1763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and anonymity on: January 23, 2018, 04:56:05 PM
Nowadays, privacy is a big deal and so is identity. With millions of humans out there, the only thing that giving you meaning is your identity. That is why the dealings of that identity should be kept private. You heard of the theory that google and facebook are selling our privacy to make us susceptible to commercial right? imagine what the banks are doing with our transaction records.

Defiantly, which leads me to believe more people should be using privacy coins although I think they are more susceptible to regulation.
1764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you actually understand Ethereum? on: January 23, 2018, 03:41:44 PM

Usually I just check it using coinmarket and this forum but looking deeper with how and what is the offer of the coins I didn't check so I'm glad
you share some hints about this project as we can  get ideas why w should continue investing with ETH and what this project will bring  in the
near future along side with bitcoin, hope to see more thread like this in regards to those  coins which is existing around.

Thanks I appreciate the comment Smiley
1765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC now accepts Bitcoin! on: January 23, 2018, 03:41:04 PM
Wow. That is great, now I can buy KFC using my bitcoin. Less hassle and less consume of time in buying some meals. I just wanna know if the delivery charge is free, lol. But anyway thanks for the great information you disseminate in this forum.

Take a look at the video. $5 shipping, only in select Canada restaurants, and the transaction time could be long depending on the fee.
1766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Understanding how to properly evaluate coins/tokens on: January 23, 2018, 03:40:09 PM

1767  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin takes HUGE dip, Regulation becomes a concern and bitconnect turns in on: January 23, 2018, 03:38:47 PM
No one cares about the shit of bitconnect.

And this is not a huge dip, this is just a correction, it can not even be compared with a crash, not even with a dip, since it was a decrease of less than 9%.

Please, stop spreading fud, bitconnect was just dust for the marketcap.

Even if you dont invest in bitconnect which I have never suggested anyone should do, it is important to know about it.

This is a big dip, and I am not spreading FUD. I am simply analyzing the news, you clearly didnt watch the video and just read a title and assumed.
1768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The BEST Coins for 2018! My portfolio and MY INVESTMENT STRATEGIES on: January 23, 2018, 03:36:58 PM
What about XEM (NEM) and ADA (Cardano) they should be promising?

Have been interested in Cardano, but not going to invest in it.
1769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why you shouldnt be shorting on: January 23, 2018, 06:29:41 AM
Holding those coins which can be dumped is not a best option, shorting of coins that don't have community support is best.
Holding it for a very short time is only going to cause problems with the investment. Just keep the coins and be happy is what I say.

This can be very true yes.
1770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: OmiseGO on: January 23, 2018, 06:29:19 AM
All cryptos going another correction today but many are green so it should be short-lived.
Good chance to buy OMG under $15 today.

I see a lot of promise with OMG, it will actually change peoples lives and that is something I want to be apart of.
1771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and anonymity on: January 23, 2018, 06:28:01 AM
While most people put the bitcoin profitability to the fore, not its anonymity. They want to invest in it, in order to make a big profit after some time because of its price growth.
However, bitcoin is really only relatively anonymous and needs to be strengthened. Everyone can go to the blockchein and look at the wallet of interest which coins are stored there and how much. This should not be. This information should be closed to the general access, as for wallets with large amounts of hackers make attacks in the first place.

If big companies are going to accept it, something will have to be done. Companies will not want their competitors to see how much money is in their wallet.
1772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC now accepts Bitcoin! on: January 23, 2018, 06:26:47 AM
Thisi is cool but for now in my country i dont think this one will happen yet. Not everyone here doing bitcoin and there is no retail store accept bitcoin yet. So i guess this will not be happening here in my country yet. But this is nice, we can have options in how to pay the food we want to order. Good for canadian people then 😊

Nope only in Canada right now and it is regional.
1773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Understanding how to properly evaluate coins/tokens on: January 23, 2018, 06:26:25 AM
I definitely try to do my own research but also have a group chat with friends that we discuss issues in.  I also have a close friend that we all consider an expert and we do value his opinion and experience greatly.

That is a good way to circulate information and can be very helpful!
1774  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin takes HUGE dip, Regulation becomes a concern and bitconnect turns in on: January 23, 2018, 06:25:59 AM
2018 has been predicted to be good for the growth of bitcoin as well other altcoins. In reality nothing good has happened yet, only thing that has been taking place is red day. Quite often we can see the entire market getting indicated in red, another thing is that the fall too seems to be drastic which users haven't experienced in the past year.

We will certainly see a lot of ICO's that were funded fail in 2018-2019. I am just hoping more projects with actual utility will appear.
1775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SOUTH KOREA NOT BANNING CRYPTO NOW - but want 24.2 percent tax? on: January 23, 2018, 05:14:57 AM
I almost want them to ban it, so we dont have to hear about this anymore.
1776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Benebit ICO Busted, Any One Invested In This ICO? on: January 23, 2018, 05:13:50 AM
Hopefully no one lost their money, sad to see scams. Always ruining the space.
1777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The END is NEAR! on: January 23, 2018, 05:12:36 AM
There are so many options for Amazon. Would be nice to see them accept Bitcoin, but we are still a bit away. Cryptocurrency is just getting into a more popular phase, we have to be at least 5 years out of the way.
1778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market correction on: January 23, 2018, 05:04:30 AM
The market is very over evaluated. Coins dont have much utility right now, and most of these ICO's are shit. We will see a correction for sure.
1779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what are the most profitable signing campaigns? on: January 23, 2018, 12:09:00 AM
The most profitable sig, would be one that you sell yourself. You can go to the service section and offer it yourself, and then have people buy slots. However you will want at least a Member account to do this profitably.
1780  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: future on: January 23, 2018, 12:05:40 AM
It is really hard to tell what new companies will start accepting it. It is too violent for companies to accept it. However some processors exist that can exchange it 1:1 which isnt that helpful imo.
