$ 13k per coin seems legit Grin lol

Cap $ 27,823   $ 13,739   2.025154 / 42 Coin

I was pointing out the chart, it was something mad like 500BT per 42 when it was released. There is pretty much zero demand for it.

So this is the coin that at , cough , 0.00015246 , was supposed to make 4.5 billion people happy?
Oh , wait , women and diamonds , right?
The whole market cap of the coin can't buy you a tiny diamond , and you we're still arguing with me about the downtrend that this coin can't get out of?

I agree the whole women and dimaonds thing is a little far fetched. Almost all the alts are heading down, people are dumping them on the exchanges. The test is wether the community can survive or not.

the less coins the more value. Its as simple as that.

Take a look at a 42coin chart. There needs to be demand for more value.

Hey guys, sorry for not getting back sooner, I've been swamped among other things, I was unable to make the call, Thursday-Fridays and Mondays are terrible for me as by the time I'm free it's out of office hours. I'll be making a quick phone call today to try and move forward with this.

This is exactly what this forum needs. I hope you can generate some revenue from ads to recompense you for your work.

I'll be checking it out!

I think the diversity is causing this fall Smiley So many new coins come out but the demand still low in comparison... when something big will happen in the society we will see Rush 2.0 like it was in November/December !

ps: something big like US or EU collapse, US like URSS(in many smallest countries) and EU like before the EU. We never know what will happen in few years.. imagine USD, EUR or YEN will crash... look what happened in Cyprus, when people can't take the money back from ATMs. The panic will be huge if Spain or Italy hits the same crises.
interesting,I hope you are right, but I still have nothing to say about this coin,just...so sad

You hope that large economies collapse and that people can't get cash from ATMs? Or that there will be a new rush?
The easy money has been made my friend, the next push of cryptos will likely be a lot slower and less manic. Who knows I could be wrong though.

There is too much collective inertia invested in the current paradigm. It will shamble on.

1630  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for a Lawyer/Solicitor (European law) on: March 14, 2014, 07:12:42 PM
Ah Sad I can't help with that, I have some knowledge when it comes to EU and CE, about legal procedure when it comes to company registration and anticompetitive regulations and what's not (thing you usually see in an MBA or equivalent, but for such procedure I can't help sorry.

On the other hand I can suggest you to try other media such Reddit, either posting on the law section there or try jobs4bitcoin section Smiley Goodluck

NB: Good it's in the UE because the period on which if you are not delivered the promissed goods is small and regulated compared to other areas such as the NA, and the company should either deliver the goods once it gets an official notification, or reimburse everything it owns you + damage unless they fill for bankrupty or restructering plan.

Thank you Kuroman, the information was really useful. Do you have a tipping address? I don't have anything right now, but I'd like to be able to thank you in the future Smiley

Is it business related?

Yes, it is to do with goods paid for but not delivered.

I think I might have tracked down the scumbag on ebay - http://www.ebay.com/itm/700-GH-s-KnC-Jupiter-Bitcoin-Miner-November-Batch-In-Hand-/321349851537?

Item location: Cluj-Napoca, default, Romania
Seller:           dehnnon (3 )
email:            t13hydra@gmail.com
paypal account name: Istvan Miklos
facebook https://www.facebook.com/t13hydra

I bought the KNC for the buy-it-now of $500  (for some scammy reason the listing itself says some nonsense about the winner paying $6000, clearly out-of-wack with any ebay/paypal policies). It will be interesting to see what happens, and if this is the same person - which I think it is.

any idea how i can catch him in a paypal loophole?

If that's the email, then it's likely him. I don't know about the PayPal loophole, but I'll mention this in my phonecall to the lawyers. I'll see about phoning them in the car on the way home tonight.

Thanks again for taking your time to do this, bts.

It's really no problem. I'm just sorry I haven't followed this up faster.

Anyone know how to get a hold of John K? When he was holding btc for the forum, someone got him. I guess 100 BTC is not important enough for those that know him personally.

I wouldn't know for sure, but I'd guess that all attempts have been made by now? Really we only have to hope that John will do the right thing. Or that he is okay if he has been hit by a bus or something.

There is no way John would have forgotten about this, as he wasn't holding very much else in escrow. My *guess* would be that he has had some hardware failure making him unable to retrieve them. Last time I checked the escrow address the btc were still sitting there untouched.

Looking forward to PoS. I don't hold many other than what I've mined, so it should be interesting seeing a PoS coin firsthand.

Okay guys, I haven't finished the collation, but I'm going to go ahead and speak to the lawyers tommorow to get things moving in terms of what the options are.

Thought you'd appreciate the update.

Which pool would be the best to mine 42 now?

I've been avoiding coinpool.de - the admin has been ignoring all my messages and emails.
I send him mail to, also ignored

May be worth a scam accusation? But it seems that he's just lazy and doesn't care. Perhaps this is the same thing when people's coin is involved.
maybe, was that the pool that minimum autopayout for 42 was 1 coin?

I don't know I only did one manual payout- stupidly locked my account with an incorrect password and there is no way to reset or unlock the account. Probably not much in there, but still annoying.

1640  Economy / Services / Looking for a Lawyer/Solicitor (European law) on: March 12, 2014, 09:18:46 AM
Hi,

I've been in touch with a big law firm, but I wanted to ask around to see if there are any solicitors or lawyers familiar with EU law that might be interested in taking on a case.

It's to do with a group buy organiser absconding with assets and not refunding. We have a lot of information collated, I've been spearheading the organisation of it.

Before I continue with my law firm, I'd love to hear from someone in the community that may be willing to take on the case.

Thanks.
