The crypto market is already inundated with countless of such things. Dapps, NFTs, and all kinds of tokens are created all the time and for no reason other than the hope that value is made out of them, unreasonably. There seems to be such pattern in the market. Developers are now like playing a lottery with crypto projects. They make one project after another hoping that one of these projects could hit it big in the market. The same goes to NFTs. And this is precisely the reason why the crypto market has become toxic and polluted.
Uuhm, you are kind of right about that one, there are so many of those projects everywhere. But that’s the thing with a market, you’re always going to see so many products that are being produced by lots of people, it’s just up to you go for what you want. So, the cryptocurrency world is the same thing like the real world market, it is open to everyone and you’re free to create whatever it is that you want to create in the market. I don't think this will be implemented. Of course, there will be heavy counter-arguments against this. As a matter of fact, there are already a number of EU countries where Bitcoin is allowed. For sure, EU won't commit the mistake of embracing cryptocurrency while implementing a ban on Bitcoin. They would end up embracing centralized shitcoins instead. If they are to get deeper and understand why cryptocurrency became a thing in this post-modern era, the answer would precisely be what Bitcoin offers.
Let's hope it wont because for now it seems that it was only just a plan but with no assurance yet. There will be a counter to this because there are also people that are like bitcoin to stay on this country. They just wont agree about the ban because they are already earning a benefit with it. Some says they will only ban btc and alike that are not friendly to environment so it is possible that other cryptos that are more greener in the environment can remain but that doesn't automatically mean that those are shitcoins. I do not think that Nets have any chance left after the trade, it makes no sense for them to expect anything for the time being. Not because their roster is horrible or anything, or on paper the trade was bad, they were not good before the trade neither but with the trade they became even worse. Why? Because, they have Kyrie Irving who needs vaccinate to play at Nets, so he plays in only the games that are in cities that allow unvaccinated people to play. Reaching that bearish market is not really the big problem, reaching to bull market is not a goal neither. It is about staying stable enough to actually matter, volatility is not the stable that I am talking about, the stability I am talking about is the reality of regulations and how nations and governments react to it. If we are all still happy with crypto and keep on using it then we are going to end up with a lot better results. That part of adoption and stability is the thing that matters the most. Russia and Ukraine is not a problem, we are still seeing both nations looking bitcoin positively and doing that even during the war they are having. Maybe we'll see a new ATH again this February. bitcoin has again broken through the psychological level of $40k in the last few weeks, even now the price of bitcoin is in the range of $45k. It looks like the current rise will continue and will go towards the next resistance level in the range of $50k and it doesn't even rule out the possibility of bitcoin price breaking through last year's ATH in the next few weeks.
ATH may not be achieve this month or even this year if there will be no hype or new mass adoption. The legalizing of Russia can result in ATH if ever it will be implemented this year as many investors from them can invest in bitcoin or crypto projects. Though it’s still nice that the market is recovering from the correction it been experiencing since the start of the year and hearing news of adoption from a big country can lead for it’s continuously recovery. ATH is not something that I worry about all that much. At the end of the day it will break over ATH "one day" anyway, I am not worried about it and it will happen. What I worry about is the price staying low until the end of the month. If it can stay there until the end of the month then I will get paid my salary before it goes up. That way we are going to end up buying a bit more crypto before it goes up with salary and then we are going to end up with something a lot higher when the price goes up. That's the type of income you could make and the profit you will make will be a lot huge. There is nothing wrong with wanting to see bitcoin stay low and expecting it to stay that way until we can buy a bit more. |

I agree, he doesn't have that stamina anymore and his body, after those many injuries, is no longer fit in my opinion to be a starter. He can give some minutes for Jokic when it's needed to have decent rest, but let them play together will slow the run and it can be abused by their opponents knowing that in a past pace run, Cousins might be a liability. We can't conclude as we don't know what exactly the plan of the coach for him, let's hope for the best for both him and the Nuggets. To be fair Cousins had a very weird career so far. He was seen as a superstar when he was back in Kings, then he was traded to NOLA and never really turned back. After that he just had an injury at Nola, signed with Warriors to showcase all of his talents and win a ring meanwhile for minimum contract, then he got another injury which was even worse and lost a whole year, then he has been just going around the league for minimum. This was literally the next generation type of great big and suddenly since his injury at Nola, he never recovered and he became just way too bad to be cared by the teams. Yes, that's how the crypto world has always been right, when the price is high we take profit and when the price is low we have no other choice but to hold on, the important thing is not to panic. People have different directive measure of investing their money in cryptocurrency and make profit also, i know buying of alternative coin's is good for some extent, but it's not real to depends on altcoins because altcoins only bring quick profit and in some extent it dies off without the expectations of the investors. Most of them are like that, just few of them would be worth a long term investment. That’s one of the problems that I do have with Bitcoin. And if you should invest at the wrong time and you happen to miss that opportunity of when the price would bubble or pump, it would be as good as missing it for good, because you would rarely get such chances. There are Altcoins that I have bought once and I happened to buy them when they were at their peak, Bitcoin has gone up twice, but these coins never had gone again and has just remained bearish, very bad for them. Ethereum and BNB are the altcoins that has steady maintained their increase in value. |

