Now I'll try to predict quarter-finals, it's harder in my opinion:

Spain x Netherlands
Spain has not played a convincing game to wow anyone and I wouldn't never back them to win ,foe this match am going with Netherlands To win it.

Japan x Sweden
Spot on, Japan have played with a big heart and they should go past this stage if they can win it in regular time, anything like penalties tilts the scale to a 50-50 chance for everyone!

England x Colombia
After that red card incident for England against Nigeria, I think the girls should  be destabilized & possibly mentally defeated and won't be recovering anytime soon! And with Colombias Ramirez and Linda upfront, these girls will tear the English defense and send them parking as they have over stayed their welcome and time to go back home 🏡!

Australia x France

all 4 matches are worth watching, only the England x Colombia match looks more unbalanced, but I hope we see a surprise and Colombia can play at an equal level
There are good betting opportunities now, especially Japan (2.26) vs Sweden (3.20)

Post your guesses here guys, it's nice to see your predictions too
Mate you are bold! Are you saying the host nation Australia will beat France 🇫🇷Huh I don't see this happening as these are my competitions favorites including Japan and simply the better teams by far Smiley

1763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I lost my life savings trading Bitcoin Don't be like me. on: August 08, 2023, 07:01:00 PM
Here I was thinking crypto users just buy, hodl and sell (or vice versa)their bitcoins and they call it trading  Roll Eyes..

Besides, anything that involves liquidation of a position is definitely considered pro trading as this is the more risker than the basic trading of buy low and sell high kind of trading, and reading  the write up by the OP...I want to believe this was as a result of pro trading and doing this kind of trading myself, the trick is perfecting your trading skills and getting your risk management skills on point and you should be okay!
Otherwise losing your life's saving is always going to hurt anybody but if you commit to make profits in this industry,  don't give up..keep trying but on a demo account or something.

1765  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would you use AI trading assisting tools? on: August 08, 2023, 04:55:47 PM
AI, bots whatever it is you choose to call them follow instructions or a trading plan based on what you the trader follows , and if non of the requirements are met then a trade will not be open which is the plus side...and if this is coded well it might be considered better than trading manually as emotions and fear could get the better of us which could force us to missing out on winning trades, and in this scenario a bot will be a better choice.

So as much as bots have a bad name with trading they have their advantages if they are custom made based on your strategy and not some third party trading style or bought off the shelf.

1767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or banking investment? on: August 08, 2023, 12:51:32 PM
I believe bitcoin and banks are well renounced investment platforms but many people prefer bitcoin investment despite is very risky because of high demands and rising price interest and banks on the other hand saves millions of people finances all over the world yet their investment interest is very small but less risky than bitcoin.
I don't think we have many people investing in btc or cryptocurrencies as many people out there still see a lot of grey areas that still need to be polished up.

Btw unlike the crypto industry,  the banking system is well rooted and this took alot of years for this industry to be well established and I don't think the banking system will be sidelined either...if investing in crypto today requires you to have a bank card or bank account, this still says that the banking systems are still superior in spite of the financial freedom, low transaction fees you name it that crypto has to offer! Instead of trying to separate the two, I think let both coexist!!!

Which do you preferred your money to be save in as investment? Bitcoin or bank! What's your reason?
Both systems work for me, as at times one of them turns out to be less useful because some people aren't in the know of cryptocurrencies and it's best to be prepared for such inconveniences, so I prefer both Cool
1768  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading tokens or coins, which one is better or gives more profits? on: August 08, 2023, 08:37:20 AM
The trick to profitable trading is to choose coins that have the liquidity regardless of being BTC or an altcoin, as the advantage for such is tight spreads without much of the slippage which is experienced from trading the small coins and the why do I say so, well a small move will give you good profits because of the tight spreads but if you go with these less known coins, it's most likely that spreads are wide and price has to travel a great distance to get you into profits 📈.

Btw trading small coins are prone to manipulation and markets won't travel based on supply and demand, so I would advice trading the big known coins!

Instructions seem simple enough for any body to follow.

Does one need to have canvas premium for this work or the basic plan can do justice too?
1770  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should we rely on prediction? on: August 07, 2023, 09:04:11 PM
Let me say since the beginning of this year we have been getting different prediction on Bitcoin prizes and investors too have been keeping their hopes very high on those predictions...

Those doing these predictions are having so much expectations and they said, Bitcoin will recover to $25k in 2024 and then rise to $45k in 2025 them by 2030 Bitcoin will get to $69k. Other crypto analysts suggest even higher price targets ranging from $100,000 to $1 million, but we should keep in mind that all Bitcoin forecasts are predictions. CLICK HERE
Predictions are normal, but unfortunately very few people are profitable in this trading business because it's difficult to know where the markets are headed and the fact that everybody is being bullish on what market is about to do says we aren't being honest enough with these predictions as there is no way price could head in one direction without going the otherside!

