1741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Becoming Financially Free With Bitcoin on: August 30, 2019, 02:50:04 PM
It's a good plan but not easy to achieve. Now you have constant income in Bitcoin but for how long this might last. Many have tried but omly few succeeded to get really financially free with Bitcoin.
For that you need to earn a very good profit and store ir or invest further successfully because Bitcoin income/earning from investment will not last indefinetely.
I think that the reason why many of us are not getting it right is because we are forcing bitcoin to be what it is not, I mean forcing it be used as just store of value alone, meanwhile bitcoin is much more than just store of value but to be used as currency and  as alternative to fiat for payment. I am sure that if we had all embraced bitcoin form this point, then the story would have been entirely different from what is being told of us now.

Many of us are just here because we really want to see bitcoin grow in value, but little are we contributing to it, contributing to bitcoin is not just buying and keeping the money in the wallet, but many of us run online stores, while some of us have physical stores, how have we encouraged the use of bitcoin, by accepting it too as means of payment and then displaying the logo in our store.
1742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Swiss Crypto Banks Receive Licenses From Financial Regulator on: August 30, 2019, 01:01:14 PM
Crypto Banks? Did I miss something? Were these not completely different concepts before?
I don’t know of the one that you are exposed to, but I have heard of these crypto banks too of late and I think that they are quite growing in number, although I still don’t know how their function will be like and if we have to store our crypto with them, I believe that with time we will fully know how they actually do function.

I think in one hand, it is a very good news, because it shows that government are beginning to get more interested in cryptocurrency, because for this Swiss bank to have been approved by financial regulators, then it has gotten the highest approval from government, but on the other hand, I think we are beginning to turn the system to a centralized one and not decentralized as satoshi really made the cryptocurrency idea to be.
1743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to 100% Secure Bitcoin from Thieves / Hackers / Government??? on: August 30, 2019, 08:38:31 AM
I think that you are still good with your forms of securing your account, but that number 2 is what I personally would not do, because it is not everyone that can be as careful as you, and storing your words in multiple places will surely expose you to the risk of being hacked easily because no matter what, those keys will be there for the next 10 years, and within that space of time, you would have done so many things that may even make you forget one or two places where you have kept the words.

My best bet for anything wallet, is just for you to write it out and then store it in your back, then you probably create just an email that you will never share with anyone or any site for people to know it exist, then you keep the words in there, I think two places is much more than enough.
1744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC hacked from blockchain wallet on: August 30, 2019, 08:08:19 AM
What would you have had them done, they should refund your money because they are binance with safu fund? My dear, it is true that they are saying, there are so many hackers right now that would gain access to your account at any time if you are careless with your passwords or careless with the website that you go to.

I am also sorry to have heard your story, and thank God they dint steal more than that, there should be some sort of way that you can really trace it and I am not sure that is their  problem, if it was network bridge, I am sure that they would have been able to sort it out for you, and which may have also affected thousands of their users also, and you would surely have seen so many complains. I think you have to look for a more reliable way to secure your coin then if you no longer trust blockchain.
1745  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC the next exchange to become insolvent customers not able to withdraw fund on: August 29, 2019, 06:38:01 PM
I really do not like the exchange and I'm sure it's not just me. I signed up on the exchange and activated 2FA. Even with that I still get email notifications that my account has been logged into. I wouldn't be surprised if eventually the exit scam. Their security is poor so they are even bery likely to be hacked also.
We really have to be cautious of the exchange that we pick interest in, although this exchange started well, but I don’t know the reason for the problem they are having, this is also a big exchange and I would not be sure if they lack the profit to run the exchange smoothly r they lack expertise hands.

I stopped using them also when I discovered some of those lapses in them, and I am sure that before it go to the stage of op, they must have been showing some signs that he just did not pay much attention to, if he had paid attention to them, then he would have moved over to some other better exchanges like kucoin, coinbase, binance and maybe Bittrex, those have served their clients well ever since they were created and I am sure that they will not fail now.
1746  Economy / Economics / Re: What is behind the past few days of rally? on: August 29, 2019, 05:34:28 PM
There are rallies and bears going around all the time, you have this insane idea that bitcoin price has to keep going up, some people think like that, like bitcoin owes them some increase, it doesn't. Bitcoin could go from 10 thousand to 5 thousand to 20 thousand all the time and there is nothing we can do to stop it from doing it. Hence sometimes there are rallies and sometimes there are not and that is how the nature of bitcoin shapes up.

