The once 1k wall at 13.82 is diminishing quickly. Just 135BTC left. Nom nom nom.

Here's a q for the experience wall trackers here: Any way to tell if a sell bid is one single person or a bunch of different orders at the exact same price?

A few people really seem to want to make $13.XX their last stand. Outside of the single day of Aug. 17th where we hit $15.40 and crashed this is a new year high ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) The fact we've stayed up here for more than 20mins is a super-bullish sign ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

Both Bloomberg and Reuters have had coverage on Bitcoin... Seems it's just a non-reason to tell us to piss off, i wonder who's behind that... I bet they got nice money for refusing it for whatever made up reason.
I think reporting it in an "official" capacity on some market or exchange or other. I bet they got nothin' for refusin' it.

who said the word 'worry' or any derivation before you did?
Heh, just how it sounds in my head when reading it.

Kind of interesting. Since the reports of people being unable to deposit BTC into Mt.Gox I have seen very few sell orders outside of the .01 bot.
I guess we can deduce that most people transfer their BTC right before selling. I figured more people would just have their BTC hanging out on Gox.

3,600 to go over 13.80
I'm curious as to why this number has you so worried? It's just another wall. We've seen them before ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

They could probably get their order filled in a couple of days at ~$20/BTC ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I'd actually prefer that over a single buy all the way to $500 ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Can you imagine the whiplash followed by crash that would come if we hit $500 with no time to fill in buy orders! UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Well, now we know the next step we need to accomplish! QUICK! Someone get me the phone number for the ISO!

Ah, it was edited out before I got a chance to see it ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

pretty curves
3,300 just to secure at 13.79 But only 92759 to secure $500. Think about it.

This is in "Speculation", right?
Anybody wanna draw some arbitrary calculation outta his ass to what extent this will impact prices?
The price will go up by thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiiiiiiiis much.

For those of you that was around back in May-July 2011, how does the media attention then compare to now?
I know that the common public knowledge was smaller (fewer Wiki hits then) but I'm trying to compare the media attention now compared to a year and a half ago.
The number of news articles was 3 times larger then, but are the sources and quality better now and does the media attention differ this time?
I feel that last time the articles were not much more than "What is bitcoin?! Look at this whacky Internet thing!" Now the articles are about actual events, sites that are accepting btc, and useful things of that nature.

700btc wall at 13.75 not much else holding us back from the 800btc wall at 13.80 not much else holding us back from the 3,000btc wall at $14!!!
Lol, you remind me of Piglet from Winnie the Pooh. Oh-d-d-d-dear! Relax, everything's coming up Milhouse!

I always suspected the teens would be a source of major resistance, anyone who bought a large amount back in summer 2011 around 13 is like "FINALLY i can get my money back"
I think you've got a point, but I'd say that we could very well see this long slog upwards all the way until we break the peak June 2011 prices.

He might still be getting a profit, but not nearly as much as if he didn't try to do this dumping stuff.
What evidence do we have that it's just one? None, but it's fun/easier to get all angry if you act as if it's just one guy. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Though the one I am pretty sure is just "one guy" is whoever is putting up/taking down that 59.9BTC ask order. What's he doing?!