Yes he has not scored a century since 2019 but his average in not bad. He has scored a lot of half centuries.Yes he is not at his best in recent times but I believe there is still a lot of good cricket left in him.
For your correction he is not alone in all three formats now Babar Azam is also in all three formats having same rankings in all formats. But one thing is sure still he is one of the best batsman in cricket even having very bad time with bat for some time but still capable of changing things for his team. The 2nd half was really stunning and really interesting to watch . Man Utd were on fire scoring two goals in the 1st half leading the match. But yes the 2nd half just turned everyone towards Leeds. A stunning goal from Rodrigo Moreno. Did not expect this goal to be perfect into the post. Another goal in the next minute which made the scores draw with 2:2 but Ferd and Elanga were just on fire in the rain and scored 2 goals at 70th and 88 minute. Man Utd is back with best performances.
There are times when games are like that. It was definitely a great game to watch. This week caused a lot of great games from many leagues. The amount of 4.5+ goals in a week from 5 big leagues was insane and I can't believe that United was part of it. They were "untied" instead of "united" for a long time and glad to see them back. They are just getting better or maybe it was just one game and I do not know which one it is. I know that this season is not the situation they should be happy about right now, they could have been much better if they were like this from the start. The manager change is the least of their worries because not like they suddenly got a great one neither. |

Hmmm.... maybe this is not so important for people but i really appreciate the way you wanna try to tell this knowledge to the newbies who didn't know about this. Basically, it's not a big problem to call something a token or coin but as long as he understood the context. I see that some people may not know about the difference between coin and token. The only thing that newbies don't know about is how they must call something that builds on its own chain or become an asset. This may help for some members here and that's good to see your thread exists right now as an educational thread.
You and me may know the difference because we have been here for a while and that is fine. However, there are some newbies that do not know the difference and because of that they may end up making wrong decisions. It does matter because in one of them you spend the coin whereas on the other it is the coin itself. Knowing the difference would mean that you could save some money when you are a newbie. Like spending your first ever money on a token at ERC20 would mean that you would be spending a ton of money on the transaction fee and as your first ever investment, you should not do that. This is just an example and it could be expanded to other things, just knowing these two and how they are different could save newbies a ton of money. |

Better to pay something rather than scamming users or delaying payment for years, it can be in form of Bounty token or stable altcoins. The low class crypto exchanges keep asking KYC from Bounty hunters due to partnership with new project but the domino effect will be cause bad image for project development. Btw, to avoid shady possible cases escrow should be mandatory category for Bounty managers.
So that means you will accept a bounty token but the catch is the token have a tiny value or the token doesn't have a value at all? Because, you said you will accept any payment and worst is they delay the payment on top of that. I don't mind delayed payments as long as the bounty manager have guaranteed the payments already and the coin that he is going to pay is already listed on the exchange with a good amount of value. Low class crypto exchange should not demand a KYC because they are a low class exchange anyway and their reputation is not yet proven. Bounty hunters don't mind doing a KYC if the exchange is well known. |

Frauds, money laundering, and any criminal acts in regards to money can be easy to trace by the authorities if they are using fiat money but if they are only using crypto like Bitcoin, that can be hard for them as they can still hide their real identity. With what OP has mentioned, they leave a trace that made them become visible and hints that it lead who are they.

