2021  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Porez na bitcoin i kriptovalute 2018-2019 on: January 15, 2022, 12:08:29 PM

I tu isto mogu biti razne varijante, tipa da duguješ porez;
- na same crypto-crypto  trejdove,

2022  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Pregled Bitcointalk Signature-Ad kampanja on: January 15, 2022, 11:58:45 AM

Kampanja: [CFNP] Rolletto.com | Signature Campaign | Sr. Members+ ~ Up to $70/Week
Menadžer: Hhampuz

Payouts and Positions:
10x Sr. Members - $50/Week.
10x Hero/Legendary Members - $70/Week.

Uvjeti: Minimalno 20 postova tjedno (od toga 10 u Gambling-u). Postovi u Local sekcijama se broje u tjednu kvotu. Minimalno 5 merita u posljednjih 120 dana.

2024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 11, 2022, 12:41:38 PM
Cristiano Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes has flown to England for a crisis meeting with the Manchester United forward as the 36-year-old considers his future at the club. Is that a sign that Ronaldo wants to leave Manchester United? If so, where could he go now, which club?
I knew Ronaldo wasn't going to find things easy in Manchester United, I mean, even prior to his move back to Old Trafford, United was a club struggling with quite a lot of issues, they were also uncertain whether to retain their manager then (ole), or do away with him, they have finally fired Ole, but honestly, I knew Solskjaer wasn't the sole problem, they have enough quality players to challenge for trophies, but it's more like they are just a mediocre club at the moment. Ronaldo as well wasn't going to change all that, I really do not know what he was thinking when he made that move, it's crazy if he is trying to push himself out of the team, he signed a contract with them, and he should stay with the club both in good and bad times.
Everybody knows how big Cristiano Ronaldo is in the world of football and even outside football, he is both a great player, a role model and a public figure to to millions of people around the globe. Cristiano Ronaldo signed just a 2 year contract deal with Manchester United and he had been outstanding even since returning to the club, Ronaldo was fully aware of how Manchester United is right now and how they have been unable to keep up with other big teams before he signed with them. So I don’t really think he needs to leave the club right now and I am not really sure he has plans to. Cristiano Ronaldo have won a whole lot of trophies  during his career and for me he is just about scoring goals for now. Breaking and making goals and appearance  records.
I also don't think Ronaldo will leave the club in this transfer window, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if it happens at the end of the season. But for this, several factors must come together. One of these factors will be Manchester United's poor performance and non-participation in the Champions League next season. Everyone knows how ambitious the Portuguese is, and given his age and, accordingly, the remaining number of years of his football career, I would not be surprised if Ronaldo prefers to leave for a club that participates in the Champions League. Also, the figure of the head coach who will come to the club after Rangnik and his attitude to Cristiano's role in the team will play a big role.

The real question is which other club Ronaldo can go to now?
He tried to return to Real but without success.
Juve don't want him anymore.
Manchester United clearly does not meet his high football criteria.
Who then remained. PSG? Manchester City?
Given that Ronaldo is already an old player, known for his difficult character and high financial requirements, and for disturbing the atmosphere in the teams in which he plays, I doubt that he would be the first choice for both PSG and Manchester City.
He is the past and his time has passed while Mbappe and Haaland are the future.
2025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: January 11, 2022, 12:32:51 PM
Now they will try their best to win the Champions League title. And compared to any other team in the Champions League, Liverpool's performance is very good. They have won all the matches of the group stage. And they will be completely confident of winning the next match against Inter Milan. Liverpool will win if key players are not injured before this match.

Despite Liverpool playing well and having had an excellent performance in the Champions League, I have many doubts that they will be able to reach the final and fight for the victory.

If they reach the semi-finals, I think it's already very good. Of course, in football anything can happen, and I can be surprised, but I don't see it.

A lot will of course depend on the draw but also the current form of the player, the Covid situation etc.
Liverpool may not be the main favorite to win this year's Champions League, but neither was Chelsea last year, and we know what happened in the end.
Manchester City, PSG, Bayern and Real are probably the main favorites in this competition but it would be a mistake to underestimate the chances of Liverpool and Chelsea.
This competition is always very uncertain and often the luck factor is very important.