With all these being said I feel is time we face the reality that all these are just predictions, is under probability.
Any pro trader will tell you that when it comes to trading,  for an outcome to to happen as anticipated it has a 50% chance and we can't always be right about these markets...so definitely it's a probability game!!

1772  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Spot trading or future trading which trading is best for beginers? on: August 07, 2023, 04:22:20 PM
Generally trading is pretty much the same regardless of type i.e spot trading, futures trading, perpetual you name it, if you know how to trade you can conquer all.

But in this case, Spot trading is definitely the easier of the two especially  that you can trade on the basis of what you see is what you get, and the fact that the execution options are straightforward to understand and assets are those that we know... Spot trading is your go to here.

Am looking at these stats and wondering how England has better looking statistics  Embarrassed but from what am seeing on the screen, Nigeria has looked more threatening in front of goal and generally looked more hungry to win this game..are we going to be getting a goal in normal time, I don't think so, penalties could be the decider here as the game isn't presenting any chances in open play...

-snip-
I support you on this my friend, Nigeria is my preference on this but the England team should not be underestimated too as they are always on fire on the pitch as well. As things are now, they are dominating the Nigerian team in possessions but it's still good that the African side is holding them tightly, there is no way to score for pn both sides now and it's already the 59th minute. If the Nigerian team could not score, let them hold the defence tightly and try their luck with the penalty. This is because, with the pressure the England team are now mounting, it could be dangerous if they relax. Who knows, the penalty shoutout might favour them.
England is showing a sense of desperation which is forcing them to make mistakes and not allowing  themselves to play freely...if Nigeria can capitalize on this we could get a result 😉 in their favor  Cool.

***Oh Boy Daly of England almost got a goal, the game is alive ***
1774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 on: August 07, 2023, 07:11:11 AM
In less than 5 minutes from now, England  and Nigeria lock horns in the bid to get into the quarter finals, and with so many surprising results coming from this competition already,  I honestly  see Nigeria ( the super falcons) 🇳🇬  getting passed the "The Lionesses 🇬🇧 " because women's football seems to favor the underdogs and they want it more!
Though the last 16 has seen the bigger teams pulling the big results... But Nigeria seems to be the best African team out there and they want to carry this flag for them which should be enough motivation for them and I would like to see them beat the over hyped English team to make history!

Prediction: England 🇬🇧 0-1 Nigeria 🇳🇬

This community shield was a total disappointment. These two clubs should be the best that PL has to offer and they showed nothing in first 75 minutes. That 2 chances we had ended up with Havertz and he proved once again he is not a finisher. Loads of players that disappointment me and not a single one that really looked good and made me say, I have to have this guy in my team.

Edit: Should have complained sooner, Palmer with classic Mahrez specialty.
Totally agree!

For a community shield,  this definitely looked like a friendly match without the big names in the game!
And for me personally, this was below par for a game that looked like will have a lot of fireworks as the renewed their rivalry with the Premier league just around the corner...honestly just disappointing!

Otherwise very unfortunate for City who might have already started celebrating 🍾 prematurely without securing  their victory,  good to see some silverware go Arsenals way!!
1777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A advise to my friend about his decision on: August 06, 2023, 08:46:13 PM
Tbh this sounds like one of those stories that are too good to be true!

So a grieving friend had all the time to hear what the lawyer was reading to the family and also catch the bitcoin part which was of no interest to him and later narrated all this to you? Btw, if he wasn't happy with his inheritance,  don't you think he wouldn't even remember the name as it had little significance to him Huh

Anyway, it's only you who knows this is factual and if it is, you did well to open his eyes to the new emerging technology of money and hope your buddy did more research on cryptocurrencies using the internet  Wink

1780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A person who won 600k$ in lottery on: August 06, 2023, 05:25:37 PM
What would you do if one day you won the lottery?
The day you decide to play the lottery,  I think everyone has a rough idea of what do with the money 💰, probably secure a nice house, car and vacation and see how you can reward a few friends and family depending on the pot, but all these plans might go away once money hits bank account lol.

What are you planning to buy and who do you want to include in your success?
Nothing beats sharing your success with close friends and family!!!

There is a seller in the market who if you ask him, he will never be stingy with the money he will win. This is the reason why the luck with which he achieved success withered like a vegetable and disappeared like a bubble. This person is known as a helpful and caring person as he sells vegetables. And when he was making a profit from his sold vegetables, he never lost his mind to bet on the lottery every day for 10 years.
Like I said, consistency is the name of the game! And with all the loses over the years of trying, happy for him that he got rewarded and unfortunately less than 1% of people have this kind of luck Tongue

yes, you're right after 10 years of patiently betting on the lottery he unexpectedly pulled out the numbers he always bet on the lottery worth around 600k$ more.
In the world of gambling they say if you don't play you can not win, and the day you don't play is the day your numbers come up.. which is why consistency is the trick to win the lottery...don't give up keep trying!

The joy on his face is indescribable. Because this is an unusual event in his life. In his nature of being helpful and caring for his family, he did not forget to help and reach them with the amount he won in the lottery.
Something any sober minded person should do!!
