181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Losses in trading are nothing but Business expenses on: September 21, 2021, 08:59:42 AM
Nope, losses is losses no matter what, what would it do if you were to say that those losses are just business expenses? Would it make things much easier to accept the losses? I don't think so because it adds stress in you because you're classifying losses as a different thing when in reality and in the end, it's just losses.
182  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is crypto trading different from forex trading. on: September 21, 2021, 06:35:53 AM
Yes it's different, the volatility as the biggest difference between the two. Plus, it's probably more profitable to do crypto trading than forex trading.
183  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you already noticed about the changing of identity verification of Binance ? on: September 21, 2021, 06:01:23 AM
You can just do the level one verification of Binance, it's not like you're shelling in and out thousands of bitcoin, their most basic one is already good enough with 2 bitcoin as the largest withdraw limit for the day.
184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Karnataka ( A state in India ) they introduced bill in assembly to ban o.gamblin on: September 20, 2021, 04:33:03 PM
Suuree it's to "wean citizens away from the vice of gambling" BUT "it does not include lottery or wagering or betting on horse races run on any race course within or outside the state." It's not for the sake of people, but for money, to keep the money flowing to lottery and horse races. #Feelsbadman for Karnataka slots players!
I think you guys can still get away with a VPN, but DWYOR.
Wean citizens huh? That's the most BS bill I've seen although I understand the hypocrisy behind it since lottery and the other mentioned games are backed by the government. I don't think wean is the right word because there's definitely no weaning in this one since people can just go for a horse race for their gambling fix.
185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jamel Herring vs Shakur Stevenson on: September 20, 2021, 03:28:06 PM
I would put my money on Herring on this one. He's got the upper hand when it comes to height, reach, and experience.
A former US Marine, for sure that guy is built even harder than Stevenson.
I wouldn't be surprised if this would be Stevenson's first loss. Cheesy
It's a different story in the ring, you can't fight like a Marine in a boxing ring, you're only using fists that's nerfed and buffed in a way and it's not a fight to kill so it would be hard for Herring to not kill Stevenson, although the toughness would definitely be a big help, not to mention the mental acuity of a Marine is something else.
186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impact of underage gambling? on: September 20, 2021, 02:49:59 PM
So often at times, we are always warned not to allow kids to get involved in gambling and one of the major reasons is that gambling is a highly addictive activity, but in recent times we see how young folks are making a positive impact and making money for themselves through the cryptocurrency space.
What is the best age a kid should get involve in online crypto gambling and what is your recommendation for that?
Just because a lot of young people make money in crypto space doesn't mean that we allow them to gamble, I think that underage gambling is still a problem no matter what medium they use, remember that underage should be the stage where they develop interest and skills.
187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice 101 on: September 20, 2021, 02:10:53 PM
Then where do you get that instructor that shall teach you the best strategy in dicing? Look, everyone is telling about dice is a luck-based game and even if you have someone on your back as your instructor, he'll just teach you the casual way of betting on it but there's no actual strategy that can beat the game.
Probably in that casino as well, I mean those stuff that they mention about things regarding dice arw just old wives tales that just persisted to this day and with the persistence comes the coincidence which made things much worse because now they think that the old saying was true even though it's just a coincidence.
188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Hafthor Bjornsson vs Devon Larratt on: September 20, 2021, 01:15:51 PM
It was a fun match although, I have only seen some highlights, I think they made a good show of strength but it seems that Hafthor did get the win in this one. Hopefully we see more of this, strongmen try their strength in a boxing match.
189  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fundamentally good coins on: September 20, 2021, 10:35:50 AM
I think Ethereum and Bitcoin is my top pick and another would probably be BNB, given how big Binance is and the potential that it can grow more despite a lot of issues, I think it's worth getting at least some to hodl and wait for profit.
190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I turn my $200 to $20000 on: September 20, 2021, 09:47:48 AM
from what I see you didn't transform $200 and, $20,000 doing day trading, what you did was you were lucky to have found a project where you invested $200 and that same project had a big increase capable of transforming your $200 at $20,000, that's buy and hodl, when you tried to day trade you lost $5000. and that's what I'm realizing. well my advice would be for you to practice trading with a small amount and continue to invest in projects that can give you returns similar to what you got
In a way though, OP did turn the 200 to 20k still, it's still a win plus doing only trading won't get you anywhere especially if you're not really good at it, OP decided to risk diversification and it did pay off.
