921  Economy / Gambling / Re: I feel I being cheated by Primedice Affiliate and Support is like bots no help. on: July 22, 2022, 10:17:24 AM
If they are not able to handle the case themselves they should transmit it to the relevant people/team instead of saying things like "there is nothing more to discuss". Moreover it's surprising to reply that if the affiliate has actually not gambled anything yet.
I agree, the reply provided by the customer service agent may have been unprofessional as they should atleast provide other option if they can't provide or disclose any information from the account.

However, the customer/gambler or the OP should have not insisted asking for information regarding his affiliates as those cannot be disclosed.

Anyways, OP can either confirm to his affiliate if he did wagered his deposit or not. As we cannot disregard the possibility that his affiliate might have not really gambled at all.
Dealing with live support is really frustrating especially if they can’t do anything on your due to there limited authority in the game. Keep as posted if you already done the suggestion above.
Still even with their limited accessibility they should be able to provide other option to atleast give clarity on the situation, other than saying there's nothing that they could do. This is also based from my experience as a previous customer service.
922  Economy / Gambling / Re: I feel I being cheated on Primedice Affiliate and Support is like bots no help. on: July 22, 2022, 08:26:17 AM
I have one more update :
This incident made me want to dig more in looking at the statistics
And again I found something not good there referrals who wagered but got 0 commission. Those referrals from 2019 and 2017 and doesn't show last deposits.
~Snip~
I'm not sure if the reason why you are not seeing any amount on the commission tab on these referrals or affiliates is because they are not active and probably it has been reset. I've check on my account as well on PD and I also do not any amount on the commission on mine as well but I remember receiving commission on those account way back 2017 and 2018.

About first one, if you have any idea who the player is, I suggest you try and contact him and confirm if any bets has been made on his account.

Anyways, You can expect to receive an update from stunna on this post about this concern of yours.

What does that mean? One slot open? Someone else can join, is that it?
Yes, that's what he mean about it. A slot has opened up so somebody can now apply on this campaign.
And the campaign is going to extend?
Based on the spreadsheet, there's another tab for week 5 which probably means the campaign will most likely extend.

This is just from what I've understand and we can confirm this information with our manager icopress. Also, I would like to know how long will we the campaign be extending?
925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The number of hodlers on: July 17, 2022, 08:48:36 PM
In a bearish market my number one priority is holding long. When I’m looking at new investments, I always try and bet on winners that I really believe in on a long enough time horizon. The reason I do this is because even if the market collapses, I know that my investment is safe if I can just wait out the negative conditions.

Personally, at the moment  I’m heavily invested in BTC and there is no way I would consider selling. I believe in the technology and I understand the value but it may take a while for the price to reflect that.

I do something similar like you.I mine Bitcoin, work for Bitcoin in a couple of websites and also earn some from the signature campaign.I hold 50% of my earned amount in total and the other 50% I like to invest some of it and about 10-15% I gamble in trying to hit that life changing event jackpot.I have great self control,I was once addicted but it is a thing of the past.By hodling the majority of our coins we are being ready for any type of inflation, here where I live the inflation in reality is like near 33% from that 8.6% the government shows and having Bitcoin for such situation has been my insurance against this situation. That is why it is always good and advisable to hodl as much Bitcoin as you possibly can.
Having a high inflation on our society right now has affected a lot of people and having an insurance in case things go south would be the best bet. It's great to hear that you are having so much hustle on maximizing your earnings on bitcoin via multiple workloads and passive income such as mining. I am correct to assume that you also have a job for your financial expenses aside from bitcoin as you've been holding most of your bitcoin as insurance.

By the way, I have been saving and accumulating more and more bitcoins as much as possible through trading, signature campaign as well as buying more with my extra income as I can see a high possibility of bitcoin bouncing back anytime soon.
926  Economy / Gambling / Re: Good gambling tipster on: July 17, 2022, 08:25:05 PM
Nope, we don't know him. I guess the person on the video is either you or someone you know that you would want to advertise here at the forum.
I'm always extra careful of the links i click, so I didn't even bother clicking to watch the clip, but if that's not the case as said (strategy for advertisement)...i'd advice that you generally be careful with tips from tipsters, especially the one's you find on YouTube. The make these videos sometimes just to gather views just so you be reminded.
Not clicking on the link is the right move and to avoid wasting your time. But since OP even bothered to post it here at the forum, I've checked and watched it for him. The youtube channel only has a few subscribers and viewers. Also, the youtube link included is very unprofessional to be taken in as an advice, it only last for less than 2 mins since "he accidentally stop recording" another video has been posted as part 2. He didn't even bother editing it as one video instead  Roll Eyes
927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Bitcoin manage to grow over time? on: July 17, 2022, 07:52:15 PM
In the given list the most important factors that I consider as a threat to bitcoin are the cost of production and regulation.
I wouldn't say media coverage because in this world of internet almost everyone is socially connected and the news are spread instantly across the globe.
Whether it be a positive or negative news the coverage is across the globe.
On the other hand the cost of production and regulation are real threats to bitcoin which causes a correction every time it impacts bitcoin.
All the other factors drives the price of bitcoin upwards.
Regulation is not really a threat to bitcoin. Regulation is not put to bitcoin itself, it's always put to you, the user. Which means that whenever it's put somewhere, the other place doesn't have it. So, let's say they ban mining in Europe, it's still allowed in Asia or USA for example. This is why it's decentralized and why it's liked, because you can't ban everything all at once all around the world here.

