no one can yell scam at someone if the risk are advertised.
You're wrong. Even if they tell you it is a ponzi 'game' the end result will be the same, the scammer walks away with a 'profit' he steals from the victims he has conned into sending him money.

A Ponzi scheme, by its very nature, will collapse and leave the majority of its victims at a loss. The only person guaranteed not to be out of pocket from these scams are the operators who get to choose when and how they steal from their users.

Users who participate knowing the truth about these scams hoping to be in the lucky few who might, *might*, get back more than they put in, are basing that hope on their being able to steal from later 'investors', too. Not all of these later investors will realise what they are sending money to, so you can't honestly claim that everybody who takes part knows what they are getting involved in.

if he does not pay there is scam

but it pays, how do you judge someone who pays coup?

Are you just pretending to be this dumb?

XBTMine is not a 'cloud mining' operation, it is a Ponzi-based scam. It will steal money from later users to pay earlier users until, inevitably, it doesn't have enough new users depositing the funds needed to cover what they have to pay out and it will collapse. Not before the OP has stolen as much as he can, of course.

All Ponzi scams *have* to pay out at first because the moment they stop then people panic and try to withdraw their funds en masse.

Even if it manages to survive long enough that the very first participants get to withdraw more than they put in, that 'profit' they earn is actually money taken from those later users. Which is theft.

I hate scammers

ORLY? I guess you only hate the ones you don't manage to profit from.

thanks for answering me admin, I hope your site be long

Because you're clearly trying to profit from this scam, which is odd for somebody who professes to hate scammers.

The minimum maximum hash power they sell is 10 0 Ghs.

There, fixed it for ya!

After all, they ain't selling actual hashing power, they are selling numbers on their screens which they make up as they go along.

1947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Scrypt.cc a scam? +Updates on: February 20, 2016, 04:33:03 PM
Well it is better to do something which might result in the information being passed to a relevant authority, than to simply walk away and let the criminals keep your money without consequence.

These people will travel at some point, this is the information age. Eastern European and South American Law Enforcement issues aside, multiple complaints filed by people all over the globe would end up being recorded on central crime databases, such as Interpol and FBI. There are even online points of contact for people to file criminal complaints.

Stop being so lazy and dismissive.

Yeah I already recommended that as a good starting point for correcting wallet issues.
1949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Scrypt.cc a scam? +Updates on: February 20, 2016, 12:40:46 PM
The law in question is not US-specific, fraudulent misrepresentation exists in the criminal code of most, if not all, legal jurisdictions.

I find it astonishing that people can be so quick to throw money at these scams and yet claim to be totally at a loss as to what to do when it rips them off. Contact law enforcement in your own country, file a case.

These criminal scumbags count on you to do nothing. Register your complaint as a crime of fraud and there's a chance at least that something will be done, especially considering that the scrypt.cc website is still live.

Mining hasn't started yet? How come coins are already being sent from the deposit address to Nicehash? Is this just in preparation for it commencing?

Google translate does a fair job, not great when it comes to Germans colloquialisms, but enough to get a general gist of what is being said.

1952  Local / Mining (Deutsch) / Re: Gruppenkauf Solo Mining - Bitcoin Run The next Generation 2 on: February 18, 2016, 03:34:09 PM
Thanks for the welcome. Had to run this thread through google translate though, wasn't sure if I'd missed the deadline or not as I see the mining has already started.

This thread really has become a long term ad.  Looking at front page... ad.  Looking most pages ad's.

I'm not sure this really is helping newbie's at this point.  I think it maybe should go in services and be treated as a add.  It is sad but I think it does less help, and more trying to sell.

It was never meant to help any newbie do anything other than be conned into believing that the OP was promoting a genuine cloud mining service. The whole point of posting here is so that their red trust text doesn't show.

The OP is a shill for cm.w, just like GermanGiant. Their accounts are probably being operated by the same scumbag.

I always wanted to mine but never had enough resource. Over month, I have . . .</snip>

Check out Vitamin King's post history, it is all about cm.w

This thread was a deception from the outset and should have been removed as it purported to be a genuine request for advice from a newbie while clearly being nothing more than a promotion for the cm.w scam.

For Homero to describe that list of items he stole from the house as "petty" just shows how much he believes he is entitled to take whatever he wants and any complaint can be dismissed as being unwarranted or petty-minded.

It doesn't occur to him that if he owned that house and a tenant had walked off with all those things he wouldn't exactly be passing it off as inconsequential.

The narcissism is strong in this one.

1956  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cloud Mining - Please help a newbie on: February 17, 2016, 01:20:49 PM
THIS SCUMMERS FROM CLOUD MINING WEBSITE still are here?!?! I can't belive that!!! You have no shame!

Who are you talking about? What site?

The ponzi scam in my signature, that is who he is referring to.

All they have are shills posting about how long this operation has been running. I recall the scrypt.cc scumbags parroting that irrelevance incessantly, too.
1957  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can any one tell me... which is the best cloud mining site?? on: February 16, 2016, 09:57:03 AM
Hey guys.....I am new to this cryptocurrency world  Smiley. So I have done some research Cool but still don't know many things...that's why i want to know about a legit cloud mining site in which i can invest ..,,,and yes i know about scrypt.cc (PONZI).so don't suggest that  Cool

Why bother with a 'cloud mining' service when you can rent actual hash that you control and can point wherever you want from places like Nicehash or Betarigs?

1958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: martin Shkreli loses 37,000 bitcoins (10 transactions = $15 million) yesterday. on: February 15, 2016, 01:21:25 PM
Seeing as Obama care Mandates that not any person can be denied coverage, and that the insurance company picks up most the cost on the drugs. He is sticking it to the man... luxury of F ME MONEY.

Sticking it to the man'? So you think the insurance companies have to swallow the cost?

If the cost of medicines go up then insurance companies simply jack up the premiums they charge. They don't lose out, American citizens do.

US Hospitals charge significantly more for treatment compared to similar quality care in other countries, why? Because they can. The American public have been conditioned to believe that the co-pay amount they have to cover themselves is acceptable because the remaining extortionate cost is covered by the insurance company. The simple fact is that the amount of co-pay due is frequently found to be similar to that of the entire cost of the same procedure in other modern countries.

US Hospitals are making a fortune, US Health Insurance companies are making a fortune, US Pharmaceutical companies are making a fortune.

Where do you think the money comes from? It isn't from swallowing costs on behalf of the consumer, that's for sure.

I know what you mean, but to be honest, can you show one project around Bitcoin without risk.. high risk?

There is a huge difference between a high-risk investment and criminally fraudulent scam.

1960  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How exactly works cloud mining and is profitable start without any investment? on: February 12, 2016, 08:32:25 AM
you will have better chance of getting your whole money back if you have invested in a Ponzi scheme (double your coin scams).

Remember, the 'profit' you are trying to make from these scams is that stolen from later 'investors'. You are essentially promoting the idea of theft as an investment vehicle.
