Exactly. OP seems to have missed the fact that anybody can make his own wallet, since it's just code, and mimic being "good citizen", but not obeying the randomness rule.

I am not thank knowledgeable on the matter, but especially if they are new on the market, they have to do something to attract customers, don't they?
Plus, not having to have offices all over the place will save them quite some costs. Win-win, at least on the paper.


I can't say for sure, but one thing I'd expect is not-too-great customer support. I mean that if the number of customers increases their call center may get a bit busy and you don't have the chance to go to the office and yell to an employee.
Maybe I'm thinking too far, but another thing may be their actual residence / the country under which laws they operate - which may or may not be the same as yours.


Maybe you could ask in your own country's topics, specifically about the bank you are interested in. Some may give more spot-on answers.

The inflow caused by ETF is expected to go much higher than the safe/rational expectation ... with a good chance for quite a bad crypto winter at the end of the cycle (but that's not in the current scope).
This being said, I expect to get to 1M one cycle earlier than what franky1 posted.
Still, we cannot know what the future holds. Imho we have to still stack sats and enjoy the ride.

For many years bitcoin.org has a page to choose a wallet. I tend to believe that this is what you've done and you've downloaded a wallet different from Bitcoin Core.
If it's 6 years ago it may be Electrum. If it's maybe 8 years ago, it may be Multibit HD. Of course, in the last years other wallets were built, but not as popular as Electrum.
It is important to find out what kind of wallet (name, year!!) you've used because the 12 words of very old wallets don't work just like that in new wallets, especially if different software.


This is interesting! So you mean the recovery of wallet from the 12 words went on perfectly until the end with no error window/message?
If so, what you mean by not synchronizing? Just not showing the funds/transactions? Or is it showing a red dot at bottom right?

Imho there may be other motives (scam) behind that tx. And not only because of the fee.
I mean, a huge amount of very small inputs (if it would not be SegWit it would be considered dust!) with an tx fee so low I didn't see that for months.
Why would a business send your money in "something smaller and heavier than pennies" and make you pay for the "lorry" to transport them?!

The second tx is a CPFP and that has to pay enough total fee to rise the initial tx (which is very big in size and the size does matter, since the fee that matters is in satoshi/virtual kilobytes) and itself.


OP will need quite some luck with that.

It's no longer "his wallet". It's a wallet on which both him and the hacker have full access and, obviously, the hacker has the skills and the tools to get the money faster than your friend can see them.
The only thing that could be done would be another bot/s on your friend side to move the coins, but it will just be a "battle" between the two bots with no guarantee at all on which one would win (of course, I don't know the particularities of that/those specific blockchain/s, so there's a chance I'm missing something).

So imho you should find a better use for that money of yours.

Actually no  It's a business. They have already spent a lot on gear. They have either very good electricity contracts, either their own production (solar). They will just sell more expensive. In the past cycles it worked.

And about scarcity: the amount mined is the same in each cycle, no matter the number of miners. And most was already mined!

If govt would care about that, would help educating people. Because yes, there are so many hyip and other scams around it's hard to see the correct way. Plus so many altcoins promising this and that.
Plus, even Bitcoin is a tough topic, with so many Bitcoin Whatever coins and also Wrapped (or not) Bitcoin tokens, an individual can too easily get scammed.
But banning is imho not about that. It's more about taxes and other political decisions (if individuals are allowed, companies will want too, and then proper regulations are needed, which are more difficult).

Am mai vazut reguli cu 2 intrari, in general legate de "cine a mai cumparat de la mine poate alege 2 numere", si cred ca de acolo s-a inspirat paid2 (da, cred a lui a fost ideea), ca doar stie cum merg concursurile pe aici! Bineinteles, adaptarea la merit e un plus super fain!

I was unsure what to vote - 2 or 3 - and I'll tell you why.

The ETF approval was somewhat a surprise, although not that much, the pressure is accumulating for a lot of time. And it's about big money, hence big influence in political decisions. After ETF being approved, the only surprise could have been the magnitude of the drop afterwards, not the quick recovery and ATH afterwards. Again, it's about huge amounts of money here.

But I could have been voting 3, because imho, in the grand scheme of things, this is pretty much just noise and best is to stack sats and hodl.



PS. The price may still go wildly up and down. Try to not get surprised by that. After all, it's still the bitcoin markets

Nu prea are legatura cu drepturile aplicatiei, comunicatia probabil ca nu este diferita de ce face orice browser.

Daca eXch retine sau nu acest lucru (sau pentru cat timp)... e partea a doua.


Iar cu restul de date... unele pot sa insemne ceva. Altele nu. Daca le iau, daca fac ceva cu ele sau nu.. nu ai de unde sa stii.
Dupa cum ziceam, in principiu par oameni OK in spatele eXch. In realitate.. un pic de paranoia este necesara in lumea Bitcoin.