In case your local media are not reporting the latest twists and turns in the saga, the Australian Immigration Minister is keeping open the option of deporting Djokovic for three years after it came to light that on his arrival card he signed a declaration that he had not traveled (from with-in Spain - as listed on his arrival form) since the 16th of December for 14 days but media here and overseas are now posting photographic evidence that on or after the 18th/19th of December, 2021, Djokovic traveled to Serbia from Spain (when he'd declared he hadn't traveled) and there are posted photos of Djokovic unmasked and failing to social distance on a number of occasions during the time he declared he was in isolation.

Being Deported would probably mean refused entry to the USA, UK and other countries for the duration (three years) he is deported from Australia - essentially for lying on his arrival card concerning his travel whilst covid infected.

Should it come to that.

Novak Djokovic updates: Serbian still waiting for government decision on deportation as Australian Open looms — as it happened

Quote
Novak Djokovic's ability to remain in the country for the Australian Open remains unclear, with Immigration Minister Alex Hawke yet to make a decision on whether the Serbian will be deported.

Djokovic was released from immigration detention in Melbourne yesterday after a judge overturned the cancellation of his visa.

Look back at the day as it unfolded in our live blog.

No matter how this situation around Djokovic ends, I would say that in this story, everyone has lost a lot, on credibility, reputation etc.
The Australian Tennis Federation has tried to bypass the rules around the entry of unvaccinated tennis players.
Djokovic again proved to be a very irresponsible person because it is obvious that after the positive finding on Covid he continued to socialize with people, even children and that he potentially endangered them. It is also obvious that for Djokovic his personal attitudes and thoughts are more important than the general rules.
It is very unusual that it turned out that the Australian government made an illegal decision in the Djokovic case, and that it seems that the reasons behind that decision are political reasons, ie the upcoming elections in Australia.
In the end, instead of talking about tennis and sports, we deal with politics, lawsuits and hearings and demonstrations in the streets.
How will it be for other tennis players in this tournament after all that has happened and how will the fans react?
This will definitely not be a normal tournament, and tennis will be less important than political games and lawsuits.

Znam... 'It's a thin line'.

2029  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Pregled Bitcointalk Signature-Ad kampanja on: January 10, 2022, 04:32:33 PM

OK I agree that we have been talking a lot lately about Djokovic but given the huge interest in this case in the world I have to share one important news.
The hearing on this case starts tomorrow morning at 10 am local time and at midnight Central European Time (CET)  and will be available to follow live here: https://secure.quickchannel.com/qc/create/mainshow.asp?ID=nobroadcast&STATICLIVE=1&PRODUCER_ID=ability1421&SESSIONID=34AB945B00000000306141321DCEAE14&VMR=room20@fedcourt.gov.au

Source: https://www.index.hr/sport/clanak/saslusanje-djokovica-bit-ce-u-izravnom-prijenosu-evo-gdje-ga-mozete-gledati/2331094.aspx

Who will watch the live broadcast?  Cheesy

Update from the Australian government:
And then, in their conclusion, Australia makes clear that even if Djokovic is successful on his appeal of the initial decision, they retain the right to re-detain Djokovic immediately again.
So a Round 1 win for Djokovic, legally, could simply mean the beginning of a Round 2.

So even if the court releases Djokovic tomorrow and allows him to enter the country, the government may remand him in custody?
It seems that the Australian government is ready to fight to the end against Djokovic and they are ready to do anything to prevent him to perform at the Australia Open, even despite the decision of the Australian court?
2031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 09, 2022, 08:51:40 AM
Transfer rumours:

Cristiano Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes has flown to England for a crisis meeting with the Manchester United forward as the 36-year-old considers his future at the club. Is that a sign that Ronaldo wants to leave Manchester United? If so, where could he go now, which club?
Borussia Dortmund and Norway striker Erling Braut Haaland believes that Manchester City will try to sign him in the summer transfer window after Manchester United pulled out of the race to recruit the 21-year-old. I think that Real, PSG and even Barcelona have not given up on Haaland and this story has not been decided yet.
Manchester United and Portugal midfielder Bruno Fernandes, 27, will become Barcelona's top target if they fail to sign Haaland in the summer. Does Barcelona have the finances to conclude this transfer?
Barcelona vice president Rafa Yuste says more players need to be sold before Spanish striker Ferran Torres, 21, can actually be registered at the Camp Nou after his move from Manchester City. Which players Barcelona will still have to sell?
Fiorentina and Serbia's highly-rated striker Dusan Vlahovic, 21, is prepared to wait until the summer to resolve his future and will not be rushed into a January move. A lot of clubs are interested in Vlahovic. Where he will eventually go?
Barcelona will target Wolves winger Adama Traore, 25, if French forward Ousmane Dembele, 24, decides against renewing his contract with the La Liga side, providing competition for Tottenham in their attempts to sign the Spaniard. Personally, it seems to me that it is time for Barcelona to try some new players, like Traora and forget about Dembele, an unrealized talent.

