1161  Economy / Economics / Re: Which Asian countries have the greatest influence on bitcoin? on: May 25, 2021, 12:18:47 PM
The so called Chinese influence is always overhyped. It is true that there are tens of millions of cryptocurrency users in China.
It's not overhyped, how come the prices could go down in the instance that China announces something negative for the bitcoin market. I think that if your country can move markets, it is influential in my book.
1162  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Naturally Defined By 4 Year Boom And Bust Cycles on: May 25, 2021, 10:38:41 AM
Most probably yes! I mean that's what the trend is currently showing us! After 2017's dream run, bitcoin crashed to 3k level in 2018 and then after 3 years, we crossed 60k level. So if we do the trend analysis, that's the exact picture we will see!

But I doubt bitcoin will ever reach to 3k level again. As the ATH is increasing its limit, the bottom should also increase its position. So it's safe to assume that the next ATH will be even bigger than 60k and most likely to happen around 2025.
The 2020-2021 trend a bit different though, 2018 crash happened in January while the crash this year is still debatable since the prices are still that high, I would say that this year with more institutional investors and mainstream appeal, I would say that this is a different trend.
1163  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is the fastest asset to hit 1 trillion marketcap on: May 25, 2021, 09:37:20 AM
Thank you for sharing.
Indeed that's impressive for Bitcoin to reach such a milestone at a fast pace.

Yet, we could still see scattered FUD's all around the internet space.
Then, those who don't look at history first and bought at an expensive price. Too jealous with early adopters without even thinking how much risk and patience they endured holding and avoiding the urge to sell at price pumps. Thumbs up to them.

FUDs are here to stay and the only thing that we can do is ignore and move on, it will eventually fizzle out of existence and they will have to find another way to spread FUD again. Considering how fast the prices go up we have to be wary too that the prices could go down really fast too.
1164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What online betting company you know gave you a b'day present? on: May 25, 2021, 07:11:29 AM
So far, there isn't any. I do hope that some might do it though but I don't think the gifts are that worth it anyway because they just probably want to keep you on a leash so you will still play in their site.
1165  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to be a bookie on: May 25, 2021, 06:25:11 AM
I thought that this was a guide to become one but it seems that this is another of @Sashapet's same threads about promoting his/her website which is clearly a violation of the rules on the pinned thread of this board.
1166  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐉 CoinDragon.com 🐉- Provably the best crypto gambling in the world!💰 on: May 25, 2021, 05:32:29 AM

We just launched a Signature Campaign here on Bitcointalk!

If you are interested, make sure to check out our offer!  Wink

Stay happy and healthy! 🐉
You might want to raise those rates because 10 USD for a week for a Senior Member isn't a lot to be honest with you and there are much better signature campaigns that are paying much better than your current rate, I think that there are some in the past that pays this but that is for Members only.
1167  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC,ETH & LTC withdraws | $100k+/week contest | VIP | on: May 25, 2021, 04:59:26 AM
Agreed. This is the problem with so many gamblers. They feel that wins can somehow magically be replicated through some secret strategy despite knowing the fact that no strategy can beat the house-edge in the long-term.

Slots also have a higher house edge when compared to games like Dice, Blackjack, Baccarat etc. It all comes down to luck at the end of the day.
It's not the house edge that is the priblem, the problem is the odds that a player has when they play a certain game like slots which has a really low odds when it comes to playing. And I do agree that there is no strategy because the moment that you pulled the lever, it was already predetermined what you are going to get.
1168  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — Fly 🚀 to the moon 🌙 and win a Tesla 🚘 on: May 25, 2021, 04:20:57 AM
It has been a long time since I played on Bitcasino. Just coming back :v
And surprising, you gave me a nice shot Grin. Not a big win but nice for a multiplier