There is no need for a reason to rally honestly, bitcoin can do whatever the hell it wants and we would just watch it and be incapable of stopping it. If it wants to rally it will, no news no person no logic will stop it from rallying if people just get hyped and start buying all at once. That is why stop fighting it and just go along with it.
I understand every of your point, but you still have to remember that there is no bitcoin without you, bitcoin is not human to act on its own, whatever price action you see in bitcoin is as a result of our activities, if none of us out money in bitcoin, or use bitcoin for anything, bitcoin will never have seen the light of the day, and remember, aside the fact that Bitcoin’s usability is the main key, it also promises to serve as store of value to people that will use it for investment purpose.

When it comes to anything store of value, it is expected to appreciate and then give the believer or the holder the benefit of choosing the system to use as store of value, so my brother, bitcoin really owe people for making the system what it is today and if you ask satoshi, I am sure all he will do is to appreciate people and not kind of castigating them or making feel less important like you are doing.
1747  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Now the Perfect Time to Buy Bitcoin? on: August 29, 2019, 04:43:20 PM
Yeah, I got some as well and I have been collecting eth too because I am thinking that would go back to 200 bucks or so as well. Bitcoin under 10 thousand has always been a great pleasure to buy for me in the past couple months, I feel like this is gonna be one of those times when I wake up with more money than I went to bed and that is the most awesome feeling in the whole world because you were sleeping while your money worked and made more money all by itself.

Right now, buying bitcoin is a short term investment as well as a long term investment, you can make a quick buck from it in the next few weeks, or you can make a lot of money with it if you wait 6-10 months plus you can get super rich if you wait years for it. Basically if you buy right now you can sell whenever you want.
1748  Economy / Economics / Re: WHY 21 MILLION BITCOIN CANNOT SERVE THE WHOLE WORLD on: August 29, 2019, 04:07:36 PM
Theymos should definitely not be involved in this, he is the owner of the biggest bitcoin related forum in the world I will give him that but people already gave too much money to him to make this website better which I am afraid not gonna happen anytime soon so maybe we should name it something more technical instead of emotional. Mbit is not that because it is easy to say and it may not be formal like satoshi but we can just make it formal by collectively call it that and we actually do that right now.

So, putting up another name for something we have all already named in the past and have been using for years doesn't make any sense, we already figured that out years ago. However I would suggest making satoshi more known, like saying a thousand satoshi or 100 thousand satoshi should be more common.
1749  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: August 29, 2019, 03:46:31 PM
^I think it is a coding related issue more than moral reason, like "big part of bustabit experience" is not that important if you ask me because what is a bustabit experience can change drastically if you improve another side of the deal.

However, coding wise we all know that even at this stage where everything is settled and we have been using it for years, there was hacking attempts (I am calling attempts because there was one successful one I can remember but I am sure millions tried to hack it and failed) so if you do a new code change and it is that big then there could be a chance of getting hacked during the beta stage of the new code and at this height of peak investors there is really no way to put up that much money into risk to test a new code.
1750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What withdrawal fee do you consider as fair in gambling sites? on: August 29, 2019, 03:11:01 PM
Of what use is having a withdrawal fee, this  people make a whole lot of money from gambling, aside what I might have won, they have gained from so money losers. It should be made free, there’s no point having a withdrawal fee, whether fixed or based on percentage.

I remember my friend called me greedy some time ago because I mentioned this and to them, this is a way the casino sites can also generate money. I understand that the casinos given us a great gambling platform is a privilege but this is not a good reason to start having a fixed charge when it’s time for withdrawal, they could do it free for players as compensation for having them on the site.
I think that is exactly who you are and your friend is definitely not wrong. It is a business for crying out loud and it wont be wrong if they use any means possible to make their money after all, they didn’t force anyone to play on their site, you chose to do so, so you should be willing to keep up to their rules and standards.