Yes, if they have stayed on Bitcoin, the government wouldn't have been able to capture them. The only reason why the government was able to trace them was because they tried selling the Bitcoin and converting to Fiat, that was what made it easy for the government to be able to identify them and them finally getting caught. According to the OP's story, the couple has been holding their coin for a very long time and always making some moves with the coin on the blockchain as a way to distract the attention and make it hard for them to be traced, and all those years there wasn’t a way for the government to be able to know who they really are, until the time they decided to withdraw it. With that said I have to add that I do not support bad, so anyone who does something wrong should be punished and it is good that they were caught. |

Talking about Dogecoin (DOGE), I don't think we can do this without relating this to Elon Musk, lately I haven't seen Elon Musk's tweets about Dogecoin (DOGE), he has started tweeting about SpaceX again (his project). Maybe, soon we will see the price of Dogecoin (DOGE) even lower than it is now.
He probably just gave up on Doge already. Maybe he will come back and then make some profit with it again in the future, and in that scenario we could see some more hype and then 1 dollar could be reached. He turned it from 3 cents each to 70 cents each when he tried it first time. We are in a bear market type of situation right now, it is not in bear anymore but we barely got out and have not reached that great bull period yet. In a period where everything goes up, and the price of bitcoin reaches 70k+ and breaks the ATH price, then I am sure Doge will do better as well and in that period if Elon tweets about it then 1+ dollar could be reached. Don't get me wrong, I am not supporting it and never owned any for investment purposes, but that doesn't mean that I would say it will never be higher price neither, I understand there are some other people who would invest into it. |

That is strange, because as the article posted in OP says, ukrainian volunteers and activists are being funded also through cryptocurrency in order to purchase military equipments, medical goods and accessories in general such as drones. If they can't use crypto to buy what they need, it will pointless to fulfill the goal of fortifying their defenses and strength against potential russian attacks.
Even if there is point limiting crypto usage on the law, I think the government will turn a blind eye to it due to the critical situation the country is facing right now. The government won't want to prejudice a patriot ready to defend his country in times like this...
Well, whether they decide that they would be calling it an asset or not, bitcoin wallets has the feature to send and receive, so there is no way that people are just going to be holding their coins and not sending to one another and maybe using it as a means to pay for a services or some of the things that they need. The only thing is that it is not recognized as an official currency for making payment in the country just as the fiat is the conventional currency being used. Even if it was not legal there, some people would still use it through decentralized/non-custodial wallets and exchanges. I think since it is only recognized as an asset and not a currency, there wouldn’t be stores showing it off as a payment method in the country, so whatever people will be using it for would be just online for personal purposes. |

Consider an anonymous whale "A" created an order for Bitcoin big enough to be completed exactly at that moment and this data is taken into account with the Institutions, Investors, and especially the EXCHANGEs which in turn creates a fake situation in the market about the demand of Bitcoin which then taken into account by charts, gives us the prediction of the price rising and in turn the order by the whale is not yet completed.
This, in turn, raises the price of Bitcoin, and meanwhile, the order is still not completed, the Whale "A" gets a good position to sell some bitcoins which again dumps the price. Now again the Whale has a good position to Buy the same bitcoin he/she sold at a very lower price.
This is what happens when you have big Bitcoins in your hands.
Aside from this many exchanges also manipulate the price of Bitcoin by creating fake Buy/Sell orders.
How many times we said that bitcoin is not built for eliminating blah blah blah.... in most topics they talk about bitcoin will eliminate cash but here you talk about bitcoin will eliminate exchanges but if there are no exchanges how can people trade their bitcoins? Okay you can remove centralized exchanges but there are also p2p exchanges and decentralizes exchanges and if an exchange is legit, they wont allow fake trades and manipulation. The price of bitcoin is high because it is already predicted or calculated based on different things like its supply and maybe to some factors that you mentioned above but there is no way to accurately predict its value because it is not stable. |

If governments are confident the vaccines are effective, why do they have to demand sanitary passports from workers to maintain their jobs and access to their territories? Theoretically only those who denied the vaccine are going to be prejudiced, so let them live accordingly to what they believe, consequently suffering the results of their personal choices.
On the other hand, trucks' drivers can't stop and sabotage the economy of a country where majority parcel of the population endorses the vaccination (80% are vaccinated). Furthermore, it's not positive for bitcoin the fact it's being used to sponsor these protests. OP mentioned 21 bitcoins were collected. That is a lot of money! Who would be interested in funding these activities with so large amounts of money which will indeed prejudice Canada's economy?
These protests seem to have nothing to do with "freedom", it's just another political agenda being pushed up making using of bitcoin and crypto in general as tool for its shady purposes in pursuit for political power and supremacy.
I think that sanitary passports are a kind of proof to show that you have been vaccinated already. That way they can determine if who are not yet vaccinated. Not only in the Canada but this issue are also common to many other countries. They mandate the vaccine now but many people are against with it because they are also scared. Anyway, some of us still thinks that this news in Canada where btc is involved are positive and can bring a good impact on the btc economy. Also some of us believe that there is a freedom involved here, that is again with the help of btc because donation can now went thru and government cannot do anything to stop it. |
