitcoin? Will BTC now crash? on: February 01, 2018, 08:32:15 PM
The big problem is we have WAY to many unintelligent investors that have piled in. For me and many other investors who have gotten in early, we are chilling. I knew these pumps were going to come back down because they weren't justified. So let everyone lose their shirts that got in, they bought at the top and freak out over news. When investing in cryptocurrency you should really not sell for a lose, you should be investing enough that you are willing to lose 100% of it. Then you wont ever have these sort of issues. If you are looking for "safer" investments then go to stocks and get a financial advisor. If you are new to investing cryptocurrency is not going to be the way to go, as most people are abusing it and dumping all their money into it.

1635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex looking dogy on: February 01, 2018, 08:24:52 PM
The problem is that a lot of people have invested at the TOP so they are upset when it goes down a little bit. Cryptocurrency wont be dead because of this, but the exchange might be dead eventually. Who knows though because exchanges have bounced back.
1636  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Robinhood building a platform, bitconnect getting sued and... on: February 01, 2018, 08:21:22 PM
Lots of stuff is going on in the news which includes Robinhood entering the space, bitconnect getting sued, a robbery in Canada, and South Korea opening up exchanges.

Find my YouTube video which I cover everything at: Robinhood building a platform, bitconnect getting sued and....

How do you think this will effect bitcoin?

I'm particularly interested in the Robinhood interaction, not just with Bitcoin and Ethereum, however. Sure, they'll be added into the exchanges, which will pretty much be a strong boost for each coin, but what I'm interested in is the fact that they're adding support for certain altcoins in the sense of a price tracker. The way I see that is that there's potential for these coins to also enter the Robinhood exchanges in the future. If there's some support now, it's possible that full support is to follow. Those 14 coins are worth looking into as investment opportunities.

Its not guaranteed they will be added, it just gives Robinhood an Idea of what people are interested in. However if you like some of the altcoins that are added, then this might give them a little more value.

1638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The BEST Coins for 2018! My portfolio and MY INVESTMENT STRATEGIES on: February 01, 2018, 05:36:12 PM
Why is bitcoin only 1%, while bitcoin is currently down but bitcoin is a strong currency in the money market. I will refer to the coins you give, and thanks for giving the article a lot of meaning. !
 Smiley Smiley Smiley

I dont like bitcoin long term, the transactions are way to high. I would prefer Ethereum. Thanks ! Smiley

hmm nice going you have also selected the queen ETC in your portfolio

I will never add ETC to my portfolio. There is nothing disruptive about it, and the developers are not well known. I dont get how Bitconnect reached the billions in market cap, and I am just as surprised ETC did.

Nobody can cop CryptoDaily  Grin Grin
The most unique cryptocurrency youtuber out there. Real talk.

Good luck with this mate, doesn't look bad  Wink

Thanks Smiley

Can you create video about passive income in cryptocurrency, I think people will love it.

I could talk about angle investing in cryptocurrency companies maybe.

I would like to see that ... the question is ....

Why someone would share a way to earn passive income in  the crypto world instead of doing it for themselves ?

There isnt a magical button that will just make you a passive income, but I can talk about investing in companies and projects. Which is obviously not risk free and is not easy.

I like everything that you plan to suggest on your channel. But the manner of how you represent the information is also important. Just to be heard and stay interesting. I was watching a channel about crypto-currencies where a guy was wearing a mask on his face and his voice was changed. That was just a catastrophe to hear him Cheesy

My latest videos have better editing than before, and looks better. As I make more videos it will only improve.
