Sau dacă vrei să fii sigur și știi ce faci, fă-ți un cold storage. Ai nevoie de un comp vechi sau cu un pic de pricepere și atenție, doar de un stick USB. Dar dacă nu știi ce faci.. e foarte ușor să greșești... În acest caz mai degrabă uită-te de SeedSigner.

La asemenea sume clar un hardware wallet. Nu te mai risca cu portofel doar pe comp/tel, un hardware wallet face banii.
Eu am (pentru mult mai puțini bani de păzit!!) un Ledger vechi și sunt încă mulțumit. Lumea laudă Trezor, ar trebui să fie o variantă foarte bună.
Și dacă întrebi pe secțiunea internațională, vei afla și de alte variante bune (sau mai bune).

Mie îmi face cu ochiul și SeedSigner, dar nu e chiar hardware wallet...


Îmi pare rău pentru banii pe care i-ai pierdut. Trebuia să fi luat hardware wallet mult mai devreme.
Și ca idee: după ce iei noul portofel, să generezi pe el seed nou, apoi să îl verifici (restore) pentru siguranță, și doar apoi transferi banii pe el.

Sunt cam scump la vorbă, că și cu timpul stau rău, și sunt și de pe telefon pentru o vreme.

Am reușit azi dimineață să aduc la zi și anunțurile de concursuri (sau cel puțin adăugirile), mersi că le postezi.
La Utopia ratez tura asta, dar la Sinbad cred că mă încadrez. Îmi pare rău că la concursuri atât de simple cu premii așa faine prezența este atât de slabă .. (pe de altă parte, mai bune șanse pentru noi!)

After somebody starts to really spend time on this forum, it won't be long until he/she will notice the trust "numbers" tend to change now and then. Then the next step is to see how good or bad it actually is.
I think that it's OK if people have different views in certain cases, it would be utterly boring if we would all think the same.


And while I don't agree with some of the views/decisions/feedbacks Poker Player has made, I do agree that somebody who has bought account is shady. And in the last 5+ years this was made clear in many occasions.

On the other hand, maybe it would be the time to educate people that higher ranked accounts are not necessarily better, that even an account with positive feedback can be bought and scam, to basically trust nobody but math. Then maybe, after a while, I would get to agree with DireWolfM14 that such tags are wasted time. Just, sadly, I don't think that this is feasible (but I'd be happy to be proven wrong).

It greatly depends whether you look on short term or on long term (4 year cycles, at least).
On short term, a lot of things get significance, but only the day traders feel that. On long term, .. all those problems are just noise.
Of course, OP's essay is somewhat generic and everybody will see cracks in his logic, depending on their own short term experiences.

I think (or hope?) that at some point the commercial banks will use bitcoin as reserve (replacing gold or together with gold) and their powerful lobby will go in our favor.
Then Bitcoin will get the path clear for becoming the reserve asset, as a firs step. Then, as a second step, the reserve currency, because the countries will start fearing of entities like SWIFT that can be used as weapons.

Trading means a good combination of knowledge, flair, luck and strong balls. Trading is not guaranteed to ensure winning / earning.
This being said and from this post of yours, sadly, I would conclude that trading is not for you. But no worries, there are few who have all it needs for being successful traders. If you do have money you afford to lose (or at least have it locked for long time) you may consider just holding bitcoin for a number of years (5, maybe even 10, for a start). However, dyor and decide for yourself whether you want to spend or not.

I think that his best chance for fast cash is a local pawn shop or asking from friends.
But I also think that the first reply has a huge chance to be on spot and the newbies asking here for "loans" don't want to actually repay them.