The only aspect I am not too cool with on gambling sites is having a fixed amount. This wouldn’t give players the right to other options, I sometimes wish i had options to choose from sometimes when I am to withdraw and I feel bad having to accept the stated percentage been requested by the site without considering gamblers opinion.
1751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: August 29, 2019, 01:21:09 PM
Do not believe everything you see on practice courts guys, first of all this is training and almost all players hit almost all their shots in training and Howard was a 80%+ free throw shooter in training for a whole off season, so someone shooting well from anywhere is not an indication of how good of a player he is.

For example, check out the training videos of "Jeff Ledbetter" on youtube, dude is a player for Austin spurs in the g-league (g-league team of San Antonio spurs) and in that video you will see that Jeff Ledbetter actually shoots like hell and he never misses and the way he moves, basically dude looks like a superstar NBA player, not even just a regular NBA player, dude looks like a superstar, like above all-star level. But he is not on NBA, why? Because practice is a lot different than the game, and I mean A LOT different.
1752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you guys started to gambling with cryptos or fiat money? on: August 29, 2019, 12:51:09 PM
the start was with fiat many years ago when i was around 16 Tongue
But todays iam only paying with cryptos its my gambling money [b[]i dont really need my btc Tongue[/b]

regards
Really?you don’t need your BtC?wow you must be rich and just hanging around here for. Fun mate 😂

And don’t you have time playing physical gambling like local places or Casinos?its more enjoyable in physical gambling since there are lot of people to play with and ofcourse the ambiance as well there’s a different feeling when we are in contact outside our comfort zone
But still Gambling in gadget is so easy to do and anytime you want
I can see that you didn’t pay attention to the smiley he had in front of the comment or you do not understand him. He was only kidding and I don’t believe there’s any gambler that does not value their BTC not this time we are eagerly waiting for bull run.

I love cryptocurrency a lot but never gamble with my BTC, there are a lot of smaller coins that can be used, and being rich doesn’t not mean one would now waste money. It’s a clear joke. I protect my Bitcoin and I am very sure everyone does same. And back to the post, lets not even stage any comparison between fiat and cryptocurrency gambling because it is too clear that cryptocurrency is much better than fiat.
1753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright is official a fraud on: August 28, 2019, 06:07:26 PM
The next thing that I would like to hear now is that he was officially jailed because he is really a fraud and I knew that he wanted to defraud people more when he claimed that he was satoshi, I am sure that he was trying to get attention of people to bsv so that they can invest for the value to climb and give him the opportunity to dump that his plenty investment that he has in bsv.

I am sure that by now he would have learnt his lessons that it is not good to go about things in a fraudulent way now he will be losing a lot of money for no reason, they just need to teach him lesson more and make him spend some times in jail, maybe that will also teach some of the people that are impersonating satoshi to withdraw before they plan that which they want to do.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the difference between binary option and gambling? on: August 28, 2019, 05:31:35 PM
snip-
TLDR: Binary option require skill, gambling (usually) doesn't.
Even though the Binary option has required skills and technical analysis but in the end, they are the same with gambling thought. Yes, gambling requires only luck and maybe strategy but mostly doesn't work. A binary option is needed more capitals rather than gambling that you only spend an amount that you can afford to lose.

When it comes risk both of them has nothing difference, they are all very risky and the majority of the percentage is based on luck.
I don’t so much understand what you mean by they are both risky, gambling is not a risky game, it’s an entertainment game that is luck based and I don’t think that should be considered as risk, I have been gambling for 3 years now and I have not been under any unnecessary tension because of risk, I play my games for fun and I enjoy every bit of it.

I have a very little knowledge of binary options and do not know how risky it may be for those that are actually using it, but one thing that could probably make both look alike is the capital that is maybe probably involved. why one is risky because it’s a business related one and the other one is played with joy because it’s for entertainment.
1755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the benefit of being Satoshi Nakamoto? on: August 28, 2019, 05:14:23 PM
The far most benefit of being satoshi is that he is a guru and he has become like a semi god leady to whole lots of people and when the system finally becomes accepted, he will surely be seeing as an hero of the world and his name will forever be remembered in the financial system of the world record.