191  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Goldario- ponzi scheme promising 200%+ profit! on: September 20, 2021, 08:58:42 AM
~~~
Yep, they are still alive and kicking, but I dont think that they are doing fine. ICO price of GLD was 1 USD and currently it's around 0.07 USD which is a 93% drop, meaning everyone that invested got rekted badly. Add on that all those that bought GLD during that pump when price went up 1000% and you got quite a few people loosing their money over this scammy project.
Hopefully they stop doing this BS and move on and do something legitimate. I feel bad to those people that bought when the pump happened and at the same time doesn't know about Goldario and how they are a pump and dump scheme, this is what they get for not doing some research before investing.
192  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: scammed by freebitco.in on: September 20, 2021, 06:37:26 AM
For faster response, maybe you can explain to TheQuin what actually happened since they said they detected something "fraud" with your account. Sending a ticket to support would be another way to get response, but i don't it you will get it soon. Freebitcoin has been on crypto industry older than my account, which obviously they have their reason to ban your account.
I agree that there's a reason for banning the account but sometimes there's other sites as old as Bitcoin damage their reputation so I don't think that it's not that impossible that the accusations are true. Hopefully this will be resolved because if not, there's hell to pay for not doing so.
193  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitsler IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM on: September 20, 2021, 05:26:23 AM
Follow the scam format and provide some screenshots for evidences that you were really scammed by Bitsler, it's just for formalities and to make it easily readable and at the same time verify that you really did got scammed.
194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you want to quit trading ? on: September 18, 2021, 04:51:06 PM
If I feel like it's not fun anymore, probably I would consider quitting but it's one of the few ways that I make my money, I have to probably wait some time before I consider quitting, maybe finding another way to make money could go a long way.
195  Economy / Reputation / Re: BADecker is one of the most dedicated and successful trolls on the forum on: September 18, 2021, 04:05:58 PM
You know what we do with trolls? We ignore them and not make a topic about them because that's exactly how they thrive, through the spread of the word about their work and how they made someone mad to the point that they made a topic about the troll.
196  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hubble Token -Absolutely plagiarism and Fake team on: September 18, 2021, 02:55:50 PM
fuck you!!!!!!!!!!
You good OP, you don't seem to have any reason to say that stupid stuff to anyone and it's not directed to anyone and there's no context as to why you're going to say this. Are you an investor or a big stakeholder in this token?
197  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1XBIT SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!! on: September 18, 2021, 01:38:53 PM
Gamblers keep coming to this gambling site, mostly newbies because they are well advertised on the top Crypto-related sites, they have a huge budget, it's making a mockery of us, they are the Yobit of the gambling industry, after many months the complaints keep coming in just like Yobit.
Some are not even newbies, some of them are not from this forum so they don't exactly know the issues and the scams that 1xbit has done in the past. And others have no prior issue with the site until they're the victims themselves.
198  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit scammed me for 550 mBTC (0.55 BTC) on: September 18, 2021, 11:53:50 AM
It's unlikely that you will be getting your money from 1xbit, they're notorious for withholding your money in unreasonable ground especially if you've win in their site, they won't let you go even at the smallest amount.
199  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Goldario- ponzi scheme promising 200%+ profit! on: September 18, 2021, 10:21:30 AM
Nice launch at the XT.COM by the way lol. By the the looks of it, you performed classic pump and dump which I am not surprised you did. After all, you hired thread bumpers t fake the interest in yoyr yur project (thread has been deleted now but archived version can be found here https://ninjastic.space/topic/5234514.
Healthy and organic looking chart, no questions about it. Cheesy
This is almost a year old accusations and I am pretty surprised and appalled that they're still doing fine and at the same time has been able to pump the prices. I wish that no one has fallen for this scam so badly.
200  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk Youtube channel - what would you like to see? on: September 18, 2021, 09:22:23 AM
Probably some highlights in the forum or the important announcements and what are their implications to the future of the forum, to be honest, the only thing that we can probably talked about in the YouTube channel is probably what's already in the forum.
