1761  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: August 03, 2014, 07:19:50 PM
We have unscheduled maintenance in our DC. It will take few hours at least until the machines will come online again.
We'll compensate for the down time.

Regards,
Guy

Was just about to email, which would really be too many emails from me in any one week Wink

Another shout out to the excellent support from Spondoolies and Zvisha who just spent hours on my second hand SP10 getting it working remotely. Amazing! You don't get that sort of support from anyone else in this industry. Thats why I trust that the compensation plan for SP30 will be fair, because time after time in my dealings with this company they have hit it out of the park in terms of service and delivery.

my dragon miner is down I can not sign in to it.

I was up for about 32 days in a row but now I am down.  will send a pm

+1

Mine went offline 3 hours ago according to the pool

I think they are all down, did you sign up to move your miner to the new colo?

Maybe its started already.

I was in the professional center so I left it alone. figured if it is not broke don't fix it.  Just have the 1th machine  it was running so nice.

I will wait and see what he will do.  I never was billed for the june - july time period.  I will wait for that too.

The old professional datacenter is closing down, he is transferring all miners out to the newer datacenters.

GAOYOU: Old professional datacenter
TAIZHOU: New professional datacenter
XUZHOU: basic datacenter

So If you read the email Mr Lee sent:

"all bitcoin miners in GAOYOU professional data center  will transfer to TAIZHOU (if you donot submit requirement to transfer the miners to basic data center in XUZHOU). The transfer of miner will be proceed within 24 hours "

That being said, my one that is down has been offline for 12 hours now. Must be a bit of a logistical nightmare moving all those miners.

1766  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [CLOSED] Spondoolies-Tech SP30 pre-order - Specs: 0.69$/GH + 0.46W/GH on: August 02, 2014, 12:27:56 AM
Hello, If someone would like to sell its SP30 groupby due to the latest news, I would be glad to buy it.

Waiting to set all the details with SP-Tech regarding this GB order transfers and compensation. Will post an update when I will have it.

Thanks RoadStress.

Guy and Katya told me that all I needed was the name and order number of the person wanting to sell their slot then we would just CC them on the mail until both parties were satisfied and the transfer would take place.

Best to maybe use escrow as per any sale.
1767  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: July 31, 2014, 02:25:31 AM

hardhouseinc: You already have a buyer for this device. Your word must mean something surely if everyone elses means so much. Huh

I think if i had that much hardware for 500 plus th,  I would build a private pool.  I think they would be more $$$ to be made.

But I could be wrong thats for sure.

Since this pool is 0% fee, your expected reward would be exactly the same. However, you'd have greater variance mining alone. So no reason to not mine into a pool.

This past year, I found 3 valid and 1 orphan blocks while mining at Eligius.  I have received all time payout of 78.90441370 BTC, and am at 97.37% shares rewarded.

I'm at 5 valid and 1 orphan in 7 months Smiley

If I had been solo mining I would have made 125 BTC Sad

Before Eligius I found one block at Slush's

1770  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: July 25, 2014, 05:59:30 AM
hmm, i've paid the high price for this top miner (5.4 th/s when i've ordered) to have it asap (early august). I wonder what will be the final hashrate...
I understand that's a pre-order and specs can slightly change. SP10 is a great product (1.5+ TH/S instead of 1.4). I'm sure that SP-T will compensate customer accordingly to the loss of hashrate for the SP30.

Waiting for more news from Guy !

To all the troll, we've been waiting for months for the SP30. can't you wait quietly for more few days ? grow up guyz !

They can't because they have been busting a gut waiting for any slight bit of sub-optimal news about SP so they could vent their bile built up from when they got burnt from previous bad buying decisions, or just because they missed out on the SP10 or SP30 and want to justify their decisions.
1771  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - Best W/GH/s ratio, Best $/GH/s ratio on: July 24, 2014, 02:24:42 PM
I bought a $100,000 joke. Again.

