1061  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's first tweet since 2018? on: October 05, 2023, 07:49:25 PM
I would consider this account compromised at this point with the change of hands of the company!

And with Musk at the wheel, I can only imagine how much data his been mining on this account trying to put a face to the name especially that twitter does IP log on its accounts...

You can go back and check the tweet again, you'll see that there is a community note that states that the account isn't being run by Satoshi.
Saw something in line of Craig Wright hacked the account etc and that's how I closed the x tab knowing very well this account isn't associated with Satoshi .

The problem is bounty hunters want to treat every bounty project the same, you find that a bounty project they were part of pays early or escrows funds with a bounty manager and they expect the next one will follow the same procedure which unfortunately isn't the case.

Bounty hunters need to understand that some projects at the time of coin offerings actually don't have their coins minted as coins supply might be determined by the sells made and at this point irfan_pak10being the BM for such a project has no control of the distribution.

Perhaps these should be inked in bounty managers terms of service for all participating members to know of and not paster him/her for things out of his control as his responsibilities start and end from somewhere.

This just shows how gamblers can be greedy at times!

Can you imagine her reaction had she won this bet...she would have been on top of the world telling everyone how gambling is such a blessing and she will be gambling more as she has found a way to make money online..now things didn't go her way and she's calling it bad lol.

Otherwise gambling makes grown a*SS men and women cry which shows that your emotions and mental strength count, better luck next time lady  Cool

1067  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig "Faketoshi" Wright saga continues. His team turns against him. on: October 04, 2023, 10:15:16 PM
Finally people are seeing the bS coming from these Fakes!!
Btw, such people are toxic characters for the crypto market and these shouldn't be entertained anywhere near any media house for gear of spreading lies!! Am saying this because he can easily bluff about dumping coins to cause a crash, or throw something in the public like I will pull the plug on Bitcoin and markets will go down because not everyone is privileged with information on how BTC works and people are so naive to believe such a bluff.  Craig your days of milk and honey are over...
1068  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Utopia P2P Ecosystem 💎 Poker Client - Review Campaign 🔎 on: October 04, 2023, 07:40:09 PM
Like everybody who has tried the game here, I had an appointment for some midweek poker and because it was Champions League week I was unable to enjoy these games on my handheld device since its not yet developed/enabled but I had my laptop to play my game. Upon login in into my utopia client, its easy to find the games which are located in the top menu bar for anybody trying them out,  and with the new update love the color facelift of the utopia client...and btw didn't notice any heavy load on my system while running the app which is a plus, and while I was waiting for players to get to the table had the opportunity to get on the CRP airdrop program with a few clicks which was a good way to get coins to play some poker later on.

Otherwise it was game time, table I found had 1 player of which it was a fair game of rounds though the waiting times can be improved from the time I get to call/fold or raise as it takes forever to pick up the input.

My suggestion-Poker is enjoyed if the table is full and probably to archive this some fortnight games with good jackpots can be organized to try to stimulate traffic onto the platform .

But overall had a good run, winning several of my hands
**will wait to see if other players will be joining me Cool **
My game history:
Code:
Dealer: Hand: #293131560020063420: BTCwoodx wins pot (0.00392)
Dealer: Hand: #298149301200189552: BTCwoodx wins pot (0.01176)
Dealer: Hand: #298538882248454842: Notogo wins pot (0.00784) with cards Three, Three, Ace, Ten,
Dealer: Hand: #298848120236606242: BTCwoodx wins pot (0.00784)
Dealer: Hand: #299973403622392766: Notogo wins pot (0.002)
Dealer: Hand: #300033532809556866: Notogo wins pot (0.1858864) with cards Ace, Ace, King, King, Ten

And I experienced the Error 1003 when a new round started wonder why it shows up, but overall I enjoyed the game

1069  Economy / Reputation / Re: In Defense of Retaliation-Inspired PMs and Royse777 Camp Management's Reputation on: October 04, 2023, 05:33:08 PM
As humans, we are prone to make mistakes no matter how careful we can be , mistakes will always be made as its in our DNA...