Okay, maybe it’s time to take a break from Djokovic and dedicate ourselves to other tennis players  Cheesy
I just came across this news:

''Japan's Naomi Osaka has withdrawn injured from the semi-final of an Australian Open warm-up tournament, but the defending champion says she still intends to play in the Grand Slam.''
''She wrote on Twitter: "Sad to withdraw due to injury from my match today, my body got a shock from playing back to back intense matches after the break I took. I'll try to rest up and I'll see you soon!"

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/tennis/59920101

After all the problems she had last year, I was really hoping to finally see her again on the tennis courts.
I would really be sorry if she had to give up playing in a tennis tournament again.
If she performs at the GS in Australia, what do you think about her chances after such a long break from playing tennis?
2033  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: January 09, 2022, 08:27:34 AM
Barcelona are really unlucky that they have got a draw against Napoli right away. This should have been a matchup that we see in the next stages of the tournament. Because Barcelona are still not in a good shape, Napoli are seen as one step ahead. This is like it at least for now and it will be depending on Barcelona's effort. If they make things much better for themselves until this matchup starts, then we could watch a more competitive draw.

Barcelona is still in a big crisis of results, but also the finances and organization of the club.
The club dropped out of the competition from the Champions League, because of that they lost a lot of money and EL can't return that money.
EL is a much less attractive and financially viable competition and the question is how much Barcelona is interested in this competition.
Personally, I think Barcelona will now focus on the Spanish championship because for them it is now a matter of life and death to participation again in the Champions League next season.
I believe that EL will be less important to them and that they will probably rest the best players for important championship matches.

2034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: January 09, 2022, 08:15:30 AM
I also think that ManCity is one of the big favorites to win the champions league title.
I wouldn't make Manchester City favorites too early to win the title this season but if they do make it to the final then I believe there's a pretty good chance of winning it. They certainly have to learn from last season's mistakes, so maybe they really want to do it this season. Don't forget, Bayern Munchen, PSG and Real Madrid still have the opportunity to do the same and this is still unpredictable. There is nothing wrong with choosing Manchester City, but this is only the last 16.

Manchester City certainly has a good chance to win the Champions League, but the same can be said for PSG, Liverpool, Chelsea, Bayern, Real etc.
In fact, Manchester City is the favorite to win the Champions League every year since Guardiola became their coach, but they always seem to be missing something to take that last step and win the Champions League.
I have a feeling that in the decisive matches of the Champions League, Guardiola always tries to play without risk and safely, and such tactics have not paid off so far.
We’ll see this year if Guardiola has learned anything from past failures.

Unfortunately there are a lot of scams on the crypto and one should be very careful.
I didn't have such an experience as an OP that someone directly deceived me and stole my btc but I had other stupid mistakes.
I think the biggest mistake is that I sold part of the btc in 2017 and bought some shitcoins that lost all value in 2018.
If I hadn't done that I would have a lot more btc now but on every mistake we can learn.
2036  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: CAN YOUR BITCOIN BE STOLEN ? on: January 09, 2022, 07:56:41 AM
The answer to your question is yes and there are many ways for something like this to happen.
I will give you 2 examples. A friend of mine opened a wallet on a blockchain but didn’t make a 2FA.
He would search for login link every time on Google search and once he went to a fake page and gave his login information, and right away his btc was stolen.
Another example I heard about was when an acquaintance wanted to save money so he bought a ledger on a classified ad, already used.
Of course, all his btc was stolen.