FED goes out and says they increase the rate, and suddenly the dollar value increases all over the world, all due to one government organization said something. Bitcoin doesn't have that, no matter what one nation does, the other doesn't have that and that's how it works so well for us.
Regulations does really impact or could be a threat to bitcoin and it's users. Yes, Bitcoin is a decentralized coin however with the multiple banning being made by different countries affects the value of it as it limits the accessibility of it's depending on banning made by a country. What may have been ban on a country could still be done on another country but it creates limitations as cause trouble for it's users.
928  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Another KYC requirements ng coins.ph? on: July 17, 2022, 07:30:08 PM

929  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID had widened the gap between world's richest and poorest on: July 17, 2022, 06:59:31 PM
It has and even the charts and reports show how the rich got significantly richer and the poors' situation didn't change or in quite a few cases got worse.  Furthering the gap even more now is inflation.
It's not really shocking to hear knowing that the most who got affected during COVID season are those who in the lower class or poor people. It's already hard for them to get a job much more losing one. Companies may have lost some of their businesses and profits but their employees lost jobs. Also, people who are rich has much more option to earn such as investments, connection, businesses and many more. However, Poor people mostly rely on their salary on their jobs to get by their day which has been taken away by the pandemic.

PS. I don't think is that great for me to be convinced to bet on GSW. Also, I think he is a warriors fans
932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's faceless identity is the greatest Bitcoin success strategy on: July 17, 2022, 05:21:58 PM
Not only his/her/their face, but the fact that we don't know for sure what Satoshi's political views are and who Satoshi's preferred presidential candidate is and all that. All we know is that Satoshi thinks we needed uncensorable money separate from the state, and that's it.
We don't even know if Satoshi is even a person or a group of individuals or even an institution. In totality, we have little to none information as who Satoshi is. A lot of speculation and theories has arise on who Satoshi is yet none of them has been proven. This is also a good thing as we don't know what his view any topic other than what he created which is Bitcoin that has a decentralized which we has full control over.
933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: July 17, 2022, 04:33:23 PM
I think all these three casino tokens are good and are already established good reputation and market. But to choose between the three right now, I think I will not choose the one that has been risen up in value. There could be reasons that it's only a short period of hype, but I believe on other coins that has been down so much right now, I think they will recover soon enough. Not an investment advice.
If I am correct on assuming, the one that you would not choose to invest on is OWL? Upon checking on these three tokens, it looks like OWL and BFG would be the two tokens that would be better to invest on. I tried to on their chart, both of these tokens has good potential on the long run unlike TFS that very low to none movement on it's price.
PS. Not a financial advice as well.

Anyways, it will still depend on these casino if there will be more updates which will probably affect their price and value on the market. There various factors that needed to be checked at before investing. Just as what other people say, DYOR before investing.
934  Economy / Economics / Re: Avoid loan apps, a word of advice. on: July 17, 2022, 03:59:18 PM
if we dare to go into debt, I think we must return it, not to other people with relatives we have to pay
so we must avoid it if the need is not very urgent,
I've also heard from friends about the loan, it's very scary when it's late to pay it's not even due, we've been terrorized with various threats
Lending should not be taken on a daily basis whereas you request for a loan whenever you find something that you need to buy but rather it should only be taken when you have no other choice for buying what you need.

These lending and loan apps will try to take advantage to it's users especially when you have not paid on time but even beforehand there are some cases where they will be contacting you to remind to pay and in case that you were not able to answer that call, that's the time they'll terrorize you and your family or relatives.