Another benefit of him being satoshi is that amount that is lying in his wallet, at this present value, do you know how much this guy has not being the owner of the coin, he is a very rich guy that has suddenly become a billionaire within a short space of ten year and I am sure that there would still be other benefits that he will be enjoying right now personally, but those who are impersonating him now only lack the knowledge and they might soon be jailed.
1756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest crypto scams and arrests of 2019 so far on: August 28, 2019, 04:34:58 PM
Wow this article is really great and made me understand a lot, there are so many exchanges that I have never even heard about that existed, like that of Japan, this is the first time that I would be hearing of such exchange and also arrest of some of the suspects, so it is not as if the government is not doing anything about the stolen funds as we think, they are actually still regulating the industry too in their own little way.

All we just need is full regulation, so that the rate of the arrest can increase, at least with this, the cryptocurrency market will gradual get cleaned of scammers and will be safe place for investors again. Those fund that has been recorded, have they been recovered, and if yes, will they be returning it back to investors or that is going into government purse because if it does, it still would not change anything then.
1757  Economy / Economics / Re: Taxless society idea on: August 28, 2019, 02:52:43 PM
You may not have a tax free world but you can certainly drop the tax rates a lot, you may just let the world be what it is and just not interfere with anything. How would a government make money? They can build roads, hospitals, do the governmental branch work for money like you get a drivers license but pay a ton of money for it, you get a new birth certificate but pay a lot for it, basically run the government like a business instead of doing free stuff and get it funded by taxes, so the people who need to do something about the government is actually the ones that pay for it and the ones that do not use government related stuff too much won't have to pay at all.

However, this creates a bigger wealth gap that poor will have hard time surviving since they need the help of our taxes to be able to live their lives.
1758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptocurrency soon be an alternate payment option? on: August 28, 2019, 12:45:43 PM
I think yes, Cryptocurrency will be an alternative payment option in the Internet world. I am sure in the future all online shop platforms will accept Crypto as its means of payment. So better than now we have to really learn about this Crypto world in order for tomorrow we can easily use it.
I think it should be this way that bitcoin a an alternative payment will expand in the future because as at the moment now, bitcoin has at least gotten to a stage where the ball has already been set rolling, we have so many store that are now using bitcoin or accepting bitcoin as an alternate payment to fiat.

We also have many governments now supporting it and there is this country that has approved the use of cryptocurrency as payment of salary, I also read news today where it was said that Switzerland banks are already partnering with some cryptocurrencies, so we are gradually expanding and in future, the expansion rate will become very high. One thing I believe about bitcoin is that the development will be higher than what we have in the past come future.
1759  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Founder of bitcoin??? on: August 28, 2019, 11:14:51 AM
^There is no difference between satoshi coming out like 5 years ago to make this claim and also coming out now, I am sure that if satoshi just wanted to come out usually like the way this guy came, he would not have waited this long to write those articles and make those confession, he is not satoshi and that Pakistan man is just looking for what is not missing, he wants to be famous, he might be a computer tech, but can never be as good as satoshi, and I am sure the real satoshi will be watching every of his step now and laughing over it.

If the real satoshi is not dead which I believe that he is not, then one day he will come our if he has not created a mini nation then because that his holding can feed a nation in future when bitcoin grows very high in value.
1760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETC fork speculation. on: August 27, 2019, 03:14:00 PM
I see that Ethereum Classic and Bitcoin SV has something similar - both want to follow the original idea, but why they are currently on the descent? Maybe coins need to improve in a time and not blindly follow some ideas?
Why are they trying to follow similar idea when they can just simply develop a new concept already and come up with a new innovation, this is part of the laziness I talked about and stealing, because all these forks are just copycat of the original coin and I see it as stealing of idea.  Any guru should be able to think out of the box and then release a project that will be entirely new to people and a project that people will like to use so that it can create high demand.

I am not the type that really sees all forks of any coin really lasting long in the market because people will eventually see their original version as a better one. Why would I use ethereum fork when I can just use the classic itself. Most of these forks are just scam.