Details have just been released on how Djokovic's lawyers will appeal in court.
I'm not a legal expert, but it seems to me that Djokovic has a solid case.
What do you think?
This will be a very interesting court hearing.
If Djokovic wins, it will be a great embarrassment for the Australian government because they will be shown to have broken their own laws.
Details below

''In court documents released on Saturday, Djokovic's lawyers say the tennis star had every reason to believe he was entitled to travel to Australia and play in the tournament - and alongside his visa he had a document from the Department of Home Affairs saying his travel declaration had been assessed and he met the requirements for quarantine-free arrival.''
''They will argue that the correct procedures were not followed in revoking the document - for example questioning whether the player was properly informed of the move to cancel the visa and whether he was given the correct legal opportunity to respond.''
''Another key argument will be over whether border officials misconstrued the guidance around what constituted a medical reason not to be vaccinated, the documents suggest.''
''Professor Donald Rockwell, an international law expert from the Australian National University, told the BBC that "any revocation of the visa requires justification... and there are certain legal processes that need to be followed for the visa to be revoked."''

Unfortunately, I have to agree with you.
Lately, it has become increasingly difficult for me to find some quality and interesting discussions on this forum, which could inspire me to get involved and give my contribution.
There used to be more quality discussions and this forum was much more active than today, as shown by these monthly forum analyzes.
I’m sorry about that but I really don’t know what could be done about it.
Instead of expecting quality discussions started by other users on a particular board, why don't you try doing it yourself if you still want to contribute to the community? I don't think we lost the idea of constantly discussing bitcoin issues be it technical, regulatory, price, and other wallet and security issues as well as privacy and its potential for case use. As a old member, you shouldn't go with the flow if you want to continue to contribute to the community and give your best.

Then and now it seems to be the same if you are used to posting something quality. You should be able to ignore any discussion that you find boring and mundane. I'm not sure about what you're saying, but maybe it's just a different matter.

In order to have a quality discussion you need to have someone with whom you can have a quality discussion  Grin
I'm most active in my Croatian section of the forum and I started a lot of topics there.
What is a problem is that many quality and older members have stopped writing on the forum and very few new members have come on the forum recently.
We, the old members, have known each other for years and we know who thinks what very well, so it is no longer so interesting and inspiring for me to participate in discussions always with the same few members.
Of course, there will always be some interesting news and information to share but unfortunately with a declining number of active members day by day.
I don't think it has much to do with the quality of the discussions on this forum, but with the generation gap.
It is obvious that for young people the forum is no longer an interesting way of communicating and that they much prefer social networks and telegram groups.

Transfer rumours:

United have offered France midfielder Paul Pogba, 28, a deal worth Ł500,000 a week to remain at the club. Very good offer but Pogba seems to have turned down the offer. Where he will end up?
Liverpool are prepared to offer Barcelona and Spain midfielder Gavi, 17, around Ł80,000 a week to land his signature. Given Barcelona's big financial problems, I believe they will be easy to come to agreement.
Argentina forward Lionel Messi, 34, could force his Paris St-Germain exit after just one season if the club fails to win the Champions League, according to former Barcelona midfielder and Spain international Lobo Carrasco. If this scenario really happens, then where will Messi go? Return to Barcelona?
Sevilla are not prepared to let Brazilian defender Diego Carlos, 28, join Newcastle for anything other than a substantial fee. Everyone knows Newcastle has new, wealthy owners and asking for more money for their players  Grin
Newcastle have increased their bid for Lille defender Sven Botman. Another example of the above  Cheesy

It is really good to see that Real Madrid are playing as a real team now.
You mean they haven't been playing a Real team before?
So what happens if they beat PSG. Does PSG suddenly turn “unreal”?

I mean that Real Madrid haven't ever been this much good since Ronaldo left the team. Now in this season, they are showing incredible performances in the La Liga and the Champions League both. It is like they are back in their old days.  Smiley  And this is really good for me truthfully. I want to see Real Madrid playing like this and being this much determined. And I can't even imagine how much powerful they will be in case they manage to sign Mbappe and Haaland both or even one of them.

I totally agree with your opinion, it even seems to me that they are playing better now than when Ronaldo was their player.
Having a big star like Ronaldo in the team is not always a guarantee of a good result and success, as Juve and Manchester United could see.
What is much more important is team spirit and team play.
After all, Benzema has been in Ronaldo's shadow for a long time and now he has shown how good a striker and that he is and a real replacement for him.