Avoid using these apps, try to use legitimate financial services to loan what you need.
935  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Countries have banned Bitcoin; Do you believe is because of criminal activities on: July 17, 2022, 03:28:09 PM
It's more likely about decentralization of crypto and bitcoin as to why various government are banning bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Even if we know that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are being used for criminal activities but still even in fiat, criminal and illegal activities can be easily done if given enough knowledge and time.

It's more about decentralization and control why countries would ban crypto.
936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin limit supply on: July 17, 2022, 01:47:20 PM
The supply which Satoshi set up was only 21 Million bitcoins and it cannot be increased by any means but with time people lost their keys to coins and those coins are out of supply so we can say that there will never be 21 million coins in circulation.

This topic has been discussed many times and we all know the transaction fees will be enough for the miners by then so the security will be maintained and there will be usage if we see from the current time but can't say exactly what will happen in century.
Once the limit of bitcoin has been reached which is 21 million bitcoin, there will no longer be a bitcoin to be mined however miners will be able to earn through transaction fees. Yes, there won't be a 21 million coins being circulated as a lot of wallets has been forgotten, lost and accessibility issue from it's owners.

The scarcity that it will cause will probably cause various changes as it may cause Bitcoin's price to either go dip or be much more higher than what we have now. Also, since tons of bitcoin has been stored on exchange sites, there's are speculation that it is losing it's decentralization. We will just need to wait for the outcome and how this limit will affect bitcoin once we reach it.
937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Bitcoin recover even if it fell to one dollar? on: July 17, 2022, 01:00:21 PM
It depends on actual usage, demand and supply of btc at that time but you see that scenario is impossible at this time because it has to loose almost everything and nobody use it to fall to these levels like of $1 so no fun of discussing about it.

In in initial years also it didn't fell to $1 so now it's impossible and prices will rise on the opposite.
Actually, we only have limited data to even predict for bitcoin to even fall down that low. As we can how market and investors are reacting especially when the price is too low, people tend to invest more as it is considered as a chance to accumulate more and invest on it.

Just as what others said, it's almost impossible for bitcoin to even reach that low but it case it does, then it means a major problem could have arise and bitcoin cannot be salvage or recover.
938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why is bitcoin price important? on: July 17, 2022, 12:23:14 PM
Price is important, because there are people who see bitcoin as a tool to protect their money against inflation or any other kind of centralized parties' interventions. If bitcoin didn't have a decent value and growing potential on long run, people wouldn't feel incentivized to hold it and worse, they would fear using it, since the uncertainity of losing their money's value on the next second they acquired BTC would be huge.

Moreover, with a priceless bitcoin, what could be the reason for miners to keep running their operations, and consequently maintaining the network smooth and functional?

Price is important, profit is important. That is what moves a healthy capitalist society, since it's disponible and accessible for everyone.

In order to be more precise, we look at it as a means of generating profits, so its price will always take priority as the first factor to consider. I am sure that people will no longer be interested in bitcoin if it becomes stable and non-volatile.

It doesn't matter what the original purpose of bitcoin is anymore, as long as bitcoin is helping people and really useful to the world, is a profitable investment channel or a payment method...it's all just human behavior, bitcoin is still bitcoin.
It actually depends on how an individual perceive what Bitcoin's purpose is. It's price might be important as it is a means of generating profit especially for those who defines bitcoin as an investment however for others it might be safe haven to avoid centralised parties intervention on their funds.

Also, I doubt that people will no longer be interested in case bitcoin will be stable and non-volatile since there are people who longed for bitcoin to be stable as it is a currency for them. Probably there will be people who will not be interested but there are others who will be interested when that time comes.

940  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chasing a x330,000 on: July 17, 2022, 11:00:36 AM
I get that x330,000 and is hard to explain how good does it feel, i was ready to roll the last 100,000 bets and got it in 52,000. I end with a profit of 50 clams, not huge but the hit was for 494.

The lucky number i get was 00.00.01, this means this could be a x495,000 win, but you know what, i'm happy with this shot.
Congratulations on hitting your goal multiplier. You might not win much but the thrill you've felt during these  bets and hitting is an achievement that you can boast to anyone.

I have no idea why so many gamblers feel they achieved something big by hitting huge multipliers even though they won small amounts. Makes sense in gaming(Achievement hunting), but doesn't really make a lot of sense in gambling.

They are just purely numbers at the end of the day people. Anyway, to each their own as they say.
Isn't gambling also a game whereas you bet using your own money to be able earn more? Also, isn't gambling suppose to be fun and for us to be entertained?

In this way, betting on dice with a high multiplier that has a very low winning chance, you will thrilled once you've hit and won your goal.