At this point I just don't believe that you have bought SP30s worth of $100k. You seem to be the only customer that can't wait a few more days for final specs.

Yep, as I posted earlier he already admitted he missed out on the SP30's when he was spamming that crap about SP50's a few weeks back.

You can see the sort of guy he is by just watching his Youtube channel videos he promotes in his sig.
1772  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S3 Discussion and Support Thread. on: July 23, 2014, 11:11:27 PM
bitmain has gained greatly in value from yesterday up to today.  the sp30 is a bust.  no one knows had big of a bust yet but it is a bust.  the ceo the the company admitted so on the sp30 thread.

so will it hash at 4th and pull 2400 watts.

it is not going to do the promised 6th.

we also do not know what the efficiency will drop to.  .6 watts  .7 watts?

this means the s-3 has jumped up in value.  How big a jump depends on how bad the sp30 turns out to be.

As a s-3 owner this will also help with the diff.

This is a very big deal and has serious consequences for the home miner.

He forgot to say the CEO also said that this would not impact delivery dates.

So if its slightly less than 6TH and slightly more than 0.5watts the overall effect will not be that different to everyone else than if they had delivered on spec.
1773  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: July 23, 2014, 06:50:15 PM

I am definitely mad bro.  Mad that I didn't get in on the SP30s.
Huh

Please allow me to clarify: I am mad I didn't get in on the fantasy SP30s - you know, the ones that don't exist.  The actual SP30s you know, the ones that don't perform, I am not so upset I missed those.

Maybe just mad period?

1775  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: July 23, 2014, 06:31:33 PM

Why are you trolling now? We need to wait a few more days for the final specs and you claim to be way way way. How do you know how much under hashrate it will be or how much over power it will be? You don't, but you are making lame accusations and you are comparing to a company that had a delay over 9 months. They said that the shipping dates aren't affected, only performance.

Edit: I do expect jimmothy to come and troll here and I understand him (he needs something to not think about his dividends), but you I don't understand.

Look, when you spend shitloads of money on these things based upon firm promises of delivery (including, delivery of performance promised), you get really pissed.

I spend a ton of money setting up a data center based upon spondoolies firm promise of certain efficiency, speed, quality.  they advertised with EXTREMELY high level of certainty they'd be different than the other guys.

Suspending sales and making that announcement about compensation isn't a small thing.  It is a big thing based on a big shortcoming.  Even though they might move mountains to please customers, they can't create money from thin air.  They have surely spent everything getting this running.  They don't have money to give back.

Spondoolies made the strongest promise of delivery imaginable.  Now, they are in trouble just like all those before them.  Even with their very good intentions, they appear to now have a serious miscalculation which will effect my operational plans.

That's not 'trolling'.  Is it true that everything said against your beloved spondoolies is trolling?

I am definitely mad bro.  Mad that I didn't get in on the SP30s

 Huh

WoW>   I wonder how hard the fucking will be in this case.

I am hoping  that 5th  at .6 watts will be the end result.

To all  that ordered I hope that you get your gear quickly.

I also hope that   you get 5th and .6 watts.   good luck to all

Maybe 4TH at 1200W but we get two of them Smiley

he already said-no

Dayum, just saw that. Ah well. Maybe the coupon route ala Bitmain.

If I know anything about Spondoolies in my dealings with them so far they will move mountains to make their customers happy.

I have had nothing by excellent service and over the top compensation for anything that went even slightly amiss in my dealing with them.

Let us see what happens but yes there is little to point to in their brief history that would make anyone think they would short their customers. At this point they have stated this won't affect delivery dates. So let us wait to see what the numbers are and what compensation will be allocated.

No way Bick, what we need is rampant speculation at this point, this is bitcointalk after all Cheesy

What exchange is the most popular for NMC?

Popular or highest prices?

Popular would be using ghash.io or vircurex.com for higher rate

Cryptsy is probably up there as well.