Royse777 being human might have made some mistakes in the past of which he has paid for financially in trying to repair the damage done and redeeming himself over the years. But should these mistakes haunt him forever, no he/she deserves a second chance as his in good standing with the forum as can be seen by the several projects making use of his services running for several months without problems which is commendable!!

If anything, campaign management services are seasonal and at the moment his services are currently among the most sort after which shows how much work his put in rebranding him/herself to get a clean sleeve in terms of reputation.
All in All is a great manager. Cool

1070  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you have any methods to do it? on: October 04, 2023, 04:24:06 PM
I am in crypto for a few years and i have good knowledge of the crypto markets and their behavior. For the past few years, I am mostly invested in some top crypto project and held it till I get decent profits. You can say i am a holder.
Yep you are a hodler and seems you are invested in alts too which is a good strategy when it comes to spreading risk Smiley

Now i want to try something different. I want to try day trading methods to generate a daily income from the spot market.
With the few years of trading I have to my name, I would discourage anybody trading with an intention of generating a daily profit as this could lead to revenge trading the second you record a loss , and knowing that you can not win on every day best to target a 5-20% ROI depending on account size.

Is that even possible to earn 50$-100$ every day with spot trading? If yes then what methods you are using and how do you manage your risk?
Very much possible but this depends on account size, and your skill to read chart's as this will give you a better standing on whether to buy or sell the market.

1072  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bc.game not honouring deposit bonus on: October 04, 2023, 08:32:09 AM
Wasn't allowing the image in the first post for some reason.

This line saying "Get 100% bonus on minimum of xxxxx LTC deposit" disqualifies it from being a first deposit bonus because the description doesn't say it and such offers never appear on deposit tabs...even if they did it should show T&Cs to qualify for the bonus!

From the screenshot shared, this 100% bonus message is structured in a way to get players topping up their accounts with the minimum amount displayed, and if they can't honour this mistake best to correct this with matched bets/rolls to affected players and remove this from the deposit page!!

Out of curiosity what message shows up when you hover/click on the green i button ??

• BC.GAME management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior.

I mean, the casino is in the right to do it, but isn't cool at all the fact that they offer a bonus that isn't valid.
These terms always protecting the service provider, which sucks!!

What happened to customer comes first...
1073  Economy / Economics / Re: Early Retirement [Pros and Cons] on: October 04, 2023, 07:34:09 AM
Reading the snippet of the article kind of screams people that opt for early retirement are people that are just in need of a good vacation to get their batteries recharged for a new challenge and not that they needed to retire...am pretty sure such people miss the sense of belonging, the sense of being a team player that is required to do their part of a project to progress otherwise when that phone rings less, your friends/colleagues get too busy for you such that you seeing people less can affect your psychology and want you to get back working says retirement isn't for you.

But if you got into the job market for money and get to have it, I see no reason to stick around when you can spend this time with family and maybe run your own business with your own term's.
1074  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is this fascination with claiming to be Satoshi Nakamoto? on: October 03, 2023, 11:58:47 PM
Besides the fame that comes with being identified as the real Satoshi...I think these guys are obsessed of claiming this identity because of greed of which they can easily monetize this fame and it all starts with selling the world a fake identity !! It might not seem obvious but several news outlets , brands , technology companies would want to be associated with such a name especially that Bitcoin has become a household name so these guys want to make an easy score.
1075  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop discouraging people from Bitcoin... on: October 03, 2023, 10:58:32 PM
I have noticed something about some people in this forum...

Why is it that everytime a newbie shows his or her interest in trading Bitcoin, some people will always try to discourage the newbie?  You see them saying things like “Bitcoin trading is not for newbies”
Probably users that say such are looking out  for anybody that would want to trade for the first time and instead of jumping into the deep end of the pool, the are saying try the baby pool to accumulate some confidence and experience...then go ahead and trade with the big sharks Smiley

Besides they say experience is the best teacher and if someone learnt the hardway and trying to guide others onto the right track of learning risk management, managing emotions etcetera would we say this is bad advice?? Definitely not!!!

