1701  Other / Meta / Re: Question About Spamming on: October 11, 2017, 02:27:31 PM
Even if you post 100 post per day as long as you're on topic that will help or answer the topic or question provided then it wouldn't be called as Spam. It may be called Post Bursting but if it's on topic then it's fine. Just as hilariousandco said above that it only takes one post that may consider you as a spammer because if it's not on topic or not helpful at all then better not post it because you're just spamming the forum with nonsense.
1702  Economy / Economics / Re: Is NOW the best time to buy or enter in bitcoin? on: October 11, 2017, 01:23:01 PM
If you are having a financial problem, then it is the right time to join or enter in bitcoin. If you have enough money, then it is the best time to invest because the bitcoin value is increasing. So i suggest for you to join here in bitcoin and invest.
You can always join bitcoin even if you don't have any problem on money because it will be a great help for you once you get into trouble especially on your business or any monetary issue. There is no right or wrong time to join or invest on bitcoin as long as you can hold those so you won't lose anything especially when you invest on it.
1703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people left their full-time employment to go into Bitcoin? on: October 11, 2017, 12:16:01 PM
I do not know how many people leave their full-time jobs to go to bitcoin because in my neighborhood there are only three people of my family who join bitcoin, one has a full-time job and two are still in school, I also have a full time job now and I only make bitcoin as an additional income, but next year I decided to quit my job and focus on bitcoin because bitcoin gives a good profit and easy to do, so we have more time to fun
I don't think that leaving your full time job to focus on bitcoin would be a good idea since you can never expect how the price of bitcoin will change in the coming days so your income will be affected if you you do that. Better have a full time job that has a consistent salary to provide your everyday needs. Anyway, I know some people that leave their school and work at a fastfood chain and do bitcoin so he can earn money and provide his daily needs.
1704  Economy / Economics / Re: How to double your money using BTC? on: October 09, 2017, 05:38:44 PM
To double your  money using bitcoin, you have o trade your bitcoin to altcoins, but choose a right altcoin. Trade when the butcoin price is high and when that altcoin is at low price, so that when the price of that altcoin get higher you can now exchange it. In that way you can now double your money. The other way is to hold it and wait untill the bitcoin get higher to earn more profit.
Better yet trade your bitcoin into USD or any fiat money when there a news about bitcoin where it would affect the price in the coming days where it's currently high and buy  again when it's on its low price where it will recover in a days or weeks. Yours and mine can only be done when you have enough knowledge on bitcoins and altcoins with the latest news.
1705  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is not gambling on: October 09, 2017, 03:29:19 PM
I don't know why people say bitcoin is gambling. Its not gambling. You are investing your money and time. You use your internet. So its not gambling dealing with it.

Bitcoin is a currency.  You cant say money is gambling itself.  But if you invest your money and convert it into bitcoin,  now it is gambling.  Because you take a risk investing your money to a volatile currency hoping it would rise up in the coming days,  but you know it might also drop.  There is still win or lose in it,  so basically its still gambling.  The process is gambling,  not bitcoin itself.
According to my own analysis, converting money is called trading. Trading is different from gambling because trading is just buying but we know it risky but no bad on it, but in gambling it is like playing games or compete for chance to earn money.
Just as he just said, Investment or Trading can be associated to Gambling in such a way that you are risking something to earn more which is one of the definition of gambling. Gambling isn't only about games where you bet your money but could be everything where we risk something to be able to earn or have more of it. And other thing I agreed about on him is that bitcoin isn't gambling itself rather a currency online in other term a cryptocurrency.
1706  Economy / Services / Re: [CLOSED] Moneypot X Signature Campaign (10 Day Blitz) on: October 09, 2017, 02:49:06 PM
if anyone has already received the remaining payment from Moneypot X Signature Campaign?
please talk on this
Apparently, noone has received any Moneypot token since the ICO was cancelled and the ANN thread is already locked to ask on there about the bounty payment. All we need to do now is wait for the manager to go online and answer our questions about how we will be paid for the remaining balance since their token is out of the choices.
That is a big question if how will they pay us now? But as of today still no response from the OP.