Nice one, 400 euros if I am correct with the currency symbol, is a lot of money and I think that it is a big win for my book plus it's all free spins and I think that the only time like that ever gets better is if you win the jackpot at the first spin.
1169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr on Aug 21 in Vegas on: May 24, 2021, 03:48:50 PM
I also saw this post on Facebook yesterday, and this fight is exciting. Manny Pacquiao always stay fit for him to box anytime even though he said that he is going to retire at boxing soon. Like always, of course I will bet on Manny Pacquiao to win this fight, age doesn't matter, I mean it's Manny Pacquiao, come on. For sure if his opponents gets cocky and underestimate him, he will pay the price in the ring like what happened to Keith Turman.
Heard this on the news and I don't seem to be that excited with this fight, there's a certain air in this match that I feel like it's not that good of a fight. I hope that he retires after this match because I feel like the longer he waits, the more he becomes a punching bag for new fighters as their rite of passage.
1170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: May 24, 2021, 02:02:40 PM
Very correct questions and an interesting topic. I agree with the author that if I face the same problems in crypto as in fiat, then why do I need a crypto? I think that this problem will become more and more evident over time as crypto becomes more controlled by governments and gradually turns into fiat.
Crypto grows in value compared to fiat so even if the difference between fiat and crypto gets narrower day by day, I think that we will still use crypto. It's impossible for the government to control crypto since it is a decentralized platform, what they can control though are the avenues for the users to access.
1171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet365 just achieved a big milestone. on: May 24, 2021, 12:42:03 PM
This looks more like and individual achievement and probably we should also know what kind of money did the guy started with and how many business does he have over the world. In any case, it is good news for betting - people found an alternative to spend their free time and enjoy themselves even with all the restrictions of COVID. +1 for the betting industry and its capability to re-invent themselves when they were traditionally seen as something obscure and sometime bordering illegal.
Don't rain down on the parade, you might be right but a lot won't want you dropping truth bombs. Also, this announcement is going to make more people check out Bet365 and the owner is going to get more rich because a lot of people is going to check it out.
1172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man lost £20,000 in one night after becoming addicted to online gambling! on: May 24, 2021, 11:23:19 AM
Which unfortunately it is what the gambler that lost all of that money was doing when he tried to place the blame on the casinos, which means that there is a very high chance that he is going to make this mistake again, it is known that those that own their mistakes and their actions are way less likely to make life changing mistakes as they know they are the ones at fault and the ones that will have to solve their problems, people like this gambler will keep making mistakes in all aspects of their lives as they are incapable of owning their mistakes.
If there is some kind of intervention, I am pretty sure that people can be rehabilitated. This person isn't an exception to that process and if he can't then he is a rare case but his loved ones still has to try and intervene with the problem, it's all right if the addict denies it as long as the people around him are still doing it.
1173  Economy / Gambling / Re: BETOP.GG - Sports & eSports betting |Great Odds|125% bonus|10% Cashback|Cashout| on: May 24, 2021, 09:52:38 AM
BETOP is doing great, it passed the test of the community, OP got a copper membership launch a campaign, and answer all issues and so far no negative reports or bad issues coming from players, it's only a matter of time before they establish themselves here in Bitcointalk, I hope will keep updating us for promotions issues and bonuses.
Good for them, but that doesn't end their, they have to stay truthful to their promises and never become a scam website. I support their rise in this platform but the moment will be different if they start hassling their customers.
1174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should you buy bitcoin right now? on: May 24, 2021, 07:44:01 AM
I will buy. I will use the non-accompanying part according to my asset situation to buy Bitcoin. Of course, it will not affect my life and will hold it for a long time. So I buy it at a low price and I will forget It, in this sense, price is not a restrictive factor.
Good for you and I hope that you will have a diamond hands because the current dip in prices might take a long time to recover so I don't think that it is advisable to invest bitcoin if you aren't a patient person. I think it is a good time to buy bitcoin but we have to be careful, don't put everything in it because it doesn't guarantee a profit at a short time.
1175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hodl is not the best option as it seems on: May 24, 2021, 06:50:32 AM
For short-term, I do agree that hodling is not the best option but in for the long-term, it is a different story. So to summarize, hodling being the best option or not depends on how long you are going to invest.
1176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla destroys bitcoin :-[ on: May 24, 2021, 06:00:14 AM
Tesla and Elon Musk destroy bitcoin, for now just let him play hide and seek ,, because I am very confident that in the future he will definitely adopt bitcoin again, and will come back to accept bitcoin, and elon musk will definitely tweet positive things about bitcoin ..
No one destroyed anything, you all are just ungrateful pieces of shit who still think s that 30k USD isn't a lot of money when back in 2020, we are still struggling to get to 10k USD. The market will recover and implying that bitcoin was destroyed means that the prices went to zero.
1177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and crypto is in trouble on: May 24, 2021, 05:23:38 AM
The only who is in trouble are those who sold their crypto holdings, nothing much. The previous price (range 56-59k)will be here again soon, and that might take months or maybe even a year and then again, those who are in trouble are only those who sold their holdings.
That's not how they see themselves when the prices are going down, they go back to hating bitcoin again and then when the prices go up, they change their stance and they will buy again and the price will crash and then they will sell at loss and they hate again and the cycle goes on.
1178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SAVE CRYPTO FROM PEOPLE LIKE ELON MUSK on: May 24, 2021, 04:26:30 AM
While others are seeing this bloody market as a loss, why dont we take this opportunity to accumulate more coins? Elon Musk definitely manipulated the priçe, but he is not the only whale that can do the price  movements. We can still see it in an optimistic way.

Also, we all have a choice to hold. Why so upset? Its not new in crypto world.
People are too stupid and emotional about the recent fiasco of Elon to think about that, what they want right now is to hate on the person that doesn't even know that they exist, they are essentially shouting to the void. That's what I am currently doing right now and I gotta tell you that when bitcoin hits another ATH or the 100k mark, you best bet I will get a lot of profit out of it.
1179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Tweeting Power gone on: May 22, 2021, 01:50:35 PM
That's what PR is for, people will still think that he did good and they have to hide all his flaws for all his blind followers to think that he is a goody two shoes. I think that the brain chip is a pretty neat idea to be honest.

Well be my guest and try it out. Elon will be more than happy to give you a 50% discount. Cannot miss it!
Nothing wrong trying it out, I really wanted to have some sort of body modification in me so I think that a brain chip is a pretty neat and awesome way to have a body modification where piercings, tongue splitting and horn enhancement is a pretty trite kind of body modification.
1180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Tweeting Power gone on: May 22, 2021, 12:57:25 PM
This clown can post anything he wants. People still follow him like sheep. I'm tired of people who don't use their own brains and wait for some magic tweet from Mr. Musk; these will be the first to be brain chipped by their master. Be careful, this clown has long term plans with all of us. If you're gonna be one of his sheep it's up to you only.
That's what PR is for, people will still think that he did good and they have to hide all his flaws for all his blind followers to think that he is a goody two shoes. I think that the brain chip is a pretty neat idea to be honest.