None of us here was born a professional trader, fact is that we all had to start from somewhere. We were all once a newbie, until we started learning and putting in the work.
Totally true, but trading shouldn't have the same story of I lost money before I knew how to trade...let's change the narrative by learning the skill then attack the markets to make some money!

Bitcoin is for everyone, and no one should be left behind.
Thanks.
Indeed it's for everyone but how you choose to get the Bitcoin would tell if you can survive the markets.
1076  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are the most effective campaign methods in 2023? on: October 03, 2023, 09:50:30 PM
As there are multiple ways to get your crypto project to the public, but what are the recommended ways now adays?

The most obvious has to be the use of social media(facebook,x, tik tok etc)

Other unexplored options has to be the use of ads on high-traffic websites like crypto news websites, block explorer websites, or ads on YouTube etc

But when it comes to tapping into the power of this forum, your options range from Signature campaigns, product reviews via beta testing or article reviews, bounty campaigns which is actually a big package of all kinds of social media marketing...

Afaik ones budget will usually determine what options you can explore, but if you looking for a solution to get your project out there good luck hope you found something that will help from the suggestions given on this thread  Cool
1077  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you deal with financial stress? on: October 03, 2023, 09:27:09 PM
Maybe I'm stressing out too much because I'm yet to find proper housing to establish myself again after being away for over a year in the military. I'm generally an anxious person myself, but does anyone else feel the same, and how do you deal with it? How do you stay optimistic?

They say when the going gets tough, the tough get going...

You are not alone buddy, when life gives you lemons make lemonade out of it...things might look like they have reached breaking point but trust me there is always an explored option and keep your head held up high and the breakthrough is bound to happen...if you have family around try reach out to them as this is at chip at your disposal while you look  for proper housing and other resources to help you get things together.

Economic and financial conditions are of course increasingly difficult to predict, many types of investments going bankrupt means we cannot depend on one or two types of investments, continuing to look for business and investment opportunities is important for our finances to continue to improve.
I agree with you!

Reliance on one source of income does put financial stress on you as you can do so little yet demands are high, and the only counter measure is to introduce more streams of income to cushion all this pressure on ones pocket!
1078  Economy / Economics / Re: What would you do in this situation? Invest or save? on: October 03, 2023, 08:35:56 PM
If you have been saving for such a long time to get to $15000 then why stop or giveup now when you can see the finish line Huh

Besides if you change plans in the middle of a mission then am affraid that the long term business plan you have had for a long time might fail too as you can't stick to the initial one !!

Btw if you are short by $5000 then you can keep saving till you have the full amount as you have planned for this and know how long it took you to get here and you won't play around with the business once it takesoff....so I would keep saving to avoid changing my investment plans.
1079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 7000+$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: October 03, 2023, 07:55:45 PM
You guys watching Newcastle? I'm ready to see United lose tonight.
United are playing an impressive game tonight & should win too, and its safe to say they are very unfortunate to have conceded with that Dalot challenge that lead to a Zaha goal  Roll Eyes

Other surprising results so far:

Bayern Munich's game goalless against FC Copenhagen at the break of halftime
Arsenal drawing with lens 1 all (Halftime)
Inter goalless as expected  Grin (Halftime)

Real Sociedad won against Salzburg ouch  Cry
1080  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Let me rant a little: Coinbase fraudulently enriches itself on: October 03, 2023, 07:24:47 PM
EarnOnVictor you are right on this fraudulent behavior, it might look like a small amount when looking at it from an individual point of view, but when we take into account the number of users that it servers(was serving) it's not less than 20 million dollars begging to be swept off these accounts after they close shop.
Tbh if they wanted to leave with a clean sleeve to their name they would have deliberately asked every one with small amounts to provide addys to receive the satoshis so that they cover fees on the house  Roll Eyes