IMHO all participants of this campaign should recieve the remaining half of the payment in bitcoins since they didn't mention in the terms that if the ICO got cancelled no one will recieve the other half, if they failed to pay the participants then the moneypot team should be tagged red
You got a point but we must wait for the manager's say on this problem before we do any harsh things. Again we must wait for the manager to get online and answer our question about this. And I agreed that we should be paid on bitcoin in the remaining half since we joined a Bitcoin payment campaign.
1707  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: October 09, 2017, 02:19:23 PM
Just my mother I guess, my friends, no one seems interested on bitcoin/cryptocurrency.
They busy updating there social media.
I always share facebook bounty ICO, but no one was brave enough to ask, what the hell im sharing.
Atleast someone cares about what you're doing specially your mom. Unlike me, People asked me what I've been doing on how I earned my money but after knowing it they just leave me do and do there stuffs and earned money as well. Like no thank or whatever and they will just chat you again when they have question about it. Atleast the one that asked you about it is your mom, your family, better to be happy about it than being used by others.
1708  Other / Meta / Re: Why my account is banned ?? on: October 07, 2017, 03:51:13 PM
I see that your account has long replies on different topics but you're not quoting on whether what post you are replying. Another thing is that you are a post bursting the forum with a little amount of time for each post. Like 1-10mins. These things are considered spamming. Other than that, I can't any more reasons so you just have to wait for a Staff member to look at your account to know the real reason but I doubt one of it is Spamming.

Edit: looks like hilarious has answered it above

1712  Other / Meta / Re: There's Anomaly happening on airdrops!! check this and Beware! on: October 05, 2017, 05:48:00 PM
Now I can understand why our two ANN topics were deleted...

We think the solution proposed by the user tamara163 is a good one.
We already limited the airdrop for newbie users (you should be Jr. Member or above and you must be registered before a certain date of last september). We may add also the request for ETH address in profile or signature. We can also request the users to send us a PM for confirmation.

Any mod please can confirm us that these measures could be enough? We would like to start our fair airdrop, thank you
Actually the problem is that the airdrop requires to post on the thread to join the airdrop which could result to spam since not all read the purpose of the topic or project since all they want is the free coin. Another problem for airdrop is the Fill-up form where they don't need to prove ownership since all they want is the username, profile link and eth or waves address where anyone can do so people just search a random username and fill-up the form where the owner of the account doesn't even know what happened.
Better to use the PM option and limit the airdrop for a certain number of person to join.
1713  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear? on: October 05, 2017, 05:30:07 PM
I believe the crypto will be a world currency but it needs a lot of years to make it happen. we know every country's enforcement about it and we can say many other countries are not crypto-supported. So if I ask, there are still plenty of improvements to make the crypto become a world currencies
Actually bitcoin is a global currency already that everyone can use even those countries that made bitcoin illegal on it can use it but can't withdraw it but still they can use it as P2P transaction. But yeah, bitcoin still needs a lot of improvements to be considered a currency that everyone will use but all I know is that bitcoin can never replace fiat money in any way.
1714  Economy / Economics / Re: Being a Smart Person or Strategic on: October 05, 2017, 05:13:17 PM
You are smart but you do not have a good strategy you will fail. If you have a strategy but you are not smart to apply it still you will fail.
Smart is not enough. You should also have the expertise to manage your strategy as well.
Balance is a good thing, even if you are not very smart.
I agree on this I once think that I'm smart enough to teach other people what this or that but after teaching them what I know, they eventually adapted and surpassed me with all their strategies and earned more than what I earned. So yeah, strategy is better than knowledge and sharing isn't always good.
1715  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Signature or Bounty Campaign anu ang mas malakas kita? on: October 04, 2017, 04:01:47 PM
They are almost the same but Signature Campaign is just a part of any bounty campaigns out there. Bounty Campaign is consists of a lot of different ways such as Blogs, Social Media Campaigns, Signature Campaign, Bug Bounty, Translation Campaign and many more which depends on what kind of Campaigns the dev want to make for his coin to be given and advertise to people.
So in short, you can get a lot on Bounty Campaign if you joined for all of them.

As of this time, the ICO is set to be canceled.  Refunds will be issued in full to all parties.

We will be adding an option to state your refund address or confirm re-payment to the original sending address.  We will give sufficient time for this to be set.  Some time may be needed to coordinate with the escrows to issue all the payouts.

For the sake of privacy, I ask that you PM me or e-mail support@moneypot.com for any questions you may have or assistance needed in this process.
What will happen to the half our payments if the ICO is cancelled?  Will we be getting paid in bitcoin? Just curious since the ANN thread is locked already.
Thanks and Regards.

This would be a good project that I hope to succeed especially if they made partners with some project to make sure to that they are secure. Especially with all the phishing links, scammers, and hackers lurking around the crypto world. If this project leave up to what I have expected then I would definitely invest even if the price is high.

1720  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: September 22, 2017, 03:04:04 PM
I try to stay calm and do a great research on the altcoin i lost alot on. If it has chance to come back up, is the team still actively working on it, does the product still solve some problems in real use case and then cut my losses and move on or just hold.
I do all that things but sometime dev working so slow. all they say is just promise
Well we think that the dev is working even though they're not is because the thing their doing isn't easy which makes them to update people slowly. Not all things are easy to solve.
Anyway, if you really trust that coin or that project then whenever there is a loss then you should consider it a chance to get more and wait for it to raise again to earn more.  It's all about trust and legitimacy of one project for it to succeed.
